Keep the bust, pose, face, expression, rim and rendering exactly as in the template. Change only these things:

• outfit: a classic old-school value-investor look, dark navy suit, white button-down shirt, navy tie with a small gold pattern (replaces the sand robe)
• eyes: thin light metal-framed glasses with clear lenses
• hair: short, thin white hair combed back
• background: a warm beige-taupe, like boardroom curtains, instead of pale sky blue (not green, so it never blends with the skin); keep a dark outline on the rim so it stands out from the background Square image, 1024 by 1024, PNG. No text, no letters, no watermark.
