Work is complete. Summary of what was delivered and verified:

Branding assets

• assets/logo.svg is a hand-drawn cybernetic bee in neon gold and cyan, inside a sharp hexagonal honeycomb border on a dark ground. assets/logo.png is a 512×512 rasterisation of it.
• Both are embedded in the site header, the hero, the footer, the token selector (the SWARM chip), manifest.webmanifest icons and swarm.tokenlist.json for token 0xd2aef07b4a807062c1c9f01713def52172548eca. They ship as dist/assets/logo.svg and dist/assets/logo.png under stable names.

Site changes

• The existing vanilla site in web/ was kept, moved to TypeScript, and given a Vite build with base: "./", a typecheck script, unit tests and a package-lock.json. No framework or wallet library was added.
• The site was rebranded to the dark gold/cyan system, and the pay/receive token selector follows the direction select with the SWARM logo.
• web/src/config.ts now carries the verified addresses and pool key copied from the launch record, so the page reads live mainnet data instead of showing "launch pending". The static ABI selectors were confirmed against forge inspect on the pinned source.

Checks run

• Typecheck exit 0, nine unit tests passing, production build exit 0, export committed in dist/ with relative URLs only.
• Scripted Chromium inspection of dist/ served under a subpath at 1366, 820, 375 and 320 px: live chain reads, zero console errors, zero failed resources, no horizontal overflow, keyboard walk with visible focus at every stop, token selector swap, and the no-wallet error path.
• Better Interface review across all six domains: five findings fixed (numbers breaking mid-digit on narrow stats, low-contrast placeholder and control borders, unnamed header link at 320 px, a needlessly re-announcing live region, a ragged caption), then rebuilt and rechecked.

Documentation

• DESIGN.md documents the implemented tokens, typography, layout, shapes, components and breakpoints from the final source.
• README.md explains how to install, preview, rebuild and publish, and records the check results. artifacts/validation.md holds the full coverage, findings and limitations.

Limitations stated, not hidden: no screen-reader session or automated accessibility audit, no native 200% zoom or RTL check, no real wallet swap executed, and the launch record's abiHash was not recomputed because its canonical form is unspecified. web/node_modules was removed after the final build; the submission adds about 420 KB.
