The whole request

Launch a Uniswap v4 hook for the Swarmlers NFT collection. The hook manages minting and claiming of 2500 unique spider-crawler agent NFTs. First, mint the 25 creator supply for free directly into wallet 0xd2B259c56B252f7be70eaD6d28cD3Cc65aEe8c03 before opening to the public. Then free claim only for verified active Identity MD holders (check contract 0x0000ec93127baa929e58e97dd0095a2bfb38ec1d + recent agent activity). All other mints cost exactly 0.25 $IMD. Every NFT has unique artwork and metadata. Rarity tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary. Dynamic tokenURI updates based on agent activity.

Rewards: 90% of mint proceeds + 90% of trading fees from the v4 pool go into a reward pool for Swarmler NFT holders. Rewards accrue based on holding time. Each Swarmler earns rewards proportional to how long it has been held, up to a hard cap of 1.0 IMD equivalent per NFT (lifetime max). Once a Swarmler reaches the 1.0 IMD cap, it stops accruing more. Rewards are claimable by the current holder. The remaining 10% of mint proceeds and trading fees is sent to 0xd2B259c56B252f7be70eaD6d28cD3Cc65aEe8c03.

The swarm must also build a user-facing website and host it on IPFS at a public URL. The site shows Swarmlers, claim eligibility, pairing instructions, and reward status. Swarm builds and deploys the hook and website.

Split three ways by the factory in the one transaction. The contributors' part is claimable from a distributor after 1 hour. The other 90% is the requester's: the share they chose seeds the pool, and the rest goes to their wallet.

2% of supply is split equally among the wallets that did accepted work on this launch; 8% is split equally among the paired seats connected when it was admitted, one share per seat. A wallet can earn both, combined into one claim.

  1. Build contract projectAgent #126142 files changedsent back

Implemented contracts, tests, vendored dependencies, ABI exports, and deployment documentation.

Checks pass: forge build, 41 tests, forge fmt --check, and ABI consistency—including a clean offline build.

Important: launch policy prevents redirecting the launch pool’s fees. A separate-pool hook is included, with the conflict and required owner settings documented in docs/REVIEW.md and README.md.

  3. Audit permissionsAgent #1929found 1 medium, 1 low, 1 info

Review complete. The findings file is written and validated: all three snippets match the tree, and 41 coverage rows answer every listed entry point.

Outcome: no permission bypass, escalation path, or paired-function asymmetry was found in the assigned area. The access model holds: every privileged setter is owner-gated with two-step transfer and disabled renounce, claims require current NFT ownership, free claims require current identity ownership plus a reporter record bound to the same holder, the hook checks both the PoolManager caller and the exact pool key, and the CREATE2 child receives the launch owner, never the factory or transaction origin. Reward accounting is symmetric between the view and claim paths and between the single and batch claim paths. ABI exports match the compiled artifacts, and formatting is clean.

    Reported findings:

    1. Medium, policy conflict. The brief requires 90% of the launch pool's trading fees to fund rewards. The launch pool's hook is the protocol guard and its fee goes to the payer and IMD by policy, so no contract here can receive those fees. The fee hook rejects the launch pool key with WrongPool and only serves a separate pool the owner initializes. This needs a scope decision, not a code fix.
    2. Low, trust assumption. The hook owner sets the fee-token ask with no floor. A reproduction buys 1000e18 LaunchToken of fee inventory for 1000 wei of IMD.
    3. Info, trust assumption. The owner can appoint themself reporter and self-certify activity to free-claim. Bounded by one claim per wallet and identity and the supply cap.

Not covered: no launch.json exists in the tree yet, so the manifest itself could not be inspected. The README's constructor table and dependency order were checked against the source instead. The scratch test under test/scratch/ is disposable and nothing else in the tree was changed.

    • mediumPolicy conflict: the brief's '90% of v4 pool trading fees' cannot be delivered for the launch pool; SwarmlerFeeHook only serves a separate owner-initialized poolsrc/SwarmlerFeeHook.sol:170

The approved workflow requires that 90% of trading fees from the v4 pool fund the Swarmler reward pool and 10% go to the creator wallet. The launch pool is created by the factory with the protocol's PoolInitializationGuard as its hook, and its 1.25% fee is assigned by policy to the payer (1%) and IMD (0.25%). A v4 hook is part of the immutable PoolKey, so no contract in this tree can receive the launch pool's fees.

SwarmlerFeeHook.poolKey() hard-codes IHooks(address(this)) and _checkPool rejects every other key, so the hook can only route LP fees of a second pool that the hook owner initializes and that third parties voluntarily supply liquidity to (and only after the owner sells the LaunchToken-side fees for IMD via setFeeTokenPrice/buyFeeTokens).

The builder recorded this as R1 in docs/REVIEW.md; it is preserved here as the concrete constructor/policy conflict the judge and requester must settle before the launch represents trading-fee rewards as live. This is not a code defect that the author can fix inside the contracts; it needs a scope decision (accept mint-proceeds-only rewards plus an optional separate pool, or change the launch policy), and the README/site must not describe the launch pool as funding rewards.

State: launch pool key = (sorted IMD/LaunchToken, fee 12500, tickSpacing 60, hooks = PoolInitializationGuard).

      Call, from the PoolManager, hook.afterAddLiquidity(lp, launchKey, params, 0, toBalanceDelta(1,1), "") -> reverts WrongPool (test/scratch/Review.t.sol test_hookRejectsLaunchPoolKey passes with vm.expectRevert(SwarmlerFeeHook.WrongPool.selector)).

Expected per brief: 90% of the launch pool's trading fees reach Swarmlers.depositProceeds; actual: zero launch-pool fees can ever reach the collection, only fees from a separately created pool whose key is hook.poolKey().

    • lowTrust assumption: hook owner sets the fee-token ask and can buy the LaunchToken-side fee inventory for ~0 IMD, diverting value from NFT holders and the creatorsrc/SwarmlerFeeHook.sol:121

Access x economics seam. setFeeTokenPrice is onlyOwner with no lower bound other than non-zero, and buyFeeTokens is permissionless at exactly that ask. The owner (or anyone watching the mempool after a low ask) can purchase every LaunchToken held by the hook for 1 wei of IMD per 1e18 tokens, so the half of LP fees that accrues in LaunchToken never becomes meaningful IMD for the 90/10 split. maxImd protects buyers from a higher ask, not holders from an underpriced one.

This is the documented R3 owner trust assumption, not a permission bypass; it is reported so the judge records the actor (hook owner, i.e. the launch owner 0x3d6a89c8751a45dd577a4c1f3b34e71c58236193) and precondition (any token-side fee inventory). A minimal mitigation that preserves the design is an owner-set floor that can only be raised, or a time delay between a price decrease and the first purchase.

State: hook holds 1000e18 LaunchToken of realized LP fees. owner calls hook.setFeeTokenPrice(1); owner approves 1000 wei IMD and calls hook.buyFeeTokens(1000e18, 1000) -> returns cost 1000 (wei), owner receives 1000e18 LaunchToken, hook holds 1000 wei IMD to forward (test/scratch/Review.t.sol test_hookRejectsLaunchPoolKey, second half, asserts exactly this). Expected: token-side fee value converts to IMD at a fair rate for the 90/10 split; actual: 1000 wei IMD total reaches the reward ledger.

    • infoTrust assumption: the owner-appointed reporter (which may be the owner) can self-certify activity and unlock free claims worth 0.25 IMD eachsrc/SwarmlerActivity.sol:49

Access x asymmetry seam. Free claims are gated solely by a reporter record bound to the current identity holder; the registry cannot verify off-chain agent activity. The owner can appoint themself (or any key) as reporter and attest any identity they or a colluding party holds.

The blast radius is bounded by the code: one free claim per wallet and per identity ID, the 2,500 cap, no reward drain (free NFTs earn at the same rate as paid NFTs), and records are overwritable/revocable by a rotated reporter with lastActive >= prior. This matches R2 in docs/REVIEW.md and the brief, which supplies no on-chain activity source; it is recorded as the trust assumption the launch depends on, with the reporter key as the actor.

State: owner holds Identity MD token 7, reporter unset. owner: activity.setReporter(owner); nft.setRewardDuration(30 days); nft.openPublicMint(); activity.recordActivity(7, owner, block.timestamp, 1, true); nft.freeClaim(7) -> returns tokenId 26 owned by owner with totalProceeds 0 (test/scratch/Review.t.sol test_ownerCanSelfCertifyFreeClaim). Expected per brief: free claim only for verified active Identity MD holders; actual: 'verified' is whatever the reporter key signs.

  4. Audit economicsAgent #1803found 2 medium, 1 low

The review is complete. The findings file is valid, all three snippets match the tree exactly, the scratch test is removed, and the working tree holds nothing beyond .imd-findings.json.

Scope covered. I applied the Economic Security, Invariant and Flow Gap guides to all seven source files, read the protected deployment test, fixtures and the builder's review notes, built the project and ran its full suite (41 tests pass). I traced the reward ledger in detail: the cohort retirement loop is monotonic, the nextCap - index subtraction cannot underflow, allocation is path independent, the conservation identity holds across every writer, and view and write paths agree. The fee hook's take and return-delta flow nets to zero against the real PoolManager. No critical or high defect was found, so no proof files were written.

    Findings reported (3, in .imd-findings.json):

    • Medium, policy conflict. The brief's "90% of trading fees from the v4 pool" cannot be met. The launch pool's hook is the factory's guard and its fees go to payer and IMD. SwarmlerFeeHook hard-codes itself in its pool key and rejects any other key, so it only serves a second pool nobody is obliged to fund. This needs a requester decision before the frontend advertises fee rewards.
    • Medium, stranded funds. Deposits are credited to the reserve without regard to remaining claim capacity. After every NFT caps at 1 IMD, the permissionless forwardFees() and any deposit keep locking 90% of each amount forever. Reproduced locally: 756.875 IMD stranded after a 3,000 IMD deposit at mint-out, growing with each further deposit.
    • Low, fixed-price sale leak. Token-side fees sell at an owner-set ask with no oracle or expiry. Any ask increase can be front-run at the stale price, and the pool only ever realises the lesser of ask and market.

Coverage. All 39 listed entry points have rows, plus three invariant rows. One row is unreached: no launch.json exists in the tree yet, so the manifest could not be inspected, though the README's proposed constructor arguments are schema consistent.

    • mediumBrief's '90% of trading fees from the v4 pool' is not met: the fee hook can only serve a separate pool that has no liquidity, never the launch poolsrc/SwarmlerFeeHook.sol:79

The approved workflow requires that 90% of trading fees from the v4 pool fund the Swarmler reward pool and 10% go to the creator. The launch pool created by the factory has PoolInitializationGuard as its hook and pays its 1.25% LP fee to the payer (1%) and IMD (0.25%); a v4 pool's hook is part of its immutable key. SwarmlerFeeHook therefore cannot be attached to it: poolKey() hard-codes IHooks(address(this)) and _checkPool (line 170) reverts WrongPool for any other key.

The only pool the hook can serve is a second LaunchToken/IMD pool that the owner must initialize and that nobody is obliged to supply liquidity to; the policy reserves no supply for it, so in the accepted deployment zero trading fees reach Swarmlers unless third parties voluntarily LP in a pool where they surrender all fees.

This is a concrete policy/implementation conflict (documented by the builder in docs/REVIEW.md R1) that the manifest cannot resolve: a schema-valid launch.json with the launch pool at fee 12500 and the guard hook still yields no fee rewards. It needs a requester decision (accept mint-proceeds-only rewards, or fund the secondary pool) before the frontend advertises trading-fee rewards.

State: contracts deployed per README (SwarmlerActivity, Swarmlers, SwarmlerHookDeployer; hook created later via deploy()). Launch pool key = {currency0/1 = sorted(LaunchToken, IMD), fee = 12500, tickSpacing = 60, hooks = PoolInitializationGuard}.

      1. Any swap on the launch pool: Swarmlers.totalProceeds() stays 0 and SwarmlerFeeHook receives nothing, because the pool manager only calls the guard, not SwarmlerFeeHook.
      2. Even a forged call with the launch key fails: vm.prank(poolManager); hook.afterAddLiquidity(lp, launchKey, params, 0, toBalanceDelta(1,1), '') reverts WrongPool because launchKey.hooks != address(hook).
      3. The hook's own pool (hook.poolKey()) exists only after the owner calls PoolManager.initialize and has 0 liquidity until someone donates LP. Expected per brief: 90% of launch-pool trading fees accrue to NFT holders. Actual: 0% of launch-pool fees; 100% of them go to payer/IMD per the launch policy.
    • mediumProceeds deposited after the reward capacity is exhausted (or in excess of it) are permanently stranded in rewardReserve with no claim or recovery pathsrc/Swarmlers.sol:297

_accountProceeds credits 90% of every deposit to rewardReserve without comparing it to the remaining claimable capacity (MAX_SUPPLY * LIFETIME_CAP - totalAllocated = at most 2,500 IMD lifetime).

Once every minted NFT has reached its 1 IMD cap, previewRewardState() never advances again (firstActiveId > totalMinted), yet depositProceeds(), syncProceeds() and the hook's permissionless forwardFees() keep moving IMD into the contract and crediting 90% of it to a reserve nobody can ever claim; there is no owner sweep, no routing of the excess to the creator and no refund.

The brief says the 10% goes to the creator and the 90% to holders; after capping, the 90% goes to nobody. The same happens earlier whenever cumulative deposits exceed total capacity. The README discloses this as 'no recovery path', but it is a loss of funds under reachable conditions: the hook keeps forwarding LP fees for the pool's whole lifetime, and anyone can trigger forwardFees().

Suggested minimal fix (design decision for the requester): in _accountProceeds, cap the amount credited to rewardReserve at the remaining capacity and credit the remainder to creatorCredit (or revert deposits once capacity is exhausted and let forwardFees route directly to the creator).

Fixture: Swarmlers with rewardDuration = 30 days, publicMintOpen, mock IMD at SwarmlerConstants.IMD.

      (1) alice mints ids 26..2500 (2475 * 0.25 IMD): rewardReserve = 556.875 IMD.

      (2) depositProceeds(3000 IMD): rewardReserve = 556.875 + 2700 = 3256.875 IMD.

      (3) skip(31 days); checkpoint(): firstActiveId = 2501, totalAllocated = 2500 IMD, rewardReserve = 756.875 IMD.

Every NFT's claimable() is exactly 1 IMD and can never grow.

      (4) depositProceeds(10 IMD) (equivalently SwarmlerFeeHook.forwardFees() with 10 IMD of fees): rewardReserve = 765.875 IMD, creatorCredit grows by 1 IMD only.

      (5) skip(365 days); checkpoint(): rewardReserve still 765.875 IMD; no function can transfer it out (claims are capped, withdrawCreator pays only creatorCredit, no sweep).

Expected: deposits beyond capacity reach the creator or are refused.

Actual: 765.875 IMD locked forever, growing with each forwardFees().

Verified with a scratch Foundry test (test/scratch/Econ.t.sol) on this tree: the logged stranded reserve after step 3 was 756875000000000000000.

    • lowFee-token sale at an owner-set fixed ask leaks token-side fee value to arbitrageurs whenever the ask is below market, including by front-running every ask increasesrc/SwarmlerFeeHook.sol:121

LaunchToken-side LP fees are converted to IMD only through buyFeeTokens(), which sells at feeTokenPrice, a value the owner sets by hand with no oracle, no deadline and no expiry. A fixed ask on a volatile asset is systematically filled only when it is below the market price, so the reward pool receives min(ask, market) for its inventory.

The unprivileged amplifier is the race on updates: whenever the owner submits setFeeTokenPrice with a higher ask, a searcher front-runs it and buys the entire inventory at the stale ask, then sells on the pool. The owner is also trusted not to underprice deliberately (builder note R3). Impact is bounded to the token-side fee inventory held by the hook at any moment, and IMD-side fees are unaffected, hence low.

Mitigation options for the requester: make price updates take effect atomically with a sale (owner-only sale or commit-reveal), add a maximum fill per block, or quote from the pool's own TWAP with a floor.

State: hook holds 1,000 LaunchToken of accrued fees; owner previously called setFeeTokenPrice(0.4e18).

Market moves so 1 LaunchToken trades at 0.6 IMD on the hook's pool.

      Owner broadcasts setFeeTokenPrice(0.6e18).

      Searcher front-runs with imd.approve(hook, 400e18); hook.buyFeeTokens(1000e18, 400e18): quoteFeeTokens returns 400 IMD (mulDiv(1000e18, 0.4e18, 1e18)), 1,000 tokens leave the hook, 400 IMD enter.

Searcher sells the 1,000 tokens for ~600 IMD, netting ~200 IMD minus fees.

Expected: the reward pool realises ~600 IMD (540 to holders, 60 to creator) for its fee inventory.

Actual: 400 IMD (360 to holders, 40 to creator); the 200 IMD difference goes to the searcher.

The same drain repeats on every ask increase and persists for as long as any ask sits below market.

  5. Audit mathAgent #1023found 1 info

The review is complete and .imd-findings.json is written and validated: the snippet matches the tree and all 39 listed entry points have a coverage row, plus three invariant rows.

Outcome: no reproducible math defect found in the assigned area. The holding-time reward ledger in src/Swarmlers.sol is exact under integer arithmetic. I traced every division, cast and accumulator against the Math Precision, Boundary and Numerical Gap checklists and then probed the seams with six scratch tests against the real contracts. All six pass.

    What I checked in depth:

    • Reward index and cohort retirement. Each increment is clamped to the time target, the next cap and reserve / activeCount, and totalAllocated grows by exactly increment × activeCount. The sum of every token's earned amount equals the global allocation after every probed step, including mid-cohort reserve exhaustion followed by a refill, an increment landing exactly on a cap, reserve dust smaller than the active count, and a 100-year elapsed period at the maximum duration.
    • Underflow DoS path. The cap minus index subtraction cannot underflow because birth indices are non-decreasing in token id and the cursor advances exactly when the index reaches a cap. A receiver re-entering checkpoint during a mint sees consistent state.
    • Rate floor. The per-second rate is floored, so an NFT reaches the 1 IMD cap one second after the configured duration. The README already documents this, so it is not reported as a defect.
    • Hook fee math. The ceil-rounded quote charges 1 wei for 1 wei at price 1, the 512-bit mulDiv cannot overflow silently, and the fee delta taken inside the v4 callback nets to zero against the returned hook delta in PoolManager.modifyLiquidity.
    • Art. The rarity permutation is a bijection yielding exactly the documented tier counts, and the flagged divide-before-multiply is intentional grid math.

One info item recorded. With 2,475 distinct mint cohorts, the first checkpoint after mass cap expiry costs about 8.3M gas. That is well under the block limit and the ledger stays exact, so it is reported only so the operator can budget a keeper call.

Static-analysis leads from Slither and Aderyn all resolved as intentional or non-issues: the strict equalities are exact-landing checks, the uninitialised locals are deliberate defaults, and the packed encoding is string assembly rather than a hash input.

Nothing outside my area rose to a severe defect. The launch-pool fee-routing conflict is already recorded by the builders in docs/REVIEW.md for the other reviewers.

    • infoWorst-case cohort retirement costs ~8.3M gas in a single checkpoint, borne by whoever calls firstsrc/Swarmlers.sol:180

previewRewardState() retires capped cohorts by walking firstActiveId forward one distinct birthIndex at a time. When every NFT was minted in a different reward state (2,475 distinct cohorts, e.g. one mint per second while funded), the first checkpoint after all of them reach the 1 IMD cap performs ~2,475 outer iterations plus 2,500 birthIndex SLOADs. Measured at 8,271,320 gas on this tree.

That is below the 30M block limit, so liveness is preserved and the ledger stays exact (sum of earned == totalAllocated, firstActiveId == 2501), but the full cost lands on the first mint/claim/deposit/checkpoint caller after the mass expiry rather than being amortised. Not a defect in the arithmetic; reported so the operator can budget a keeper-driven checkpoint() after large funded periods.

Boundary: loop bound on distinct cohorts.

Assumption: 'at most 2,500 IDs' (README).

      Actual: bound holds, 8.27M gas.

      setRewardDuration(1 days); openPublicMint(); depositProceeds(10_000 ether); for i in 26..2500 { skip(1); mint(); } skip(2 days); checkpoint().

      Observed: checkpoint consumed 8,271,320 gas; firstActiveId == 2501; totalAllocated == 2500 ether; every earned(id) == 1 ether.

Expected: same state; the cost is the only observation.

  6. Audit flowAgent #1215found 1 medium, 1 low

The review is complete. The findings file is valid, both quoted snippets match the tree line for line, the scratch test is removed, and the working tree has no stray files.

Outcome. The on-chain logic holds across my area. I found no loss-of-funds or permission defects, so no finding carries a proof test. Two findings are recorded in .imd-findings.json, plus a coverage row for every one of the 39 listed entry points and three extra rows for invariants, periphery and the manifest.

    Findings reported

    • Medium, policy conflict. The brief promises 90% of the v4 pool's trading fees to NFT rewards, but the launch pool's hook is the factory's initialization guard and its fee goes to the payer and IMD. The fee hook's own key check rejects that pool, and the separate pool it serves has no reserved liquidity. The builder already flagged this as R1; I confirmed it independently with a concrete call that reverts with WrongPool.
    • Low, configuration deferred past launch. The hook deployer takes the public PoolManager address through an owner setter after launch rather than a constructor argument, so the attested manifest cannot describe the child hook's manager, salt or pool key. The fix is a fourth constructor argument with the code check kept in the deploy path.

    What I verified and how

    • Traced the reward ledger end to end. Each active NFT receives the same per-funded-second increment, the index never passes the first active cohort's cap, cohorts retire in mint order, and the sum of per-token earnings equals the allocated total. The project's invariant suite plus my boundary scratch test both pass.
    • Traced the v4 hook delta accounting against the vendored Hooks and PoolManager code. Taking the accrued fees and returning them as the hook delta nets to zero for the hook and leaves the LP with principal only.
    • Checked the activity registry, the CREATE2 helper, the art library's rarity permutation, and all five exported ABIs against the build. All consistent.
    • Full suite: 41 tests pass. Static-analysis leads were all benign on inspection.

Not reached. No launch.json exists yet, so the manifest row is marked unreached. The Python ABI checker could not run on this worker because python3 is absent; I compared the ABIs with node instead.

    • mediumLaunch-pool trading fees cannot reach the reward pool; SwarmlerFeeHook only serves a separate, unfunded poolsrc/SwarmlerFeeHook.sol:170

The brief requires 90% of trading fees from the v4 pool to fund Swarmler rewards and 10% to go to the creator. The launch pool created by the factory has PoolInitializationGuard as its hook and pays its 1.25% fee to the payer (1%) and IMD (0.25%). A v4 pool's hook is part of its immutable key, so no application contract can attach to that pool or claim its fees.

SwarmlerFeeHook enforces this itself: _checkPool only accepts the key (LaunchToken/IMD, 12500, 60, hooks = the hook's own address), which is a different pool from the launch pool, and that second pool has no liquidity reserved from the policy supply. Consequently the deployed system cannot deliver the brief's fee guarantee for the pool that actually opens at launch; it can only deliver it for a voluntary second pool whose LPs surrender fees.

The builder documented this as R1 in docs/REVIEW.md and in the README; it is a concrete policy conflict that the requester and services must settle before the frontend advertises trading-fee rewards. This is not a code bug in the hook (its delta accounting, pool check and fee split were traced against the vendored v4 PoolManager and hold), but the launch as described does not meet the approved requirement.

State: launch deployed by ProjectFactory; the launch pool key is (sorted LaunchToken/IMD, fee 12500, tickSpacing 60, hooks = PoolInitializationGuard).

Input: any swap on that launch pool.

Expected per workflow.md: 90% of the swap fee accrues to Swarmlers.rewardReserve and 10% to the creator.

Actual: the fee goes to the payer/IMD beneficiaries via LaunchFees; Swarmlers.rewardReserve() and creatorCredit() are unchanged.

Calling the hook with the launch pool's key reverts: vm.prank(poolManager); hook.afterRemoveLiquidity(alice, launchKey, params, 0, toBalanceDelta(1,1), "") -> WrongPool (same mechanism as test_forgedCallbacksWrongPoolsAndNegativeFeesRejected, which changes only key.fee).

Only a second pool initialized by the hook owner via PoolManager.initialize(hook.poolKey(), price) and seeded with the owner's own tokens can ever route fees through forwardFees().

    • lowSwarmlerHookDeployer defers the public PoolManager address to a post-launch owner setter instead of a constructor argumentsrc/SwarmlerHookDeployer.sol:33

The launch rules require application contracts to be fully configured in their constructors, with owner-set values reserved for data only the requester holds.

The Ethereum Uniswap v4 PoolManager (0x000000000004444c5dc75cb358380d2e3de08a90, as the README itself names) is a public chain constant, so it could be a constructor argument whose code presence is checked on first use in deploy()/_initCode() rather than in the constructor (the constructor must not touch other contracts on the empty-chain floor).

As written, the helper leaves launch with poolManager == 0, and the child hook, its salt and its pool key all depend on a later owner transaction that the attested manifest cannot describe. The owner can also point the helper at any contract with code, which changes the child's init-code hash and address; this is bounded (it only affects the owner's own second pool) but it is an extra post-launch trust step the brief did not call for.

Minimal fix that preserves intended behaviour: take address manager as a fourth constructor argument stored without a code check, and keep the manager.code.length == 0 check in _initCode() so deploy() still refuses an address without code.

State: contracts just deployed by the factory with constructorArgs ["$owner", "$contract:Swarmlers", "$token"].

      Observe deployer.poolManager() == address(0) and deployer.hook() == address(0).

Input: owner calls deployer.deploy(type(SwarmlerFeeHook).creationCode, salt) -> reverts PoolManagerNotConfigured (test_deployerUnconfiguredWrongCodeAndDuplicateDeployment shows this path).

Expected per launch rules: the manifest's constructor arguments fully describe the configuration so the reviewed/attested artifact fixes the manager; actual: an unattested owner transaction after launch decides it.

  8. Audit judgeAgent #704found 2 medium, 2 low, 2 info

Review complete. The findings file at the repository root holds six findings and a coverage record for all 38 entry points plus two invariant rows. No source, config or test file outside my scratch directory was changed.

    What I found

    • Medium, policy conflict. The brief's "90% of v4 pool trading fees" cannot reach the reward pool. The launch pool carries the factory's initialization guard as its hook and pays fees to the payer and IMD by policy. SwarmlerFeeHook accepts only its own pool key and reverts WrongPool for the launch key, which I reproduced against the vendored PoolManager. Three specialists reported this; merged into one finding. It needs a requester decision, not a code patch.
    • Medium, stranded funds. IMD deposited beyond the collection's 2,500 IMD lifetime reward capacity is locked in the reserve forever. I reproduced the economics specialist's scenario exactly. After every NFT caps, the reserve holds 756.875 IMD that no function can move, and permissionless forwardFees keeps adding to it.
    • Low. The owner-set fixed ask for token-side fees can be front-run on every raise and underpriced by the owner. Two specialists reported this; merged into one.
    • Low. SwarmlerHookDeployer takes the public PoolManager address through a post-launch setter instead of a constructor argument, against the launch rules.
    • Info. The reporter key can self-certify free claims, and a worst-case checkpoint costs 8.27M gas. Both reproduced and kept as trust and operations notes.

    • mediumBrief's '90% of v4 pool trading fees' cannot be delivered for the launch pool: SwarmlerFeeHook only serves a separate, unfunded pool (merged from economics, permissions and flow)src/SwarmlerFeeHook.sol:170

workflow.md requires that 90% of trading fees from the v4 pool fund the Swarmler reward pool and 10% go to the creator. The launch pool the factory creates has PoolInitializationGuard as its hook and pays its 1.25% fee to the payer (1%) and IMD (0.25%); a v4 hook is part of the immutable PoolKey, so no contract in this tree can receive that pool's fees.

SwarmlerFeeHook.poolKey() hard-codes IHooks(address(this)) and _checkPool rejects every other key, so the hook can only route LP fees of a second LaunchToken/IMD pool that the owner must initialize after launch and that nobody is obliged to supply liquidity to (no supply is reserved for it).

The hook's own delta accounting, pool check and 90/10 split were traced against the vendored PoolManager and hold; the defect is that the accepted deployment yields zero launch-pool fee rewards.

The builder recorded this as R1 in docs/REVIEW.md and in the README; it is kept as a concrete policy/implementation conflict that needs a requester decision (accept mint-proceeds-only rewards plus an optional separate pool, or change the launch policy) before the site advertises trading-fee rewards. The manifest cannot resolve it: launch.json with fee 12500 and the guard hook is schema-valid and still routes no fees to Swarmlers.

The hook is correctly kept out of launch.json (the factory mines no salt for a project contract's address bits), so this is not a factory-deployability finding.

State: HookFixture (real vendored PoolManager, hook deployed through SwarmlerHookDeployer with a mined salt).

Build launchKey = hook.poolKey() with hooks replaced by any other address (the factory's PoolInitializationGuard stands in). vm.prank(address(manager)); hook.afterAddLiquidity(alice, launchKey, params, toBalanceDelta(0,0), toBalanceDelta(1,1), "") -> reverts SwarmlerFeeHook.WrongPool (test/scratch/Judge.t.sol test_launchPoolKeyRejected passes with that expectRevert).

Any swap on the real launch pool never calls SwarmlerFeeHook at all, so Swarmlers.rewardReserve() and creatorCredit() stay 0 from trading.

Expected per brief: 90% of launch-pool fees accrue to Swarmlers; actual: 0%, all launch-pool fees go to payer/IMD by policy.

    • mediumIMD deposited beyond the collection's 2,500 IMD lifetime reward capacity is permanently stranded in rewardReserve with no claim, sweep or creator routesrc/Swarmlers.sol:297

_accountProceeds credits 90% of every deposit to rewardReserve without comparing it to the remaining claimable capacity (MAX_SUPPLY * LIFETIME_CAP - totalAllocated, at most 2,500 IMD lifetime).

Once every one of the 2,500 NFTs has reached its 1 IMD cap, previewRewardState() never advances (firstActiveId > totalMinted and no further mints are possible), yet depositProceeds(), syncProceeds() and the hook's permissionless forwardFees() keep pulling IMD in and crediting 90% of it to a reserve nobody can claim.

Mint proceeds alone (max 2,475 * 0.225 = 556.875 IMD) never exceed capacity, so the condition needs roughly 1,943 IMD of fees or donations over the collection's life; but forwardFees() is permissionless and runs for the hook pool's whole lifetime, and any single deposit that pushes cumulative rewards past 2,500 IMD strands the excess immediately. The brief routes 10% to the creator and 90% to holders; after capping the 90% goes to nobody.

The README discloses 'no recovery path', but it is loss of funds under reachable conditions. Minimal fix preserving the design (requester decision): in _accountProceeds cap the amount credited to rewardReserve at remaining capacity and credit the remainder to creatorCredit, or make depositProceeds revert once capacity is exhausted so forwardFees cannot pull fees into a dead ledger.

Fixture (rewardDuration 30 days, mint open, mock IMD at SwarmlerConstants.IMD).

      (1) alice mints ids 26..2500: rewardReserve = 556.875e18.

      (2) depositProceeds(3000e18): rewardReserve = 3256.875e18.

      (3) skip(31 days); checkpoint(): firstActiveId == 2501, totalAllocated == 2500e18, rewardReserve == 756875000000000000000 (logged).

      Every claimable(id) == 1e18 and cannot grow.

      (4) depositProceeds(10e18) (same path as SwarmlerFeeHook.forwardFees with 10 IMD held): rewardReserve rises to 765.875e18, creatorCredit by 1e18 only.

      (5) skip(365 days); checkpoint(): rewardReserve still 765.875e18; accountedBalance == balance, so no function can move it (claims capped, withdrawCreator pays creatorCredit only, no sweep).

Expected: deposits beyond capacity reach the creator or are refused.

Actual: 765.875 IMD locked forever. test/scratch/Judge.t.sol test_strandedReserveAfterAllCapped asserts exactly these values.

    • lowFee-token sale at an owner-set fixed ask leaks token-side fee value: any ask below market is arbitraged, every ask increase can be front-run, and the owner can buy inventory for ~0 IMD (merged from ecsrc/SwarmlerFeeHook.sol:121

LaunchToken-side LP fees become IMD only through buyFeeTokens() at feeTokenPrice, a hand-set value with no oracle, floor, deadline, per-block fill limit or delay. A fixed ask on a volatile asset is filled only when below market, so the reward ledger realises min(ask, market); and whenever the owner raises the ask, a searcher front-runs the update and buys the whole inventory at the stale price.

The owner (the launch owner) can also set the ask to 1 wei and buy the inventory themself; maxImd protects buyers, not holders. Impact is bounded to the token-side fee inventory held by the hook at any time and IMD-side fees are unaffected, hence low; this is partly the R3 trust assumption from docs/REVIEW.md and is recorded with its actor (hook owner) and the unprivileged MEV amplifier.

Mitigations that keep the design: an owner-set floor that can only rise, a delay between a price decrease and the first sale, a per-block fill cap, or an owner-only sale path.

      HookFixture. token.transfer(hook, 1000e18); owner: hook.setFeeTokenPrice(0.4e18).

Market moves to 0.6 IMD/token and the owner broadcasts setFeeTokenPrice(0.6e18); a searcher front-runs: imd.approve(hook, 400e18); hook.buyFeeTokens(1000e18, 400e18) -> cost 400e18, searcher holds 1000e18 LaunchToken, hook holds 400e18 IMD; the owner's raise then lands on an empty inventory.

      Expected ~600 IMD (540 holders / 60 creator); actual 400 IMD.

      Second half: owner setFeeTokenPrice(1); buyFeeTokens(1000e18, 1000) -> cost 1000 wei for 1000e18 tokens. test/scratch/Judge.t.sol test_frontRunAskIncrease asserts both.

    • lowSwarmlerHookDeployer leaves the public PoolManager address to a post-launch owner setter instead of a constructor argument, so the attested manifest does not fix the child hook's init codesrc/SwarmlerHookDeployer.sol:33

The launch rules require application contracts to be fully configured in their constructors; owner-set values are reserved for data only the requester holds, and a public address a constructor must not probe on the empty-chain floor is to be taken as an argument and checked on first use. The Ethereum v4 PoolManager (0x000000000004444c5dc75cb358380d2e3de08a90, named in the README) is such a public constant.

As written the helper launches with poolManager == 0, so the child hook, its init-code hash, mined salt and pool key all depend on a later owner transaction the manifest cannot describe, and the owner may point it at any contract with code. Bounded (it only affects the owner's own secondary pool) but it is a deviation from the launch rules and an extra unattested trust step.

Minimal fix: take address manager as a fourth constructor argument stored without a code check, keep the manager.code.length == 0 refusal in _initCode()/deploy(), and drop the setter; the manifest then lists it as a fourth constructorArgs entry.

State: SwarmlerHookDeployer deployed with the manifest's constructorArgs ["$owner","$contract:Swarmlers","$token"]. deployer.poolManager() == address(0), deployer.hook() == address(0). owner: deployer.deploy(type(SwarmlerFeeHook).creationCode, salt) -> reverts PoolManagerNotConfigured. Expected per launch rules: the constructor arguments fully describe the configuration; actual: a later setPoolManager call decides the child's address and pool. test/scratch/Judge.t.sol test_deployerUnconfiguredAtLaunch.

    • infoTrust assumption: the owner-appointed reporter (which may be the owner) self-certifies activity and unlocks free claims worth 0.25 IMD eachsrc/SwarmlerActivity.sol:49

Free claims are gated solely by a reporter record bound to the current identity holder; the chain cannot verify off-chain agent activity, and the brief supplies no on-chain source. The owner can appoint any key, including their own, and attest any identity they or a colluding party hold. Blast radius is bounded by code: one free claim per wallet and per identity, the 2,500 cap, same reward rate as paid NFTs, no reward drain.

This matches R2 in docs/REVIEW.md; recorded as the trust assumption the launch depends on, with the reporter key as actor.

previewRewardState() retires capped cohorts one distinct birthIndex at a time. When every NFT was minted in a distinct reward state (2,475 cohorts), the first checkpoint after all reach the 1 IMD cap performs ~2,475 outer iterations plus ~2,500 birthIndex SLOADs. Measured 8,271,195 gas on this tree: under the block limit, ledger stays exact, so liveness holds; the whole cost lands on the first mint/claim/deposit/checkpoint caller instead of being amortised.

Reported so the operator budgets a keeper-driven checkpoint() after large funded periods.

  9. Build contract projectAgent #42014 files changed

The responses file is in place at the repository root. The harness deliberately excludes it from git through the workspace's exclude list, as it does for .imd-blocked.json, so it is read from the tree rather than the commit. Nothing further is pending.

    Outcome

All six findings are answered in .imd-responses.json. Two were fixed in source, four are reproduced and answered without code changes. The full suite passes: 43 tests across 8 suites, forge fmt --check clean, ABI exports match the build.

    Fixed

    • Stranded reserve (medium). Reproduced exactly as reported: 765.875 IMD locked after a sold-out, fully capped collection received more deposits. Swarmlers now exposes remainingRewardCapacity() (the 2,500 IMD lifetime bound minus allocated and reserved rewards) and credits each deposit's reward share only up to that capacity, with the remainder going to the creator in the same transaction. The checkpoint preserves the sum of reserve and allocation, so the bound is exact. Two new tests cover the split arithmetic and the reviewer's exact scenario, and the shared solvency check now asserts the capacity bound in every unit, fuzz and invariant run.
    • PoolManager as a constructor argument (low). SwarmlerHookDeployer takes the PoolManager as a fourth immutable argument, stored without a code probe so the empty-chain constructor check passes, and refuses initCodeHash, predict and deploy until that address has code. The setter is removed. I re-verified the Ethereum PoolManager read-only today: it has code on chain id 1 and answers owner(). The manifest line in the docs now carries it as a literal fourth argument.

Reproduced, left as designed, docs sharpened

    • Launch-pool fees (medium). True by construction: the launch pool's hook and fee beneficiaries are fixed by the pinned policy, which says they are not an open question. The README and review notes now state that the launch pool funds 0% of NFT rewards under this policy, name the two voluntary routes (payer deposits claimed fees through depositProceeds, or a separately funded hook pool), and say the requester must decide before the site advertises trading-fee rewards. I did not write .imd-blocked.json, because the pinned terms forbid asking the requester about the pool's fee allocation and the other fixes would otherwise not ship.
    • Fixed-ask MEV (low), reporter self-certification (info), worst-case checkpoint gas (info). Each reproduces and is the documented trust or liveness assumption. The ask front-run adds no exposure beyond a stale ask already allowed, so the code stays. Operations docs now call for a keeper checkpoint() after large funded periods.

Not done. No Slither or Mythril run, no mainnet fork, no deployment, and no launch.json, all by assignment scope.

  10. ManifestAgent #21 file changed

The manifest is re-derived from the revised tree. Only launch.json changed.

What was stale. The revised SwarmlerHookDeployer constructor now takes four arguments, with the Uniswap v4 PoolManager added as an immutable fourth parameter. The previous manifest listed three, which would have failed the factory's constructor check.

    What I changed in launch.json

    • Added the fourth constructor argument for the hook deployer: the Ethereum Uniswap v4 PoolManager, written in lowercase as the schema requires. The README documents this address for that parameter, and I confirmed it on chain 1 through the local RPC. It has code and answers owner().
    • Rewrote the notes to describe the revised behaviour: the immutable PoolManager pin with no code probe in the constructor, the 2,500 IMD reward-capacity bound with excess credited to the creator, the permissionless maintenance calls (sync proceeds, creator withdrawal, checkpoint, metadata refresh, fee forwarding), the fee-token sale at an owner-set ask, and the unchanged launch-pool fee conflict left for independent review.

Unchanged. Kind, token fields (LaunchToken, Swarmlers, SWARMLER, 18), the first two contracts and their arguments, contract order, and the pool block exactly as the "This launch" section gives it.

    Verification

    • JSON is valid, has only schema keys, no odd-length or uppercase hex, notes are 2,602 characters, and every contract name is unique and under 32 characters.
    • Each constructorArgs count matches the constructor in both source and the exported ABI (1, 2, 4).
    • forge build and forge test pass offline: 44 tests, 0 failures. That includes a scratch test that deploys the three contracts in manifest order on an empty chain with the manifest's exact arguments and checks owners, wiring and the PoolManager value.
    • git diff --stat shows launch.json as the only modified tracked file. The scratch test lives under test/scratch and is not submitted.

  11. Write foundry testsAgent #1625 files changed

The findings file is excluded by the harness's own git exclude list, so it is collected out of band as intended. The work is complete.

Outcome: the suite builds and passes against the revised source, with 98 tests across 16 suites and 0 failures, run offline.

What broke and what I changed. The latest accepted source commit changed two things under my tests. The deployer now takes the PoolManager as an immutable fourth constructor argument with no setter, and the collection now caps the reward share of any deposit at the remaining lifetime capacity, crediting the overflow to the creator. My previous suite assumed the old setter and a fixed 90/10 split, so the build failed. The revision touches only the files that depended on that:

    • test/helpers/HookFixture.sol uses the four-argument constructor.
    • test/HookAdversarial.t.sol drops the setter calls, and the ownership-handoff test now proves that a second handoff cannot redeploy or rebind the child. Two new tests cover the empty-chain story: a manager address without code is accepted by the constructor, refused by every view and by deploy until code exists there, then bound immutably into the child and its address. A different manager argument yields a different child address.
    • test/RewardsStateful.t.sol models the capacity overflow in the creator ghost from ghost values alone, adds an invariant that reward credit never exceeds 2,500 IMD and that the contract's capacity view agrees with the ghosts, and pins a sequence that drives funding past capacity through deposits, a late sync after accrual, and a paid mint at zero capacity.
    • test/RewardsAdversarial.t.sol adds a 1,000-run fuzz of the deposit split against an independent oracle through both the pull and direct-transfer paths, plus the exact-fill and one-wei-over boundaries and the all-to-creator path at zero capacity.
    • test/TESTING.md records the additions.

One informational finding is written to the findings file. Capacity is sized to the maximum supply rather than the minted supply, so reserve for unsold NFTs stays unreachable while they remain unsold, which contradicts the review note's claim that nothing is left to sweep. Reproduction with exact numbers is included. It is a disclosure point rather than a code defect, so no test asserts either way.

Still owed by later work: fork validation of the live IMD token, the Identity registry, and the Ethereum PoolManager, as before. Nothing was committed, and no files outside test/ were changed.

    • infoReward capacity is sized to MAX_SUPPLY, so reserve for unsold NFTs is unreachable while they stay unsoldsrc/Swarmlers.sol:172

remainingRewardCapacity() is 2,500 x 1 IMD minus allocation and reserve, so a deposit may be reserved for NFTs that have not been minted. That reserve can only be earned by future mints; if the sale never sells out it stays in the contract, which has no sweep. docs/REVIEW.md R4 now says nothing is left to sweep after all NFTs cap, which holds only for a sold-out collection.

Not a code defect against the brief, and the tests do not assert either way; it is a disclosure point for the reviewer and README.

Fresh collection with 26 minted (25 creator + 1 paid). depositProceeds(2800 ether): expected per R4 wording nothing strandable; actual rewardReserve = 2500 ether and creatorCredit = 300.25 ether (0.025 from the mint, 280 as the 10% share, 20.225 overflow). After 31 days and checkpoint() all 26 NFTs reach 1 IMD and totalAllocated = 26 ether while rewardReserve = 2474 ether remains, claimable by nobody until further NFTs are minted. remainingRewardCapacity() stays 0, so later deposits go to the creator while that reserve sits idle.

  12. Audit judgeAgent #1207found 5 info

The review is complete. The findings file is written, snippets verified against the tree, the scratch tests are removed, and the working tree is clean apart from the findings file.

Both round-1 blocking findings are settled.

    • Stranded reserve (dd09d704) is fixed. remainingRewardCapacity() bounds the reward share of every deposit at 2,500 IMD minus what is allocated or reserved, and the excess goes to creator credit in the same call. I reran the original scenario: after a 3,000 IMD deposit onto a sold-out, fully capped collection the reserve is zero, the extra 10 IMD lands on creator credit, and every NFT still claims 1 IMD.
    • Deployer PoolManager (9fa76a10) is fixed. The manager is now the immutable fourth constructor argument, stored with no code probe so the empty-chain floor passes, and deploy refuses while the address has no code. The manifest lists it lowercase as the fourth entry and the exported ABI matches the compiled constructor.
    • Launch-pool fee routing (740400d1) reproduces exactly as before and cannot be changed in source under the pinned launch terms. The README and review doc now disclose it plainly. I downgraded it to info: a confirmed policy/brief conflict that needs a requester decision and careful frontend wording, with nothing left for the author to fix.

Advisory items on the fee-token ask, reporter self-certification, and worst-case checkpoint gas are unchanged and now documented as trust assumptions. They stay at info. I added one info disclosure from the independent tester: capacity counts all 2,500 possible NFTs, so reserve for unminted NFTs idles until they are minted. It is drawn down by later mints, so it is not a loss.

No new defects. The full suite passes (98 tests), launch.json is schema-valid with correct constructor arities, contract sizes are well under the limits, and the static-analysis leads all resolved as benign on inspection. Coverage answers all 38 entry points plus two invariant rows.

    • infoSettled, unchanged by design: the launch pool's trading fees cannot reach Swarmlers; the brief's '90% of v4 pool fees' needs a requester decision, not a source changesrc/SwarmlerFeeHook.sol:170

      Round-1 finding 740400d1 (medium).

Second-round settlement: the author reproduced it, correctly states that no contract in this tree can change it (the factory's launch pool carries PoolInitializationGuard as its immutable hook and its 1.25% fee is assigned by the pinned launch terms to the payer and IMD; application contracts may not write fee logic for that pool), and changed no code.

The README top notice, step 3, integration handoff and docs/REVIEW.md R1 now state plainly that under this policy the launch pool funds 0% of NFT rewards, that the only routes to the brief's split are voluntary (payer deposits claimed launch-pool fees through depositProceeds, which the ledger splits 90/10, or liquidity is supplied to the separate hook pool), and that the frontend must not advertise launch-pool trading fees as a reward source until the requester decides.

That is the handling the launch rules prescribe for a brief that asks what the launch does not do, so the item is recorded here at info: it is a confirmed, fully disclosed policy/brief conflict with nothing left for the author to fix. The open action belongs to the requester (accept mint-proceeds rewards plus the voluntary routes, or change the launch policy) and to the frontend's wording.

The hook's own pool check, delta accounting and 90/10 split were re-traced and are unchanged since round 1; launch.json correctly keeps the hook out of the manifest.

HookFixture (vendored PoolManager, hook deployed via SwarmlerHookDeployer with a mined salt). launchKey = hook.poolKey() with hooks replaced by any other address (the factory guard stands in); vm.prank(address(manager)); hook.afterAddLiquidity(alice, launchKey, params, toBalanceDelta(0,0), toBalanceDelta(1,1), "") reverts SwarmlerFeeHook.WrongPool; nft.rewardReserve() stays 0 (scratch test_launchPoolKeyRejected passes on this tree).

Expected per the brief: 90% of launch-pool fees accrue to Swarmlers.

Actual: 0%, all launch-pool fees go to payer/IMD by the pinned policy; unchanged from round 1, by design.

    • infoSettled as documented trust assumption: owner-set fixed ask for token-side fee inventory realises min(ask, market), including by front-running an ask increasesrc/SwarmlerFeeHook.sol:121

      Round-1 advisory b55331a8 (low).

The author reproduced it and kept the design: the hook owner (the launch owner) is trusted for the ask, maxImd protects buyers only, and a searcher who buys at a stale ask takes exactly the loss that ask already allowed, bounded to the LaunchToken inventory the hook holds at that moment; IMD-side fees and the collection's reserve are untouched. docs/REVIEW.md R3 and the README fee-conversion section now record the unprivileged amplifier, its bound and the operational mitigation (set the ask near market, raise it before inventory grows, convert often).

The bound argument is correct and the code is unchanged, so this is carried at info as the trust assumption the launch depends on, with its actor (hook owner) and precondition (token-side inventory held while the ask is below market).

      HookFixture. token.transfer(hook, 1000e18); owner: hook.setFeeTokenPrice(0.4e18). alice: imd.approve(hook, 400e18); hook.buyFeeTokens(1000e18, 400e18) returns cost 400e18; alice holds 1000e18 LaunchToken, hook holds 400e18 IMD (scratch test_frontRunAskIncrease passes on this tree).

With market at 0.6 IMD/token the ledger realises 400 IMD instead of ~600.

An ask of 1 wei sells 1000e18 tokens for 1000 wei.

Both bounded to the inventory held; unchanged from round 1, by design.

    • infoTrust assumption: the owner-appointed reporter (which may be the owner) self-certifies activity and unlocks one free claim per wallet and identitysrc/SwarmlerActivity.sol:49

Round-1 advisory 3277a365 (info). Unchanged and still accurate: free claims are gated solely by a reporter record bound to the current identity holder; the chain cannot verify off-chain agent activity and the brief supplies no on-chain source. The owner can appoint any key, including their own.

Blast radius is bounded by code: one free claim per wallet and per identity, the 2,500 cap, the same reward rate as paid NFTs, no reward drain. Documented as R2 in docs/REVIEW.md and in the README. Recorded as the trust assumption the launch depends on, with the reporter key as the actor.

Fixture. owner: activity.setReporter(owner); identity.mint(owner, 7); activity.recordActivity(7, owner, block.timestamp, 1, true); nft.freeClaim(7) returns the next tokenId owned by owner with totalProceeds unchanged. Expected per brief: free claim only for verified active holders; actual: 'verified' is whatever the reporter key attests.

    • infoWorst-case cohort retirement costs ~8.3M gas in one checkpoint, borne by the first caller after a mass cap expirysrc/Swarmlers.sol:182

      Round-1 advisory 9ff05d1f (info).

Unchanged: previewRewardState retires capped cohorts one distinct birthIndex at a time, so when every NFT was minted in a distinct reward state the first checkpoint after all reach the 1 IMD cap walks ~2,475 cohorts. Re-measured on this tree at 8,271,201 gas, under the block limit, ledger exact, so liveness holds.

The README, docs/REVIEW.md R4 and docs/OPERATIONS.md now instruct the operator to run a keeper checkpoint() after large funded periods and before expected cap expiries. Kept at info for the operator's budget.

      Fresh Swarmlers with setRewardDuration(1 days); openPublicMint(); depositProceeds(10_000e18); alice: for i in 26..2500 { skip(1); mint(); } skip(2 days); checkpoint(). Observed on this tree: checkpoint gas 8,271,201; firstActiveId == 2501; totalAllocated == 2500e18 (scratch test_worstCaseCohortGas).

    • infoReward capacity is sized to all 2,500 possible NFTs, so reserve credited for unminted NFTs idles until they are minted (disclosure for a sale that does not sell out)src/Swarmlers.sol:173

Reported by the independent tester (030f37c9) against the round-2 fix for stranded reserve.

Reproduced: remainingRewardCapacity() counts the lifetime cap of every possible NFT, not only minted ones, so a large deposit while the collection is partly sold reserves IMD that only future mints can earn.

It is not stranded: public minting never closes and each later mint draws its 1 IMD from that reserve (verified), and the alternative of sizing capacity to totalMinted would route proceeds meant for future holders to the creator, which contradicts the brief's 90% to holders. Not a code defect.

The only inaccuracy is wording in docs/REVIEW.md R4 ('nothing is left to sweep after all NFTs cap'), which holds for a sold-out collection; the README's remainingRewardCapacity guidance should say that reserve for unminted NFTs stays in the contract until they are minted. Recorded for the README and the frontend's 'available backing' display.

Fixture (30-day duration, mint open). alice mints id 26. depositProceeds(2800e18): rewardReserve == 2500e18, creatorCredit == 0.025e18 + 280e18 + 20.225e18 == 300.25e18. skip(31 days); checkpoint(): totalAllocated == 26e18, rewardReserve == 2474e18, remainingRewardCapacity() == 0. alice mints id 27; skip(31 days); checkpoint(): claimable(27) == 1e18 and rewardReserve == 2473e18, so the idle reserve is drawn by later mints, not lost (scratch test_reserveForUnmintedNftsIdlesUntilMinted passes on this tree). Expected per R4 wording: nothing strandable after NFTs cap; actual: 2474 IMD waits for future mints while the sale is open.

  14. Frontend for contractAgent #151454 files changed

Done. The frontend is built, validated, exported and committed on top of the pinned source commit.

    What was delivered

    • web/: Vite + React 18 + TypeScript app with wagmi 2 and viem 2, plus package.json, lockfile, tests, scripts/manifest.mjs, README.md, DESIGN.md and a web/.gitignore for node_modules.
    • dist/: the static export with relative base, five ABI JSON files, favicon, og image and imd-deployment.json.
    • docs/FRONTEND_VALIDATION.md and docs/DESIGN.md.

Runtime configuration lives only in dist/imd-deployment.json. The app fetches it and the referenced ABIs at startup, builds the wagmi chain from its network block, and takes every Uniswap address from there. The manifest's identity fields, contract set, pool key, network and walletAddChain were verified byte-for-byte against the handoff, all four ABI keccak hashes match, and every exported file's SHA-256 is listed.

Controls on the page: connect wallet, switch network with wallet_addEthereumChain fallback on 4902, approve and mint, eligibility preflight and free claim, owned Swarmlers with claim, batch claim, pair and refresh, reward pool deposit with approval step, checkpoint, sync, creator payout, SWARMLER swap with quoter simulation, slippage and the two Permit2 steps, fee hook forwarding, fee-token purchase and deployment, and an owner-only setup panel for reporter, reward duration and opening the mint.

    Validation results

    CheckResult
    Typecheckclean
    Unit tests17 of 17 pass
    Production buildok, 580 kB JS
taste probe on final export16 of 16 pass
Browser interaction run with mocked wallet, live mainnet readsall behavioural checks pass at 390, 1440 and 320

The Better Interface review found eight items, including a real bug where the switch-network button stayed disabled off-chain, a below-the-fold mint control at 390, and a light-mode button contrast of 3.81:1. All were fixed before the final build and are recorded with file locations in the validation document.

    Limitations to note

    • No transaction was broadcast. Success paths after signing are untested on chain, and minting, claims, rewards and the fee hook are still unconfigured on mainnet, so those states were observed only as disabled controls with reasons.
    • WebKit, screen readers, native zoom and RTL were not exercised.
    • DESIGN.md could not be placed at the repository root because the write scope excludes it. It is at web/DESIGN.md with a copy in docs/.

    • "shows Swarmlers": met, web/src/Gallery.tsx renders the six newest from on-chain token URIs; live load showed #20 to #25 with rarity labels.
    • "claim eligibility": met, web/src/ClaimPanel.tsx reads eligible, status, identityClaimed, walletClaimed as the identity ID is typed.
    • "pairing instructions": met, the "How pairing works" section in web/src/App.tsx plus the Pair form under each owned Swarmler.
    • "reward status": met, web/src/RewardsPanel.tsx facts and per-token claimable, earned and paid values.
    • "free claim only for verified active Identity MD holders": met, the claim checks the activity registry and shows "No activity reporter is configured yet".
    • "All other mints cost exactly 0.25 $IMD": met, price read from MINT_PRICE, approve-exactly-then-mint flow in web/src/MintPanel.tsx.
    • "25 creator supply": met, "Minted 25 of 2500" read live.
    • "Rarity tiers": met, gallery and owned items show the tier.
    • "Dynamic tokenURI": met, Refresh metadata control and on-chain images.
    • Wallet connection, wrong-network switch and add: met, web/src/WalletButton.tsx and web/src/NetworkBanner.tsx.
    • Swap controls: met, web/src/SwapPanel.tsx quotes through the Quoter and executes through the Universal Router with Permit2.
    • Observability of each action's states: met, TxStatus in web/src/ui.tsx covers checking, signing, mining, done, error.
    • Tests: met as committed in web/test/unit.test.ts; not re-run here because web/node_modules is absent.
    • dist/imd-deployment.json: met. All 11 asset SHA-256 values match the files, the four contract entries, poolKey, network and walletAddChain match the handoff byte for byte, no extra keys, and the app loads it at runtime in web/src/config.ts. The ABI JSON is identical to docs/abi; I did not recompute the keccak hashes.
    • "host it on IPFS at a public URL": after review.
    • "90% of trading fees from the v4 pool": needs the requester. The contracts do not route launch-pool fees, and the site says so plainly in the Reward pool card, so this is not faked.

The idea. A plain, warm-toned dashboard for minting and holding Swarmlers, carried by one device: the amber spider mark and accent against a paper background.

Findings written to .imd-findings.json (five, none high):

    • Medium, bug. The Trade card shows "connect to read" for liquidity and pool tick because public StateView reads share one query gated on the wallet address.
    • Medium, fidelity. The Fee hook card's "IMD held" reads the connected wallet's balance, not the hook's, and the forward button is disabled on the viewer's balance. Only reachable once the hook is deployed, so verified from source.
    • Medium, bug. Your Swarmlers refetches ownerOf for every token every 15 seconds, about 100 multicall requests per cycle at the brief's 2,500 supply.
    • Low, accessibility. The disabled first-screen mint button fades the price label to roughly 2.4:1 in light mode.
    • Low, taste. The Reward pool lead is two sentences joined by a semicolon and repeats values the facts grid already shows.

Limits. The probe ran with Playwright from the home directory and passed everything. WebKit could not launch on this machine because system libraries are missing, so the Safari pass is from source only; the stylesheet uses no feature WebKit lacks. No wallet was available, so signing paths were judged from their disabled, pending and error states. Scratch files were removed and no tracked file was changed.

    • mediumbug: the Trade card tells a visitor without a wallet to connect before it will read public pool dataweb/src/SwapPanel.tsx:60

Now: one useReadContracts call bundles the visitor's balance and allowances (which need an account) with StateView.getSlot0 and getLiquidity (which do not), and the whole bundle is enabled only when address is set. Without a wallet the Liquidity and Pool tick facts (lines 137 and 139) print 'connect to read', although every other card on the page reads the chain without a wallet.

Change to: split the two StateView reads into their own useReadContracts call with query: { enabled: Boolean(u && key), refetchInterval: 12_000 }, keep the three account reads behind address, and drop the 'connect to read' fallbacks on lines 137 and 139 so they show '…' while loading and then the value.

Why: the brief's site 'shows ... reward status' and the workflow's swap controls are meant to be read before signing; the reference says to judge 'what the page reads from the chain' before a wallet is connected, and a public read gated behind a wallet reads as a broken feature.

Serve dist/ and open it in Chromium at 390 wide with no wallet extension (test/scratch/live.mjs).

After 9 s the Trade SWARMLER card's facts are: 'Pool Swarmler token paired with IMD, fee 1.25%', 'Liquidity connect to read', 'Hook 0x784F…6000', 'Pool tick connect to read', while the Mint, Reward pool and Fee hook cards on the same load show live values (Minted 25 of 2500, Funded reserve 0 IMD, Status not deployed yet).

Expected: liquidity and tick read from StateView 0x7ffe42c4a5deea5b0fec41c94c136cf115597227 without an account, like the other cards.

    • mediumfidelity: the Fee hook card's 'IMD held' shows the visitor's own IMD balance, not the hook's, and gates 'Forward IMD fees' on itweb/src/HookPanel.tsx:52

Now: useTokenAllowance(token, spender) in web/src/reads.ts:90 reads balanceOf(connectedAccount) and allowance(connectedAccount, spender). So imdHeld.balance is the connected wallet's IMD balance, yet line 84 labels it 'IMD held' under the hook, and line 93 disables 'Forward IMD fees to rewards' when the visitor holds no IMD (imdHeld.balance === 0n) rather than when the hook holds none.

A visitor with 0 IMD can never forward fees that the hook does hold, and a visitor with 50 IMD sees '50 IMD' presented as the hook's balance.

Change to: add { address: imd!, abi: erc20Abi, functionName: 'balanceOf', args: [hook!] } to the child useReadContracts bundle (same shape as the LaunchToken balanceOf on line 45), read it as hookImd, show that in the 'IMD held' fact, and disable the forward button on hookImd === 0n. Keep imdForBuy (line 65) for the purchase approval, which is the one place the visitor's own balance and allowance belong.

Why: the reference says each state 'says only what the app knows' and a number shown as the contract's that is actually the viewer's is a faked read; the brief's reward status must be the pool's, not the reader's.

Source-level, because SwarmlerHookDeployer.hook() is still zero on chain 1 so the deployed branch cannot render live yet.

Once hook() is nonzero: connect a wallet holding 50 IMD at any width; the 'IMD held' fact reads '50 IMD' regardless of the hook's balance (useTokenAllowance passes address from useAccount as the balanceOf argument, reads.ts:95).

Connect a wallet holding 0 IMD while the hook holds 10 IMD: 'Forward IMD fees to rewards' is disabled (line 93 tests imdHeld.balance === 0n).

Expected: the fact shows the hook's balanceOf and the button is enabled whenever the hook holds IMD.

    • mediumbug: Your Swarmlers re-reads ownerOf for every token in the collection every 15 secondsweb/src/MySwarmlers.tsx:19

Now: useOwnedIds builds one ownerOf read per token from 1 to totalMinted and refetches the whole list every 15 s for as long as a wallet is connected.

At today's 25 tokens that is one multicall; at the brief's 2,500 it is 2,500 calls per cycle, which wagmi splits into multicall chunks (default batch size 1,024 bytes of calldata, about 25 ownerOf calls per chunk), so roughly 100 eth_call requests every 15 s per open tab against the two public RPC URLs in the manifest, before the per-token tokenURI reads in OwnedItem.

Public endpoints rate-limit well below that and the card then shows 'Scanning the collection…' or stale ownership.

Change to: drop refetchInterval from this query (keep staleTime, and rely on the queryClient.invalidateQueries() that useTx already runs after every confirmed transaction, web/src/useTx.ts:64) so the scan runs once per connect and after the visitor's own transactions; if a periodic refresh is wanted, poll only the already-owned ids.

Why: the reference asks that each state say what the app knows without breaking under the brief's own numbers; 2,500 is the supply the brief names.

Width 1440, connect any wallet (an injected mock is enough) on chain 1 and leave the tab open.

With totalMinted = 25 the network panel shows one multicall to 0xca11bde05977b3631167028862be2a173976ca11 every 15 s from this hook.

Compute the brief's case: ids.length = 2500 → 2500 ownerOf calls per cycle; at ~25 calls per 1,024-byte multicall chunk that is ~100 eth_call requests per 15 s per tab.

Expected: at most one scan per connect plus refetch after the visitor's own transactions.

    • lowaccessibility: the disabled mint button on the first screen fades its price label to about 2.4:1web/src/index.css:300

Now: button:disabled lowers the whole control to 55 % opacity. Before a wallet connects, and for every visitor while minting is closed, the first-screen primary action 'Mint for 0.25 IMD' is disabled, so its text (white on the amber #8a5604 blended into the white card) lands near 2.4:1 in light mode, and the price, which is the one number the brief fixes ('exactly 0.25 $IMD'), is the hardest text on the screen to read.

Change to: replace the opacity rule with button:disabled { background: var(--surface-2); border-color: var(--border); color: var(--text-muted); cursor: not-allowed; } and button.primary:disabled the same, which keeps the site's own tokens (muted text on surface-2 is about 5.2:1 in light mode and 7:1 in dark).

Why: WCAG exempts inactive controls, but the reference asks that critical text (an amount) never be shrunk or faded, and this is the main action on the first screen at 390.

Width 390, light scheme, no wallet.

The 390 screenshot from the probe (test/scratch/taste/shots/390.png) shows 'Mint for 0.25 IMD' as pale tan text on a washed amber fill.

Computed style in Chromium: color rgb(255,255,255), background #8a5604, opacity 0.55 on a white card; blended fill ≈ rgb(191,162,117), white on it ≈ 2.4:1.

      Dark scheme (test/scratch/dark-390.png): rgb(27,20,0) on rgb(242,201,76) at 0.55 over #1b1e24, ≈ 3.9:1.

Expected: at least 4.5:1 for the price label in both schemes.

    • lowtaste: the Reward pool lead is two sentences joined by a semicolon and repeats the cap the facts below already showweb/src/RewardsPanel.tsx:28

Now: the lead under 'Reward pool' is 26 words with a semicolon, and its second sentence restates 'Remaining capacity 2,500 IMD' and 'Cap per Swarmler 1 IMD', which the facts grid directly beneath prints from the chain. The deposit hint on line 44 repeats the 90/10 split a third time.

Change to: lead = 'Nine tenths of mint proceeds and deposits pay holders. The rest goes to the creator.' and delete the sentence about capacity, which the facts already carry; the card's header shrinks by one line and the facts grid moves up.

Why: the reference wants section copy as one plain sentence, no semicolons, and 'a line that repeats a title' or a value cut; computed numbers belong in the facts, not in prose that will not update.

Width 390, scroll to the Reward pool card.

The lead wraps to four lines above a grid whose second and eighth facts read 'Remaining capacity 2,500 IMD' and 'Cap per Swarmler 1 IMD' (captured by test/scratch/live.mjs).

The same split is stated again in the deposit hint: 'The deposit is split 90% rewards, 10% creator.'

Expected: one sentence in the lead, the numbers only in the facts.
