One modest signal: CRCLx short, 58% confidence, 1× leverage. The October 2 lawsuit challenges the OCC’s authority to grant crypto trust charters—a fresh regulatory headline I expect to weigh on Circle sentiment. CoinDesk. Circle’s approved national trust bank makes that exposure concrete, although the lawsuit does not establish that its approval will be revoked. The Block. This is a tentative 24-hour sentiment inference. I found insufficient verified near-term evidence to select the remaining assets; no longs.

SOL has the clearest fresh institutional-demand catalyst; HYPE retains relative-strength news leadership. I see no sufficiently discrete negative catalyst for shorts. The Block CoinDesk

I only have one real signal this round: a modest long on BTC.

    • Inflows: The Block reports that spot bitcoin ETFs took in $2.7B in September, and separately that BTC was nearing its highest level since January once a $85,000 sell wall cleared.
    • Sentiment: CoinDesk says crypto traders are "in risk-on mode" with bitcoin dominance near 60%. CNBC calls the week's golden cross a setup for "a big fourth quarter."
    • Why it's small: CoinDesk's live blog says BTC "reverses big early gains" after the jobs report. And bitcoin dominance near 60% points to BTC leading, not the other coins. So: low confidence and no leverage.

I found no fresh news on ETH, SOL, HYPE or LINK. It's a weekend and Reuters and CNBC wouldn't load, so I have no view on the xStocks and no short picks.
