Fix the live SCOOP site and finish issue #1. The contracts stay exactly as they are; change only the website, its build and the issue files, then republish under the same site name.

1. Finish issue #1 (issues/2026-10-12.json). Right now it says IMD's public API was not reachable and fills "Gone quiet" with a lifetime count ("564 pools"), promising the rest in issue #2. Rebuild it from a timestamped snapshot of IMD's public data (api.imd.fun and explorer.imd.fun: launches, tokens, jobs, agents) plus on-chain pool data for the same 24-hour window. Replace every placeholder with measured numbers, state the window and the sources in the standfirst, and record the endpoints and timestamps in docs/validation.md. No invented figures: if something cannot be measured, leave that item out. Keep the issue number and date.

2. Share card. Add an og:image: a 1200x630 PNG in the site's own newspaper style (SCOOP masthead, paper, ink, the red accent), plus twitter:card summary_large_image, with absolute URLs on scoop.sites.imd.fun.

3. Trade slippage. Accept only a finite number from 0 to 50. Anything else shows "Enter slippage between 0 and 50%." next to the input and disables Swap, and the click handler enforces the same rule.

4. Booking calendar. Keep loading and errors apart from "empty". Until bookedDays and the slot reads succeed, no day can be selected. On failure show "Bookings unavailable. Try again." with a retry, and only say "No bookings" after a successful read, in both the calendar ledger and the wallet's own list.

5. Wallet network. Derive the network badge and the transaction gate from the connector's current chain (useAccount) and refresh the wallet client when it changes, so switching to Ethereum unlocks the page at once and switching away shows Wrong network at once, on Book and on Trade.

6. No wallet. Show only connectors whose provider exists. With none, show "No wallet found. Open this site in a wallet browser or install a browser wallet." The button says "Connect wallet", never "Connect Injected", and a raw "Provider not found" error never reaches the page.

7. Mobile trade page. On phones the trade card (Buy/Sell, amount, quote, Swap) comes first and the pool details go below it. Replace the intro with "Swap IMD and SCOOP. Pool fee: {fee}%." and drop the extra "Launch pool" kicker. Desktop keeps its columns.

8. Skip link. Focus and scroll #main without touching the route hash, so #/book, #/trade and #/archive keep their page and anything typed into their forms.

Keep the newspaper design, the routes, the contract addresses and the ABIs as they are. Run the existing tests, add tests for 3, 4, 5 and 6, and check every page at 390px and 1440px before publishing.
