SCOPE. Walk every role through a task from creation to the last payout and look for logic abuse: holding someone else's money, skipping or capturing the dispute, voting twice, collusion against third parties, what a user cannot learn from the chain alone. Separate orders cover code security (reentrancy, invariants, access rights, rounding, gas) and payout amounts per outcome; here a wrong percentage or a bug with no role scenario is one info line.

SOURCE OF TRUTH. The rules below win over docs and comments. Code: contracts/src/ (TaskVault, desks/, VotePower, YoloPredict, YoloSweetener, YoloLockHub, HiddenList).

RULES.

R1 Task: reward in ETH, USDC, IMD or YOLO (min 0.002 ETH, 5 USDC, 1 IMD, 1,000 YOLO), fixed deadline. Anyone tops up while Open before the deadline; a top-up during a check joins the reward at once. Nobody withdraws while Open; Expired: each contributor takes back his own; a Completed task takes no new money.

R2 Submit: anyone, the author too; bond 0.5 IMD + 3% of the author's own share; one active, the rest queued and judged even after the deadline; on acceptance or cancel queued ones void, bond back. The doer writes why it is honest at submission. A doer whose YOLO lock (YoloLockHub) runs from submission to payout gets up to 4% of the reward extra; any power counts, no threshold.

R3 Dispute: 24 h from activation, anyone but the doer, one disputer per submission, bond 0.5 IMD + 1% of the author's own share; reason required, proof link optional.

R4 Vote: 24 h; DisputeDesk.vote(subId, side, payTo, tokenIds); NFT ids owned now or delegated (delegate registry v2); each id once per dispute; side fixed; own transaction and gas. Instant decision at a 20-vote lead; at the end a 10-vote lead and >= 1 wallet decide; else no decision.

R5 Swarm: after a decision anyone appeals within 24 h (the doer only a rejection); a dispute side pays the fee from its bond, an outsider posts bond + fee; anyone asks the question in a later call; an appeal not asked within 6 h voids with a full refund. No decision: anyone calls the swarm within 24 h; nobody calls = accepted, disputer bond to the doer. Answer within 6 h (+1 h delivery grace) is final; silence restores the prior state; max 3 calls per submission, then as if never called.

R6 Predict: YOLO, irrevocable, before the deadline, paused while a submission is active; Completed = WILL DO, Expired = WON'T DO, cancelled = full refund. Anyone predicts, author and doer too.

R7 The dev wallet may cancel an open task in any phase: everyone takes back exactly what he put in, the dev wallet nothing. The dev wallet (the DevPrices owner) also sets the YOLO, ETH and IMD prices by hand (USDC = $1) and the buyback wallet. The params owner may pause new tasks. HiddenList hides on the site only, money untouched.

R8 Any frontend reads the chain via public RPCs; the protocol needs no project server, keeper or relayer.

REPORT FORMAT, MANDATORY. One entry per item, same order, even "no issue"; a missing item = INCOMPLETE. Entry 0: VERDICT, max 8 lines, every blocker. Items 1-11: severity, scenario as numbered steps (who calls what, when, at what cost), file:line, loss or delay in tokens at a 100 USDC reward and a 10,000 YOLO prediction pool, smallest fix, and a Foundry PoC (full source, contracts/test/audit/, fails now and passes once fixed, no fork, no ffi) if real, else one line why not. Severity: critical = someone takes or permanently freezes another's money; high = realistic loss, or a rule above broken; medium = bounded loss, a lock over 7 days, or cheap griefing; low = edge case; info = text drift, "no issue".

  1. ROLE WALK. For author, contributor, doer, queued doer, disputer, NFT voter, delegate, appellant, outside swarm caller, predictor, staked doer, dev wallet, params owner: each call in each phase and its result. Flag a call allowed outside its rule, or a rule with no path.
  2. HOSTAGE. Who can keep another's reward, bond, add-on or position locked, how long, at what cost: junk submissions queued near or after the deadline, unasked appeals, three silent swarm calls, repeated dispute rounds, a phase with no exit. Give the longest path from the deadline to the author's refund.
  3. SKIPPING THE DISPUTE. Getting a fake accepted with no real check: a friend takes the only dispute slot with a weak reason and stays passive (an outside swarm caller cannot add his own reason), the window opening at a quiet hour through queue order, an instant decision by own NFTs, a cancel or the deadline in between.
  4. DOUBLE VOTE. One NFT counted twice in a dispute: owner and delegate, transfer after a vote, delegation changed mid-vote, several transactions, payTo tricks; same for HiddenList votes. Can a voter gain by having both sides paid to him?
  5. COLLUSION VS PREDICTORS. Author + doer, or one person with two wallets, against outside predictors: a fake accepted, a task meant to fail, a submission timed to freeze predictions, the deferred 2.5% + 2.5%, empty-side cases. Give the cheapest profitable plan and what an honest predictor can still do in time.
  6. COLLUSION VS AUTHOR AND CONTRIBUTORS. Doer + disputer, doer + voters, doer + appellant; top-ups during a check; the author submitting to his own task.
  7. THE DEV WALLET AS A PLAYER. Cancel as a free option: predict, then cancel when losing. Cancel timed to void a won dispute or a swarm answer. Anything the dev wallet or a friend of it gains.
  8. ORDER AND RACES. Same-block front-running of dispute, vote, appeal, callSwarm, topUp, predict, cancel; lazy timers (poke) played late changing an outcome or a winner; deadline vs an active submission.
  9. KNOWING BEFORE PAYING. From views alone, can a user learn before each call its full cost (bond, fee, max IMD in), the end of the current step, what he can claim and when? A view that lies or reverts in some phase is a finding.
  10. NO SERVER. Can a third-party frontend with only an RPC rebuild every task, text, reason, vote and swarm answer (texts kept as hashes plus events)? Does any rule need someone of the project to send a transaction (keeper, relayer, poke)?
  11. COVERAGE. Files read in full, what was not reached, forge build and test result (passed/failed).

Not findings (by design, unless worse than stated): self-dispute from a second wallet; a single possible doer predicting WON'T DO and not doing; an author profiting from a task nobody can do; one late position on an empty side taking the other pool; junk submissions on small tasks (defense: dispute and take the bond); NFT holders not voting on small tasks; one stake lock for all submissions; many wallets in predictions; fees of silent swarm calls kept; test/mocks, brand/, landing/.

  • 1.highR5 broken: askAppealSwarm never plays the timers, so an appeal is still asked after its 6 h void deadlinecontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:235

            ICaseDesk(caseDesk).askAppeal(subId, funds, rt);

    Rule R5: an appeal not asked within 6 h voids with a full refund. That void lives only in CaseDesk.step (Phase.Appealed, line 206: block.timestamp >= appealedAt + swarmTimeout -> dropCaller, back to Decided, asks++), and step runs only from TaskVault._advance.

    Every other user action starts with ICaseDesk(caseDesk).advanced(subId) (dispute, appeal, callSwarm, claims), but askAppealSwarm reads the appeal and calls CaseDesk.askAppeal, which checks only phase == Appealed (CaseDesk.sol:274) and never compares with appealedAt + swarmTimeout.

    So whenever nobody poked the task, anyone can still ask the swarm hours or days after the 6 h deadline: the appellant's fee is spent, the bond is put at risk, and a fresh 6 h + 1 h swarm window starts from the late ask.

    Consequences: (a) race (item 8): at 6 h + x a poke voids the appeal with a full refund while askAppealSwarm in the same block spends the fee and asks; whoever lands first decides the outcome of the step. (b) hostage (item 2): an appellant or a friend can file at T and ask whenever they like later, keeping the reward, the doer bond and the YoloPredict positions frozen longer than the rules allow, up to 7 h more per appeal, three times per submission.

    (c) the appellant loses the 0.5 IMD fee R5 promises back. Loss at a 100 USDC reward: the appellant's 0.5 IMD fee (and the 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC bond if the late answer goes against them); the 100 USDC pot and a 10,000 YOLO prediction pool stay locked up to 21 h longer.

    Smallest fix: start askAppealSwarm with ICaseDesk(caseDesk).advanced(subId) so the timeout is played first (askAppeal then reverts WrongPhase), or have CaseDesk.askAppeal revert when block.timestamp >= appealedAt + p.swarmTimeout. Merged from audit_economics (high), audit_math item 8 (low) and audit_math verdict.

    100 USDC task (author), doer submits (sub 1), dave disputes, a wallet holding 20 NFTs votes reject: instant Decided(Reject).

    The doer calls appeal(1, max, noSwap) at T: phase Appealed, appealedAt = T.

    No poke. warp to T + 10 h, anyone calls askAppealSwarm(1, rt).

    Expected (R5): the appeal is void, phase Decided after a poke, the Intake nonce unchanged.

    Actual: phase 7 (Asked), the Intake was paid (nonce 1), the doer's fee is gone.

    PoC contracts/test/scratch/LateAppealAsk.t.sol fails on this code ("7 != 5") and passes with ICaseDesk(caseDesk).advanced(subId) added at the top of askAppealSwarm (checked locally, source restored).

    The PoC deploys the desks and the vault inside one constructor, so it behaves the same with or without forge isolate mode: fails on this code and passes with the fix in both (checked on this machine, whose forge config has isolate = true).

  • 2.mediumHostage: unasked appeals are free, each void reopens a fresh 24 h window, and the submission queue is unbounded; two queued junk submissions lock the author's refund past 7 dayscontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:206

                if (block.timestamp < uint256(s.appealedAt) + p.swarmTimeout) return false;

    Item 2. An appeal nobody asks is refunded in full at appealedAt + 6 h (dropCaller: bond + prepaid fee), the phase goes back to Decided and callFrom = now, so a new 24 h appeal window opens; this is allowed three times (asks counts the void). A losing doer appeals from his own bond (no second bond, _fundCall) and never calls askAppealSwarm, or any stranger does it at zero net cost.

    Longest path of one disputed submission with every move at the last second: Review 24 h + Vote 24 h + 3 x (24 h window + 6 h unasked appeal) = 138 h; with three silent swarm calls instead 24 + 24 + 3 x (24 + 6 + 1 grace) = 141 h, about 5.9 days. Submissions queued before the deadline are judged one after another after it (TaskVault.closeSubmission line 443-446, rule R2), each with the full machine, and nothing caps the queue.

    So N junk submissions queued at deadline - 1 s hold the reward, every top-up, the YOLO add-on and the 10,000 YOLO prediction pool about N x 5.9 days; N = 2 is already 11.8 days (the rubric's 'lock over 7 days'). Cost per junk submission: 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC bond at a 100 USDC reward, lost only if someone disputes and wins; the appeals themselves cost nothing.

    Counter in the code: askAppealSwarm is permissionless, so a watcher can end an unasked appeal within 7 h, but that needs someone to send a transaction (rule R8).

    Smallest fix: do not refund the prepaid fee (or a part of the bond) of an unasked appeal, do not reset callFrom after a void (keep the original window), and/or cap the pending queue per task or void queued submissions whose activation falls after deadline + one full check. Merged from audit_math item 2, audit_economics, audit_flow (all medium) and audit_permissions item 2 (info).

    Verified with contracts/test/scratch/Checks.t.sol test_UnaskedAppealsFreeAndReopenWindow: 100 USDC task, Decided(Reject) by 20 NFTs; a stranger appeals at callFrom + 24 h - 1 s, nobody asks, poke at +6 h voids it (phase Decided, new callFrom); repeated three times, then Final/Rejected. The stranger's IMD and USDC balances after withdraw equal the balances before (bond + fee fully back, cost 0); 89 h passed from the NFT decision to the final state. withdrawContribution reverts TaskNotOpen the whole time; a second queued submission starts the same cycle after it.

  • 3.mediumOne dispute slot: a doer's accomplice files a weak dispute first, honest reasons never reach the swarm, and the accomplice shares the doer's forfeited bond when an honest outsider pays to wincontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:102

            if (d.disputer != address(0)) revert AlreadyDisputed();

    Items 3, 5, 6. Rule R3 allows one disputer per submission, and a self-dispute from a second wallet is listed as by design; the effect here is worse than stated. 1) Doer D submits a fake; friend F disputes in the same block (or front-runs the honest dispute) with a weak reason and no proof link (bond 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC at a 100 USDC reward).

    1. Every later dispute reverts AlreadyDisputed, and questionPart (lines 463-479) builds the swarm question from F's reason only; callSwarm and appeal carry no text, so the honest objection and counter-proof link can never reach the panel. 3) With no NFT votes (small task) the phase is NoDecision; if nobody pays within 24 h, _endUncalled accepts the fake and F's bond goes to D (_splitCurrency, doerWins): the pair's net cost is the 10 % fee.

    2. If an honest outsider H pays bond + fee (0.5 IMD + 1 USDC + 0.5 IMD) to callSwarm against the doer and wins, H gets the 0.5 IMD stranger fee back and then shares the doer's forfeited bond pro rata with F (lines 766-775: appPart to H, 'rest' to disputerReward for F): at a 100 USDC reward 1.5 USDC each, so the colluders recover half their penalty.

    Loss if nobody pays: the 100 USDC pot (90 to the coalition) and, with a prediction market, the WON'T DO pool (see the predictor finding).

    Smallest fix: let the swarm caller attach one claim of their own (reason + proof link, hash-stored like the dispute, within maxClaims), or allow further disputers while the window is open and exclude the first disputer from the penalty share when a stranger had to pay the swarm. Merged from audit_math item 3, audit_economics, audit_flow and audit_permissions (info).

    State: sub S in Phase.Review.

    F calls dispute(S, 'looks ok', '', noSwap) first; H's dispute(S, 'no DOER CODE', 'https://x.com/h/status/2', noSwap) in the same block reverts AlreadyDisputed (DisputeDesk.sol:102). previewSwarmBody(S, 2, rt) passes the RulesMismatch check only with rt.disputeReason == 'looks ok'.

    After NoDecision, H calls callSwarm(S, false, max, noSwap, rt); on a Reject answer _settleDecided: penaltyRew = 3 USDC (doer bond), winnerBonds = 1 USDC (F) + 1 USDC (H); appPart = 1.5 USDC to H, rest 1.5 USDC booked as disputerReward for F (claimDisputer pays it, lines 345-357).

    If nobody calls, poke after callFrom + 24 h: outcome Accepted, D credited 90 USDC plus F's 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC.

  • 4.mediumAuthor + doer vs predictors: a submission freezes the market and an undisputed fake sends the whole WON'T DO pool and the deferred 5 % to author and doercontracts/src/YoloPredict.sol:209

            if (res == Resolution.WillDoWon && m.willDoPointsTotal == 0 && m.wontDoPool != 0) {

    Item 5. predict reverts SubmissionActive while task.activeSub != 0 (line 139), so one submission placed shortly before the deadline stops anyone from joining the empty WILL DO side or hedging.

    A submission nobody disputes within 24 h is accepted with no vote and no swarm question (CaseDesk.step Review, line 177); YoloPredict then resolves Completed = WILL DO: settle pays the deferred 2.5 % + 2.5 % to author and doer (lines 197-202) and, with nobody on WILL DO, the whole WON'T DO pool half to the author and half to the doer (lines 209-215). Author and doer may be one person with two wallets, or the author himself (R2).

    Cheapest plan at a 10,000 YOLO WON'T DO pool: a 5 USDC task that looks impossible; outsiders predict WON'T DO 10,000 YOLO (9,000 effective, 500 deferred, 500 burn); the author's second wallet submits any well-formed link (bond 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC, returned) at a quiet hour; 24 h later the task is Completed: author 4,750 YOLO, doer 4,750 YOLO, outsiders 0, for a 0.5 USDC fee plus gas.

    What an honest predictor can still do: dispute within 24 h (0.5 IMD + 1 % of base), then, if the NFT does not decide, callSwarm within the next 24 h paying bond + 0.5 IMD; if nobody does, the fake is accepted anyway.

    Design-level, not a code bug; smallest hardening: when a market exists on the task, keep predict open (or reopen the empty side) while a submission is under review, or do not pay the no-winner pool to the doer/author of a task that was never checked, or require a swarm question before accepting an undisputed submission on a task with a market larger than the reward. Merged from audit_permissions (medium), audit_flow (medium) and audit_math item 5 (low).

    Verified with contracts/test/scratch/Checks.t.sol test_UndisputedFakeTakesWontDoPool: 5 USDC task; predictor predicts WON'T DO 10,000e18 at creation + 1 h; the doer wallet submits at + 2 h; predictor's predict(task, true, 1e18) reverts SubmissionActive; warp 24 h, poke: task Completed, submission Accepted; settle pays author 4,750e18 and doer 4,750e18 YOLO; the predictor's claim pays 0.

  • 5.mediumDev wallet cancel is a free option on YoloPredict and voids a decided dispute; swarm fees already paid are not returned, against R7's 'exactly what he put in'contracts/src/TaskVault.sol:364

        function cancelTask(uint256 taskId) external nonReentrant {

    Item 7, a trust assumption (R7 allows cancelling an open task in any phase) reported with its value, plus a rule drift. cancelTask works while the task is Open after the timers are played: during Review, Voting, NoDecision, Decided, Appealed and Asked (only an answer already recorded is protected, because _advance runs first).

    (a) Free option: the dev wallet, or a friend of it, predicts on a 10,000 YOLO market; if its side heads to lose (deadline near with no submission, or a submission about to be accepted/rejected) the dev cancels: YoloPredict resolves Void and claim pays paidIn, 100 % back with no burn and no deferred part (YoloPredict.sol:248-249, 268), while the honest side loses the win it held. The option is worth the whole losing pool on every market the dev wallet is in.

    (b) Cancel timed against a won dispute: after an NFT Decided(Reject) the disputer about to receive the doer bond (0.5 IMD + 3 USDC at 100 USDC) gets only his own bond back (_settleNeutral); after an NFT Accept the doer who did the work loses the 90 USDC payout.

    (c) R7 drift: a swarm caller with a question pending loses the 0.5 IMD fee (_settleNeutral refunds bond + unspent funds only, DisputeDesk.sol:566-570; the doer's and disputer's bonds come back minus _sideSpent), so not everyone takes back exactly what he put in. Nothing in code prevents or delays this.

    Smallest fix if wanted: refuse cancelTask once a submission left Review (Decided/Asked) or once a market exists, add a short timelock so predictors see it coming, bar the DevPrices owner from predict, and document that paid swarm fees are the one exception to R7. Merged from audit_permissions (low), audit_math item 7, audit_economics and audit_flow (medium).

    Verified with contracts/test/scratch/Checks.t.sol test_DevCancelVoidsWonDispute: 100 USDC task, dave disputes, 20 NFTs vote reject (Decided); devWallet (Prices.owner) calls cancelTask: status Unwound; dave's claimDisputer pays exactly 1 USDC + 0.5 IMD (bond only, no share of the doer bond).

    Market case by code: WILL DO 5,000 / WON'T DO 5,000 YOLO, no submission at deadline - 1 s; cancelTask -> resolution Void, each side claims paidIn in full, instead of WON'T DO taking 4,500 + 4,500 at the deadline.

    Fee case: after callSwarm (0.5 IMD paid to the Intake) a cancel credits the caller a.bond + a.funds with funds already 0.

  • 6.lowstepDeadline returns appealedAt (already past) in Phase.Appealed instead of the void moment appealedAt + swarmTimeoutcontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:328

            if (ph == Phase.Appealed) return s.appealedAt;

    Item 9 (knowing before paying). stepDeadline is 'when the current step of an active submission times out'. For a filed, unasked appeal the only real timer is the void at appealedAt + p.swarmTimeout (step, line 206), but the view returns appealedAt, a moment already in the past one block after filing.

    A frontend reading only the chain shows the step as overdue for 6 h, and no view tells the appellant how long they have to call askAppealSwarm, or the other side when the Decided window reopens.

    Smallest fix: return uint256(s.appealedAt) + p.swarmTimeout. Reported by all four specialists; merged.

    Verified with contracts/test/scratch/Checks.t.sol test_StepDeadlineAppealed: Decided(Reject), the doer appeals at t0; stepDeadline(subId) == t0 (expected t0 + 21600); poke at t0 + 5 h leaves phase Appealed, poke at t0 + 6 h moves it to Decided.

  • 7.lowThe doer's own or delegated NFTs decide the dispute instantly, lock out other voters and earn the 5 % NFT fee plus half the disputer's bondcontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:189

                if (diff >= instantDelta && wallets >= minWallets) ICaseDesk(caseDesk).tryInstantDecision(subId, v);

    Items 3, 4, 6. vote does not exclude the doer, the disputer or their delegates (VotePower.mayVote accepts the owner or any delegate.xyz delegate), the instant rule needs only a 20-vote lead from 1 wallet (instantDelta 20, minWinnerWallets 1) and ownership is read live (no snapshot: NFTs can be rented).

    At a 100 USDC reward: doer D submits, friend F disputes with any reason (0.5 IMD + 1 USDC), D's NFT wallet V (20 ids) votes accept in the next transaction: Decided/Accept in the dispute's first seconds, every later vote reverts WrongPhase.

    If no appeal lands within 24 h the outcome is Accepted with nftRight = true: _payReward sends 5 USDC of the 10 USDC fee to the voter bucket instead of the treasury (line 715) and _settleDecided gives 50 % of F's bond to the voters and 50 % to D. The group keeps 95.5 USDC of 100 against 90 for an honest acceptance; the same holds against an honest disputer, who always loses half his bond to the doer's NFTs unless he pays to appeal (0.5 IMD + 1 USDC bond + 0.5 IMD fee).

    Rule R4 allows the instant 20-vote decision and docs/MECHANICS.md says a large holder can swing it, so this is a documented design limit, reported as the cheapest fee-halving path.

    Smallest fix: refuse votes from the doer and the current disputer, raise minWinnerWallets for the instant rule in the next parameter version, and/or pay the NFT fee share only when both sides got votes. Merged from audit_permissions (low) and audit_math item 6.

    State: USDC task 100e6; D submits (sub 1); F dispute(1, 'weak', '', noSwap) at T; V holding ids 0..19 calls vote(1, 1, V, [0..19]) at T.

    Actual: getSubmission(1).phase == Decided, nftDecision == Accept (the 20-id instant path is the same one contracts/test/scratch/Checks.t.sol uses for its reject decisions); any other holder's vote reverts WrongPhase.

    After callFrom + 24 h and poke: getSettlement(1).voterFee == 5e6, voterBond.rew == 0.5e6, voterBond.imd == 0.25e18, treasuryPot(usdc) == 5e6 (not 10e6); claimVoterReward(1, V) pays 5.5 USDC + 0.25 IMD.

  • 8.lowDoer stake bonus depends on when the final step is poked and on the lock running now, not on the lock running from submission to payoutcontracts/src/YoloLockHub.sol:111

            if (p.epoch != l.epoch || l.end <= block.timestamp || p.end <= since) return 0;

    Items 1 and 8, rule R2 ('a doer whose YOLO lock runs from submission to payout gets up to 4 %'). DisputeDesk._payReward (line 722) checks _lockRuns at the moment someone plays the final step, and stakePower requires l.end > block.timestamp then.

    Two drifts: (a) a lock that ends between the moment the step became due (window end, decision) and the first poke loses the bonus (up to 4 USDC at a 100 USDC reward plus 4 % of the add-on; the lost share goes half to burn, half to treasury), so the amount depends on who pokes when; the doer can protect himself by poking.

    (b) the opposite: stakePower checks only the epoch (no withdraw) and that the lock runs now, so a lock that lapsed during the check and was set again with lock(0, weeks) before the payout still pays the bonus although it did not run the whole time. Tokens never left the hub in (b), so the money effect is small either way.

    Smallest fix: check the lock against the time the step became due (windowEnd / decidedAt / answer time) and require no history point with end <= t between since and that time. Merged from audit_economics (low) and audit_flow (info).

    (a) Doer locks YOLO with end E = submit + 25 h and submits; Review ends at submit + 24 h undisputed; the first poke is at submit + 26 h: outcome Accepted, Settlement.stakeBps == 0 (stakePower returns 0 because l.end <= block.timestamp).

    A poke at submit + 24 h instead pays the bonus.

    (b) Doer locks 1 week, submits on day 6, the lock ends on day 7; on day 8 before the payout the doer calls lock(0, 1) (allowed: add == 0 with a term, same epoch); payout on day 9: stakePower returns p.power (p.epoch == l.epoch, l.end > now, p.end > since), the bonus is paid.

  • 9.infoA payTo address accumulates votes of both sides while hasVoted/sideOf report it as not having votedcontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:163

                VoterRec storage pr = book.recs[payTo];

    Item 4 (double vote): no issue found with counting. Each NFT id is marked in the per-dispute bitmap before the ownership check (lines 148-154), so owner + delegate, a transfer after the vote, a changed delegation or several transactions cannot count one id twice; a wallet's side is fixed at its first vote; wallets are counted per voter, not per payTo.

    View drift only: votes for another payTo are added to recs[payTo] while the side is stored for the voter, so P can be the payTo of an accept vote by A and of a reject vote by B; votesOf(P) shows both counts, hasVoted(P)/sideOf(P) stay false/0, and P is paid for whichever side wins. No gain beyond what two wallets voting both sides would get (pro rata to winning votes). Frontends should treat votesOf as 'paid to', not 'voted by'.

    Merged from audit_economics and audit_math item 4.

    A votes accept with 5 ids, payTo = P; B votes reject with 5 ids, payTo = P: votesOf(S, P) == (5, 5), sideOf(S, P) == 0, hasVoted(S, P) == false. Owner O votes id 5 then delegate Dl votes id 5 for the other side: reverts TokenVoted(5); O transfers id 5 to X, X votes: TokenVoted(5); O votes the other side with id 8: AlreadyVoted.

  • 10.infoParameter drift: voteParams nft and delegateRegistry are ignored; votes always use the immutable VotePowercontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:185

                (,, uint32 instantDelta, uint32 minWallets) = ParamsRegistry(registry).voteParams(version);

    Item 1 (params owner). ParamsRegistry stores nft and delegateRegistry per version and validate requires nft != 0, but vote reads only instantDelta and minWinnerWallets from voteParams and checks ownership through the VotePower contract fixed at deployment (its own nft and delegateRegistry immutables); HiddenList likewise.

    A new parameter version naming another collection or registry (48 h timelock) changes nothing for votes, which docs/MECHANICS.md states but the Params field comments ('identity.md ERC-721', 'delegate.xyz v2; address(0) disables delegated votes') do not. No money effect; text drift.

    Role walk otherwise clean: no call was found allowed outside its rule and no rule without a path (doer cannot dispute or appeal his own acceptance, one disputer, queued doers claim only on Completed/Unwound, predict only Open and before the deadline with no active submission, dev wallet only cancelTask while Open, params owner only pause and timelocked versions). From audit_permissions; audit_math item 1 agrees.

    The registry owner proposes Params p with p.nft = otherCollection and p.delegateRegistry = address(0), activates after 48 h; a task created under the new version is disputed; a holder of an otherCollection token calls vote(subId, 1, self, [id]): reverts NotTokenHolder; an identity.md holder still votes. paramsOf(v).nft reports otherCollection.

    The forge test run has ended without a result: it was stopped by its time limit (exit code 143) before printing anything. So I still have no build or test outcome, and nothing was confirmed by running code. The six findings in .imd-findings.json (3 medium, 2 low, 1 info) are unchanged and rest on reading the code only.

    • mediumAuthor+doer collusion: a submission just before the deadline freezes predictions; an undisputed fake acceptance hands the whole WON'T DO pool and the deferred 5% to author and doercontracts/src/YoloPredict.sol:209

      Items 5/3. predict() reverts while task.activeSub != 0 (line 139), so a junk submission placed shortly before the deadline stops anyone from taking the empty WILL DO side. If the submission becomes Completed (nobody disputes within 24h, or a passive friend disputes and no NFT votes -> NoDecision -> nobody calls the swarm -> CaseDesk._endUncalled accepts), settle() pays the entire WON'T DO pool half to the author and half to the doer, plus the deferred 2.5%+2.5%.

      Author and doer can be the same person (two wallets, or the author himself: R2 allows it). Cost is only the 10% reward fee; the bond comes back. Honest predictors' only defense is to dispute and, if the NFT holders stay silent, pay a swarm call (bond + fee) themselves within 24h after the vote; the friend's dispute slot blocks their own reason (one disputer per submission), so the swarm is asked with the friend's weak reason.

      1. Author A creates a 5 USDC task (deadline T).
      2. Outsiders predict WON'T DO for 10,000 YOLO in total (9,000 effective in the pool, 500 deferred, 500 burn); WILL DO stays empty.
      3. At T-1 min, wallet B (A's) submits junk (bond 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC, refunded). predict now reverts SubmissionActive until T has passed.
      4. Wallet C (A's) disputes at once with a weak reason (0.5 IMD + 0.05 USDC) and nobody votes -> NoDecision; if no outsider pays bond + swarm fee within 24h -> Accepted. 5) settle(): author 4,500 + 250 YOLO, doer 4,500 + 250 YOLO; WON'T DO predictors get 0, even though the task was never done. Expected: a WON'T DO side cannot lose to an unchecked acceptance without a way to hedge; actual: about 9,500 YOLO taken for about 0.5 USDC fee + C's bond (C's bond goes to B). Fix: let predictions continue (or reopen the empty side) while a submission is under review, or send the losing pool back to the losers when the winning side is empty; at minimum, do not send the NoWinner pool to the doer.
    • mediumHostage: a losing doer (or any appellant) can re-file appeals that are never asked; each void costs nothing and opens a new 24h window, and queued submissions repeat the whole cycle after the deadlinecontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:206

      Item 2. An appeal that is not asked within swarmTimeout (6h) is refunded in full (dropCaller), and phase Decided restarts with callFrom = now, so another 24h appeal window opens. A doer whose junk was rejected appeals from his own bond (no second bond, fee from the bond), never calls askAppealSwarm, and repeats this 3 times at zero net cost.

      Anyone may call askAppealSwarm to end it, but that needs someone to watch and send a transaction (R8). The submissions in the queue are judged after the deadline (TaskVault.closeSubmission line 444) and each one can run the full path again. Per submission, the longest path is review 24h + vote 24h + 3 x (24h window + 6h unasked) = 138h, or with silent swarm calls 24+24+3x(24+7) = 141h, about 5.9 days.

      With N junk submissions queued before the deadline, the author waits about N x 5.9 days for the refund (N = 2 already exceeds 7 days). Each junk costs 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC of bond (lost on rejection).

      100 USDC task.

      Doer D1 submits junk at T-1h, and D2 and D3 queue more junk (each bond 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC).

      An honest disputer rejects D1 by NFT; D1 calls appeal() at callFrom+23h59 (fee taken from the bond), nobody calls askAppealSwarm, step voids it at +6h, and D1 appeals again: x3.

      Then D2 activates and repeats.

      The author's 100 USDC stays in withdrawContribution -> TaskNotOpen for about 17.7 days after T.

      Expected: rejected junk cannot hold the refund for longer than one check; actual: the delay grows linearly with the queue and costs the attacker only the bonds.

      Fix: forfeit the swarm fee (or part of the bond) of an unasked appeal, do not reopen a fresh 24h window after a void, and/or void queued submissions whose activation would fall after the deadline + a cap.

    • mediumDev wallet holds a free option: it can predict, then cancel the task when its side is losing (or a dispute/swarm result goes against a friend) and get 100% backcontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:368

      Item 7. cancelTask works in any phase while the task is Open, including Decided and Asked (a swarm answer recorded but not yet poked: _advance runs first, so an answer delivered in time is finalized, but during Phase.Asked before delivery, or during Decided/Appealed, a cancel voids a won NFT decision or a pending appeal). YoloPredict then returns paidIn in full, including the 5% burn and the 5% deferred.

      Nothing records whether the dev wallet (or a friend) holds positions, so the 'dev wallet gets nothing' rule holds per task but not for a position in the market. This is a trust assumption allowed by R7, but its value is not visible to users.

      Dev wallet W predicts WON'T DO 5,000 YOLO on a task with a 10,000 YOLO pool.

      An honest doer's submission is accepted by the NFT (Decided, appeal window open).

      W calls cancelTask(taskId) -> Unwound; W claims 5,000 back instead of losing 4,500, and the doer loses a payout of 90 USDC on a 100 USDC reward and the WILL DO winners lose their share.

      Fix (design decision): forbid cancelTask after the first submission is activated or while a submission is Decided/Asked, or bar the DevPrices owner from YoloPredict.predict; at least emit/report the dev wallet's positions.

    • lowstepDeadline returns the filing time for an Appealed submission, not the real void time (appealedAt + swarmTimeout)contracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:328

      Item 9. step() voids an unasked appeal only at appealedAt + p.swarmTimeout (line 206), but the view reports appealedAt. A frontend that relies on views alone shows the step as already overdue, and a user who pokes gets no transition (step returns false) for 6 hours. It cannot learn from the view when the appeal voids and the refund becomes claimable.

      appeal() at t0 -> stepDeadline(subId) == t0; poke at t0+1h: phase stays Appealed.

      Expected stepDeadline == t0 + 6h.

      Fix: return uint256(s.appealedAt) + p.swarmTimeout.

    • lowPassive friend disputer captures the only dispute slot; with no NFT votes and no paid swarm call the fake is accepted and the disputer bond goes to the doer (back to the colluder)contracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:360

      Item 3. One disputer per submission (DisputeDesk.dispute: AlreadyDisputed). A friend of the doer disputes in the same block as the activation with a minimal reason; honest disputers then revert.

      An outside swarm caller has to reuse the friend's reason (callSwarm takes no reason of its own). If no NFT holder votes, NoDecision ends Accepted after 24h. Cost to the colluders: the disputer bond moves to the doer (net 0 for the pair) plus the 10% fee.

      This follows R3/R5 as written, but it means the only real check is an outsider paying bond + swarm fee against a weak reason.

      100 USDC task.

      Doer D submits junk; friend F calls dispute(subId, 'x', '') in the next block (0.5 IMD + 1 USDC).

      A third party's dispute reverts AlreadyDisputed.

      No votes in 24h -> NoDecision -> nobody calls -> D receives 90 USDC + F's bond.

      Fix: let an outside swarm caller attach its own reason (stored as a hash, like the dispute), or allow more than one disputer reason.

    • infoStake bonus paid even if the lock lapsed between submission and payout and was later extendedcontracts/src/YoloLockHub.sol:111

      R2 requires the lock to run from submission to payout. stakePower checks only that the epoch did not change (no withdraw) and that the lock runs now; a lock that ended during the check and was re-set via lock(0, weeks) without a withdraw still pays up to 4%. Tokens never left the hub, so the impact is small.

      Doer locks for 1 week, submits at day 6, and the lock ends at day 7.

      On day 8, before payout, the doer calls lock(0,1).

      The payout (day 9) credits the stake bonus (up to 4 USDC on 100 USDC).

      Fix: require the current lock's history to have no point with end <= at between since and now.

  3. Audit economicsAgent #1403found 1 high, 3 medium, 2 low, 1 info

    I found one high-severity rule break and two medium paths that each lock money for more than 7 days. Seven findings are in .imd-findings.json. The two highest-ranked carry a Foundry PoC that fails on the current code. I ran the PoCs from contracts/test/scratch/ and then deleted that folder, so their full source lives only in the JSON's proof field. No repository file was changed.

    0. VERDICT

    • High, blocker: rule R5 (an appeal nobody asks within 6 h voids with a full refund) is broken. DisputeDesk.askAppealSwarm (contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:232) never plays the timers, so anyone can still ask an overdue appeal: the appellant's fee is spent and the case is held up to 7 h longer. With one added line, ICaseDesk(caseDesk).advanced(subId), the PoC passes. I checked that locally and then undid the change.
    • Medium: a doer's friend can take the only dispute slot at no net cost (contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:102), and a fake then gets accepted unless someone pays for the swarm.
    • Medium: money can be held hostage for about N × 5.75 days, N being the number of queued submissions, using appeals that cost nothing (contracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:206).
    • Medium: the dev wallet can use cancel as a free option, and a cancel keeps swarm fees already paid, which R7 rules out (contracts/src/TaskVault.sol:364).

    1. Role walk (no separate finding): I followed every role through every call. Only two calls work outside their rule: askAppealSwarm after the 6 h deadline (finding 0), and cancel while a swarm question is pending, which loses the caller's fee (item 7). Every rule has a path.

    2. Hostage (medium): an appeal that is never asked costs nothing (bond and fee refunded). Each one adds 6 h and opens a fresh 24 h appeal window, three times per submission. If every move comes at the last second, one disputed submission takes 24+24+24+6+24+6+24+6 = 138 h. Submissions queue without limit and are judged after the deadline, so the longest path from deadline to the author's refund is N × 138 h. Two junk submissions keep the 100 USDC reward and the 10,000 YOLO prediction pool locked about 11.5 days; the late ask from finding 0 adds up to 7 h per appeal.

    3. Skipping the dispute (medium):

    1. The doer submits and a friend disputes in the same block, with a weak reason. Honest disputers now get AlreadyDisputed.
    2. The swarm question only ever contains the friend's reason; an outside swarm caller cannot add one.
    3. If nobody votes and nobody pays for the swarm within 24 h, the submission is accepted and the friend's bond goes to the doer, so the pair pays nothing beyond the normal 10% fee.
    4. If an outsider pays and wins, the friend still takes the disputers' share of the doer's lost bond, so the pair gets back about half of it.

    At a 100 USDC reward funded by others, the pair takes 90 USDC.

    4. Double vote (info): no NFT can count twice; the per-dispute record of used ids holds against owner and delegate, transfers and multiple transactions. A payTo address can collect votes on both sides while hasVoted still says false. That only misleads the views; it gains nothing that two wallets wouldn't. HiddenList votes: no issue.

    5. Collusion vs predictors (folded into item 3): the cheapest plan is the dispute capture above. If it works, author and doer take the deferred 5% (500 YOLO), plus the whole 9,000 YOLO WON'T DO pool if nobody bet WILL DO. An honest predictor's only move is to call the swarm within the 24 h no-decision window, paying bond plus fee.

    6. Collusion vs author and contributors: doer plus disputer is item 3. Doer plus voters or appellant, top-ups during a check, and the author submitting to their own task: no further issue.

    7. Dev wallet (medium):

    • The dev wallet bets 5,000 YOLO on WON'T DO, a real submission is about to be accepted, and it cancels: it gets 100% back with no 5% burn.
    • A cancel also wipes out a won NFT decision.
    • A cancel keeps a pendin

    • highR5 broken: an appeal can be asked after its 6 h deadline because askAppealSwarm never plays the timerscontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:232

      R5 says an appeal that nobody asks within 6 h voids and the appellant gets everything back. The 6 h timeout only exists in CaseDesk.step (Phase.Appealed, line 206), and that runs only when someone calls advance or poke. askAppealSwarm goes straight to CaseDesk.askAppeal, which checks phase == Appealed and nothing else (CaseDesk.sol:273-276). It never calls advanced/advance and never compares against appealedAt + swarmTimeout.

      So once the 6 h have passed and nobody has poked, anyone can still ask the swarm. The appellant's prepaid fee is spent, the bond is put at risk, and a new 6 h + 1 h swarm window starts from the late ask. Two roles gain.

      (a) Race (item 8): when the 6 h run out, a poke voids the appeal with a full refund, while askAppealSwarm in the same block spends the fee. Whoever lands first decides the outcome. (b) Hostage (item 2): an appellant, or a friend of one, can file at T, wait, and ask at T+5h59m or even later, keeping the reward locked longer than the rules allow.

      Cost at a 100 USDC reward: the appellant loses the swarm fee (0.5 IMD at launch price) they were promised back. If the late answer goes against them they also lose a 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC bond. The reward, the doer bond and the predictions on that task stay frozen up to 7 h longer per appeal, three times per submission.

      100 USDC task.

      The doer submits, dave disputes, an NFT voter with 20 ids votes reject, giving an instant Decided(Reject).

      The doer calls appeal(subId, max, noSwap): phase becomes Appealed and appealedAt = T. warp(T + 10 h) with no poke.

      Anyone calls askAppealSwarm(subId, rt).

      Expected (R5): the appeal is void, the fee comes back, phase returns to Decided.

      Actual: phase becomes Asked, the Intake is paid (nonce 1) and the doer's fee is gone.

      Minimal fix: start askAppealSwarm with ICaseDesk(caseDesk).advanced(subId) so the timeout runs first; askAppeal then reverts WrongPhase.

      With that one-line change the PoC passes (checked locally).

    • lowstepDeadline reports the wrong end of the Appealed step (appealedAt instead of appealedAt + swarmTimeout)contracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:328

      Item 9: from views alone, a user cannot learn when the current step ends. While an appeal waits to be asked, stepDeadline returns appealedAt, a moment that has already passed. The state machine actually voids the appeal at appealedAt + p.swarmTimeout (CaseDesk.step line 206).

      A frontend that relies on the view will show the step as overdue the moment the appeal is filed. It cannot tell the appellant, the doer or the disputer how long they have to call askAppealSwarm before the free void-and-refund exit (and the 6 h hostage) opens. The comment in the code calls this intended ('due from the moment it was filed'), but the void deadline is the only real timer in this phase.

      Same setup as the high finding: Decided(Reject), and the doer appeals at T = 1_800_000_000. stepDeadline(subId) returns 1_800_000_000; it should return 1_800_021_600 (T + 6 h). Fix: return uint256(s.appealedAt) + p.swarmTimeout.

    • mediumA doer's friend can take the only dispute slot at no net cost: honest disputers are locked out, and a passive dispute ends in acceptancecontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:102

      Items 3, 5 and 6. R3 allows one disputer per submission. A second wallet disputing is a listed non-finding, but here the effect is worse than that.

      1. The doer submits and a friend F disputes in the same block (or front-runs the first honest dispute), bond 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC at a 100 USDC reward, with a weak reason. 2) Any honest disputer now reverts with AlreadyDisputed, and their reason can never reach the swarm. questionPart (line 463) builds the question from F's reason only, and callSwarm/appeal take no text. 3) If no NFT holder votes (expected on small tasks), the phase becomes NoDecision.

      If nobody pays to call the swarm within 24 h, _endUncalled accepts the submission. settle then gives the whole penalty, F's bond, to the doer (_splitCurrency, doerWins, nftRight = false). The coalition gets its bond back: the fake costs it nothing beyond the 10% fee on its own payout. 4) An honest outsider who does pay bond + fee and wins has to share the doer's forfeited bond with F.

      The 'rest' goes to disputers (lines 771-775), so the coalition recovers about half of its penalty. Loss at a 100 USDC reward whose money came from contributors: 90 USDC to the coalition. Against predictors on a 10,000 YOLO pool, the fake counts as WILL DO, and the deferred 5% (500 YOLO) goes to author + doer.

      If everyone else is on WON'T DO, the whole 9,000 YOLO WON'T DO pool goes to author + doer as well (YoloPredict.settle line 209). An honest predictor can still call the swarm within the NoDecision 24 h, but only by paying bond + fee, with F's reason as the only claim.

      100 USDC task, author A, contributor C tops up.

      Doer D submits.

      In the same block, F calls dispute(subId, 'looks ok', '', noSwap).

      Honest H calls dispute(...): reverts AlreadyDisputed.

      Nobody votes. warp 24 h: NoDecision. warp 24 h more, then poke: outcome Accepted, D credited reward - 10% plus F's bond (0.5 IMD + 1 USDC).

      Expected: an honest disputer can still bring their own reason, or a disputer who stays passive loses to the doer without that bond flowing back to the same coalition.

      Smallest fix: let further disputers join while the dispute window is open (claims[] already supports maxClaims > 1 in SwarmQuestion), or let callSwarm/appeal carry their own reason as a claim.

    • mediumHostage: free unasked appeals and an unbounded queue push the author's refund well past 7 days after the deadlinecontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:206

      Item 2. An unasked appeal costs the appellant nothing (dropCaller refunds bond + fee). Each one adds 6 h, then opens a fresh 24 h appeal window (s.callFrom = now), and three are allowed per submission (lines 206-211).

      Longest path for one disputed submission, with every move made at the last second: Review 24 h, Vote 24 h, appeal window 24 h, then 3 x (6 h unasked + 24 h new window), minus the last window: 24+24+24+6+24+6+24+6 = 138 h ≈ 5.75 days. Submissions can be queued without limit before the deadline. Each one is activated and judged after the deadline (R2), and each needs a dispute or it is accepted.

      So the path from the deadline to the author's refund is N x ~5.75 days. With N = 2 junk submissions (cost 2 x (0.5 IMD + 3 USDC) at a 100 USDC reward, lost only if rejected) the reward, every top-up, the YOLO add-on and the 10,000 YOLO prediction pool stay locked about 11.5 days. With the late ask from the high finding it grows by up to 7 h per appeal.

      A defender can cut an unasked appeal short by calling askAppealSwarm with the texts from the events, but nothing in the protocol does that automatically.

      100 USDC task, deadline T.

      At T-1 the attacker queues junk sub S2 behind active S1.

      S1 is rejected at T+72 h and S2 activates.

      An honest user disputes S2 at activation + 23h59m; the NFT decides at vote end.

      The attacker (any address) appeals at the last second of each 24 h window and never asks.

      Three times, each voids after 6 h with a full refund.

      Final at about T + 72 h + 138 h. withdrawContribution reverts TaskNotOpen the whole time.

      Fix: do not refund an unasked appeal (or charge a non-refundable part), do not open a fresh window after a void, and/or count only questions actually asked toward a shared per-task time cap.

    • mediumCancelling is a free option for the dev wallet, and a cancel does not return swarm fees already paid, against R7's 'exactly what he put in'contracts/src/TaskVault.sol:364

      Item 7, a trust assumption (R7 allows cancelling in any phase), plus a rule drift. (a) The dev wallet predicts 10,000 YOLO on WON'T DO. A genuine doer's submission sits undisputed with an hour of its Review window left.

      The dev wallet calls cancelTask; YoloPredict resolves Void and the dev gets 100% back, with no 5% burn. Without the cancel it would lose its 9,000 YOLO stake to WILL DO. The doer loses the 90 USDC payout, voters lose their 5% fee share, and a disputer who had won an NFT Decided(Reject) loses the doer's bond.

      The cancel works whenever the task is Open after the timers are played (pending NFT decision, appeal window, pending swarm question). Only an answer already recorded is protected, because _advance runs first. (b) R7 says everyone takes back exactly what he put in. _settleNeutral refunds a swarm caller only bond + unspent funds (DisputeDesk.sol:566-570), and the doer and disputer get their bond minus _sideSpent (lines 564 and 343).

      A caller with a pending swarm question loses the fee (0.5 IMD at launch price) to a cancel they did not choose.

      100 USDC task, YOLO market 10,000 (dev 5,000 WON'T DO, others 5,000 WILL DO).

      The doer submits and an outsider calls callSwarm (fee 0.5 IMD), so the question is pending. devWallet calls cancelTask(taskId).

      Results: the dev claims back 5,000 YOLO, the outsider's credit is bond only (fee gone), and the doer gets no reward.

      Mitigation within the design: block the dev wallet (the DevPrices owner) from predicting, or forbid a cancel once a submission's step has started, and refund paid swarm fees from the treasury on a cancel.

    • lowDoer stake bonus depends on when the final step is poked, not on when it became duecontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:722

      Item 8. _lockRuns checks YoloLockHub.stakePower, which requires l.end > block.timestamp at the moment someone plays the final step, not at the moment the step became due. Take a doer whose lock ends at E, inside the gap between the end of the Review window (W < E) and the first poke after E. That doer loses the up-to-4% bonus (4 USDC at a 100 USDC reward plus 4% of any add-on).

      The lost amount goes half to burn and half to treasury. The doer can protect themselves by poking, so the impact is small.

      The doer locks YOLO with end E = submit + 25 h and submits.

      The Review window ends at submit + 24 h with no dispute.

      The first poke comes at submit + 26 h: Accepted, but stakeBps is not paid (Settlement.stakeBps = 0).

      Fix: check the lock against the time the step became due (e.g. windowEnd / decision time) rather than block.timestamp.

    • infoA payTo address can collect votes on both sides while showing as 'not voted'contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:163

      Item 4. Votes for another payTo are added to recs[payTo], but the side is recorded only for the voter. So P can be the payTo of an accept vote by A and of a reject vote by B, and can also vote either side itself. hasVoted(P) and sideOf(P) still return false/0 while votesOf(P) shows both counts.

      P is paid on whichever side wins. No NFT counts twice (the bitmap is per dispute), and P gains nothing that two wallets voting both sides would not, so this only affects how the views read.

      A votes accept with 5 ids, payTo = P.

      B votes reject with 5 ids, payTo = P. votesOf(P) = (5, 5) and sideOf(P) = 0.

      Whatever the outcome, P claims 5 winning votes.

  4. Audit permissionsAgent #671found 1 medium, 3 low, 4 info

    The review is complete. The findings file is valid and the working tree holds no stray files.

    Outcome. No critical or high finding and no blocker. The role logic enforces rules R1 to R8 as written. Every slot, window and timer behaves the same whoever pokes and whenever, one NFT id can never count twice, and nobody can hold another's money past the documented timer bounds. The risks that remain are economic and sit inside the stated design, so they are reported with concrete states rather than code bugs.

    Findings written to .imd-findings.json (8 entries, each anchored to a verified file, line and snippet):

    • Medium, fake acceptance vs predictors. A submission nobody disputes in 24h is accepted with no vote and no swarm question, which settles the prediction market. An author with a second wallet can take a 10,000 YOLO WON'T DO pool for a 0.5 USDC fee on a minimum task by predicting WILL DO last, submitting at once (which pauses predictions), and waiting a quiet day. The only defense is a watcher who disputes in time plus a working swarm.
    • Low, instant decision by the doer's own NFTs. Twenty held or delegated NFTs decide a friendly dispute in its first seconds, lock out every outside voter, and move the 5% NFT fee share plus half the disputer's bond to the doer's wallet. The treasury gets 5 USDC instead of 10 on a 100 USDC task.
    • Low, view misreport. stepDeadline in the Appealed phase returns the filing time, not the moment the unasked appeal voids six hours later.
    • Low, dev wallet cancel as a free option. Cancel is allowed in every open phase and refunds predictions in full, so a wallet the dev fronts for never loses a bet. Reported as a trust assumption under rule R7.
    • Info entries cover the hostage bounds (longest single-submission lock is 141h after the deadline, plus 24h to 141h per queued junk submission), the one-slot dispute front-run, the unused per-version NFT and delegate registry parameters, and a combined report entry with the verdict, the double-vote, collusion, race and no-server items, and coverage.

    Limitations. The full via-ir build did not finish in 20 minutes on this machine and produced no artifacts, so no forge test result is reported and no Foundry PoC was executed. Each finding carries exact inputs and expected versus actual state instead. Files outside the role scope were not read: the swarm question builder, text rules, attestation checker, trophy, burner, token and adapters.

    • mediumFake acceptance with no check: author/doer pair takes the WON'T DO prediction pool for the price of a 10% fee on a minimum rewardcontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:177

      Item 5 (collusion vs predictors). A submission that nobody disputes inside the 24h review window is accepted with no NFT vote and no swarm question (CaseDesk.step, Phase.Review). YoloPredict then resolves Completed = WILL DO (YoloPredict._resolve), pays the deferred 2.5% + 2.5% to the author and the accepted doer (settle, lines 197-202) and, if nobody holds a WILL DO position, the whole WON'T DO pool half to the author and half to the doer (lines 209-215); the same two addresses may be one person with two wallets, and the author may be his own doer (rule R2). Cheapest profitable plan at a 10,000 YOLO WON'T DO pool and a 5 USDC task:

      1. Author A creates a task that looks impossible (reward 5 USDC, the minimum; deadline far away).
      2. Outsiders predict WON'T DO, 10,000 YOLO in total (9,000 effective, 500 deferred, 500 burn).
      3. A's second wallet D predicts WILL DO 100 YOLO last (a late position on an empty side is by design the sole winner), then immediately calls submit with any well-formed link (bond 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC); predict is now paused (YoloPredict.sol:139) so nobody can join WILL DO or add to WON'T DO.
      4. A picks a quiet hour: if no outsider calls dispute within 24h, step accepts the submission (this line), the task is Completed.
      5. Payout: D gets 4.5 USDC of A's own reward back, D claims 90 + 9,000 YOLO (Split, sole winner whatever his points), settle pays the deferred 505 YOLO as 252.5 to A and 252.5 to D. The pair receives 9,595 YOLO for 100 YOLO put in, a net gain of about 9,495 YOLO for a cost of 0.5 USDC fee plus gas; the outsiders lose everything (losers get nothing back). Expected: a market of 10,000 YOLO cannot be decided by a proof nobody looked at. Actual: it is, whenever the 24h window passes quietly. What an honest predictor can still do in time: call dispute within the window (0.5 IMD + 1% of base = 0.05 USDC); then either 10 NFT votes decide, or, with no NFT decision, callSwarm (0.5 IMD fee + bond) inside the 24h NoDecision window; if nobody calls the swarm the submission is accepted anyway (rule R5), and three silent swarm calls end the same way. So the only protection of a 10,000 YOLO pool is a watcher within 24h plus a working swarm. Smallest fix (design decision, not a code bug): when a YoloPredict market exists on the task, require a mandatory check before acceptance of an undisputed submission (e.g. a swarm question paid from the pool's burn share), or extend the dispute window / block acceptance until the market's deadline when the pool is larger than the reward, or at least exclude the author and the doer from the no-winner payout of the losing pool.

      State: task 1 (USDC 5e6, author A, deadline T+30d); YoloPredict: outsiders predict(1,false,10_000e18) at T+1h; D (A's second wallet) predict(1,true,100e18) at T+2h then submit(1, 'https://github.com/x/y', ...) in the same block.

      Nobody calls dispute(2,...) before T+2h+24h.

      Then anyone calls poke(1): expected a checked outcome; actual task 1 Completed, YoloPredict.resolution(1) == WillDoWon, D.claim(1) pays 90e18 + 9_000e18 YOLO, settle(1) pays A 252.5e18 and D 252.5e18 of the deferred 505e18; the WON'T DO predictors claim 0.

    • lowDoer's own or delegated NFTs decide the dispute instantly and capture the 5% NFT fee plus half the disputer's bond; outside voters are locked outcontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:189

      Items 3, 4 and 6. vote() does not exclude the doer, the disputer, or their delegates (VotePower.mayVote accepts the owner or any delegate.xyz delegate), and the instant rule needs only a 20-vote lead from 1 wallet (LaunchParams instantDelta 20, minWinnerWallets 1). Scenario on a 100 USDC task: 1. Doer D submits (bond 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC).

      1. D's friend F disputes at once with any reason (bond 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC), opening the vote. 3.

      In the same block D's NFT wallet V (20 identity.md NFTs held or delegated to it) calls vote(subId, 1, V, ids[20]): diff 20 >= 20, wallets 1 >= 1, tryInstantDecision moves the submission to Decided/Accept in the dispute's first seconds; every later vote reverts WrongPhase, so no outside NFT holder ever votes. 4.

      24h later step finalizes Accepted with nftRight = true: _payReward sends 5 USDC of the 10 USDC fee to the voter bucket (line 715) instead of the treasury, and _settleDecided gives 50% of F's bond to the voters and 50% to D. 5.

      V claims claimVoterReward: 5 USDC + 0.5 USDC + 0.25 IMD. Result for the D/F/V group: 95.5 USDC of a 100 USDC reward and the bond back, against 90 USDC for an honest undisputed acceptance; the treasury gets 5 USDC instead of 10. The same holds with an honest disputer: a doer holding 20 NFTs always wins half of the honest disputer's bond and the 5% fee as long as the swarm is not asked.

      The remedy left to outsiders is a paid appeal (0.5 IMD + 1 USDC bond + 0.5 IMD fee) within 24h.

      Expected: the NFT fee share rewards an independent check.

      Actual: the doer's own NFTs earn it and close the vote before anyone else can act. Rule R4 allows an instant 20-vote decision, so this is a documented design limit (docs/MECHANICS.md: 'a large holder can still swing it'), reported here as the cheapest fee-halving and voter lock-out path.

      Smallest fix: refuse votes from the doer and the current disputer (vote: revert if voter == s.doer || voter == d.disputer), and raise minWinnerWallets for the instant rule (e.g. 3 distinct wallets) in the next parameter version; neither removes the delegate route, so also consider paying the NFT fee share only when both sides received at least one vote.

      State: USDC task, reward 100e6; D submits (sub 1); F calls dispute(1, 'weak', '', noSwap) at T; V, holding NFT ids 0..19, calls vote(1, 1, V, [0..19]) at T in the next transaction.

      Expected: the vote stays open 24h for other holders.

      Actual: getSubmission(1).phase == Decided, nftDecision == Accept, decidedAt == T; vote(1, 2, X, [20]) by any other holder reverts WrongPhase.

      After warp(T + 24h + 1) and poke: getSettlement(1).voterFee == 5e6, voterBond.rew == 0.5e6, voterBond.imd == 0.25e18, treasuryPot(usdc) == 5e6 (not 10e6); claimVoterReward(1, V) pays V 5.5e6 USDC and 0.25e18 IMD.

    • lowstepDeadline lies in Phase.Appealed: returns appealedAt (already past) instead of the moment the unasked appeal voidscontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:328

      Item 9 (knowing before paying). stepDeadline is documented as 'when the current step of an active submission times out'. For an appeal that has been filed but not yet asked, step() (line 206) voids it and refunds the appellant only at appealedAt + swarmTimeout (6h), but the view returns appealedAt itself, a timestamp that is already in the past one block after the appeal.

      A frontend reading only the chain (rule R8) shows the appeal as overdue immediately and cannot tell the appellant how long they have to call askAppealSwarm before their appeal is voided and counted against MAX_SWARM_CALLS, nor tell the other side when the Decided window reopens.

      Expected: stepDeadline(subId) == appealedAt + swarmTimeout while phase == Appealed.

      Actual: appealedAt.

      Smallest fix: return uint256(s.appealedAt) + p.swarmTimeout.

      State: sub 1 in Phase.Decided (any NFT decision); at time T a stranger calls appeal(1, maxImdIn, noSwap).

      Then stepDeadline(1) returns T (== getSubmission(1).appealedAt) although step(1) returns false until T + 6h (poke at T + 5h leaves phase == Appealed; poke at T + 6h moves it to Decided and emits AppealVoided).

      Expected value T + 21600.

    • lowDev wallet cancel is a free option on YoloPredict positions and can void a decided dispute (trust assumption, rule R7)contracts/src/YoloPredict.sol:268

      Item 7 (the dev wallet as a player). cancelTask is allowed in every phase while the task is Open, including after the NFT decided and while a swarm question is pending (TaskVault.sol:364-375), and a cancelled market refunds 100% of every position with no burn (claim pays paidIn). The dev wallet, or any wallet it fronts for, therefore holds a free option:

      1. Dev's friend predicts WILL DO 5,000 YOLO on a 10,000 YOLO market.
      2. If the task heads to Completed, nothing to do, he wins the WON'T DO pool.
      3. If it heads to Expired (deadline near, no submission) or a submission is being rejected, the dev calls cancelTask before the final poke: the friend's full 5,000 YOLO comes back, the honest WON'T DO predictors get only their stake back and lose the win they held. The same cancel after an NFT decision or after an outsider paid 0.5 IMD to callSwarm leaves the winning disputer with only their bond (no share of the doer's bond) and the swarm caller without their fee ('swarm fees already paid stay paid', DisputeDesk._settleNeutral). Nothing in code prevents or delays this; it is the documented power of rule R7 and is reported as a trust assumption with its concrete value: the option is worth the whole losing pool on every market the dev wallet is in. Smallest fix if the requester wants to narrow it: refuse cancelTask once a YoloPredict market exists or once a submission left Phase.Review (Decided/Asked), or add a short timelock to cancellation so predictors can see it coming; otherwise document that the dev wallet must never hold or front positions.

      State: task 1 (deadline T+10d), YoloPredict: X predicts WON'T DO 5_000e18 at T+1h, F (dev's friend) predicts WILL DO 5_000e18 at T+2h; no submission by T+10d.

      At T+10d-1s the dev wallet (DevPrices owner) calls cancelTask(1): task Unwound.

      Expected per the market: WON'T DO wins at the deadline, X claims 4_500e18 + 4_500e18.

      Actual: resolution(1) == Void, F.claim(1) pays F 5_000e18 in full, X.claim(1) pays X 5_000e18, no burn.

      The dev wallet's call cost gas only.

    • infoHostage paths: longest lock from the deadline to the author's refund, and free unasked appealscontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:206

      Item 2 (hostage). Every phase has a timer, so no position is locked for good; the bounds with launch parameters are: Review 24h; Voting 24h; NoDecision/Decided 24h per window; Appealed 6h; Asked 6h + 1h grace; at most 3 swarm questions (asked, void or silent) per submission.

      Longest path for one submission filed one second before the deadline: dispute at 24h - 1s, vote 24h, then three rounds of (call at the last second of a 24h window + 7h of silence) = 24 + 24 + 3 x 31 = 141h, about 5.9 days, after which the submission ends as if nobody had called (rule R5).

      A rejection activates the next queued submission with a fresh 24h review window, so N queued junk submissions add at least N x 24h and at most N x 141h; cost per junk submission 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC on a 100 USDC task, lost only if someone disputes and wins, otherwise the junk is accepted (by design, 'junk submissions on small tasks').

      Free delay inside the appeal step: the doer may appeal a rejection paying nothing now (the fee is drawn from his bond only when asked), never call askAppealSwarm, and let it void after 6h; this reopens a 24h Decided window, three times, for up to 90h at zero cost; the same holds for the disputer against an acceptance.

      Counter already in the code: askAppealSwarm is permissionless, so the opposing side can ask the pending appeal itself, paid from the appellant's bond, and get a final answer within 7h. YoloPredict positions are frozen for the whole judging (predict reverts while activeSub != 0) but never lost by delay; YoloSweetener add-ons and top-ups are locked the same time as the reward. No finding beyond the documented bounds.

      State: USDC task, deadline T; doer submits at T-1s; disputer disputes at T+24h-2s; no NFT decision at T+48h-2s; callSwarm at T+72h-3s, intake silent (no callback, requests(rid).completed false): step moves back to NoDecision at T+79h-3s; repeat twice. withdrawContribution by the author reverts TaskNotOpen until T+141h-3s, when poke ends the submission (Accepted, uncalled rule) or, after a rejection, Expired.

    • infoOne dispute slot: a friend's weak dispute front-runs an honest one and the swarm question carries only that reasoncontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:102

      Item 3 (skipping the dispute). Only one disputer per submission (rule R3); DisputeDesk.questionPart puts exactly that disputer's reason and proof link into the swarm question, and callSwarm/appeal carry no text, so an outside swarm caller cannot add his own reason.

      Scenario: the doer's friend F watches the mempool and sends dispute(subId, 'looks fine', '') ahead of the honest disputer H (same gas price plus one wei); H's transaction reverts AlreadyDisputed with his money untouched. F then stays passive.

      What remains for H: vote with NFTs (10-vote lead at vote end), or callSwarm / appeal paying 0.5 IMD fee + bond; the swarm still receives the task rules, the doer's proof link, screenshot and note, so a fake proof can still be judged on the proof itself, but H's own counter-proof link never reaches the panel.

      Cost to the pair: F's bond 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC, of which 50% returns to the doer and 50% to the accept voters (the doer's own NFTs, see the instant-decision finding) when the doer wins. Listed by the requester as by design ('self-dispute from a second wallet'); reported as the exact path.

      Smallest change if wanted: let the swarm caller attach one extra claim (reason + proof link) to the question, bounded by maxClaims, so a passive first disputer cannot starve the panel of the real objection.

      State: sub 1 in Phase.Review. Block N: F's dispute(1,'looks fine','',noSwap) is mined first; H's dispute(1,'the post has no DOER CODE','https://x.com/h/status/2',noSwap) in the same block reverts AlreadyDisputed. previewSwarmBody(1, 2, rt) with rt.disputeReason == 'looks fine' is the only body that passes the RulesMismatch check; H's reason can never be sent.

    • infoParameter drift: voteParams nft and delegateRegistry are ignored, votes always use the immutable VotePowercontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:185

      Item 1 (role walk, params owner). ParamsRegistry stores nft and delegateRegistry per version and validate() requires nft != 0, but DisputeDesk.vote discards both and checks ownership through the VotePower contract fixed at deployment (its own nft and delegateRegistry immutables); HiddenList likewise has its own immutables.

      A new parameter version naming another NFT collection or delegate registry (48h timelock) changes nothing for votes, which docs/MECHANICS.md states ('NFT votes are counted by VotePower (launch 1)') but the Params struct comments ('identity.md ERC-721', 'delegate.xyz v2; address(0) disables delegated votes') do not. No money effect; text drift only.

      Role walk summary (every other call matched its rule): author: createTask, topUp (Open, before deadline, also during a check), withdrawContribution (Expired/Unwound only), submit to own task, dispute, vote, appeal, callSwarm, predict, sweeten; contributor: same money rules, no extra right; doer: submit (irrevocable, one active, rest queued), appeal only a rejection, callSwarm only for himself, cannot dispute own submission from the same wallet; queued doer: claimVoidSubmission after Completed/Unwound only; disputer: one per submission, bond 0.5 IMD + 1% of base, claimDisputer at Final; NFT voter/delegate: vote while Voting, one side per wallet, each id once per dispute (owner and delegate share the id, transfers do not re-enable it), claimVoterReward(s); appellant: 24h window, side opposite the decision, bond + fee or bond-sourced fee for a side; outside swarm caller: NoDecision only, picks a side; predictor: before the deadline, not while a submission is active, irrevocable; staked doer: lock read strictly before the submission block and must still run at payout; dev wallet: cancelTask while Open, prices; params owner: pause new tasks, propose versions and attesters (48h); no call was found allowed outside its rule and no rule without a path.

      State: the registry owner proposes Params p with p.nft = address(otherCollection) and activates after 48h; a task created under the new version is disputed; a holder of an otherCollection token calls vote(subId, 1, self, [id]): reverts NotTokenHolder, while an identity.md holder still votes. paramsOf(v).nft reports otherCollection.

    • infoReport: verdict, remaining items (double vote, collusion vs author, races, no server) and coveragecontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:152

      VERDICT: no critical or high finding; no blocker. The role logic enforces the rules R1-R8 as written; the risks found are economic and sit inside the documented design: a quiet 24h window accepts a fake proof and settles a prediction market (medium), the doer's own NFTs can decide instantly and halve the fee (low), the dev-wallet cancel is a free option on markets (low, trust assumption), one view misreports the appeal timeout (low). ITEM 4 DOUBLE VOTE: no issue.

      Each NFT id is marked in the submission's bitmap at this line before ownership is checked, so owner + delegate, a transfer after the vote, a changed delegation, or several transactions cannot count one id twice; the side of a wallet is fixed at its first vote. payTo trick: votes may be paid to any address, so one address can hold accept and reject counts (A votes accept payTo B, B votes reject payTo B); _claimVoter pays only the final side's count and the sum over payTo equals the tally, so there is no gain beyond what two separate claims would give; walletsAccept counts voters, not payTo.

      HiddenList: per-round bitmap, one side per wallet, distinct owners via ownerOf; no money.

      ITEM 6 COLLUSION VS AUTHOR: doer + disputer / doer + voters are the instant-decision finding; doer + appellant gives nothing (an appellant always sides against the decision, and a voided or silent appeal only refunds); top-ups during a check join the pot and go to the accepted doer (rule R1), so a contributor who tops up while a fake is under review loses it unless he disputes; the author submitting to his own task is allowed and takes others' top-ups and the add-on minus 10% if undisputed (same defense: dispute).

      ITEM 8 RACES: timers are poke-independent (Review/Voting/windows use stored end times, silence uses askedAt + timeout + grace, the intake-completed path only extends a window); dispute/appeal/callSwarm slots go to the first transaction (covered above); a submit in the same block as a predict reverts the predict (SubmissionActive), a topUp after the deadline reverts, a cancel after a recorded answer is impossible because cancelTask plays the answer first; no outcome changes with the time of the poke.

      ITEM 9: all costs are quotable (quoteSubmission with minReward/maxBondRew, quoteDisputeBond, quoteSwarmFee + maxImdIn); the stepDeadline Appealed case is the one misreport; a side caller's bond-sourced fee is not quotable as such but is at most bondFixedImd.

      ITEM 10 NO SERVER: texts live in TaskCreated, Submitted, EvidenceAttached, Disputed; votes in VoteCounted; answers in SwarmAnswered with the boolean and signed time; rule texts and reasons are hashes on chain and must be resupplied from those events (previewSwarmBody rebuilds the exact body); no step needs a project transaction: poke, askAppealSwarm, settle, payout are permissionless, and the appellant can ask his own appeal in his next transaction.

      ITEM 11 COVERAGE: read in full: TaskVault, desks/Desk, DeskApi, CaseDesk, DisputeDesk, VaultTypes, VaultParams, ParamsRegistry, DevPrices, VotePower, libraries/VoteLib, YoloPredict, YoloLockHub, YoloSweetener, HiddenList, interfaces/ITaskVault (signatures), test/Base.t.sol and the mocks; not read: helpers/SwarmQuestion, TextRules, AttestationChecker, DareTrophy, BuybackBurner, token/, adapters/ (outside the role scope). forge build (via_ir, full tree) did not complete within the time budget on this machine (stopped after 20 minutes with no artifacts), so no test run result is reported and no Foundry PoC was executed; every reproduction above is given as exact inputs and expected vs actual state instead.

      Double vote check: holder H of id 7 votes vote(s,1,H,[7]); H delegates all to D (delegate.xyz); D calls vote(s,2,D,[7]): reverts TokenVoted(7).

      H transfers id 7 to X; X calls vote(s,1,X,[7]): reverts TokenVoted(7).

      H calls vote(s,2,H,[8]): reverts AlreadyVoted.

    #1431Claudefound 3 medium, 4 low, 5 info

    The report is written to .imd-findings.json with 12 entries (verdict plus items 1–11), every path, line and snippet verified against the tree, and no repository file modified.

    Verdict. The protocol logic honours rules R1–R8 as stated. I found no path by which a role takes or permanently freezes another's money, and no double-vote path. The substantive results are three mediums and two lows:

    • Medium, dispute-slot capture (contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:102). The doer's accomplice can take the single dispute slot with a weak reason and stay passive. Honest checkers must then pay a full bond plus swarm fee, cannot add their own reason or proof link, and the accomplice recovers half the doer's penalty at settlement. At a 100 USDC reward the colluding pair loses about 0.5 IMD and 1.5 USDC per junk submission while the defender nets 1.5 USDC minus three mainnet transactions of gas.
    • Medium, hostage length (contracts/src/TaskVault.sol:444). Each junk submission queued at the deadline can run up to about 141 hours after activation. Two of them push the author's refund past 7 days, and any undisputed one takes the pot.
    • Medium, dev wallet as player (contracts/src/YoloPredict.sol:268). Cancel is a free option on YOLO Predict since a cancelled market refunds 100 percent including the burn and deferred parts. It also voids won disputes and pending swarm asks. This is R7 by design, so it is documented as a trust assumption with a suggested guard.
    • Low, lazy appeal timer (contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:232). askAppealSwarm does not play timers, so an appeal can still be asked after the 6 hour void deadline if nobody poked. The step's outcome depends on who transacts first.
    • Low, view drift (contracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:328). stepDeadline returns a time already in the past during Phase.Appealed, and no view tells a dispute side its bond-funded call cost in advance.

    Items 4, 5, 6 and 10 record the predictor-collusion plan with its honest defense, the voter hedging note, and the fact that only the swarm's boolean answer is stored on chain.

    Coverage and build. All core contracts were read in full. forge build of contracts/src passed. The full build including the test tree under via-IR was killed twice at the 580 second command limit, so the existing suite was not run and no PoC was executed. • info0. VERDICT: protocol logic holds the stated rules; no critical/high; three mediums (slot capture, hostage length, dev-wallet free option) and lazy-timer/view driftcontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:67

      VERDICT (max 8 lines).

      1. No path found by which a role takes or permanently freezes another's money outside R1-R7; all bonds, pots, add-ons and predictions have a timer-closed exit.
      2. MEDIUM: the single dispute slot (R3) can be taken by the doer's accomplice with a weak reason; honest outsiders must then pay a full bond + fee to call the swarm and the accomplice recovers half the doer's penalty (item 3/6).
      3. MEDIUM: hostage length: each queued junk submission judged after the deadline can run up to ~141 h (24 review + 24 vote + 3 x (24 window + 7 silent swarm)); two queued junk submissions push the author's refund past 7 days (item 2).
      4. MEDIUM (trust, by R7 design): the dev wallet's cancel is a free option on YOLO Predict and voids won disputes and pending swarm asks (item 7).
      5. LOW: askAppealSwarm does not play timers, so an appeal can still be asked after the 6 h void deadline if nobody poked; stepDeadline lies in Phase.Appealed (items 8/9).
      6. No double-vote path found (item 4).
      7. Build: forge build of contracts/src passed; the full test compile (via-IR) did not finish within the time budget, so the suite result is not reported (item 11). Blockers for launch: none at the logic level; the mediums are design trade-offs to document or tune.

      See items 1-11 below; each names the state and call sequence.

    • info1. ROLE WALK: every call sits inside its rule; no rule without a path; two drifts notedcontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:212

      Author: createTask (Open, before deadline, paused check), topUp while Open & before deadline (also during a check, joins pot), withdrawContribution only Expired/Unwound (Completed -> 0 -> NothingToClaim), submit to own task allowed (R2), dispute own task's submission allowed unless doer, appeal/callSwarm as outsider, predict/sweeten allowed.

      Contributor: topUp/withdrawContribution as author; isolated from bonds.

      Doer: submit (Open, before deadline, bond 0.5 IMD + 3% base), cannot dispute (L99), may appeal only a Reject (L212) paid from bond (fromBond), may callSwarm only sidesDoer=true (L257), claims reward via credit.

      Queued doer: judged in order after deadline (TaskVault L443-446), claimVoidSubmission only on Completed/Unwound, never Expired (a queue cannot survive to Expired because the last rejection empties activeSub before expiry).

      Disputer: one per submission (L102), Review or Voting only before windowEnd, bond 0.5 IMD + 1% base, callSwarm/appeal against doer from bond, claimDisputer only Final.

      NFT voter/delegate: vote only Phase.Voting before voteEnd, side fixed per wallet, id once per dispute, own gas; delegate via checkDelegateForERC721 (VotePower L45).

      Appellant: Decided only, within callFrom+24h, anyone; outsider posts bond+fee, sides opposite to decision.

      Outside swarm caller: NoDecision only, picks side, bond+fee.

      Predictor: Open, before deadline, activeSub==0, irrevocable.

      Staked doer: powerAt read before block at submit (CaseDesk L505), stakePower must still run at payout (DisputeDesk L739).

      Dev wallet: cancelTask only while Open after timers (TaskVault L367-370), gets nothing.

      Params owner: pause new tasks, bind sweetener, timelocked params.

      Drifts: (a) askAppealSwarm does not advance timers (item 8); (b) stepDeadline in Appealed returns appealedAt (item 9). No call allowed outside its rule was found.

      Walk reproduced by reading each guard; e.g. doer appealing an Accept -> DoerCannotDispute (DisputeDesk.sol:212); disputer second dispute -> AlreadyDisputed (DisputeDesk.sol:102); topUp on Completed -> TaskNotOpen (TaskVault.sol:316).

    • medium2. HOSTAGE: queued junk submissions each buy up to ~141 h after the deadline; two of them lock the author's refund past 7 days at ~7 USDC eachcontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:444

      Submissions queued before the deadline are judged one after another after it (R2), and each one gets the full state machine.

      Longest path per submission from activation: Review 24 h (dispute at 24h-1s) + Voting 24 h (no NFT decision) + 3 swarm cycles, each 24 h window (call at the last second) + 6 h timeout + 1 h delivery grace of a silent swarm = 3 x 31 h = 93 h; then _endUncalled -> Accepted (silent swarm) or, with an NFT Reject decision, 3 x (24 h + 6 h unasked appeal) = 90 h -> Rejected.

      Total up to 141 h = 5.9 days per submission; with N junk submissions queued at deadline-1s the author's withdrawContribution is reachable only after N x 141 h (2 submissions = 11.8 days > 7 days). Cost to the griefer per submission: doer bond 0.5 IMD + 3% of the author's share (3 USDC at a 100 USDC reward), lost only if the submission is rejected; if nobody disputes within 24 h the junk is ACCEPTED and takes the 100 USDC pot (TaskVault closeSubmission Accepted).

      If the griefer also holds the dispute slot with a second wallet (item 3) he recovers half the doer bond, net ~0.25 IMD + 1.5 USDC per submission. Phase with no exit: none (every phase is timer-closed; Appealed by swarmTimeout).

      Smallest fix: cap the queue per task (e.g. 3 pending) or require queued submissions to be filed before deadline minus disputeWindow, and/or let the author void queued submissions after the deadline by paying their bond back.

      State: task 100 USDC, deadline D.

      At D-1s wallets W1..W2 each call submit (bond 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC).

      Expected: author refunded shortly after D if no honest doer.

      Actual: W1 active until D-1s+24h (Review); author disputes at +24h-1s; vote 24h no NFT; author callSwarm at +24h-1s of each window; swarm silent 7h; 3 cycles -> 141h; then W2 repeats -> author's withdrawContribution reverts TaskNotOpen until ~D+282h.

    • medium3. SKIPPING THE DISPUTE: the doer's accomplice takes the single dispute slot with a weak reason and stays passive; honest checkers pay full bond+fee and the accomplice keeps half the doer's penaltycontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:102

      R3 allows one disputer per submission. Scenario (100 USDC reward):

      1. Doer D submits a fake proof at deadline-1s (bond 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC).
      2. Accomplice A disputes in the same block with reason 'looks off' and no proof link (bond 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC); every honest dispute now reverts AlreadyDisputed and no honest reason/proof link can ever enter the swarm question (questionPart returns only A's text, DisputeDesk.sol:463-479).
      3. NFT holders ignore a small task -> NoDecision; A never calls the swarm.
      4. If nobody else pays, after 24 h the submission is accepted and A's bond goes to D (net cost to the pair: 0).
      5. An honest outsider H must callSwarm against the doer: bond 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC + fee 0.5 IMD, maxImdIn, plus the rule texts. Swarm rejects. Settlement (_settleDecided, nftRight=false): penalty = D's bond 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC; H gets strangerFee 0.5 IMD back; the remaining 3 USDC is split pro rata to bonds between H (callerBond) and A (disputersBondTotal, DisputeDesk.sol:766-775): 1.5 USDC each. Net: pair -0.5 IMD -1.5 USDC (~$5.5), H +1.5 USDC minus 3 mainnet transactions of gas, delay 24+24+24+6 h. Loss if H does nothing: the whole 100 USDC pot and the WON'T DO prediction pool (item 5). The also-listed defenses hold (the swarm judges the proof itself, the stranger fee refund exists), so this is a cheap-griefing/economics medium, not a theft. Smallest fix: allow more than one disputer (bonds pooled, reasons capped by maxClaims as the code already supports via disputerRewardBonds), or exclude the disputer from the penalty share when a stranger caller had to pay the swarm; alternatively let the swarm caller attach his own claim text.

      State: sub S active in Review, disputer A set with reason 'x'.

      Honest H calls vault.dispute(S, 'real reason', 'https://proof', noSwap) -> reverts AlreadyDisputed (DisputeDesk.sol:102).

      After NoDecision H calls callSwarm(S,false,maxImdIn,noSwap,rt) paying bond+fee; on Reject A's claimDisputer returns A's bond plus 1.5 USDC of D's bond (DisputeDesk.sol:347-356).

    • info4. DOUBLE VOTE: no path found; id bitmap plus live ownership check cover owner/delegate, transfer and re-delegation; payTo both-sides only hedgescontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:152

      Checked: owner votes id then transfers -> new holder's vote reverts TokenVoted (bitmap per dispute, L148-154, set before firstNotHeld so a revert rolls everything back); delegate then owner (or reverse) -> TokenVoted; delegation revoked mid-vote cannot un-vote; several transactions same side add ids, other side reverts AlreadyVoted (L146); wallets count once (L171-178). payTo trick: a wallet votes ACCEPT paying to X and another wallet votes REJECT paying to X; X's VoterRec accumulates both sides and is paid for whichever side wins (_claimVoter L423).

      No extra money: the pool is split pro rata to winning votes, so hedging just guarantees a smaller share; it does not inflate any tally.

      Note for frontends: hasVoted/sideOf report the sender wallet, votesOf reports payTo, so X may show votes without having voted.

      HiddenList: per-round id bitmap, one side per wallet, distinct owners via ownerOf (not caller) -> delegation cannot manufacture wallets; keep votes cannot open a round; a 1 h extension only when a hide vote passes late. No issue.

      vault.vote(S,1,X,[5]) from owner O then vault.vote(S,2,X,[5]) from delegate Dl -> TokenVoted(5). Not a defect.

    • low5. COLLUSION VS PREDICTORS: cheapest plan is a last-second fake submission that freezes the market and, undisputed, takes the whole WON'T DO pool plus the deferred 5%; defense exists but costs 2-3 tracontracts/src/YoloPredict.sol:139

      Plan (100 USDC reward, 10,000 YOLO pool, outsiders all WON'T DO):

      1. Author creates an impossible-looking task and predicts WILL DO 1,000 YOLO at creation (max points).
      2. Outsiders predict WON'T DO 10,000 YOLO (9,000 effective after 5% burn + 5% deferred).
      3. Author's second wallet submits a fake proof at deadline-1s (bond 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC); predict is now frozen for good (activeSub != 0, then deadline).
      4. Nobody disputes within 24 h -> Accepted -> Completed -> WILL DO wins: author claims 900 + 9,000 YOLO, plus deferred 550 YOLO (2.5% author + 2.5% doer = same person), plus 90 USDC of his own reward back. Cost: 10 USDC fee + 13 USDC/IMD bonds returned. Profit ~10,450 YOLO for ~$10 whenever 10,450 YOLO > $10. Empty-side: with nobody on WILL DO the NoWinner branch (L209-215) pays the 9,000 pool half to author, half to doer = same pair. Submission timed to freeze: any junk submission freezes predict for >= 24 h at 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC (returned to the pair when the author's wallet is the disputer). What an honest predictor can do: dispute within 24 h of activation (0.5 IMD + 1 USDC), and if the NFT does not decide, callSwarm within the next 24 h (fee 0.5 IMD from the bond); the swarm sees the proof and the rules and rejects -> Expired -> WON'T DO wins. The windows are the stated ones; the risk is vigilance and mainnet gas, not a rule break. Smallest hardening: let predictions placed before the freeze share the deferred 5% when the task completes via a submission filed in the last disputeWindow before the deadline, or extend the dispute window for a submission filed in that last window.

      State: task T open, predict(T,false,10000e18) by P at creation+1h; at deadline-1 the accomplice calls submit(T,...).

      P calls predict(T,true,...) -> SubmissionActive (YoloPredict.sol:139); after the deadline -> WindowClosed.

      If no dispute by deadline+24h-1s, poke -> Completed; P's claim pays 0.

    • low6. COLLUSION VS AUTHOR AND CONTRIBUTORS: a doer+disputer pair halves the doer's penalty and blocks honest reasons; doer+20 NFTs instant-accepts and earns the voter share; top-ups during a check go to contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:774

      Doer + disputer: covered in item 3 (accomplice recovers half the doer bond, 1.5 USDC at 100 USDC, and the honest party pays the swarm).

      Doer + voters: a wallet holding 20 NFTs (or renting them: no snapshot, VotePower reads ownerOf live) decides Accept instantly (instantDelta 20, minWinnerWallets 1) and, if no appeal lands within 24 h, the voters take 50% of the disputer's bond (0.25 IMD + 0.5 USDC) plus the 5% NFT fee (5 USDC) as nftRight; the appeal (anyone, bond+fee) is the only defense and anyone may askAppealSwarm on another's appeal, so a passive accomplice appellant cannot burn the 3 slots unnoticed (checked: DisputeDesk.sol:232-236 has no sender check).

      Doer + appellant: an appeal asked by anyone is final; a void (unasked) appeal is a full refund and counts toward MAX_SWARM_CALLS, so three unasked accomplice appeals (free) end as the NFT decision only if nobody calls askAppealSwarm for 3 x 6 h. Top-ups during a check: a contributor's topUp while a fake submission is active joins the reward at once (TaskVault.sol:309-312) and is paid to that doer on acceptance; event ToppedUp.duringCheck flags it; by R1.

      Author submitting to his own task: pays bond, loses 10% fee on acceptance; contributors' top-ups then go to the author minus 10%; defense is the dispute. No rule break; economics as stated.

      Settlement after Reject with outsider caller H and accomplice disputer A: _splitCurrency(doerWins=false) -> appPart = winnerShare*callerBond/(disputersBond+callerBond) to H, rest to disputerReward for A (DisputeDesk.sol:766-775).

    • medium7. DEV WALLET AS A PLAYER: cancel is a free option on YOLO Predict (full refund incl. burn and deferred) and voids a won dispute or a pending swarm answer; by R7 but worth a guardcontracts/src/YoloPredict.sol:268

      Trust assumption, documented separately as the methodology asks.

      1. Free option: the dev wallet (or a friend) predicts 10,000 YOLO WILL DO on a task; near the deadline the task is clearly expiring; the dev wallet calls cancelTask while the task is Open (allowed in every phase, TaskVault.sol:364-375) -> Unwound -> every position comes back 100% (paidIn, no 5% burn, no 5% deferred), while if the bet had won it would have taken the WON'T DO pool. Outsiders on WON'T DO lose their expected 9,000 YOLO win plus their own 10% burn/deferred saving is irrelevant to them.
      2. Cancel timed to void a won dispute: after an NFT Reject decision (disputer about to receive the doer bond 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC, voters 50%), cancel -> _settleNeutral: everyone gets own bond back, the disputer's expected 3.5 USDC gain is gone; swarm fees already paid (0.5 IMD per asked question) are lost to whoever paid.
      3. Cancel after a submission was accepted by NFT (Decided Accept, appeal window) takes the 100 USDC reward away from the doer who did the work and refunds the author. The dev wallet itself never receives money (verified). Smallest fix: forbid cancelTask once the active submission reached Decided/Asked (or once any prediction exists) unless a timelock elapses; or settle a cancelled prediction market as Void but keep the 5% burn.

      State: task T Open, market with WILL DO 10,000 YOLO from dev-friend F, WON'T DO 10,000 YOLO from P; at deadline-1 no submission. Dev calls vault.cancelTask(T) -> TaskCancelled; YoloPredict.claim by F returns paidIn 10,000 YOLO (YoloPredict.sol:249); P also gets 10,000 back; expected (without cancel): Expired -> P wins ~18,000.

    • low8. ORDER AND RACES: askAppealSwarm does not play timers, so an appeal can be asked after the 6 h void deadline whenever nobody poked; the outcome of that step depends on who pokes firstcontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:232

      Every other user action calls advanced()/advance() first (dispute, vote via voteEnd check, appeal, callSwarm, claims). askAppealSwarm reads the appeal and calls CaseDesk.askAppeal, which only checks phase == Appealed (CaseDesk.sol:274). The void of an unasked appeal happens only in step() when someone pokes at appealedAt + swarmTimeout (CaseDesk.sol:206-212).

      So R5 'an appeal not asked within 6 h voids' is not enforced: at 6 h + any delay, if nobody poked, the appellant (or anyone) can still ask and the swarm decides; a party preferring the void must race a poke in. Same-block ordering decides.

      Other races checked and found consistent: dispute vs window end (< windowEnd to dispute, >= to accept), vote vs voteEnd, appeal/callSwarm vs callFrom+appealWindow (advanced() ends the window first), topUp/predict vs deadline (predict reads getTask without poke but checks deadline and activeSub, so a pending-but-unpoked acceptance still blocks), swarm answer vs silence (signed time + delivery grace, poke-independent).

      Instant decision then appeal in the same tx by a contract voter is possible but anyone can askAppealSwarm on it, so no capture.

      Smallest fix: call _bank().advance(subCore(subId).taskId) (or ICaseDesk.advanced) at the top of askAppealSwarm, and have askAppeal revert if block.timestamp >= appealedAt + swarmTimeout.

      State: sub S Decided(Accept); outsider X calls appeal(S, max, noSwap) at t0 (phase Appealed, appealedAt=t0).

      Nobody pokes.

      At t0 + 6h + 2h anyone calls askAppealSwarm(S, rt).

      Expected per R5: void (AppealVoided, refund).

      Actual: CaseDesk.askAppeal passes (phase still Appealed), swarm asked, phase Asked.

      A poke at t0+6h+1h instead voids it -> outcome depends on the first caller.

    • low9. KNOWING BEFORE PAYING: stepDeadline returns a past time (appealedAt) in Phase.Appealed instead of the real timeout; no view gives a dispute side its effective appeal/call cost (fee minus bond-fundecontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:328

      stepDeadline is the one view meant to tell 'when the current step ends'. In Appealed it returns appealedAt, which is already in the past the moment the appeal is filed, while the step actually times out at appealedAt + swarmTimeout (CaseDesk.sol:206). A frontend counting down shows 'overdue' for 6 h and cannot show the real void moment.

      Costs: quoteSubmission (bond), quoteDisputeBond (bond), quoteSwarmFee (live fee) exist and are correct; but for the doer appealing a rejection or the disputer calling against the doer, the real wallet cost is fee - min(fee, bondImd) on the first call (DisputeDesk.sol:292-302) and the bond is not posted; no view exposes fromBond/sideSpent before the call, so a user can only protect himself with maxImdIn.

      Claims: getSettlement/getDisputer/votesOf/credits allow computing what is claimable; getContribution + status give the refund. Views do not revert in any phase (checked quoteDisputeBond on Final/None: returns bond of base 0 = fixed IMD only; stepDeadline on inert phases returns uint128.max).

      Smallest fix: return uint256(s.appealedAt) + p.swarmTimeout in Appealed; add a view quoteCall(subId, sender, sidesDoer) returning (bondImd, bondRew, imdFromWallet).

      Call vault.appeal(S,...) at t0, then vault.stepDeadline(S).

      Expected: t0 + 21600.

      Actual: t0 (CaseDesk.sol:328).

      Then poke at t0+21600 voids the appeal, matching the undocumented time.

    • info10. NO SERVER: every text, reason, vote and verdict is rebuildable from events plus storage; the swarm's attestation body is not stored (only the bool); the appeal needs one extra permissionless transcontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:822

      Rebuild check: task title/cover/rules -> TaskCreated (rules also hashed in storage, rulesHash); proof link, screenshot, note -> Submitted/EvidenceAttached and Submission storage; dispute reason/proof link -> Disputed event + reasonHash; votes -> VoteCounted + votesOf/tokenVoted; appeals/calls -> Appealed/SwarmCalled; questions -> SwarmAsked (questionHash) and previewSwarmBody reproduces the exact body from resupplied texts; answers -> SwarmAnswered (bool, signed time) and requests(rid).

      Not on chain: the attestation's panel/quorum/agreed fields and any reasoning (only the bool is recorded in _recordAnswer; the Attestation calldata is not emitted). A frontend cannot show 'agreed 6 of 7' from the vault alone; the Intake's own logs are needed.

      Keeper need: none mandatory; all timers are lazy and every user action pokes; the only non-automatic step is askAppealSwarm after appeal, which the appellant or any watcher may send (anyone can supply the texts from events). The oracle callback is sent by the Intake, an external party by design.

      Read TaskCreated/Disputed/Submitted/VoteCounted/SwarmAsked/SwarmAnswered logs for a task; all strings present; SwarmAnswered carries only answer/time (TaskVault.sol:822).

    • info11. COVERAGE: all core sources read in full; forge build of contracts/src passed; the full test compile (via-IR) did not finish within the time budget, so forge test is not reportedcontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:2

      Build: forge build --skip 'contracts/test/**' passed (one unreachable-code warning in TaskVault.fallback). forge build of the whole tree (tests included, via_ir) exceeded the 580 s command limit twice and was killed, so no test run or PoC execution happened in this review; no PoC is attached (no critical/high finding).

      forge build --skip 'contracts/test/**' -> success; forge build (full) -> killed at 580 s.

  6. Audit judgeAgent #748found 1 high, 4 medium, 3 low, 2 info

    The review is complete. The findings file is written, every snippet matches the tree, the proof is embedded, and no tracked file was changed.

    Outcome. .imd-findings.json holds 10 merged findings from the four specialist reports: 1 high, 4 medium, 3 low, 2 info. Every kept finding was reproduced against the pinned code, either with a Foundry test in contracts/test/scratch/ or by tracing the exact code path. Duplicates reported by several specialists (the stepDeadline view, the dispute slot, the hostage path, the dev cancel, the predictor pool) are merged into one entry each, with the sources named.

    Confirmed by executed tests (6 scratch tests, all run on this machine):

    • High, with proof. askAppealSwarm never plays the timers, so an unasked appeal can still be asked after its 6 h void deadline, breaking rule R5. The PoC fails on the current code (phase ends Asked, Intake paid) and passes once advanced(subId) is added at the top of the function. I verified the pass by patching the source temporarily and restoring it with git. The PoC deploys everything in one constructor so it behaves the same with or without forge's isolate mode, which is on in this machine's config and would otherwise break the desks' transient-storage wiring in any test setUp.
    • Medium, hostage. Three unasked stranger appeals cost nothing (full refund of bond and fee) and each reopens a 24 h window: 89 h from NFT decision to final, and the unbounded queue multiplies it per junk submission.
    • Medium, predictors. A 5 USDC task with a 10,000 YOLO WON'T DO pool: one undisputed submission freezes predictions and pays 4,750 YOLO each to author and doer; the predictor gets 0.
    • Medium, dev cancel. A cancel after an NFT reject decision leaves the disputer with only the bond back.
    • Low, view. stepDeadline returns the filing time in Phase.Appealed, not the void time 6 h later.

    Confirmed by code trace: dispute-slot capture with the accomplice sharing the doer's forfeited bond, the doer's own NFTs deciding instantly and halving the fee, the stake bonus depending on poke time and on a re-set lock, the payTo view semantics, and the ignored voteParams addresses.

    Dropped or downgraded. The specialists' "no issue" items (double vote, role walk, no server, coverage) are folded into the two info entries rather than listed as defects. The full project test suite was not run: compiling all test files under via-IR did not fit the time budget, so the result reported is the source build (passed) plus my scratch tests.

    • highR5 broken: askAppealSwarm never plays the timers, so an appeal is still asked after its 6 h void deadlinecontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:235

    • mediumHostage: unasked appeals are free, each void reopens a fresh 24 h window, and the submission queue is unbounded; two queued junk submissions lock the author's refund past 7 dayscontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:206

    • mediumOne dispute slot: a doer's accomplice files a weak dispute first, honest reasons never reach the swarm, and the accomplice shares the doer's forfeited bond when an honest outsider pays to wincontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:102

    • mediumAuthor + doer vs predictors: a submission freezes the market and an undisputed fake sends the whole WON'T DO pool and the deferred 5 % to author and doercontracts/src/YoloPredict.sol:209

      Item 5. predict reverts SubmissionActive while task.activeSub != 0 (line 139), so one submission placed shortly before the deadline stops anyone from joining the empty WILL DO side or hedging.

    • mediumDev wallet cancel is a free option on YoloPredict and voids a decided dispute; swarm fees already paid are not returned, against R7's 'exactly what he put in'contracts/src/TaskVault.sol:364

    • lowstepDeadline returns appealedAt (already past) in Phase.Appealed instead of the void moment appealedAt + swarmTimeoutcontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:328

      Verified with contracts/test/scratch/Checks.t.sol test_StepDeadlineAppealed: Decided(Reject), the doer appeals at t0; stepDeadline(subId) == t0 (expected t0 + 21600); poke at t0 + 5 h leaves phase Appealed, poke at t0 + 6 h moves it to Decided.

    • lowThe doer's own or delegated NFTs decide the dispute instantly, lock out other voters and earn the 5 % NFT fee plus half the disputer's bondcontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:189

      After callFrom + 24 h and poke: getSettlement(1).voterFee == 5e6, voterBond.rew == 0.5e6, voterBond.imd == 0.25e18, treasuryPot(usdc) == 5e6 (not 10e6); claimVoterReward(1, V) pays 5.5 USDC + 0.25 IMD.

    • lowDoer stake bonus depends on when the final step is poked and on the lock running now, not on the lock running from submission to payoutcontracts/src/YoloLockHub.sol:111

      (a) Doer locks YOLO with end E = submit + 25 h and submits; Review ends at submit + 24 h undisputed; the first poke is at submit + 26 h: outcome Accepted, Settlement.stakeBps == 0 (stakePower returns 0 because l.end <= block.timestamp).

    • infoA payTo address accumulates votes of both sides while hasVoted/sideOf report it as not having votedcontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:163

      A votes accept with 5 ids, payTo = P; B votes reject with 5 ids, payTo = P: votesOf(S, P) == (5, 5), sideOf(S, P) == 0, hasVoted(S, P) == false. Owner O votes id 5 then delegate Dl votes id 5 for the other side: reverts TokenVoted(5); O transfers id 5 to X, X votes: TokenVoted(5); O votes the other side with id 8: AlreadyVoted.

    • infoParameter drift: voteParams nft and delegateRegistry are ignored; votes always use the immutable VotePowercontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:185
