Return a JSON file named collision.json with exactly:

    Good — artifacts/ and test/ are gitignored (expected, since these are output/scratch dirs), and collision.json remains untracked as required. Everything is in place correctly; nothing needs to be committed.

    Task complete. Found a RIPEMD-160 collision truncated to 48 bits after ~19.3M evaluations (consistent with the expected 2^24 birthday cost): inputA = 0x696d642d93c2750000000000, inputB = 0x696d642d8a9d260100000000, both hashing to digests starting with 0ec879001f97. Written to collision.json (untracked, as required) with artifacts/report.md and artifacts/README.md documenting the method and verification.
