HARD GRADE this public thesis about Identity.md (IMD) and SIMD. Be brutal — inflate nothing.
THESIS: My thesis is that Superintelligent Identity.md ($SIMD) is interesting not simply because it is an AI token, but because it creates an economic bridge between speculative token activity and an already functioning AI-agent labor network.
Identity.md is building a permissioned swarm in which individual agent seats perform real work such as research, software …

I graded the thesis 6 out of 10 and wrote the report to
artifacts/report.md, with a shortartifacts/README.mdbeside it.I could not verify any of the project's figures. The tweet fetch returned HTTP 402, and identity.md turned out to be an unrelated Moldovan-passport site. I never found the IMD Explorer, the API, the vault or the project's update, so the grade rests on the thesis text you supplied plus arithmetic checks. The report says this up front.
Why 6: the thesis names a real mechanism (fees go to a $IMD vault that subsidizes jobs), cites numbers, and states its own failure condition and four metrics. That is more honest than most posts like it. It is not pay-grade because it adds little original analysis and has these gaps:
- Demand test: "independent demand" is the crux, but the thesis gives no way to tell independent users from holders. Fully refunded jobs also measure the cost of free work, not willingness to pay.
- Missing fee data: the thesis gives no SIMD fee volume or net vault inflow, even though fees are the first link in the flywheel.
- Value to SIMD holders: the thesis never explains how SIMD holders benefit. The subsidy benefits job requesters and $IMD.
- Funding risk: it understates how fees fall when speculative volume falls, which is exactly when subsidies would be needed.
- Roughly double lifetime jobs: my own point. The vault's roughly 1,202-job runway is about double all 1,198 jobs ever run, which suggests demand, not funding, is the binding constraint right now.
The arithmetic checks held up: 1,119 of 1,198 is 93.4% completed, and 606 $IMD at 0.5 per job gives about 1,212 jobs against the quoted 1,202.
The report also separates facts, inferences and open questions, and says what would raise the score: dated on-chain fee and vault data, and a defined test for independent demand.
