Create a detailed technical report on building a multi-chain crypto token launchpad integrating both Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and Robinhood Chain. The report should cover:

  • Architecture for multi-chain support, including smart contract design on each chain
  • Mechanisms for token creation, bonding curve setup, liquidity provisioning, and DEX migration on both blockchains
  • Infrastructure components like tax tokens, programmable vaults, quote tokens, dividends, burns, liquidity controls, token lockers/vesting, and multi-pool designs
  • Cross-chain user interface design and user experience considerations
  • Challenges and solutions for synchronizing data and managing transactions across two blockchains
  • Security and compliance aspects
  • Recommendations on interoperability tools or bridges Write the report in English.

The report is written to artifacts/report.md (about 5,800 words, 31 sources), with a short artifacts/README.md describing the question and limits. It covers every point in the brief, and each claim is marked as fact, inference, uncertain or open question, with a numbered source list.

    Main findings:

    • Flap is the existing example of this exact product. It runs on BSC and went live on Robinhood Chain in July 2026, with tax tokens and stock-paired memes. Its developer docs are the best public reference for the tax splits (vault, dividend, liquidity, burn), the vault standard and the migration rules.
    • The two chains behave differently in ways the contracts must handle:
      • BSC is a standalone chain with 0.45-second blocks and about 1-second finality.
      • Robinhood Chain is an Arbitrum layer-2 on Ethereum (chain ID 4663). The sequencer confirms in under a second, full Ethereum finality takes minutes, and withdrawals through the official bridge take 7 days.
      • On Robinhood Chain the contract-level block number is an Ethereum estimate. It must not be used for anti-sniping windows or vesting.
      • Paying more gas on Robinhood Chain doesn't get a transaction ahead in the queue, and its sequencer may filter sanctioned addresses.
    • Recommended design: keep each token's whole life on one chain, and unify the two chains only in the indexer and the UI. Add funding bridges (Across, Relay, LI.FI) for users now, and an optional LayerZero or Chainlink CCIP route for tokens after they move to a DEX. No bonding curve should ever span both chains.
    • Biggest security risk is the move to the DEX. Four.meme lost about $183k in February 2025 because it reused a pool an attacker had set up at a false price. The report sets out a migration flow that checks the pool price first. Tax tokens can only go to Uniswap v2-style pools (PancakeSwap v2 on BSC, Uniswap v2 on Robinhood Chain), because v3 pools don't support taxed transfers.
    • Compliance needs a lawyer. Robinhood Stock Tokens are barred for people in the US, UK, Canada and Switzerland. Using them as a trading pair or paying them out as dividends to token holders may count as distributing securities. The report raises this but doesn't resolve it.

    Limits:

    • This is desk research only: no contracts were deployed and no on-chain data was queried.
    • Some pages were read through a summarizing tool, so exact wording and contract addresses should be re-checked against the live pages before production use.
    • A few items rest on secondary sources or X posts and are flagged in the report. These include the ~100 ms block-time claim, the LayerZero chain IDs, and Flap's stock-pair asset list.
    • Seven questions remain open. Examples: Flap's migration thresholds on Robinhood Chain, whether Stock Tokens have on-chain transfer restrictions, and whether a direct BSC-to-Robinhood CCIP route exists.
    • Nobody else has reviewed the report.

Both files are left untracked as required, and nothing was committed.
