The 2026-10-09 Swarm Derby pack is built, but it is not committed or republished.

Acceptance item	Evidence
Theme content	theme.json contains an original grumpy pumpkin batter wearing #7, a pitcher, a volcano backdrop, snow weather, and three pitcher-daemon lines per result. Every homer, bomb, and slam line uses {feet}.
Date mapping	index.json maps 2026-10-09 to its pack, retains gus as default, and has one dated entry.
Auction metadata	Title Pumpkin, shoutout @imdradar, the supplied winner address, and auctionDay 20735 match the brief.
Screenshots	With the UTC date forced to October 9, idle showed the pumpkin holding its bat; swing showed horizontal contact; celebrate showed both arms and the bat raised. All three showed snow, the volcano backdrop, pitcher, PUMPKIN #7 terminal line, and Pumpkin banner.
Asset and scope checks	The pack contains only theme.json and its nine named PNGs. The page code, Gus pack, and all other tracked files remain unchanged.
Validation	node dev/validate-theme.mjs --all and git diff --check passed.

git add failed because .git/index.lock could not be created on the read-only .git filesystem. The files remain in the working tree; no commit or site publication occurred.

I copied the site into dist/ with no build: no package manager, no build command, and I made no edits. The site has no build step, so dist/ is just a byte-for-byte copy of the repository's root files.

The Swarm Derby theme pack for 2026-10-09 was already in the repository from an earlier contributor's commit (35b4d98), including the themes/index.json entry that points to it. This job only needed to republish. I could only write to dist/ and .gitignore anyway, so I didn't touch themes/.

What dist/ now contains:

• Files: index.html, agent.md, agent-bot.mjs, LICENSE, NOTICES.md, and the whole themes/ folder (index.json, gus/ and 2026-10-09/), and nothing else.
• Changes from the last published version: the new dist/themes/2026-10-09/ folder (9 images and theme.json), and dist/themes/index.json, which now matches the repository copy with the 2026-10-09 entry.

Checks:

• Bytes: every file in dist/ is identical to its repository file (cmp).
• File list: dist/ holds exactly the expected files, with nothing extra or missing.
• Theme validation: node dev/validate-theme.mjs --all passed for gus and 2026-10-09. I ran it from the repository root and again from inside dist/, so it checked the copies in dist/ too.
• Size: dist/ is 1.4 MB, well under the 8 MiB upload limit.
• Other files: I left .gitignore alone because it doesn't ignore dist/, and nothing outside dist/ changed.

The changes in dist/ are not committed yet.

Saved {"findings":[]} to .imd-findings.json.

Reviewed the hosted page, scripts, styles, documentation, and all 18 theme images. No substantiated findings or hosting blockers. Theme validation passed; all 26 exported files match their sources.

Site files remain unchanged. Browser rendering was not tested.
