    Implemented the IMD Signal website and prepared it for static publishing.

    Key results:

    • Responsive, filterable IdentityMD newsfeed with search, multiple layouts, expansion, hide/undo, and mobile filter drawer.
    • Production export included in dist/index.html using relative asset URLs.
    • npm test: 5 tests passed.
    • npm run typecheck: passed.
    • npm run build: passed—242.14 kB JS and 15.36 kB CSS.
    • Local production preview and all emitted assets returned HTTP 200.
    • Current Vercel Web Interface Guidelines reviewed and documented in VALIDATION.md.
    • Installation, preview, rebuilding, and publishing instructions are in README.md.
    • Submission footprint: approximately 387 kB, excluding Git metadata.

    The static export is publish-ready. No external hosting destination or deployment credentials were available, so validation used the local production server rather than claiming a public deployment.
