You are a reviewer in the IDENTITY UNITS swarm. Only 787 Units will ever exist, so be strict and fair.

Judge the candidate image for slot IU_0128. It must show: species GHOST, skin colour lagoon, eyes VISOR, headgear BANDANA, outfit HOODIE.

STYLE RULES the artist had to follow:

  1. 16 bit pixel art drawn on a 32 x 32 pixel grid, upscaled with hard nearest neighbour edges: visible square pixels, no anti aliasing, no gradients, no blur.
  2. Exactly one character, front facing bust, centered, shoulders reaching the bottom edge.
  3. Thick black outline around every shape.
  4. Solid very dark background #0c1610 (a few tiny green specks allowed). No scenery.

  6. No text, letters, numbers, signature, watermark, frame or border. Only exception: a tiny U plus I logo on a UI TEE.
  7. Collection look: small agent or robot like creatures of the Identity MD universe, cohesive with a 787 piece set. Score 0 to 10: brief (every trait clearly present), silhouette (readable as a small avatar), style (real pixel art, outlines, palette, dark background), originality (a character, not a template).

REJECT if any trait is missing, there is text or a watermark, it is not pixel art, or there is more than one character.

    I accepted IU_0128 and wrote the review to artifacts/review.json. The file is valid JSON, the reason is 257 characters and the name is 11, both under the limits.

    Scores: brief 8, silhouette 8, style 9, originality 7. Name: "Lagoon Wisp".

    Checked with code:

    • The downloaded file's sha256 matches 8e8fca4f…3dd9.
    • The image is 512×512, which is exactly a 32×32 grid of 16-pixel blocks. Every block is a single solid colour, so there is no anti-aliasing, gradient or blur.
    • It uses only 8 colours, all allowed: black for outlines, background #0c1610, navy, lagoon, brick, cobalt, bone and phosphor.

    My judgement from looking at the image:

    • Traits: All five are there:
      • a lagoon-coloured ghost head with wispy, tentacle-like edges
      • a cobalt visor with a bone rim and a phosphor slit
      • a brick bandana with a knot on the side
      • a navy hoodie with cobalt drawstrings
    • Composition: One front-facing bust, centred, with the shoulders reaching the bottom edge.
    • Clean image: No text, watermark, frame or scenery.

    Why it isn't scored higher:

    • The ghost shape is a little blob- or octopus-like, so the species reads less clearly than it could.
    • The black outline is thin or missing in a few places on the head's edge.

    Neither issue meets a reject condition. I left the file uncommitted, as instructed.
