  A covered plea is scored on the seller's real basis (buy-weighted hold time, exact P&L band 13/12/10/8/6/4); an uncovered one is scored as 'PLEA no buy record covers': held since startedAt and profit 10 (THREAT-MODEL invariant 3, section 3 'Prize PLEA and claimed distributor PLEA').

  Because the seller chooses amount, any wallet that holds both PLEA with a buy record and PLEA without one (a season prize, a distributor claim, an allowlisted transfer) can choose the branch: plead heldPlea and be scored on its history, or plead heldPlea + 1 and be scored as if none of it had a history.

  Once the launch is a week old the uncovered branch gives 7 + 10 = 17 fact points, which beats every covered outcome except an old holder at a loss (7 + 13): an early buyer at a gain over 1,000% gains 6 need points (4 -> 10), a fresh buyer at a gain under 50% gains 5 (0 + 12 -> 7 + 10), a fresh buyer at a loss gains 4 (0 + 13 -> 7 + 10).

  The share band, the trend band and the sale are unchanged, so this is a free choice of the better P&L / hold facts for a plea the record covers almost entirely.

  Precondition: unrecorded PLEA of at least the recorded amount plus 2 wei (the 50% ceiling), which the 12% distributor allocation and every season prize create. No agreed number changes; the design's 'uncovered' rule is applied to a plea that is 99.9999% covered, which section 3 does not describe. Severity Medium on the THREAT-MODEL scale (a wrong verdict path, bounded effect, costs the seller nothing): larger than R3-A1-1 (5 points, Medium).

  Minimal fix keeping the agreed numbers: score the covered part on the record and the uncovered part on the 'no record' rule and take the PLEA-weighted result, or treat a plea as covered when heldPlea != 0 (the dust-buy concern is already handled by since/spent being that record's own), or require the record to cover a high share (e.g. 90%) of the plea; THREAT-MODEL invariant 3 / section 3 should then say how a partly covered plea is scored.

   Findings file validated and the working tree is otherwise clean (scratch and the findings file are ignored). Writing the report now.

   Result: no substantiated defect in area A1

   .imd-findings.json holds an empty list. Every lead I raised was traced to a guard or refuted by a test, so nothing qualifies under the "concrete failing input or state" bar.

   What I checked, against THREAT-MODEL section 2

   • Invariants 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (gate and verdict). onOracleResult requires the Intake as sender, a known unsettled intake id, Pending status, inside the 20-minute expiry and a living Cabal, then verifies the signature in the gate's own domain, consumes the oracle request id once, checks panel 30 / quorum 17 / agreed, and bounds the score to 45. The failure function only expires a Pending plea and moves nothing. The sale is bound to the stored amount and seller, one swap, inside the 7-minute window, Executed before the external call, and the Letterbox is the only caller of submitFor / appealFor / executeSellFor. Fact score bands, exact profit edges (R5-A1-2), the lesser-share appeal rule, the 1% / 50% / 2.5M bounds, CannotPass, and the lapse and denial cooldowns all match the README and section 2. The dead-man is computed, and a verdict after it is refused.
   • Invariants 7, 8, 9, 10 (Seasons). Record once, held and sustained refusals, best-three replacement and tie keys, the top-25 insertion, pot versus accountedPot through claims redemption, rollover, the bonus burn, owner exclusion at record and at close, flushToWall, and the fail-open reads. The share table sums to exactly 10,000 with 25 strictly falling entries from 450 to 350.
   • Invariants 11, 12, 13 (Tribunal). The two pending slots, the rulings-plus-pending cap of two, the different-wallet rule including the pending objector, stale voiding on filing, sustain margin newScore + 2 < need, stake conservation across sustained / overruled / void / expired, checkpointObjection's booking to the plea's season with UnfundedStake, and the 40-minute hold inside the 60-minute close grace.

   Round 5 and 6 fixes verified. R5-A1-1 (two pending slots), R5-A1-2 (exact profit edges) and R6-A1-1 (status counts the seat multiplier via pointsOf / pointsFor) are correct and complete, and I found no new path opened by them.

   Scratch tests I ran (under test/scratch/, not kept): a sustain beside a pending objection with both stakes settled correctly; a ruled slot plus a pending one refusing a third, freeing on a void, and the ruled wallet refused on refiling; two rulings inside the window making the plea recordable at min(original, lowest); exact boundaries at verdict + 20 minutes and filing + 20 minutes; a late overruled stake after the death and the last close reaching the wall through rollover. Two starvation hypotheses were refuted by gas sweeps: no gas limit lets record succeed without a seated seller's multiplier, and no gas limit lets a sustained plea record through record or closeSeason.

   Notes, not findings. Seasons._standing, _tribunal and _owners decode the fail-open reads with abi.decode, which would revert on a dirty bool or address word rather than fail open. Only committed code answers those calls, so there is no reachable path. Coverage limit: the live Intake v2's requests() layout, which _stale depends on, is only exercised by the fork suites, which I did not run.

   What I checked

   I read the five area files in full, plus the token's transfer rule, the launcher's seed guard and fundWall, the threat model, the findings ledger, the README and OBJECTIONS.md. I then ran the area's test suites: Gate, Tribunal, TribunalSeasons, TribunalStanding, Seasons, SeatMultiplier under the default profile and GateAdversarial, TribunalAdversarial, TribunalInvariant, TribunalOracleBoundary, SeasonAdversarial, SeasonInvariant, SeasonRanking, SeasonFunds, OracleReplay, Run7ObjectionPoints and Run7SeatAccounting under the full profile.

   Round 6 fix (R6-A1-1) is correct and complete. Tribunal.status reads pointsOf once recorded and pointsFor(seller, min) before, and the regression test covers both states and a seat burned after recording. The round-5 fixes still hold under the current tests.

   Leads examined and rejected (no concrete path):

   • A sham objection voided by a panel refusal lets the same wallet re-file. This is Known limit 1, accepted, and each refile spends 0.5 IMD.
   • A seller can pick an amount just above their buy record to be scored as uncovered PLEA. This is the accepted "received PLEA can play" rule.
   • An attestation signed but never delivered could in theory be paired with a later request by the Intake writer. This is R2-A1-3, accepted, and bounded by the one-hour validity.
   • A trusted seat or hook contract returning huge return data would only cost the record caller gas, not block it.

   Not covered: the live Sepolia Intake and fork suites were not run, and the hook, Letterbox, launch and distributor were read only where the area's calls enter them.

   The review is complete. The findings file at the repository root holds two findings, both from the flow specialist, both reproduced against the code at this commit.

   Kept, Medium (src/CabalGate.sol:270): a seller holding both recorded and unrecorded PLEA chooses the scoring branch by the amount they plead. One wei over the buy record switches the whole plea to the "no buy record" rule (held since trading opened, profit 10). The specialist's test fails on this code exactly as stated: fact score 30 against 24, need 41 against a covered plea that would be refused with CannotPass(47). The effect is up to 6 need points, more than the round-3 Medium. The attached proof depends on the project's test fixture rather than being self-contained, which I state in the finding. A Medium needs no proof, so that is informational.

   Kept, Info (src/CabalGate.sol:855, same code in the Tribunal): invisible Unicode format characters outside the listed ranges pass the text filter. My scratch test confirms the acceptance. No value path, so it stays an Info.

   My own hunt found nothing further. I checked these against the code and the regression suites (108 tests in the Tribunal, Seasons, seat and round-7 suites pass):

   • The round-6 fix R6-A1-1 is correct: the status line reads the recorded points once recorded and the estimate before.

   Scratch tests sit under test/scratch/ and nothing else in the tree was changed.

     Specialist (audit_flow) finding, reproduced by the judge against the code; kept at Medium. _factScoreAt decides the hold-time and profit facts for the whole plea from one all-or-nothing comparison, covered = heldPlea >= amount.

     A covered plea is scored on the seller's real basis (buy-weighted hold time, exact P&L band 13/12/10/8/6/4); an uncovered one is scored as 'PLEA no buy record covers': held since startedAt and profit 10 (THREAT-MODEL invariant 3, section 3 'Prize PLEA and claimed distributor PLEA').

     Because the seller chooses amount, any wallet that holds both PLEA with a buy record and PLEA without one (a season prize, a distributor claim, an allowlisted transfer) can choose the branch: plead heldPlea and be scored on its history, or plead heldPlea + 1 and be scored as if none of it had a history.

     Once the launch is a week old the uncovered branch gives 7 + 10 = 17 fact points, which beats every covered outcome except an old holder at a loss (7 + 13): an early buyer at a gain over 1,000% gains 6 need points (4 -> 10), a fresh buyer at a gain under 50% gains 5 (0 + 12 -> 7 + 10), a fresh buyer at a loss gains 4 (0 + 13 -> 7 + 10).

     The share band, the trend band and the sale are unchanged, so this is a free choice of the better P&L / hold facts for a plea the record covers almost entirely.

     Precondition: unrecorded PLEA of at least the recorded amount plus 2 wei (the 50% ceiling), which the 12% distributor allocation and every season prize create. No agreed number changes; the design's 'uncovered' rule is applied to a plea that is 99.9999% covered, which section 3 does not describe. Severity Medium on the THREAT-MODEL scale (a wrong verdict path, bounded effect, costs the seller nothing): larger than R3-A1-1 (5 points, Medium).

     Minimal fix keeping the agreed numbers: score the covered part on the record and the uncovered part on the 'no record' rule and take the PLEA-weighted result, or treat a plea as covered when heldPlea != 0 (the dust-buy concern is already handled by since/spent being that record's own), or require the record to cover a high share (e.g. 90%) of the plea; THREAT-MODEL invariant 3 / section 3 should then say how a partly covered plea is scored.

     THREAT-MODEL invariants checked by the judge on this path: 3 (fact score from hourly checkpoints, never spot: holds; the bands and numbers are the agreed ones), 2 (amount bounds hold for both pleas), 4 (the verdict binding is untouched).

     Expected: gate.factScore(alice, held + 1) <= gate.factScore(alice, held), i.e. one wei more cannot improve the facts for the same wallet, hour and share band.

     Actual: factScore(alice, held) = 24 (9 share + 2 one-day hold + 4 gain over 1,000% + 9 up trend) and factScore(alice, held + 1) = 30 (9 + 2 + 10 + 9). gate.submitSell(held + 1, text) from Alice succeeds with need 41, whereas submitSell(held, text) would be refused CannotPass(47).
