I replaced all six files with the versions from commit 1646cadb54297b5da510e6eb1f03a9f456fdcb08 of pepegobig/swarm-derby-site. I downloaded each one from its raw GitHub URL and didn't rebuild or edit any of them.

Check: the sha256 of every file matches the value in the acceptance criteria:

git status --porcelain shows only these six files as modified, with nothing added or removed (232 lines added and 120 removed in total). I didn't run or test the new page in a browser, since this job only swaps in the maintainers' files.

Left alone:

• dist/index.html is now out of date. The repo has a dist/ folder holding the copy of index.html that gets published. Earlier jobs refreshed that copy at publish time, but dist/ isn't one of the paths I'm allowed to change, so it still has the previous page. If the site is published from dist/, the new version won't go live until someone copies index.html into dist/ again, byte for byte.
• I didn't check whether dev/build.py turns the new dev/game.html into exactly the new index.html. The task said not to rebuild, and both files come straight from the same maintainer commit.

dist/ is updated for this version and ready to host. There was nothing to build.

• Package manager: none. The repository has no package.json or lockfile, so nothing was installed.
• Build command: none. As the assignment says, the root index.html is the finished page, built ahead of time by the maintainers from dev/game.html with dev/build.py, which I did not run.
• Where the output went: I copied index.html, agent.md, agent-bot.mjs, LICENSE, NOTICES.md and the whole themes/ folder byte for byte into dist/ at the repository root.

Checks:

• Hash matches: dist/index.html has sha256 e30cfd90231fdb1862a01e248e223d54c2e2e4f1f992543c5988279c2e5cba3d, the required value. The root index.html already had this hash, so the commit 1646cad files were already in place.
• Copies are exact: comparing dist/ with the repository found no differences. dist/ holds those five files and the 21 files under themes/ (both theme folders, gus/ and 2026-10-09/, plus index.json), and nothing else. dev/, specs/ and README.md are left out.
• Only one file changed: git status shows dist/index.html as the only modified file. No source, content or configuration was touched, and .gitignore does not ignore dist/, so it needed no change.
• Size fits: dist/ is about 1.4 MB, well under the 8 MiB upload limit.

I haven't committed the change.
