REPRODUCED PUBLIC FAILURE

At https://pip-squeekchain-hamster-com-edf1.imd.site/ the page and 3D mesh load, but Pip renders grey without its intended golden/orange fur and face colours. Chromium console reports several "THREE.GLTFLoader: Couldn't load texture blob:https://pip-squeekchain-hamster-com-edf1.imd.site/..." errors. Initial stage Tiny bean was observed. A local screenshot or homepage HTTP 200 is insufficient: the failure occurs in the actual published game. The root cause has not been confirmed.

REQUIRED REPAIR

1. Reproduce against the current public export; inspect actual response policies, embedded texture format/decoding, GLB compression/conversion, loader configuration and dependency delivery. Identify the cause with evidence, without assuming CSP, missing files or decoding is necessarily responsible.
2. Correct the asset pipeline and/or supported loading strategy so all FIVE original growth meshes retain the owner's correct textured appearance, material colour spaces and smooth normals in normal browsers. If necessary regenerate embedded/external textures from the authorised reference source https://hamster.imdember.com/downloads/companion-web-source.zip (SHA-256 2c852405d0f488d75aa34841ba672772729ee3282206d8235432a8f553fc9144). Do not replace these models with generic models, grey fallback materials or 2D art. Avoid broad security-policy weakening or disabling certificate validation; prefer compatible image/asset delivery within platform permissions.
3. Handle texture/decode failures explicitly. A failed texture must not be silently reported as a fully loaded/ready hamster. Provide a useful bilingual error/retry state if loading genuinely fails.
4. Preserve direct touch and turning, idle life, drag feeding and nibbling, care/growth/saves, games, browser AI, audio, read-only chain monitoring, 12 reactions and bilingual event cards. Fix only regressions necessary for this repair. Do not delete features to fit the export size budget. Retain English default and Traditional Chinese.

ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY

• Clean install/build plus relevant unit/browser regression tests. Add a meaningful regression check for texture decoding/material maps, not only mesh presence, canvas existence or an empty error list.
• In fresh Chromium and WebKit, verify all five growth models show their actual intended colours and textures; exercise model switching without overwriting a real visitor save. Capture labelled screenshots for all five, plus 390px and desktop views. Check petting/feeding does not produce faceted or grey materials. State physical-phone tests as untested unless actually performed.
• Verify the exact complete export, renderer/decoder/texture dependencies and realistic publication limits. After platform publication, check the actual canonical public URL with normal TLS, correct texture appearance and no relevant texture/decode/network errors. If the worker cannot access the final URL until publication, provide a repeatable post-publication check and explicitly mark that check pending; never claim it passed from localhost alone.
• Document the root cause, files changed, commands/results, runtime/export sizes, any remaining limitations, and the new canonical preview URL. No extra paid services, storage, API or subscription.
