HTML5 game + ERC20 IMD RISK (RISK). Build contracts, then a playable website with controls, results and wallet claims. Publish the website publicly on IPFS and its source on GitHub; both are authorized. Follow https://github.com/adaki2004/pepe2pepe-game-template/blob/main/ONCHAIN.md.

My game name: IMD PEPE RISK

My game idea: Build IMD RISK, an unofficial Community Coin (not the IMD token; show contract address; never call it official). Classic Risk-style territorial conquest played only with Pepes of different ranks and jobs (Recruit Pepe, Scout Pepe, Tank Pepe, Commando Pepe, etc.). 6 continents, 42 territories. 2–6 players or 1 vs swarm AI. Turns: deploy, attack, fortify. Dice via commit-reveal or seat-signed oracle; defender wins ties. Continent bonuses grant extra Pepes. Win by domination or highest territory count at turn/time limit. Matches short so more people can play.

Token: IMD RISK, symbol RISK, 1B cap, no mint after launch. Launch only as IMD Community Coin (curve priced in IMD; every buy is underlying IMD buy; 0.5% IMD-leg burns). IMD (0xD34a99Bc0f67aE1bbd63C660e6d0b0dd03E263B7) is prize and pricing only. Burned RISK to 0x000…dEaD. Circulating = totalSupply minus dead.

Entry: small IMD or RISK routed to IMD. Prize vault pays IMD only (60/25/15), pull payment, no inflation. Burns: 20% of cosmetics; 10% of RISK entries; 1% attack tax on bought Pepes. After 20% burn, cosmetics split ~1000 bps buyback, 3500 IMD to vault, 3500 to seats/stakers. Buyback buys RISK on curve and burns same tx. 24h cooldown + max 3 rewarded wins per wallet per day so more players can join without one wallet farming.

Contracts: MatchFactory, PrizeVault, Cosmetics, Buyback. No admin mint. Tests for combat, prizes, burns. Frontend: map, match list, circulating/burned totals, "unofficial" label, IPFS. Seats sign outcomes. README: Pepe ranks, burn table, daily caps, launch checklist.

My design: Neon-noir Pepe war room. Classic green Pepes rendered as slightly worn, low-poly military miniatures with glowing rank pips and job gear (scout visors, tank plating, commando bandanas). The board is a dark cartographic hex or territory map with thin bone-white borders; claimed territories pulse faint crimson. Continents sit under harsh cyan and magenta neon strips. Night atmosphere with light fog, wet-ink reflections, and distant searchlights sweeping the map. UI is sharp military-stencil with subtle scanlines. Instantly readable at a glance — rank icons and territory ownership stay clear even in a full 6-player match. Tactical, gritty, and pure Pepe.

My UX: Turn-based Risk feel, tightened for speed and more players. Click a territory to select, click adjacent to attack or move Pepes. Drag to multi-select same-rank Pepes. Number keys jump to your continents. Space centers on the last combat. Simple hotkeys for deploy / attack / fortify phases. Dice resolve instantly with a short Pepe bark and neon flash. Territory borders light up on hover; rank pips and job icons stay visible at full zoom. Matches stay short (5–15 min) so queues fill fast. No micromanagement — select, commit Pepes, resolve, next player. Clean, readable, and easy to jump into.

The website brief

Build the complete game UI from the creative brief: playable scene, keyboard/touch controls, pause, results and wallet claims via the Pepe2Pepe bridge. Export dist/index.html, assets, cover and manifest. The standalone public site links to hosted play; the iframe provides the game.

  • Committed dist/index.html and relative assets form a usable static website for IPFS hosting.
  • Keyboard/touch gameplay and the host wallet/reward flow are tested with evidence.

2% of supply is split equally among the wallets that did accepted work on this launch; 8% is split equally among the paired seats connected when it was admitted, one share per seat. A wallet can earn both, combined into one claim.

Work

  1. Build contract projectAgent #31677 files changedsent back

I couldn't commit: git has no author identity on this machine, and setting one means writing .git/config, which is off limits. All files are staged in the working tree.

All five contracts are written and tested. forge build, forge test (51 tests, 0 failed) and forge fmt --check all pass with solc 0.8.26.

    What's there

    • LaunchToken (src/LaunchToken.sol): "IMD RISK" / RISK. A plain fixed-supply ERC-20 with 10^27 units minted to whoever deploys it. It has no mint, owner, fee or pause.
    • MatchFactory: lobbies for 2–6 players with entry fees in IMD. Entry can also be paid in RISK: 10% is burned to 0x…dEaD and the rest is swapped to IMD. Each player commits a secret on joining, and the dice seed is built from all their reveals. A match is settled either by every player signing the final ranking or by one signature from a seat signer the owner sets. Pull refunds cover a lobby that doesn't fill, a player who never reveals (their entry is shared among those who did), and a match nobody settles in time.
    • PrizeVault: pays prizes in IMD only, by pull payment. The split is 60/25/15 (75/25 with two players). Each wallet gets at most 3 paid placements per rolling 24 hours; a placement over the cap goes to a bonus pool instead. That pool only tops up matches the seat signer settles, and never by more than half the pot.
    • Cosmetics: sales in IMD are split 20% + 10% to Buyback, 35% to the vault's bonus pool and 35% to a seats/stakers recipient.
    • Buyback: buys RISK and burns it in the same transaction. It also reports circulating supply (total minus the 0x…dEaD balance).
    • RiskRules: an internal library with the dice, battle resolution (defender wins ties), the 6-continent / 42-territory map and reinforcements with continent bonuses.
    • ABIs are in docs/abi/. forge-std is included as plain files, and there is no launch.json.

I also checked runtime sizes and scanned the bytecode for DELEGATECALL, CALLCODE and SELFDESTRUCT, the same check the protected tests run. All five contracts passed.

Decisions for you or the reviewers (all written up in the README):

    1. Two different IMD addresses. The brief says IMD is 0xD34a99…63B7, but the launch's chain table for Robinhood Chain says 0x5f7bb5…7127. I haven't checked either on chain. I recommend the chain table's address, but the manifest step and review need to confirm it. Whichever is used is fixed permanently in all four contracts.
    2. Owner settings needed after launch, listed under "After launch". Until each is set, the functions that need it revert with a clear error:
      • link the vault to MatchFactory (one time);
      • the swap venue in Buyback;
      • the seat outcome signer;
      • the seats/stakers recipient;
      • the cosmetics catalogue.
    3. Not built as asked:
      • the IMD Community Coin curve with 0.5% IMD-leg burns, because this launch opens a factory pool at 1.25% instead;
      • the "1% attack tax on bought Pepes", because attacks happen off-chain and there are no bought units on-chain;
      • the ONCHAIN.md economy, which I didn't fetch.
    4. Trust: game moves aren't verified on-chain. The seat signer, or the owner if they control that key, can decide rankings and draw from the bonus pool. The commit-reveal seed is not a VRF.

These contracts hold user funds and need an independent adversarial review before release.

  2. Audit mathAgent #1578found 1 medium

I found one defect in the math area: the anti-farming cap in PrizeVault resets at a fixed time instead of rolling, so one wallet can collect up to 6 paid placements within seconds. I traced it by hand and did not write or run a Foundry test, so it's unverified by execution. It's medium severity, so no proof file is attached. The results are in .imd-findings.json, and it parses as valid JSON.

Finding (medium): src/PrizeVault.sol:135, _consumeRewardedWin. The contract says it allows at most 3 paid placements per wallet in a rolling 24-hour window, and the brief asks for a 24h cooldown with at most 3 rewarded wins a day.

    • What the code does: the window starts at the wallet's first win and the counter resets completely exactly 24 hours later. Nothing tracks when the last three wins happened.
    • Failure case: first win at T, two more at T+86398 and T+86399, then three more at T+86400. All 6 are credited to the wallet's claimable balance; the 4th to 6th should go to the bonus pool.
    • Suggested fix: store the timestamps of the last three paid wins, and pay a new one only if the oldest is at least 24 hours old.

    What holds:

    • Prize split: 75/25 for two players and 60/25/15 for three. Rounding dust goes to first place, and the bonus is capped at half the pot.
    • Cosmetics split: 30% buyback, 35% seats and 35% vault, with dust to the vault. The three always add up to the cost.
    • Refunds: the entry fee times the player count equals the pot. In cancelUnrevealed, each revealer's share plus the dust equals the pot, so the static analyser's divide-before-multiply warning isn't a real loss.
    • RISK entry route: 10% burned, the rest swapped, at least the entry fee required back, and any extra IMD returned to the player.
    • Overflow: casts and checked arithmetic are safe.
    • Combat rules (RiskRules): dice sorting, ties going to the defender, continent masks and the minimum of 3 reinforcements are all correct.
    • Buyback reentrancy: the reentrancy warnings on Buyback aren't exploitable, because both functions are guarded against reentry and check the actual balance change.

Coverage: all 32 listed entry points have a row, and none are left unreached. 31 hold and PrizeVault.awardMatch carries the finding. I also added a row for the RiskRules invariants.

There is no launch.json in the tree yet, so I didn't review a manifest.

    • mediumAnti-farming cap uses a fixed window anchored at the first win, so one wallet can collect 6 rewarded placements within secondssrc/PrizeVault.sol:135

The contract says it enforces 'at most 3 rewarded placements per wallet in a rolling 24-hour window', and the brief asks for a 24h cooldown with at most 3 rewarded wins a day. _consumeRewardedWin instead keeps one fixed window that starts at the first win and resets the counter completely at windowStart+24h. The window does not roll, so 3 wins just before the boundary and 3 just after are all paid.

Wallet W gets its first rewarded placement at T (windowStart=T, wins=1). awardMatch pays W two more placements at T+86399 (wins=3).

At T+86400 the first branch fires and resets wins to 1, and two more placements before T+86400+86399 are paid.

      So W collects 5 placements between T+86399 and T+86401.

If W instead places at T, T+86398 and T+86399, then 3 more at T+86400, that is 6 rewarded placements in 2 seconds.

Expected: at most 3 in any 24h span, with the 4th to 6th forfeited to bonusPool via PrizeForfeitedToPool.

Actual: all 6 credited to claimable[W].

Fix: keep the timestamps of the last 3 rewarded wins (a ring of 3 uint64) and pay a placement only if the oldest is at least WINDOW old.

  3. ManifestAgent #13091 file changedsent back

launch.json is written and verified. It is the only file changed in the working tree.

    What the manifest contains

    • Kind evm_project, token LaunchToken with name "IMD RISK", symbol "RISK", 18 decimals, as set in src/LaunchToken.sol.
    • Four project contracts in constructor dependency order: Buyback, PrizeVault, MatchFactory, Cosmetics. Each has one entry per constructor parameter, matching both the source and the exported ABIs in docs/abi.
    • Every initialOwner is $owner. Every riskToken is $token. Vault and buyback references use $contract: and point backward only.
    • Pool fields exactly as the launch facts give them: IMD paired currency, fee 12500, tick spacing 60, initialPrice one to one.

One judgment call, flagged in notes. The contracts take an imdToken address. The README recorded a conflict between the brief's IMD address and the launch chain's IMD. I used the Robinhood Chain IMD address from the launch facts, which is also the pool's paired currency, since the contracts deploy on that chain. The notes carry this forward as a review finding so the independent review can confirm it.

    Checks run

    • A scratch script validated schema keys, name rules, reference direction, argument counts and types against the ABIs, lowercase addresses, and notes length.
    • A scratch Foundry test deployed all four contracts in manifest order from a factory address on an empty chain with the IMD address holding no code. All constructors succeeded, owners resolved correctly, and the token supply stayed with the factory.
    • forge build and forge test pass: 51 tests, 0 failures.

Nothing was committed, since the brief did not ask for a commit. The scratch files live in test/scratch and are discarded automatically.

  4. Audit economicsAgent #1989found 3 medium, 1 low

I found 4 economic defects, 3 medium and 1 low; none is critical or high. They are written to .imd-findings.json along with a coverage row for each of the 32 entry points and 2 accounting invariants. I ran Foundry tests for findings 1, 2 and 4, then deleted them, so the tree is unchanged. Finding 3 is worked out from the code, not tested.

    1. Medium: a losing player can stop the prize from being paid (src/MatchFactory.sol:239). By default no seat signer is set, and the brief's linked guide says there should be none. Then settle needs every player's signature. A loser who doesn't sign loses nothing: after the grace period, expire refunds everyone in full. In the test, a 2-player match with a 100 IMD entry ended with both players refunded 100 IMD and the winner paid nothing.
    2. Medium: the bonus pool can't be paid out without a seat signer (src/PrizeVault.sol:86). Money leaves the bonus pool only in matches the seat signer confirms. But it keeps coming in: 35% of every cosmetics sale, plus any prize forfeited under the daily cap. With no signer, or after the owner sets it back to zero, that IMD is stuck. In the test the pool only ever grew.
    3. Medium: two wallets owned by one person can drain the bonus pool by playing each other. Each seat-confirmed match adds up to 1% of the pool to the prize. If both seats are the same person, they get the whole pot back plus that 1%. For example, with a 100,000 IMD pool and the maximum 10,000 IMD entry, they net about 1,000 IMD per match. The seat signer is honest here, since the match is real. Fresh wallets get around the 3-wins-per-wallet cap, and about 63% of the pool is gone after 100 matches. The README mentions that sybil wallets can collude, but not that this drains the pool.
    4. Low: the daily cap allows 6 paid wins in 24 hours, not 3 (src/PrizeVault.sol:135). The 24-hour window starts at a wallet's first win and resets all at once rather than rolling. In the test one wallet was paid for 5 wins within 60 seconds. The code comments and README promise a rolling 24-hour window.

Coverage: six entry points are marked as having findings. The other 26 hold, as do both invariants: the vault's IMD covers the bonus pool plus everything players can claim, and MatchFactory's IMD covers open pots plus refunds owed. The static-analysis leads didn't hold up: the Buyback reentrancy warnings are blocked by its reentrancy guard, and the rounding in cancelUnrevealed still pays out the whole pot.

Trust assumptions, not counted as defects: the owner sets the swap venue, so a malicious venue could misuse the IMD held for buybacks; the README discloses this. The owner can also turn the seat signer off at any time, which feeds into findings 1 and 2.

Not covered: the combat rules in RiskRules (outside the economics area), and the brief's features the README already lists as not built: the bonding curve, the 1% attack tax, and the ONCHAIN.md fee setup.

    • mediumWithout a seat outcome signer any losing player vetoes the prize: withholding a signature forces expire() to refund the whole potsrc/MatchFactory.sol:239

settle() pays the pot only with a signature from every player (lines 239-242) or from outcomeSigner (line 243). outcomeSigner starts at zero and the brief adopts ONCHAIN.md ('No server, multiplayer or score signer'). The only other exit is expire() (lines 265-269), which credits every player entryFee back, the loser included. A loser's best move is therefore always to withhold their signature: they lose nothing and the winner gets nothing.

In a match that is actually competitive the prize vault never pays, and the 60/25/15 split, the daily cap and the bonus pool never come into play. The owner can also turn the seat path off at any time with setOutcomeSigner(0). The README only says unanimous settlement 'needs every player's consent'.

It does not say that a rational loser never gives it.

      Owner links the vault, outcomeSigner stays 0. p0 createMatch(2, 100e18, c0, 0, 0); p1 join; both reveal -> Playing. p0 wins off-chain, p1 refuses to sign ranking [p0,p1]. settle(id,[p0,p1],[sig0]) reverts OutcomeSignerNotConfigured, and settle with 2 sigs needs sig1, which p1 never gives. warp past playDeadline+1 day; expire(id).

Then refunds(p0)==100e18 and refunds(p1)==100e18 (confirmed in a scratch Foundry test).

Expected: the winner can be paid without the loser's cooperation, e.g. via a dispute or default path, or a seat signer required before matches open.

Actual: the loser gets a free refund and the winner gets 0.

    • mediumBonus pool (35% of cosmetics revenue plus every cap-forfeited prize) has no exit unless a seat outcome signer is configuredsrc/PrizeVault.sol:86

bonusPool decreases only inside if (withBonus) in awardMatch, and MatchFactory passes withBonus=true only for seat-attested settlements (MatchFactory.sol:243-247). Cosmetics.buy sends 35% of every sale to vault.fundBonus (Cosmetics.sol:106), and every placement over the daily cap is added with bonusPool += shares[i] (PrizeVault.sol:113). PrizeVault has no other withdrawal path.

With outcomeSigner unset (its default, and what ONCHAIN.md's 'no score signer' implies), or after the owner calls setOutcomeSigner(0), these funds are locked for good. The brief's flow sends this 35% 'to vault' for prizes, and forfeited winnings were meant to be redistributed, not stranded.

      Owner configureItem(1,100e18,0,true); a buyer calls buy(1,1) -> vault.bonusPool()==35e18. p0 wins 4 unanimous 2-player matches at 1e18 entry within 24h.

The 4th 1.5e18 share is forfeited, so bonusPool grows to 36.5e18.

No function can move any of it while outcomeSigner==0 (confirmed in a scratch test: bonusPool only increases).

Expected: forfeits and the vault's cosmetics share reach players.

Actual: the IMD is stuck in PrizeVault.

    • mediumSybil self-play drains 1% of the bonus pool per seat-attested match at no risk; the per-wallet cap does not limit itsrc/PrizeVault.sol:86

A seat-attested match adds min(1% of bonusPool, 50% of pot) to the prize (lines 86-90). An attacker who fills a 2-player match with two of their own wallets gets back 100% of the pot (75% + 25%) plus the bonus, so every match is pure profit taken from the pool. The seat signer is honest here: it attests the true result of a real match between the two wallets.

The daily cap (3 rewarded placements per wallet) is bypassed with fresh wallets, so it does not stop the farming the brief added it to prevent ('so more players can join without one wallet farming'). With MAX_ENTRY = 10,000 IMD the 50%-of-pot cap never binds for pools under 1,000,000 IMD.

bonusPool = 100,000 IMD (from cosmetics), outcomeSigner set to the seats key.

      Attacker wallets A and B: A createMatch(2, 10000e18, cA, 0, 0); B join; both reveal; they play, and the seat signer attests [A,B]; settle(id,[A,B],[seatSig]).

      The vault's prize is 20,000 + min(1,000, 10,000) = 21,000 IMD, split so that claimable(A)=15,750 and claimable(B)=5,250, which the attacker claims.

      Net +1,000 IMD minus gas.

Repeating with fresh wallet pairs takes 1% of the remainder each time: about 63% of the pool after 100 matches.

Expected: the bonus rewards real competition and is bounded per participant.

Actual: it can be farmed without limit.

    • lowDaily cap uses a fixed window, so a wallet gets 6 rewarded placements in 24 hours (5 within one minute), not 3 per rolling 24hsrc/PrizeVault.sol:135

_consumeRewardedWin resets winsInWindow to 1 as soon as windowStart+24h has passed. The window starts at the wallet's first win and does not slide. The NatSpec and README promise 'at most 3 rewarded placements per wallet in a rolling 24-hour window', and the brief asks for max 3 rewarded wins per wallet per day.

A wallet that saves its 2nd and 3rd wins for the end of a window and takes 3 more right after the reset collects 6 within 24h.

      t0: p0 wins a 2-player match (window starts at t0). warp t0+24h-60s: p0 wins 2 more (3/3). warp t0+24h: p0 wins 3 more, all rewarded, because the window resets.

Scratch test: claimable(p0) rose by 5*1.5e18 = 7.5e18 within 60 seconds, and 6 wins were paid within 24h.

Expected: at most 3 rewarded in any 24h span.

      Actual: 6.

  5. Audit permissionsAgent #1356found 2 medium, 3 low

I wrote .imd-findings.json with 5 findings (2 medium, 3 low) and a coverage row for each of the 32 entry points. No source files were changed, and the scratch test I wrote has been deleted.

    Findings

    1. Medium: the owner can decide who wins a match (src/MatchFactory.sol:243). The owner can change the outcome signer at any time, even while a match is running. They can set it to their own key, join a match with a second wallet, and settle it with that wallet in first place. This moves other players' entries to the owner without their consent, although the README says the owner "cannot move prize, refund or pot funds". A Foundry test is attached as proof and fails on the current code. In a 2-player match with 100 IMD entries, the owner's wallet can claim 150 IMD and Alice 50, so Alice loses 50 IMD of her entry. Suggested fix: record the signer when each match is created, or put signer changes behind a delay.
    2. Medium: the IMD set aside for buy-and-burn is in the owner's hands (src/Buyback.sol:39). 30% of cosmetics revenue goes to Buyback, and only the owner can spend it. The owner chooses the swap venue at any time and sets the minimum output. A venue they control can take all 300 IMD from a 1,000-IMD sale and return 1 wei of RISK. If the owner never acts, nothing is burned.
    3. Low: PrizeVault.setMatchFactory accepts any address (src/PrizeVault.sol:54). If the owner links their own wallet instead of the real MatchFactory, they can call awardMatch directly and drain the bonus pool about 1% per call. Because the link can only be set once, every real match's settlement would then fail.
    4. Low: a losing player can block every payout (src/MatchFactory.sol:268). No outcome signer is set at launch, so settling needs every player's signature. A loser who never signs gets their full entry back once the match expires, so the winner can never collect.
    5. Low: the owner can redirect the seats/stakers share after it has built up (src/Cosmetics.sol:76). The 35% share is paid to whoever is the recipient at payout time, so the owner can switch it to their own wallet just before paying out.

Coverage: 23 entry points hold and 9 are tied to a finding; none were left unreached. I did not report the static-analysis leads separately:

    • Buyback reentrancy: the swap functions and burnHeldRisk share one reentrancy lock, so none of them can re-enter another.
    • Uninitialized variables: they are zero by design.
    • Missing zero-check on setOutcomeSigner: zero is intentional; it switches seat signing off.

No launch.json exists yet, so the manifest wasn't reviewed.

    • mediumOwner can install itself as outcome signer mid-match and dictate any Playing match's ranking, taking other players' entries (contradicts README 'owner cannot move pot funds')src/MatchFactory.sol:243

Seam access x economics. setOutcomeSigner (line 123) is onlyOwner, takes any address, has no delay, and applies to matches already in progress. settle() then accepts one signature from that address in place of every player's consent. So the owner can point outcomeSigner at a key it holds, join public matches with a sock-puppet wallet, and settle each one with the sock first. The pot is moved to the owner's wallet without the other players' consent.

The seat path also draws up to 50% of the pot from the bonus pool (PrizeVault.awardMatch withBonus). The README says the owner 'cannot move prize, refund or pot funds', and the brief says seats sign outcomes, not the creator. Unanimous settlement is no protection: the owner just settles first, since the first settle() sets status Settled.

Fix while keeping the seat feature: snapshot outcomeSigner into the Match at createMatch so a later change cannot affect matches that already took entries, and/or put setOutcomeSigner behind a timelock longer than JOIN+REVEAL+PLAY+SETTLE_GRACE. Document the seat key as a trust assumption.

      Owner links the vault.

Alice calls createMatch(2, 100e18, commitA, 0, 0) and ownerSock joins.

Both reveal, so the match is Playing.

Owner calls setOutcomeSigner(ownerKey), signs outcomeDigest(id, [ownerSock, alice]) and calls settle(id, [ownerSock, alice], [sig]).

Expected: a signer set after the entries were taken cannot decide the match (revert or players' signatures only).

Actual: settle succeeds. vault.claimable(ownerSock) = 150e18 and claimable(alice) = 50e18, so 50 IMD of Alice's entry goes to the owner's wallet without her signature.

Verified with the attached test (fails on current code with 'next call did not revert').

    • mediumBuyback IMD (30% of cosmetics revenue earmarked for burn) is fully at the owner's discretion: any venue plus owner-chosen minRiskOut lets the owner take it, and nothing burns unless the owner actssrc/Buyback.sol:39

Seam access x economics. Cosmetics.buy sends 30% of every sale to Buyback as the brief's '20% burn + 10% buyback'. That IMD can leave Buyback only through executeBuyback, which is onlyOwner.

It swaps through venue, which the owner can set at any time to any contract, with a slippage bound the owner picks; the only output check is burned >= minRiskOut and burned != 0. A venue the owner controls can pull the whole approved imdIn and return 1 wei of RISK. If the owner never acts, the IMD stays in Buyback forever and the promised burn never happens; burnHeldRisk only burns RISK.

The README's trust section mentions a 'malicious venue' but still presents the 30% as burned 'in the same transaction'. The burn guarantee rests entirely on the owner.

Fix: make executeBuyback permissionless with an on-chain bound (TWAP/quote from a venue fixed at construction, or a max-per-call amount with a min-out derived on chain), or timelock setVenue; at minimum document that the burn share is owner custody.

Alice calls Cosmetics.buy for an item priced 1,000 IMD, so Buyback receives 300 IMD.

Owner deploys EvilVenue, whose swapExactInput(tokenIn,..,amountIn,..,recipient) calls transferFrom(msg.sender, owner, amountIn) and then sends 1 wei of RISK to recipient.

      Owner calls setVenue(EvilVenue), then executeBuyback(300e18, 1).

Expected: the 300 IMD buys RISK at market and the RISK is burned.

Actual: the call succeeds with burned = 1 wei, the owner receives 300 IMD, and totalImdSpent records 300e18 as if it had been burned.

    • lowPrizeVault.setMatchFactory accepts any address, so the owner can link an EOA, never link the real MatchFactory (bricking all settlements) and drain the bonus pool through awardMatchsrc/PrizeVault.sol:54

The one-time link is not bound to the MatchFactory deployed in this launch: no check that factory has code or that MatchFactory(factory).vault() == address(this). If the owner links its own EOA, it can call awardMatch(id, [a,b,c], 3, pot, true) directly. With pot P sent to the vault beforehand, the Underfunded check passes and the owner's wallets are credited P + min(1% of bonusPool, P/2).

Repeated with fresh addresses (to dodge the 3-per-window cap), this drains the 35% cosmetics share that players fund in the bonus pool. Because the link is permanent, the real MatchFactory can then never settle: every settle() reverts NotMatchFactory and each match can only expire.

      Fix: require factory.code.length > 0 and MatchFactory(factory).vault() == address(this) (and buyback/imd consistency). Otherwise document it as a trust assumption.

bonusPool = 10,000 IMD (from cosmetics).

Owner calls setMatchFactory(ownerEOA), transfers 200 IMD to the vault, then calls awardMatch(1, [w1,w2,w3], 3, 200e18, true).

The bonus is min(100, 100) = 100 IMD, so w1..w3 can claim 300 IMD in total.

Net extraction is 100 IMD per call.

      Repeat with new wallets.

Afterwards MatchFactory.settle for any match reverts NotMatchFactory.

Expected: only this launch's MatchFactory can award prizes.

    • lowLosing player can always veto payout: without a seat signer, the loser refuses to sign and expire() refunds everyone, so a winner can never collect against a rational opponentsrc/MatchFactory.sol:268

Seam economics x asymmetry. Unanimous settlement needs a signature from every player, including the losers. expire() refunds the full entry to everyone. A loser therefore always does better by not signing (refund instead of a 25% share or nothing), and the winner has no recourse.

The README presents the seat signer as optional ('Unanimous player settlement still works'), and outcomeSigner is zero at launch. In that state no prize is enforceable against a losing player. The brief's prize vault (60/25/15) then pays only when losers volunteer.

Fix: make the seat/dispute path mandatory before matches open (e.g. createMatch reverts while outcomeSigner == 0), or forfeit the entry of a player who neither signs nor disputes, or document that prizes need the seat signer.

      outcomeSigner = 0.

Alice and Bob play a 2-player match (100 IMD each) and Alice wins.

Bob does not sign outcomeDigest. settle with 1 signature reverts OutcomeSignerNotConfigured, and with 2 signatures it needs Bob's.

      After playDeadline + 1 day anyone calls expire(id), and refunds[Alice] = refunds[Bob] = 100e18.

Expected: Alice receives the 150 IMD winner share.

Actual: Alice gets only her entry back.

    • lowAccrued seats/stakers share goes to whoever is recipient at flush time; owner can redirect already-accrued 35% to itselfsrc/Cosmetics.sol:76

Seam access x asymmetry. pendingSeatRewards is not checkpointed to the recipient that was configured while it accrued. The owner can replace the recipient at any time, and flushSeatRewards then pays the whole accumulated balance to the new one. The brief allots this 35% to seats/stakers, but the owner may set any wallet, including its own, and repoint it just before a flush.

Fix: flush pending rewards to the old recipient inside setSeatRewardsRecipient (when one is set), and/or timelock changes. Document that the seats share is owner-directed.

      Recipient is SeatStaking.

Sales accrue pendingSeatRewards = 3,500 IMD.

      Owner calls setSeatRewardsRecipient(ownerWallet), then flushSeatRewards().

Expected: the 3,500 IMD accrued for seats goes to SeatStaking.

      Actual: ownerWallet receives 3,500 IMD.

  6. Audit flowAgent #535found 1 high, 2 low

The review is complete. The findings file is written and the only failing test is my own proof test in test/scratch/, which is expected on the current code. The project's 51 existing tests still pass and no source, config or doc file was changed.

Outcome: one high finding with a failing Foundry proof, two low findings, and coverage rows for all 32 entry points plus three invariants, the periphery libraries, the ABI exports and the absent manifest.

    Findings written to .imd-findings.json:

    1. High, createMatch commitment race. The creator's commitment must encode the matchId, but createMatch assigns nextMatchId++ at execution time and cannot check the commitment. Any earlier createMatch shifts the id, so the creator can never reveal and cancelUnrevealed pays their entry to the other players. An attacker induces it by front-running with a throw-away lobby that is refunded later, so the attack costs gas and wins up to the 10,000 IMD maximum entry. The proof test fails on the current code with the victim down 100 IMD and the attacker up 100 IMD, and it tolerates either suggested fix.

    2. Low, loser veto in unanimous settlement. With no seat signer configured, a losing player simply never signs, expire refunds everyone, and the winner's prize is never paid.

    3. Low, manifest-stage IMD address conflict. No launch.json exists yet. The README leaves two candidate IMD addresses open. All four contracts take it as an immutable, and every IMD path reverts permanently if the manifest writes an address with no code on the launch chain.

What held: PrizeVault award, cap and bonus accounting, the two conservation invariants, the RISK entry route with exact approvals and balance-delta checks, signature replay protection, the periphery libraries including the dice rules and 3-sort, and the five ABI exports which match the compiled output byte for byte.

Not reached: the manifest itself, since it has not been produced yet. Slither's reentrancy leads on Buyback all sit inside the owner-trusted venue dependency and did not become findings.

    • highcreateMatch binds the creator's commitment to a matchId it can only predict; any earlier createMatch shifts the id, the creator can never reveal, and cancelUnrevealed hands their entry to the other plsrc/MatchFactory.sol:140

The commitment scheme is commit = keccak256(abi.encode(matchId, player, secret)) (commitmentFor, line 291, and README 'Match lifecycle'). A joiner knows matchId, but a creator does not: createMatch assigns matchId = nextMatchId++ at execution time (line 140) and stores whatever commit the caller supplied without being able to check it. If any other createMatch is mined first, the creator's match receives predicted+1 while their commitment still encodes predicted.

In reveal (line 183) commitmentFor(actualId, creator, secret) != commit, so the creator reverts with BadReveal no matter what they do. After the 10-minute reveal window, cancelUnrevealed (lines 196-223) treats the creator as a non-revealer and credits their whole entry to the players who did reveal (line 220).

This is reachable with no attacker at all whenever two lobbies are created in the same block or out of mempool order, and it is a deliberate, profitable attack: an attacker watching the mempool front-runs a victim's createMatch with a throw-away 2-player lobby at MIN_ENTRY (0.1 IMD), joins the victim's shifted lobby (filling a 2-player lobby starts reveal at once; for larger lobbies the attacker waits for the join window and calls startReveal), reveals their own secret, calls cancelUnrevealed after the window and withdraws 2x the entry fee.

The throw-away lobby is refunded in full through startReveal after its join window, so the attack costs gas only and wins up to MAX_ENTRY = 10,000 IMD per victim.

Execution-trace root cause: an input (commit) whose validity depends on a value (matchId) the contract assigns after the input was formed, with no check tying the two together.

Minimal fix that keeps the design: make the creator's commitment independent of the assigned id, for example let createMatch take uint256 expectedMatchId and revert if nextMatchId != expectedMatchId (the creator then keeps their funds and retries), or bind commitments to (address(this), player, secret) with a usedCommit mapping instead of matchId. The proof test tolerates either fix: it passes when the victim's createMatch either reverts or lets them reveal.

State: MatchFactory deployed, no venue needed (IMD entries).

Victim V holds 1000 IMD and has approved MatchFactory; attacker A likewise.

    • lowUnanimous settlement lets any losing player veto the outcome: by withholding a signature until expire() the loser is refunded in full and the winner never receives the potsrc/MatchFactory.sol:268

settle (line 230) accepts either one signature per player in join order or a single signature from outcomeSigner. When no outcomeSigner is configured (its default, and the README calls the seat signer optional), every player's signature is required, so the player who lost on chain-replayable dice simply never signs.

Nothing else can finish the match: after playDeadline + SETTLE_GRACE anyone calls expire (lines 265-270) and _cancelAndRefundAll credits each player their full entryFee, including the loser. The winner's only recourse is their own refund.

Cross-transaction flow issue: the 'win' state of a match that was actually played to completion is unreachable without the loser's cooperation, so every match's outcome is at the loser's option whenever the seat signer is unset or offline. The README's trust model notes that unanimous settlement needs every player's consent but does not state that a loser can always convert a loss into a refund, and the brief asked for 'Seats sign outcomes' as the authoritative path.

Severity is low because no third party loses funds (entries are returned) and the owner can mitigate by configuring outcomeSigner; it is reported so the author documents it and the frontend never advertises a prize that the unanimous path cannot enforce. Possible fix within the design: require a configured outcomeSigner before matches can be created, or make the seat path mandatory for prize payout and the unanimous path a secondary one.

      State: outcomeSigner == address(0) (default).

      1. P0 createMatch(2, 10e18, commit0, 0, 0); P1 join(1, commit1, 0, 0); both reveal: status Playing, pot 20 IMD.
      2. Off chain P0 wins. P0 signs the ranking [P0, P1]; P1 refuses. 3) settle(1, [P0,P1], [sig0]) reverts OutcomeSignerNotConfigured; settle(1, [P0,P1], [sig0, anyOtherBytes]) reverts (InvalidSignatures when the second signature recovers to someone other than P1, BadSignature when it is malformed). 4) warp to playDeadline + 1 days + 1; anyone calls expire(1). Expected per the game rules: P0 is owed 15 IMD (75%) and P1 5 IMD. Actual: refunds[P0] = 10e18, refunds[P1] = 10e18; the winner's prize is never paid and PrizeVault receives nothing.
    • lowManifest-stage conflict: the brief's IMD address and the chain table's IMD differ; the four immutable imdToken constructor arguments become unusable if the manifest writes an address with no code on tsrc/MatchFactory.sol:114

No launch.json exists in the tree yet, so this is a review of the README's constructor table, which is the manifest step's input.

All four contracts take imdToken as an immutable constructor argument (Buyback line 35, PrizeVault line 50, MatchFactory line 114, Cosmetics line 58) and the README leaves it as an 'open conflict': the brief quotes 0xD34a99Bc0f67aE1bbd63C660e6d0b0dd03E263B7 while the launch chain table and the pool's pairedCurrency give 0x5f7bb59365ce557c26dbcaa4ee9d39a4b95b7127. Only one of them is the IMD on Robinhood Chain (4663).

Every value-moving path goes through SafeTransfer._call (src/lib/Common.sol line 32), which reverts TransferFailed when the token address has no code. The launch checks run constructors on an empty chain and do not call the token, so a wrong address passes the protected floor and is only discovered when the first user transacts, with no setter to repair it.

The manifest step must write the chain table's IMD (the pool's paired currency) as imdToken for all four contracts, and the independent manifest review should confirm that address has code and symbol() == 'IMD' on chain 4663. This is a constructor-input conflict, not a defect in the Solidity.

State: manifest writes imdToken = 0xD34a99Bc0f67aE1bbd63C660e6d0b0dd03E263B7 for Buyback, PrizeVault, MatchFactory and Cosmetics on a chain where that address has no code (the launch chain's IMD is 0x5f7bb59365ce557c26dbcaa4ee9d39a4b95b7127).

Deployment succeeds (constructors only store the address).

      Then createMatch(2, 1e18, commit, 0, 0) reverts TransferFailed at SafeTransfer._call because address(token).code.length == 0; Cosmetics.buy, PrizeVault.fundBonus and PrizeVault.claim revert the same way.

Expected: entries, cosmetics and prizes move the launch chain's IMD.

Actual: every IMD path is permanently dead and no owner setting can change the immutable.

Work is complete and verified. Summary:

    Delivered (all under test/):

    • test/invariants/MatchFactoryInvariant.t.sol: a handler drives the full match lifecycle with six signing actors (IMD and RISK entries through the venue, early and expired lobby close, partial reveals, unanimous and seat-attested settlement, expiry, refunds, claims, bonus funding, time warps). Eight invariants hold after every call: factory IMD equals live pots plus owed refunds, refund and claimable ledgers match their totals, vault stays solvent, system-wide IMD conservation, prize split conservation, RISK is never stranded and burns reach dEaD, terminal states never reopen, seeds are the XOR of every player's secret, and the per-window cap matches paid placements. Fail-on-revert is on, so every handler call pre-checks state and asserts exact per-call accounting.
    • test/invariants/EconomyInvariant.t.sol: a handler acting as the vault's factory drives cosmetics sales, seat flushes, buybacks at moving venue rates, RISK routing, donated RISK, sponsor funding, random prize awards and claims. Seven invariants cover the four-way revenue split, item supply and ownership, buyback IMD ledger, burn finality and fixed supply, vault solvency and pool ledger, the rewarded-placement cap, and actor IMD reconciliation.
    • test/EdgeCases.t.sol: 49 unit and fuzz tests on failure paths the existing suite skipped: entry-fee bounds, inclusive join deadline, six-player payouts, double reveal, refund dust, settle-versus-expire boundary, malformed and malleated signatures, seat signature posing as players, zero-address rankings, exact and over-paying RISK routes, re-entrant venues, vault count and underfunding checks, tiny-prize rounding, cap forfeits on second place, exact 24h reset, cosmetics cap and dust rules, buyback zero-output and over-spend, two-step ownership, token allowance edge cases, and RiskRules dice, reinforcement and continent properties.

Results: forge build succeeds and forge test passes 102 tests. The only failing test is the proof under test/scratch/, which is meant to fail and is deleted before verification.

    Findings reported in .imd-findings.json:

    • Medium, with proof: PrizeVault documents a rolling 24-hour cap of 3 rewarded placements, but the window is anchored at the first win and reset wholesale, so a wallet is paid 5 placements within one second across the reset and 6 within one 24-hour span. The README describes the anchored behaviour, so this is an intent and natspec mismatch, not a fund loss.
    • Low: RiskRules.compare sorts attacker dice slots beyond attackDice, so stale padding changes a battle result for off-chain replayers.

    • mediumRewarded-placement cap is a fixed window anchored at the first win, not the rolling 24-hour window the contract documents; a wallet can be paid 6 placements inside one 24-hour spansrc/PrizeVault.sol:134

PrizeVault's natspec (line 8-9) promises 'at most 3 rewarded placements per wallet in a rolling 24-hour window' and the brief asks for '24h cooldown + max 3 rewarded wins per wallet per day so more players can join without one wallet farming'. _consumeRewardedWin anchors windowStart at the first rewarded placement and resets the counter to 1 the moment block.timestamp reaches windowStart + 24h.

Nothing tracks placements by time, so a wallet rewarded late in one window is immediately rewarded again at the reset: 5 paid placements within one second (T+24h-1 x2, T+24h x3) and 6 within any 24-hour span that straddles the reset (T, T+24h-1 x2, T+24h x3). The anti-farming cap is therefore only half as strict as documented, and no cooldown between matches exists at all.

The README already describes the anchored window, so this is a documentation/intent mismatch rather than a loss of funds: over-cap shares still flow to the bonus pool and the vault stays solvent (the submitted invariant tests check the anchored semantics).

Fix options: keep a ring of the last 3 rewarded timestamps per wallet and refuse when the oldest is younger than 24h, or change the natspec and README to drop the word 'rolling' and state the anchored behaviour explicitly.

Link a PrizeVault to a factory stub; award the same wallet first place at T, then twice at T+24h-1 (paid), a fourth time at T+24h-1 (forfeited, as documented).

Warp to T+24h and award three more times.

Expected (rolling 24h cap): at most 1 of the three is paid, because 2 paid placements already sit inside [T+1, T+24h].

Actual: all 3 are paid; remainingRewardedWins returned 3 at T+24h and winsInWindow restarted at 1.

The scratch test fails with 'rolling 24h cap exceeded ...

      3 > 1'.

compare(a, attackDice, d, defendDice) is documented as 'exposed for tests and replay' and is the function a frontend or verifier would call with explicit dice. _sortDesc3 sorts all three attacker slots regardless of attackDice, so a value left in a[1] or a[2] when attackDice < 3 is promoted to the top pair and decides the battle. resolveBattle zeroes unused slots so the on-chain seed path is unaffected; only callers of compare with non-zero padding get a wrong outcome.

The defender side is guarded (d[1] is only consulted when defendDice == 2); the attacker side is not.

Suggested fix: zero a[i] for i >= attackDice at the top of compare (or only sort the first attackDice entries).

      RiskRules.compare([1, 6, 0], 1, [3, 0], 1): the attacker rolled a single die showing 1 against a defender's 3.

      Expected: attackerLosses = 1, defenderLosses = 0.

      Actual: the stale 6 in a[1] is sorted to a[0], 6 > 3, so attackerLosses = 0 and defenderLosses = 1.

      The same call with attackDice = 1 and a[1] = 0 returns the expected (1, 0).

  8. Audit judgeAgent #558found 1 high, 2 medium, 3 low, 1 info

Review complete. The findings file is written and validated, no source files were changed, and git status shows nothing outside the findings file and the scratch tests.

Outcome: 7 findings kept out of 15 specialist reports, all 32 entry points answered.

    Findings, in order:

    1. High – createMatch binds the creator's commitment to a matchId it can only predict. Any earlier createMatch shifts the id, the creator can never reveal, and cancelUnrevealed gives their entry to the other players. Attack costs gas only. The audit_flow proof fails on current code with the stated balance mismatch and is attached.
    2. Medium – The per-wallet reward cap is a fixed window anchored at the first win, not the documented rolling 24 hours. Six paid placements inside 24 hours. Three specialist reports merged. The tester's proof fails as stated and is attached.
    3. Medium – The seat outcome signer is optional and zero at launch, yet both prize enforcement and the bonus pool depend on it. A loser vetoes any payout by waiting for expire(), and the 35% cosmetics share plus forfeits have no exit. Four specialist reports merged into this one root cause, confirmed in a scratch test.
    4. Low – The owner can retarget the outcome signer mid-match and settle any Playing match, contradicting the README's claim that the owner cannot move pot funds. Owner trust assumption, documented poorly. The Buyback venue and seats recipient powers are folded in as notes since the README already documents them.
    5. Low – PrizeVault.setMatchFactory takes any address and is permanent. A typo or an EOA bricks settlement forever and lets the linked address draw the bonus pool. Confirmed in a scratch test.
    6. Low – Self-play with fresh wallet pairs extracts 1% of the bonus pool per seat-attested match. The README documents this limitation, so it stays low. Confirmed in a scratch test.
    7. Info – RiskRules.compare sorts unused attacker dice slots. Internal only, unreachable from any entry point.

Dropped: the manifest IMD conflict. I checked chain 4663 directly: the manifest's address has code and returns symbol IMD with 18 decimals, while the brief's address has no code there. The manifest is correct as written. Also verified: launch.json schema, constructor order and references, dependency order, contract sizes, no forbidden opcodes, docs ABIs identical to compiled ABIs, and the existing suite passes 102 of 102.

Slither's reentrancy leads on Buyback do not reproduce through the nonReentrant guard and owner-set venue. The uninitialized-local and divide-before-multiply leads are harmless by inspection.

    • highcreateMatch binds the creator's commitment to a matchId assigned only at execution; any earlier createMatch shifts the id, the creator can never reveal, and cancelUnrevealed hands their entry to the osrc/MatchFactory.sol:140

The documented commitment is keccak256(abi.encode(matchId, player, secret)) (commitmentFor, src/MatchFactory.sol:291-293; README 'Match lifecycle'). A joiner knows matchId, but createMatch assigns matchId = nextMatchId++ at execution time and stores the caller's commit without any check tying it to the id. If any other createMatch is mined first, the creator's lobby receives predicted+1 while their commit still encodes predicted.

In reveal (line 183) commitmentFor(actualId, creator, secret) != commit, so the creator reverts BadReveal whatever they do. After the 10-minute reveal window, cancelUnrevealed (lines 196-223) treats the creator as a non-revealer and credits their whole entry to the players who did reveal (line 220).

This happens with no attacker whenever two lobbies are created in the same block or out of mempool order, and it is a deliberate, gas-only attack: front-run the victim's createMatch with a throw-away 2-player lobby at MIN_ENTRY, join the victim's shifted lobby (a 2-player lobby starts reveal at once; for larger lobbies wait for the join window and call startReveal), reveal, call cancelUnrevealed after the window and withdrawRefund the victim's entry.

The throw-away lobby is refunded in full by startReveal after its join window. Loss per victim up to MAX_ENTRY = 10,000 IMD. Reported by audit_flow; reproduced by reading and by running its proof.

Minimal fix keeping the design: let createMatch take the expected matchId and revert if nextMatchId != expectedMatchId (the creator keeps their funds and retries), or bind the creator's commitment to (address(this), player, secret) with a per-player used-commit mapping instead of matchId.

State: MatchFactory deployed with a mock IMD; victim V and attacker A each hold 1,000 IMD and approved MatchFactory.

      1. V reads nextMatchId() = 1 and submits createMatch(2, 100e18, keccak256(abi.encode(1, V, secretV)), 0, 0).

      2. A's createMatch(2, 1e17, keccak256('x'), 0, 0) is mined first and takes id 1.

      3. V's createMatch is mined and becomes id 2; V's 100 IMD is in pot of match 2.

      4. A calls join(2, keccak256(abi.encode(2, A, secretA)), 0, 0): lobby full, status Revealing.

      5. A calls reveal(2, secretA): ok.

      6. V calls reveal(2, secretV): reverts BadReveal (commitmentFor(2, V, secretV) != commitOf[2][V]).

      7. warp past revealDeadline; anyone calls cancelUnrevealed(2): refunds[A] = 200e18, refunds[V] = 0.

      8. A withdrawRefund(): +200 IMD.

      9. After match 1's join window, startReveal(1) refunds A's 0.1 IMD.

Expected: an honest creator who followed the documented commitment keeps their entry (V ends with 1,000 IMD).

Actual: V ends with 900 IMD, A with 1,100 IMD. forge test --match-path test/scratch/Proof_f9ba04547f24.t.sol fails with 'creator lost their entry to the matchId race: 900000000000000000000 != 1000000000000000000000'.

    • mediumAnti-farming cap is a fixed window anchored at the first win, not the documented rolling 24-hour window: a wallet collects 6 rewarded placements inside 24 hours (5 within one second)src/PrizeVault.sol:135

PrizeVault's NatSpec (lines 8-9) and launch.json notes promise 'at most 3 rewarded placements per wallet in a rolling 24-hour window', and the brief asks for '24h cooldown + max 3 rewarded wins per wallet per day so more players can join without one wallet farming'. _consumeRewardedWin (lines 134-143) anchors windowStart at the first rewarded placement and resets winsInWindow to 1 the moment block.timestamp reaches windowStart + 24h.

No timestamps of individual placements are kept, so a wallet that takes its 2nd and 3rd placements just before the boundary is paid 3 more right after it. The cap is half as strict as documented and there is no cooldown between matches. No third party loses funds directly; the bonus pool receives fewer forfeits than the documented rule implies.

Reported by audit_economics, audit_math and write_foundry_tests (merged, same root cause); reproduced by reading and by running the tester's proof.

Fix: keep the timestamps of the last 3 rewarded placements per wallet (ring of 3 uint64) and pay only if the oldest is at least WINDOW old; or change the NatSpec, README and manifest notes to state the anchored window explicitly and drop 'rolling'.

PrizeVault linked to a factory stub (setMatchFactory(address(this))).

      At T award wallet W first place of a 10 IMD pot (windowStart = T, winsInWindow = 1).

At T+24h-1 award W twice more (paid, winsInWindow = 3) and a fourth time (forfeited to bonusPool, as documented).

At T+24h award W three more times.

Expected under a rolling 24h cap: at most 1 of these 3 is paid, because 2 paid placements already sit inside [T+1, T+24h].

Actual: all 3 are paid; remainingRewardedWins(W) returned 3 at T+24h and winsInWindow restarted at 1, so W was paid 5 placements within one second and 6 within 24 hours. forge test --match-path test/scratch/Proof_377b7f52d097.t.sol fails with 'rolling 24h cap exceeded: 3 more placements paid one second after 2 others: 3 > 1'.

    • mediumSeat outcome signer is optional and zero at launch, yet prize enforcement and the bonus pool both depend on it: without it a losing player vetoes every payout via expire(), and the 35% cosmetics sharesrc/MatchFactory.sol:245

settle (lines 230-262) pays the pot only with one signature from every player in join order (lines 239-242) or a single signature from outcomeSigner (lines 243-247). outcomeSigner is zero at launch and the owner can zero it at any time. The only other exit from Playing is expire (lines 265-270), which credits every player their full entryFee back, the loser included.

So in the default state a loser's dominant move is to withhold their signature: they lose nothing and the winner gets nothing. The brief's 'Prize vault pays IMD only (60/25/15)' is unenforceable against any rational loser until the owner configures the seat key, and the README only says unanimous settlement 'needs every player's consent' without saying a loser can always convert a loss into a refund.

Second consequence of the same root cause: bonusPool only decreases inside if (withBonus) in PrizeVault.awardMatch (lines 85-91), and MatchFactory passes withBonus = true only for seat-attested settlements (line 247). Cosmetics.buy routes 35% of every sale into vault.fundBonus (Cosmetics.sol:104-107) and every over-cap placement is added with bonusPool += shares[i] (PrizeVault.sol:113).

PrizeVault has no other withdrawal path, so while outcomeSigner == 0 that IMD is unreachable, and even with the signer set it leaves only at min(1% of pool, 50% of pot) per attested match. Reported by audit_permissions, audit_economics (two findings) and audit_flow; merged as one root cause. Reproduced by reading and in a scratch test.

Fix within the design: require a configured outcomeSigner before createMatch (or refuse to zero it while matches are open), or add a dispute/default path so a player who neither signs nor disputes within the grace period forfeits; and give bonusPool a documented exit (or state that the seat signer is mandatory for the economy to work).

Owner links the vault; outcomeSigner stays 0.

      A funder calls fundBonus(35e18) (what one 100 IMD cosmetics sale would route). p0 createMatch(2, 100e18, commit0, 0, 0); p1 join(id, commit1, 0, 0); both reveal -> Playing.

      Off chain p0 wins; p1 refuses to sign ranking [p0, p1]. settle(id, [p0,p1], [sig0]) reverts OutcomeSignerNotConfigured; settle with 2 signatures needs p1's. warp to playDeadline + 1 days + 1; anyone calls expire(id).

Expected per the game rules: p0 is owed 150 IMD and p1 50 IMD; the vault's bonus pool is eventually paid to players.

Actual: refunds[p0] = 100e18, refunds[p1] = 100e18, the vault receives nothing, and vault.bonusPool() stays 35e18 with no function able to reduce it while outcomeSigner == 0 (scratch test test_loserVetoAndBonusPoolLocked passes on current code with exactly these values).

    • lowOwner can install itself as outcome signer mid-match and settle any Playing match with a single signature, contradicting the README's 'owner cannot move prize, refund or pot funds'src/MatchFactory.sol:124

setOutcomeSigner (lines 123-126) is onlyOwner, accepts any address, has no delay and applies to matches already in progress; settle accepts one signature from that address instead of every player's consent and also draws up to 50% of the pot from the bonus pool. The owner can therefore join public matches with a second wallet, point outcomeSigner at a key it holds and settle each match first with any ranking (the first settle sets Settled).

An intentional owner role is a trust assumption, not a bypass, and the README already says the seat signer is trusted; but the README's trust section states the owner cannot move pot funds, which is not true while the owner controls the signer.

The same remark applies to Buyback.setVenue (the README already documents that a malicious venue can mis-handle the IMD it is approved for, and that nothing burns unless the owner runs executeBuyback) and to Cosmetics.setSeatRewardsRecipient (already documented as the owner's choice; accrued pendingSeatRewards go to whoever is recipient at flush time). Reported by audit_permissions; reproduced by running its proof.

Fix options that keep the seat feature: snapshot outcomeSigner into the Match at createMatch so a later change cannot affect matches that already took entries, or timelock setOutcomeSigner longer than JOIN+REVEAL+PLAY+SETTLE_GRACE; at minimum correct the README's owner-powers statement.

Owner links the vault. alice createMatch(2, 100e18, commitA, 0, 0); ownerSock join; both reveal -> Playing.

Owner calls setOutcomeSigner(ownerKey), signs outcomeDigest(id, [ownerSock, alice]) with ownerKey and calls settle(id, [ownerSock, alice], [sig]).

Expected: a signer installed after entries were taken cannot decide this match (revert, or players' signatures required).

Actual: settle succeeds; vault.claimable(ownerSock) = 150e18, claimable(alice) = 50e18, so 50 IMD of alice's entry moves to the owner's wallet without her signature. forge test --match-path test/scratch/Proof_ef3e694533dc.t.sol fails with 'next call did not revert as expected'.

    • lowPrizeVault.setMatchFactory accepts any address and is permanent: a wrong or self-chosen link bricks all settlements for good and lets the linked address award the bonus poolsrc/PrizeVault.sol:57

The one-time link (lines 54-59) checks only non-zero and not-already-set. It does not require the address to have code or that MatchFactory(factory).vault() == address(this). MatchFactory holds the vault as an immutable and PrizeVault can never relink, so an owner typo (or a deliberately linked EOA) makes every MatchFactory.settle revert NotMatchFactory forever: matches can only expire and refund, and the launch has no prize vault.

A linked EOA can also call awardMatch directly with withBonus = true and withdraw 1% of bonusPool per call into fresh wallets. Reported by audit_permissions; reproduced in a scratch test.

Fix: require factory.code.length > 0 and MatchFactory(factory).vault() == address(this) in setMatchFactory (the call happens after launch, not in the constructor, so the empty-chain rule does not apply).

PrizeVault v2 deployed; owner calls setMatchFactory(ownerEOA).

      A funder fundBonus(10_000e18); 200 IMD is transferred to v2. ownerEOA calls awardMatch(1, [w1,w2,w3], 3, 200e18, true).

Expected: only this launch's MatchFactory can award prizes.

Actual: claimable(w1)+claimable(w2)+claimable(w3) = 300e18 and bonusPool = 9_900e18 (100 IMD extracted); owner's later setMatchFactory(realMatchFactory) reverts MatchFactoryAlreadySet, so the real factory can never settle.

Scratch test test_eoaFactoryLinkDrainsPool passes on current code with these values.

    • lowSeat-attested bonus can be farmed by self-play with fresh wallet pairs: each attested match pays the pair 100% of its own pot plus 1% of bonusPool at no risk, and the per-wallet cap does not bound itsrc/PrizeVault.sol:86

A seat-attested 2-player match adds min(1% of bonusPool, 50% of pot) to the prize (lines 85-91) and the whole prize is paid 75/25 to the two players. When both players are one person, the pot returns to them in full and the bonus is pure profit, even with an honest seat signer attesting the true result. The 3-per-window cap is per wallet, so new wallet pairs continue indefinitely: after 100 matches about 63% of the pool is gone.

The README documents 'Sybil wallets can collude in their own matches. The daily cap limits this per wallet, not per person', so this is a known limitation; it is kept at low because the brief's purpose for the cap ('so more players can join without one wallet farming') is not met for the bonus pool, which is funded by other players' cosmetics purchases. Reported by audit_economics; reproduced in a scratch test.

Mitigations within the design: bound the bonus per match by an absolute amount or by a per-match minimum player count (e.g. bonus only for 3+ players, where a sybil needs more capital per IMD gained), or document that the seat signer is expected to refuse to attest matches between linked wallets.

bonusPool = 100,000 IMD (fundBonus), outcomeSigner = seat key.

      Attacker wallets A and B: A createMatch(2, 10_000e18, cA, 0, 0); B join; both reveal; seat signs outcomeDigest(id, [A,B]); settle(id, [A,B], [seatSig]).

Expected: the bonus rewards real competition and is bounded per participant.

Actual: bonusPool drops to 99_000e18, claimable(A) = 15_750e18, claimable(B) = 5_250e18, total 21,000 IMD against 20,000 paid in: net +1,000 IMD minus gas, repeatable with fresh wallets.

Scratch test test_sybilDrainsBonusPool passes on current code with these values.

    • infoRiskRules.compare sorts all three attacker slots regardless of attackDice, so stale values in unused slots decide the battle for direct callerssrc/lib/RiskRules.sol:82

compare (lines 77-89) is documented as 'exposed for tests and replay'. _sortDesc3 sorts a[0..2] regardless of attackDice, so a non-zero value left in a[1] or a[2] when attackDice < 3 is promoted to the top pair. resolveBattle zeroes unused slots, so no on-chain entry point is affected; the library is internal only. Reported by write_foundry_tests; reproduced by reading.

Fix: zero a[i] for i >= attackDice at the top of compare, or sort only the first attackDice entries.

      RiskRules.compare([1, 6, 0], 1, [3, 0], 1): one attacker die showing 1 against a defender's 3.

      Expected: attackerLosses = 1, defenderLosses = 0.

      Actual: the stale 6 is sorted to a[0], 6 > 3, so attackerLosses = 0 and defenderLosses = 1.

      The same call with a[1] = 0 returns (1, 0).

  9. Build contract projectAgent #136010 files changed

Everything verifies: build passes with all runtime sizes well under the limit, 64 tests pass (62 in the suite plus the two scratch proofs), formatting check exits clean, and the responses file holds all seven answers.

    Recap

Outcome. Both binding proofs reproduced on the starting tree. The rolling-window proof now passes. The match-id race is fixed, but its proof file cannot compile against any fix, so that one is answered as "disputed" with the reasoning below; the other six are "fixed".

    What changed

    • Match-id race (high). createMatch now takes the id the creator built their commitment for and reverts with MatchIdMismatch before any transfer if another lobby took it. The reviewer's proof calls the old 5-argument createMatch directly for the attacker, so it fails to compile against the fixed contract. The reviewer's alternative fix would also fail their proof, because the proof's victim still submits an id-bound commitment and loses. An adapted copy of the proof with only the signature change passes.
    • Rolling 24h cap (medium). PrizeVault keeps the timestamps of each wallet's last three rewarded placements and pays only when the oldest is 24 hours old. New views expose the slots and the next free time.
    • Loser veto (medium). Added an optimistic path: a player proposes the ranking, other players have 24 hours to dispute, then anyone finalises. It never draws the bonus pool. A silent loser no longer forces a refund. The README now states the seat signer is required for the bonus pool to pay out.
    • Signer mid-match (low). Each match snapshots the seat signer at creation, so a later change cannot decide it. README owner-powers paragraph corrected.
    • Vault link (low). The link now rejects addresses without code. The suggested cross-check of the factory's vault address was not added because the binding window-cap proof links the vault to a test contract that lacks that getter.
    • Sybil bonus farming (low). Documented as a seat-operator responsibility, with the note that non-attested paths cannot touch the pool.
    • Stale dice slots (info). compare validates counts and zeroes unused slots.

Tests, ABI exports in docs/abi, and the README lifecycle, cap, trust and checklist sections were updated accordingly. No launch.json and no blocked file were written.

  10. ManifestAgent #131no changes

The accepted manifest already matches the tree exactly, and no findings were supplied with this revision, so there is nothing to change. Summary of what I verified:

Manifest checks against the accepted source

    • Kind is evm_project, and the top-level keys are exactly kind, token, contracts, pool, notes.
    • Token entry names LaunchToken with name "IMD RISK", symbol "RISK" and 18 decimals, matching the constants in src/LaunchToken.sol. It has no constructor arguments.
    • Four project contracts are listed in constructor dependency order: Buyback, PrizeVault, MatchFactory, Cosmetics. Each constructorArgs list has one entry per parameter in declaration order, cross-checked against both the Solidity constructors and the exported ABI files under docs/abi.
    • Every $contract reference points backward, every reference sits in an address-typed parameter, and every owner argument is $owner. No msg.sender or tx.origin owner anywhere.
    • The IMD literal is the lowercase chain pair token address, also used as pool.pairedCurrency. Pool fee, tick spacing and initial price are as the launch section gives them.
    • All names are unique, under 32 characters, and avoid the reserved names. Notes are 2,267 characters.

    Build and tests

    forge build: compiled without errors
forge test: 62 passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped across 6 suites

The working tree is unchanged and clean. launch.json stands as the accepted version, which already describes the implementation that is in the tree.

  11. Write foundry testsAgent #6563 files changed

The revision is complete. forge build and forge test pass: 127 tests, both invariant suites at 64 runs by depth 80 with zero handler reverts. Only my three test files changed.

Why the revision was needed. The implementation was revised after my previous tests were accepted, and they no longer compiled. createMatch now takes the expected match id, the vault's fixed 24-hour window became a rolling three-slot cap, and MatchFactory gained an optimistic propose, dispute and finalize round with the seat signer snapshotted per match.

    What changed in the tests.

    • EdgeCases.t.sol. Every create call uses the six-argument form. The seat-signer test now checks the snapshot semantics: a rotated key cannot settle an older match, and disabling the key does not revoke it for matches created under it. The window test became a rolling-slot test with placements an hour apart, checking the exact second each slot frees and that a capped share lands in the bonus pool. New tests cover a stale expected id, the permanent and code-only vault link, and a fourth placement forfeiting even as third place.
    • New OptimisticSettlementEdgeTest. Nine tests drive the propose, dispute and finalize round through what it must refuse: outsiders, repeats, the proposer disputing itself, both sides of the dispute and grace deadlines, a ranking other than the proposed one, finalize after settlement, no bonus draw, signatures overriding a pending or disputed proposal, expiry blocked by a pending proposal but not a disputed one, an unlinked vault, and a capped proposer forfeiting only its own share.
    • MatchFactoryInvariant.t.sol. The handler gained propose, dispute and finalize actions, records the signer at creation, and asserts that expire reverts with ProposalPending while an undisputed proposal is pending. A new invariant checks proposals are immutable, single, never finalised once disputed, and that the snapshotted signer never changes. The cap invariant now checks that any four consecutive paid placements span at least 24 hours and that the vault's slots equal the last three ghost timestamps. Time hops were rebalanced so lobbies reach settlement more often, and I verified with a scratch probe that the finalize and blocked-expire paths fire inside random sequences.
    • EconomyInvariant.t.sol. The same rolling-cap invariant replaces the old window counter.

Findings. None reported. Three failures during the work were harness mistakes, not contract defects: a warp that crossed both the dispute and cap windows, a dispute attempted after its window had closed, and a view call consuming an expected revert. The free-dispute griefing trade-off and the equal dispute and cap windows are design choices the README already documents.

  12. Audit judgeAgent #1903found nothing

Review complete. The revised code settles every finding from the previous round, and I found no new reproducible defect. The findings file holds an empty list plus a 38-row coverage record, and the tree is unchanged apart from that file.

    How each prior finding settled

    • createMatch id race (high): fixed. The function now takes the expected id and reverts before any transfer when another lobby took it. The original proof cannot compile against the new signature, as the author said. A copy changed only in the call signature passes: the victim's stale call reverts, both balances stay unchanged, and a retry with the fresh id reveals normally.
    • Anti-farming cap not rolling (medium): fixed. The vault keeps three timestamps per wallet and pays only when the oldest is 24 hours old. The attached proof passes, and a boundary probe confirmed the fourth placement forfeits and the slot frees at exactly 24 hours.
    • Loser veto and locked bonus pool (medium): fixed within the option I offered. A silent loser no longer blocks payout. I probed the new propose, dispute, finalize and expire interplay with a last-second proposal, a vault linked after the proposal, a disputed proposal, a wrong-ranking finalize and an unlinked vault. Funds were conserved in every case. A loser who actively disputes a true result can still force a refund. The README now states this and says the seat signer is required for the bonus pool to pay.
    • Owner installs itself as signer mid-match (low): fixed. The signer is snapshotted per match. The adapted proof shows the owner's late signer is rejected with no prize credited.
    • setMatchFactory accepts any address (low): fixed for the EOA case, which was the demonstrated drain. Linking a self-controlled contract remains documented owner trust.
    • Sybil bonus farming (low) and RiskRules stale dice (info): accepted as documented and fixed respectively.

    Other checks

    • Full project suite: 128 tests pass.
    • Manifest: constructor argument counts and order match all four constructors, names are unique, addresses lowercase, pool fields match the task's launch facts, and the IMD argument equals the pool's paired currency.
    • Exported ABI files equal the compiled ABIs. Largest runtime is well under the size limit.

One item I could not verify from this worker: that the IMD address written in the manifest has code on chain 4663. The brief's differing address is documented in the README and manifest notes as the open conflict.

  14. Frontend for contractAgent #44674 files changedsent back

Implemented the game, wallet controls, cover, manifests and static export.

Passed: build/typecheck, 13 unit tests, 16 browser scenarios and 16 design checks. Files total about 2.96 MB.

    Two limitations remain:

    • .git is read-only, so no commit could be created.
    • Pepe2Pepe host claims require a missing deployed Game interface. Direct PrizeVault claims are implemented.

Validation report documents evidence and limitations.

Saved 8 verified findings: 1 high, 7 medium in .imd-findings.json. Each includes exact source citations, a proposed correction and measured reproduction steps. Implementation and export remain unchanged.

    • High — fidelity: every map rank uses the same icon; required pips and job gear are absent.
    • Medium — bug: entering . in slippage after receiving a quote blanks the entire app.
    • Medium — bug: dismissing results removes every restart route.
    • Medium — accessibility: Enter selects a territory and also commits an order.
    • Medium — bug: navigating away during simulation permanently locks wallet controls.
    • Medium — bug: switching Buy/Sell during quoting accepts and relabels the opposite-direction quote.
    • Medium — fidelity: requested territory pulses, atmospheric lighting and combat flashes are absent.
    • Medium — fidelity: display lettering lacks the requested military-stencil treatment.

The isolated build was byte-identical; typecheck, 13 unit tests and 16 existing browser scenarios passed. Additional checks reproduced defects despite those passes. The first three functional defects also reproduce in WebKit. All deployment bindings and 14 asset hashes validate; the export totals 649,843 bytes.

The site’s visual idea is a tactical Pepe conquest game carried by a dark cartographic hex board, neon continent strips and angular military portraits.

The checklist groups related clauses and counts repeated brief paragraphs once. “Met” means delivered; the defects above qualify its behavior.

    • highfidelity: the map uses one identical icon for every Pepe rankweb/src/components/Game.tsx:534

Now: Every territory renders the same two hardcoded frog paths. Rank changes update a hover title and the selected-unit portrait, but no territory displays its rank pips or job gear.

Change to: Reuse the existing rank(value.units) and Pepe artwork vocabulary to vary each map miniature by rank, including the scout visor, tank plating, commando bandana and visible rank pips; retain the army and faction numbers.

Why: The brief explicitly requires different ranks/jobs and says "rank pips and job icons stay visible at full zoom" so a six-player board is readable without selecting every territory.

      Chromium, 1440×900.

Start a six-faction Friends on this device game, deploy 2 reinforcements to the selected territory (3→5), and zoom to its continent.

Expected: a Tank marker distinguishable from adjacent 3-army Scouts, with rank pips/gear.

Actual: both show exactly the same unadorned frog.

In the deterministic review seed 0x19 repeated 32 bytes, Alberta is titled Tank and Quebec Scout, but both head paths are "M-11-10L-8-16-2-17 1-12 6-17 12-15 14-9 11-3-8-3Z" and both face paths are "M-7-12H-3M6-12H10M-6-6H9".

All 42 markers use those identical paths; the full-continent screenshot confirms no pips or gear.

    • mediumbug: editing slippage to a decimal point blanks the entire appweb/src/components/Trade.tsx:139

Now: With a quote displayed, minimum received converts unvalidated slippage to BigInt during render. A temporary decimal point produces NaN and unmounts the entire React app.

Change to: Compute minimum only when slippage passes the existing finite, decimal and range validation; clear or invalidate the quote synchronously when the field changes and keep the form visible with its validation message.

Why: Editing the swap controls must preserve the playable scene and provide a recoverable input error.

      Chromium, 390×844.

With a connected wallet on chain 4663 and sufficient IMD (review used the existing browser harness with a 1 IMD quote returning 10 RISK), open Trade RISK, enter 1, click Get quote, then replace Slippage tolerance with a single period (.).

Expected: validation feedback and disabled quote/action.

Actual: pageerror "The number NaN cannot be converted to a BigInt because it is not an integer"; body.innerText and #root.innerHTML both become empty.

Every navigation and game control disappears until reload.

      No signing is required.

Also reproduced at 390×844 in WebKit: pageerror "Not an integer", with empty body and root.

    • mediumbug: dismissing results permanently removes the restart actionweb/src/components/Game.tsx:883

Now: Closing the results dialog, pressing Escape, or following View wallet rewards hides the only Play again control while retaining game.over=true. The start form remains absent and orders remain disabled.

Change to: On results dismissal, return to the existing start setup by clearing the finished game, or keep the existing Play again control visible on the finished board. Ensure returning from Rewards has the same recovery.

Why: The completed game must remain replayable through its normal controls without a full page reload.

      Chromium, 390×844.

Start operation → Pause → End practice and see results → Close dialog.

Expected: a visible restart/start control or a way to reopen results.

Actual: zero visible Start operation or Play again buttons, zero open dialogs and #commit-order.disabled=true.

Pause → End practice and see results again still leaves zero open dialogs because game.over never changes.

Following View wallet rewards and returning to War room reaches the same dead end.

Repeated in WebKit at 390×844 with the same zero-control/disabled-state measurements.

    • mediumaccessibility: selecting a territory with Enter also commits an orderweb/src/components/Game.tsx:209

Now: Enter on an SVG territory runs its select handler and bubbles to the document handler, which also calls act(). Keyboard selection therefore spends reinforcements or resolves an attack instead of matching a pointer selection.

Change to: Stop propagation for Enter and Space handled by territory controls, or exclude .territory targets from the global action hotkey. Keep committing orders on the existing explicit order button.

Why: The field manual says "Arrow keys explore the map; Enter selects"; keyboard selection must not silently commit an irreversible turn action.

      Chromium, 1440×900.

Choose Friends on this device, Start operation, focus the initial .territory[tabindex="0"] and press Enter once without activating Deploy.

Expected: selection only, armies and reserve unchanged.

Actual measured run: aria-label changes from "Alaska, Jade squad, 3 Pepes" to "Alaska, Jade squad, 4 Pepes" and Field report becomes "1 Pepe deployed to Alaska."

Any initial owned territory reproduces the same extra deployment.

Repeated in WebKit at 1440×900: Northwest Territory changes from 3 to 4 Pepes after Enter alone.

    • mediumbug: leaving a tab during simulation locks all wallet controlsweb/src/components/Action.tsx:53

Now: prepare() sets the shared busy flag before simulating, but successful simulation only clears it when the local review is closed or sent. Navigating away unmounts Action, so its late success opens no dialog and leaves the shared lock set forever.

Change to: Track whether the Action is still mounted or cancelled and release its simulation/review lock on unmount; ignore a late simulation result. Preserve the existing global lock for a transaction already submitted.

Why: Visitors must be able to navigate during a read-only simulation and recover without reloading or losing their game.

Chromium, 390×844, connected test wallet on chain 4663 with a 25 IMD claim.

Delay the PrizeVault.claim eth_call simulation by 1.8 seconds, click Claim IMD prize, and while Checking action is shown click Trade RISK.

After 2.3 seconds, Buy RISK, Sell RISK and You pay are all disabled, with zero open dialogs and zero transaction-status banners.

Return to Matches & rewards: Claim IMD prize remains disabled.

Expected: leaving an unsubmitted action cancels its review and releases the lock; no transaction was sent.

    • mediumbug: switching trade direction accepts a quote for the opposite tokenweb/src/components/Trade.tsx:129

Now: Buy/Sell stays enabled while a quote is in flight. Changing direction clears the displayed quote, but the previous request subsequently sets it again. The quote records only its input amount, so the old result is relabelled with the new output token and can pass execute() when the raw amounts match.

Change to: Bind each quote request and result to input token, output token and amount, discard responses whose request key no longer matches, and require that identity at review. Alternatively disable direction and amount editing until the request settles.

Why: Minimum received must come from the quote for the selected trade direction, not an unrelated asset pair.

      Chromium, 390×844.

Use the existing mock wallet/RPC harness, delay quoteExactInputSingle by 1.8 seconds and have a Buy quote return 10 RISK for 1 IMD.

In Trade RISK enter 1, click Get quote, then click Sell RISK while Getting quote is visible.

Actual: the completed Buy response appears as "10 IMD", "Minimum received: 9.95 IMD", and "1.

Approve RISK to Permit2" under "You pay · RISK", without a Sell quote request.

Expected: discard the Buy response and require a fresh Sell quote.

The raw input remains 1e18 in both directions, so the existing quote.input !== raw guard does not catch it.

    • mediumfidelity: the war room omits the specified light motion and combat flashweb/src/components/Game.tsx:332

Now: The map has a static grid, scanlines and colored continent strips, with no fog/reflection treatment; claimed territories never pulse, no searchlight sweeps the board, and resolving dice changes only numbers/text without a neon flash.

Change to: Add a faint crimson ownership/capture pulse, a subdued sweeping light with a low-opacity fog/reflection layer on the existing map surface, and a short battle-triggered flash using the existing cyan/crimson palette. Respect the existing reduced-motion override and retain the map’s readable contrast.

Why: These are explicit brief details: "claimed territories pulse faint crimson", "distant searchlights sweeping the map" and "Dice resolve instantly with a short Pepe bark and neon flash".

      Chromium, 1440×900, prefers-reduced-motion=no-preference.

Start six-faction Friends on this device, deploy all 3 reinforcements, select an adjacent enemy, and Roll attack dice.

Inspect the map before and immediately after combat, then wait several seconds.

Expected: the specified territory/light motion and short combat flash.

Actual: zero animations target .map-scene, .world-map or .territory; document.getAnimations() immediately after combat contains only button background-color transitions.

With seed 0x19 repeated 32 bytes the report reads "Alberta → Alaska: lost 1, defenders lost 1." and dice read 6,3,1 versus 6,2, while the scene remains static.

The source contains no battle-dependent map class or map animation.

The scene screenshot shows flat grid/scanlines, with no fog or reflected-light treatment; the only .map-scene pseudo-element is the repeating scanline gradient in style.css:343.

    • mediumfidelity: display lettering omits the requested military stencil treatmentweb/src/style.css:2

Now: The brand and main headline use plain sans-serif lettering; the requested military-stencil treatment is absent.

Change to: Keep the existing type sizes, weights and body font, and apply a narrow stencil-bridge treatment to the existing display lettering (for example, a 1px knockout through the glyph midline using a CSS mask or the existing SVG artwork approach). Preserve the complete text and accessible names.

Why: The brief specifies "UI is sharp military-stencil"; this is a fidelity correction to the requested visual identity, not a new font system.

      Chromium, 1440×900.

Open the initial War room and inspect its brand and headline.

      Expected: the specified stencil letterforms.

Actual screenshot shows ordinary unbroken Arial glyphs.

      Computed h1 styles are font-family "Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif", font-size 48px, font-weight 800, mask-image none, background-image none and clip-path none.

The 390px headline uses the same plain lettering at 28px.

e16c7c5c — identical rank iconsFixed. Chromium, 1440×900, original six-faction seed and deployment: Alberta’s Tank has distinct plating and three pips; Quebec’s Scout has a visor and two. All 42 territories render miniatures.
35aa1325 — slippage crashes appFixed. Chromium/WebKit, 390×844: replacing quoted slippage with . preserves the form, removes the quote and disables quoting. Restoring 0.5 successfully requotes. No page errors.
9bd3544e — results dismissal prevents replayFixed. Chromium/WebKit, 390×844: Close, Escape and Rewards navigation each leave Play again available; restarting reaches round 1 with enabled orders.
32c75155 — Enter selects and deploysFixed. Chromium/WebKit, 1440×900: Enter/Space leave Alberta at three Pepes and preserve reserves. Explicit deployment still works.
a4164131 — abandoned simulation locks walletFixed. Chromium, 390×844: navigating during the 1.8-second claim simulation leaves Trade enabled, with zero dialogs and zero submitted transactions. Submitted transactions retain their lock correctly.
77025d9f — stale quote changes tokenFixed. Chromium, 390×844: switching direction during the delayed Buy request produces zero displayed quotes. A fresh Sell request restores the correct output and approval.
5daf6645 — missing scene motionFixed. Chromium, 1440×900: ownership pulses, searchlight and battle flash observed. Flash completes; pause stops motion; reduced motion removes map animations.
