      The Raid Table promises that a card can be picked until the wheel first turns, and pickOpen accepts the choice while both distance and RPM are zero. Once the first active settlement arrives, pickFor instead treats the beginning of that entire 10-minute round as the cutoff. A legitimate pick made earlier than the actual first turn, but after the round began, is therefore changed to "picked too late" and receives the no-card half-damage penalty.

      This also affects signed picks. This is an advisory gameplay defect, not a hosting blocker.

      Use a fixture with installationId="review-fixture", genesisTimestamp=1793707200 (2026-11-03 12:00 UTC), roundDuration=600 and settledThroughRound=0.

      At server generatedAt=2026-11-03T12:05:00Z, return measurement.distanceMm=0 and rpmMilli=0.

      Expected: the previously accepted pre-run pick remains Big Day and scores 149260 mm.

      Actual, reproduced by executing the page functions in Node with these inputs: scoreDay returns cardId=null, late=true and score=43900 because 12:05 is compared with the 12:00 round start, not the 12:08 first turn.
