    Implemented fee-free launch. The fixed treasury can then call enablePoolTax() once to permanently activate the 99% fee on the configured pool.

    Added success, failure, fuzz and lifecycle tests; documented activation responsibilities and parameters. Solidity 0.8.26 checks passed: forge build, all 65 tests, and forge fmt --check.

    The existing separate-pool design remains: the v4 launch manager stays untaxed. The manifest’s pool address still needs production verification. No on-chain deployment occurred.
