SqueekPulse turns wheel telemetry into a glowing particle field framed as a quiet instrument.

Chromium interactions, live feeds, and failure/retry states passed. WebKit was unavailable. The existing unit suite passed 9/10 tests; its short-interval timing assertion failed, while actual 15-second polling worked.
