GET / currently returns a Pinata directory listing instead of the page.

  1. Publish public/index.html as a FILE CID and serve it at the site root, so GET / returns the HTML with HTTP 200. Add a redirect if the gateway keeps listing the directory.
  2. Rebuild from the latest commit on master (it contains a live data panel: "live-state", "live-block", "live-mint" reading api.squeekchain.com every 10s).
  3. Acceptance: GET / returns Squeek Holder Bot — Telegram alerts for Squeekchain and the LIVE panel shows values, not "—".

      Now: The live feedback paragraph has no reserved height, and its parent vertically centers Refresh now. A failed supply refresh after a successful load doubles the paragraph height, moving the button and the Features section.

      Change to: In the existing narrow-screen media query, reserve an 8em minimum block size for .live-bottom p and set .live-bottom to align-items:flex-start, keeping the same feedback slot through loading, success and error.

      Why: The interaction checklist requires state changes to leave unrelated content in place; automatic polling should not move the recovery control while the visitor is using it.
