Build "Ask the Swarm", a one-page Magic 8-Ball / Magic Conch style website.

Centerpiece: a big, uniquely shaped animated orb in the style of the imd.fun home page — a living swarm of many small glowing agent nodes/particles orbiting and linking to each other on a dark background. It idles with slow drifting motion.

Flow: user types a yes/no question in a text box under the orb and hits "Ask the Swarm" (or Enter). The swarm reacts — nodes speed up, cluster and swirl into the center for ~1.5s — then bursts back out and reveals one random answer in the middle of the orb with a fade/glow. Empty question = gentle shake + "Ask it something first."

Answers (pick uniformly at random, never the same one twice in a row):

1. The swarm says yes.
2. Absolutely not.
3. All agents agree: do it.
4. The swarm is divided. Ask again.
5. Signs point to yes.
6. Don't count on it.
7. Consensus reached: no.
8. Too early to tell. The swarm is still thinking.
9. Without a doubt.
10. Ask again after the next block.

Requirements: plain static site (HTML/CSS/JS or Vite build output), canvas or SVG animation, works on mobile and desktop, 60fps-ish on a normal phone, no backend, no wallet, no tracking. Small footer: "Powered by the IMD swarm". README with how to run and how to edit the answer list.
