Audit the code at exactly these repository-relative entry paths: ["src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol"]. Review every contract declared in those files and follow their imports and runtime dependencies. These paths are the required review subjects even when they are outside contracts/src.

Do not substitute a general repository audit or previously reviewed network infrastructure. Each specialist and the final judge must identify the entry files actually read, summarize their behavior and state any missing coverage. If an entry file cannot be read, report incomplete coverage instead of a clean review.

  • 1.mediumhyperdrive() subtracts a stale bucket that was never in rollingSum, so quote reports a busy day as quiet (a[4]=3500 instead of 7000)src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:348

                if (b.hour + 24 <= h && b.hour <= rh) sum = b.volume >= sum ? 0 : sum - b.volume;

    When quote() runs in the hour after the last recorded hour (h == rollingHour + 1), hyperdrive() corrects the cached rollingSum by subtracting volBuckets[h % 24], assuming that slot holds hour h-24 (the hour that just left the window).

    The guard b.hour + 24 <= h && b.hour <= rh is also true when the slot holds an OLDER hour (h-48, h-72, ...), which happens whenever hour h-24 had no delivered receipt so _recordVolume never refreshed the slot. _windowSum had already excluded that bucket from rollingSum (it requires b.hour + 24 > top), yet its volume is subtracted again and the result saturates at 0. hyperdrive() then returns false while rollingVolume() (the exact view) is >= HYPER_THRESHOLD, so _quote returns a[4] = A4 (3500) instead of HYPER_A4 (7000) for every swap quoted in hour h until the first receipt of hour h is delivered.

    NFT stakers lose the entire Day 5 Hyperdrive bonus (0.35% of notional) on those trades. The error only lowers the sum, so there is no false-positive direction.

    Preconditions: a non-zero bucket from 48h or more ago in slot h % 24, no receipt in hour h-24, at least one receipt in hour h-1, none yet in hour h; realistic on busy days with one quiet night hour. Reported independently by four specialists (permissions, math, flow, economics); merged here.

    Fix: subtract only when the slot holds exactly the departing hour: if (b.hour + 24 == h) sum = ... (the b.hour <= rh term is then implied).

    Verified: with that one-line change both attached specialist proofs pass.

    Deliver buy receipt id 1 at hour h0 with amount0 = -100e18 (100 ETH gross).

    No trade in hour h0+24, so volBuckets[h0 % 24] keeps {h0, 100e18}.

    Deliver buy receipt id 2 at hour h0+47 with amount0 = -80e18: rollingHour = h0+47, rollingSum = 80e18, hyperdrive() == true.

    Warp to hour h0+48 (no receipt yet).

    Expected: rollingVolume() == 80e18 >= 75e18 so hyperdrive() == true and quote(..., buy=true, ...)[4] == 7000.

    Actual: hyperdrive() reads slot (h0+48) % 24 holding hour h0, h0 + 24 <= h0+48 and h0 <= h0+47 hold, sum = 100e18 >= 80e18 ?

    0 : ... = 0, hyperdrive() == false and a[4] == 3500. test/scratch/HyperdriveStaleBucket.t.sol fails on the current code with 'hyperdrive false although rolling 24h volume is 80 ETH >= 75 ETH' and passes with the fix.

  • 2.lowOne non-dust receipt after a quiet hour can push emaShort 25% below emaLong and release the floor reserve in the same onTrade (no sustained drawdown)src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:237

            uint256 maxDelta = s * MAX_STEP_BPS_PER_HOUR * dt / (10000 * 1 hours);

    _observe bounds the short average by ELAPSED time (25% of emaShort per hour of dt, capped at 50% per update), not per observation.

    A gap between qualifying receipts therefore banks step allowance that a single receipt spends at once: with dt = 1 h the first receipt priced about 22.5% or more below emaShort moves emaShort down the full 25% (EMA weight dt/(dt+tau) = 2/3, then capped), while emaLong (tau 84 h) barely moves. _afterTrade calls _maybeRelease directly after _observe, releasable() sees emaShort * 10000 < emaLong * 8500, and up to RELEASE_MAX (0.05 ETH) of floorReserve is transferred to BURN_HOOK in that same transaction.

    The NatSpec on releasable() promises 'a real, sustained drawdown'. Since emaShort recovers at most 25%/h, the condition can also hold for the next RELEASE_INTERVAL. A trader can trigger it with one trade of at least MIN_NOTIONAL whose average execution price is >= 22.5% under the short average (a crash sell bought back afterwards), but the attacker gains nothing: funds only move early, capped at 0.05 ETH/hour, always to the fixed Buyback & Burn hook.

    A natural flash crash after a quiet hour has the same effect. Severity low. Fix (one option verified to make the proof pass): record the first observation time at which emaShort < 85% of emaLong (reset when it is not) and release in normal mode only when block.timestamp >= that time + RELEASE_INTERVAL; alternatively cap the per-observation step independent of dt.

    Receipt 3 at t0 + 26 h: sell, amount0 = 0.01e18 (exactly MIN_NOTIONAL), amount1 = -2e22 (price 5e11).

    Expected: no release, a single observation is not a sustained drawdown.

    Actual: emaShort = 7.5e11, emaLong = 9.97e11 (ratio 75% < 85%), and 0.027 ETH of claims moves to BURN_HOOK inside the same onTrade. test/scratch/SingleObservationRelease.t.sol fails on the current code with 'floor released on a single observation: 27000000000000000 != 0' and passes with the fix.

  • 3.lowOracle warm-up is measured from the receipt's trade time, so one late-delivered receipt yields a valid averagePrice() with no tracked historysrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:230

                oracle = Oracle(uint96(price), uint96(price), uint32(ts), uint32(ts));

    The (re)seed branch sets both lastTime and seededAt to the receipt's trade timestamp. onTrade only requires trade.timestamp <= block.timestamp (ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol line 44) and the code explicitly expects late-delivered receipts (lines 136-137).

    If the first qualifying receipt after deployment, or after a STALE_AFTER gap, carries a trade time between MIN_COVERAGE (1 day) and STALE_AFTER (2 days) old at delivery, averagePrice() is valid immediately: the staleness check passes (lastTime + 2 days > now) and the coverage check passes (seededAt + 1 day <= now). emaLong then equals the unbounded execution price of one swap (a0 * 1e18 / a1), and sellExtra() can charge up to MAX_EXTRA (2.7%) on every large sell for up to a day with zero days of the rate-bounded tracking the MIN_COVERAGE comment (lines 50-51) promises.

    Trigger needs a 24-48 h delivery backlog after a quiet or fresh period; not attacker-callable without the adapter, so low.

    Fix: also require tracked coverage, e.g. in averagePrice() return (false, 0) when lastTime < seededAt + MIN_COVERAGE (verified to make the proof pass), or seed seededAt from block.timestamp.

    Coverage: entry file src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol read in full (488 lines), plus its imports src/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol and src/IClausTradeProgram.sol. Expected: averagePrice() == (false, 0) until a day of tracked observations exists.

    Actual: averagePrice() == (true, 5e11) in the same block, so isLargeSell && spot < 5e11 charges sellExtra. test/scratch/OracleLateSeed.t.sol fails on the current code with 'averagePrice() valid from a single observation with zero tracked history' and passes with the fix.

  • 4.lowA crowned Keeper reign contradicted by a later-delivered buy can never be revoked once the attester attests that buysrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:423

                if (ts < uint256(buyTime[prev]) + KEEPER_REIGN && !reignCrowned[prev]) {

    The paired paths disagree. invalidateBySkippedBuy revokes a crowned reign when it finds a delivered, UNattested buy inside it. But _attestKeeper skips crowned reigns entirely (&& !reignCrowned[prev]) and so does _keeperOnBuy (line 389).

    If a buy inside a crowned reign is delivered after crownKeeper and the attester then attests it (the attester must attest every buy in order), buyAttested[buyId] becomes true, invalidateBySkippedBuy(reignId, buyId) always reverts KeeperInvalid, and the contradicted reign stays in the hall of fame with reignRevoked == false. The NatSpec (lines 360-361) says 'A delivered buy that contradicts the attested coverage invalidates the affected reign'; that fails here.

    The only safety net is a third party front-running the attester. Requires an attester watermark error or late delivery and has no fee effect, so low.

    Fix: in _attestKeeper (and _keeperOnBuy), when prev is crowned and ts < buyTime[prev] + KEEPER_REIGN, set reignRevoked[prev] = true and emit KeeperReignRevoked (verified to make the proof pass).

    Coverage: entry file src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol read in full (488 lines), plus its imports src/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol and src/IClausTradeProgram.sol. The adapter/host, GOVERNANCE, DRAW, DRAW_FUNDING, BUY_HODL, BURN_HOOK and PoolManager sources are not in the repository; they were mocked in Foundry tests, and a few on-chain facts were read from mainnet via public RPC.

    Mocks at GOVERNANCE/DRAW/POOL_MANAGER, warp t0 = 1_800_000_000.

    Deliver buy id 1 at t0.

    ATTESTER calls attestKeeper(1, 0x1111).

    Warp t0 + 24h + 1.

    ATTESTER calls attestScan(t0 + 24h).

    Anyone calls crownKeeper(1) (succeeds, reignCrowned[1] = true).

    Deliver buy id 2 with timestamp t0 + 1h (accepted, <= block.timestamp).

    ATTESTER calls attestKeeper(2, 0x2222).

    Expected: reign 1 revoked.

    Actual: reignRevoked(1) == false and invalidateBySkippedBuy(1, 2) reverts KeeperInvalid. test/scratch/CrownedReignNotRevoked.t.sol fails on the current code with 'contradicted crowned reign stays unrevoked' and passes with the fix.

  • 5.lowLarge-sell extra is a per-swap cliff on a caller-chosen amount: a seller avoids it entirely by splitting into sub-threshold swapssrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:101

            return amt > reserve * LARGE_SELL_BPS / 10000;

    isLargeSell compares a single swap's amountSpecified with 0.5% of the virtual in-range reserve derived from the pre-swap price. Nothing is accumulated per sender, block or window, and the extra applies to the whole amount of one swap.

    A seller disposing of X > threshold during a drawdown submits ceil(X / threshold) exact-input sells each at or below the threshold (via a router or multicall in one transaction) and every quote returns a[5] = A5 = 2000; sellExtra never runs and floorReserve receives nothing. AMM path independence makes the split nearly free apart from gas, so the floor reserve is funded only by sellers who do not split, which excludes exactly the informed sellers the mechanism targets.

    A second seam: sellExtra reads only the pre-swap sqrtPriceX96, so a buy in the same transaction that lifts spot to or above emaLong removes the extra from a following single sell. The header comment documents the per-swap rule ('Small sells always pay the base fee'), so this is reported as a design limitation that undermines the stated economic goal, merged from the economics (medium) and math (info) specialists; low because no funds are lost and the design is explicit.

    Any fix (marginal-amount pricing above the threshold, per-sender rolling volume from receipts' sender field, or pricing from the realized post-swap price in onTrade) changes the agreed fee rule and needs a scope decision.

The adapter/host, GOVERNANCE, DRAW, DRAW_FUNDING, BUY_HODL, BURN_HOOK and PoolManager sources are not in the repository; they were mocked in Foundry tests, and a few on-chain facts were read from mainnet via public RPC.

    Pure-function reproduction on the current code (verified in a scratch Foundry test): liquidity L = 1e24, sqrtPriceX96 = 2^96 (price 1:1), so reserve1 = 1e24 and the threshold is 5e21. isLargeSell(-1e23, 2^96, 1e24) == true; isLargeSell(-5e21, 2^96, 1e24) == false; isLargeSell(-5e21 - 1, ...) == true.

    With an oracle seeded at price 2e18 and warmed > 1 day (two sell receipts amount0 = 2e18, amount1 = 1e18, 25 h apart), quote(, false, -1e23, 2^96, 1e24, '') returns a[5] = 29000 (2.9%), while quote(, false, -5e21, 2^96, 1e24, '') returns a[5] = 2000.

    Expected per the header intent: the 1e23 disposal pays the extra.

    Actual: 21 swaps of 4.99e21 each (total > 1e23) pay 0 extra.

  • 6.infoReceipt replay key ignores trade.module: after governance re-points adapterFor, a new adapter's receipts with already-used ids are rejectedsrc/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol:44

            if (trade.module != msg.sender || drawReceiptConsumed[trade.id] || trade.dataHash != keccak256(data) || trade.timestamp > block.timestamp)

    onTrade binds trade.module to msg.sender and accepts whichever adapter GOVERNANCE currently returns from adapterFor(this), but the duplicate-delivery key drawReceiptConsumed[trade.id] (and the keeper state buyTime[id]) is not namespaced by module.

    If the adapter is ever replaced and the replacement reuses ids the old adapter already delivered, those receipts revert DrawFundingInvalidReceipt and their draw/Buy & Hodl funding and module-fee accounting are lost (or swaps revert if the adapter requires onTrade to succeed). Whether a replacement adapter's ids overlap is not verifiable from this repository, so this is informational.

    Fix if desired: key consumption by (trade.module, trade.id).

    Mocks: adapter A (0xADA) delivers sell receipt id 1.

    MockGov switches adapterFor/approvedAdapter to adapter B (0xB0B).

    B calls onTrade with Trade{id: 1, module: B, ...} and dataHash = keccak256('').

    Expected under a per-module id space: accepted.

    Actual: reverts DrawFundingInvalidReceipt() (verified in a scratch Foundry test).

  • 7.infocollectFees checks the whole pending balance rather than the requested amount, so any claim shortfall blocks all recipient collection while floor releases continuesrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:204

            if (IFloorClaims(POOL_MANAGER).balanceOf(address(this), 0) < pending + floorReserve) revert CollectInvalid();

    collectFees(amount) reverts unless balanceOf(this, 0) >= pending + floorReserve regardless of amount, while _maybeRelease has no matching guard and can move claims for floorReserve first. If the claim balance is ever short (an adapter crediting less than a receipt's moduleFeeEth; the adapter is trusted and out of scope), the fully backed part of RECIPIENT's money cannot be collected at all and _maybeCollect backs off hourly forever. Robustness only; needs a trusted-party fault.

    Fix: check balance >= amount + floorReserve in collectFees, and release at most balance - pending in _maybeRelease.

    Mocks: PoolManager credits 0.02e18 - 1 claims to the program, then the adapter delivers a buy receipt with moduleFeeEth = 0.02e18 (outside the windows). recipientAccrued = 0.02e18, auto-collect fails (recipientCollected stays 0). collectFees(0.01e18), fully covered by the balance, reverts CollectInvalid (verified in a scratch Foundry test).

  • 8.infoOracle takes only the first delivered receipt per timestamp and drops later-delivered older receipts, so delivery order selects the observationssrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:227

            if (ts <= o.lastTime) return;

    _observe ignores every receipt whose trade timestamp is <= oracle.lastTime.

    The comment documents this ('late or out-of-order receipts are ignored'), but the consequence is that whoever delivers receipts (delivery is permissionless through the host according to the flow specialist; not verified here) chooses which of several same-block trades updates the EMA and, by delivering the newest receipt first, permanently excludes older undelivered receipts from the oracle (they still count for volume, floor share and keeper logic).

    The bias is bounded by the spread of real execution prices and the 25%/h rate limit, but sellExtra() and the 85% floor trigger key off these averages. Documented trust assumption, not a bypass.

    Options: volume-weight per timestamp, or document the deliverer as part of the oracle trust model.

    Two receipts in block T: id 1 sell (amount0 = 1e18, amount1 = -1000e18, price 1e15) and id 2 buy (amount0 = -1.3e18, amount1 = 1000e18, price 1.3e15).

    Deliver id 2 first, then id 1.

    Expected: both inform the oracle or ordering is not deliverer-controlled.

    Actual (by code at line 227): oracle = (1.3e15, 1.3e15, T) and delivering id 1 is a no-op because ts <= o.lastTime; likewise a receipt at T + 1h delivered before one at T + 30min drops the latter.

  • 9.infoPrivileged roles and mutable dependencies that can change behavior after review (trust assumptions, not bypasses)src/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol:42

            if (msg.sender != authority.adapterFor(address(this)) || !authority.approvedAdapter(msg.sender))

    The program has no owner, pause or upgrade of its own; all constants are compile-time. Powers that change its behavior live in dependencies (merged from the math, flow and economics specialists; chain facts re-checked on mainnet via public RPC on 2026-11-03):

    1. GOVERNANCE 0x180eAE784dEe739FBab432B06f78bF9a98Aae334 chooses adapterFor(this); whoever it returns (if approvedAdapter) is the sole caller of onTrade and is fully trusted for every receipt field: amount0/amount1 (oracle price, volume), feeEth and moduleFeeEth (all accounting), timestamp (any past value) and the ERC-6909 claims that must already sit on this contract. No on-contract bound ties moduleFeeEth to amounts.
    2. BURN_HOOK 0x37Bfb8AC7C960E558657871D41Ca70E07e7DbfFf is an EIP-1967 proxy: implementation slot = 0xa62f9b597225779b430024398b70374e8468ce14, admin slot = 0x1f22e4b065b2f15fed5be556dc0fa636048d29bc whose owner() returns address(0) (upgrades appear renounced). The floor reserve is released to this proxy; the program cannot verify that the implementation spends id-0 claims (the header comment's claim is an assumption of this review).
    3. DRAW 0xF54c2f80c7A745C7b73F6c2035B7cAB87672f0A0 (startedAt 1793200595, endsAt 1793805395, live at review time) is called without try/catch in quote() and onTrade(); a revert or code removal would block every quote and every receipt (DrawFundingAllocationRequired for in-window receipts). DRAW_FUNDING.fund and BUY_HODL.fund are likewise called without try/catch.
    4. ATTESTER 0x8aCA8890D34086D7a30B9c06fAe25E0C3cda4cFa (no code, EOA) alone decides keeper wallets and scan watermarks; no fee effect.
    5. RECIPIENT 0x5a428Ea2f282EFfBf15BAa87F1437f8C2f4fd995 (no code, EOA) has no rotation path; the A5 baseline remainder can only ever go there.
    6. The hook/adapter that calls quote is outside the repository: the meaning of amountSpecified, sqrtPriceX96, liquidity, whether sell amount0 is gross or net of fees (floorShare treats it as gross at line 162), and the 15% total-fee cap are assumptions. Verified properties (by code and tests): receipts are bound to the delivering adapter (trade.module == msg.sender), to their data (dataHash) and cannot be from the future; duplicate delivery is blocked by drawReceiptConsumed set before any external call; claims leave only to DRAW_FUNDING, BUY_HODL, BURN_HOOK and RECIPIENT in amounts bounded by receipt accounting; collectFees is guarded by _payment and unlockCallback accepts only POOL_MANAGER with _payment == 1; releaseFloor is bounded to 0.05 ETH/hour and restores state on a failed transfer; quote math (isLargeSell, sellExtra, spotPrice) does not revert for any input and a[5] >= 2000 always, so quote never hits DrawFundingAllocationRequired. Not verified: the 150k gas stipend for collectFees against the real PoolManager and that delivery runs outside the PoolManager lock (no fork).

    I found no critical, high or medium issues, but there are four low findings and one info finding, all reproduced. They're in .imd-findings.json, and the four lows each carry a Foundry proof that fails on the current code. No contract code was changed. The only files written are the findings file and scratch tests under test/scratch/.

    What was read: src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol in full, plus everything it imports: src/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol and src/IClausTradeProgram.sol. There are no other source files, tests or foundry.toml in the repository. This was a single-reviewer pass using the Access Control, Asymmetry and Trust Gap guides; no helpers ran.

    Findings

    SevLocationIssue
    lowsrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:237The short average's speed limit grows with the time since the last trade. After a quiet hour, one trade of at least 0.01 ETH priced about 22.5% under the market drops the short average 15–25% and releases floor reserve to BURN_HOOK in the same onTrade. The comments promise a release only on a sustained drawdown. Reproduced: 0.027 ETH released.
    lowsrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:348hyperdrive() subtracts an old volume bucket that was never in the cached 24h sum. Reproduced: real volume of 80 ETH (above the 75 ETH threshold) reads as false, so quote pays NFT stakers the normal share instead of the doubled one. Changing the check to b.hour + 24 == h makes the proof pass.
    lowsrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:423A crowned Keeper reign is never revoked by a buy inside it that arrives late. Once the attester attests that buy (which it must), invalidateBySkippedBuy always reverts. Revoking in _attestKeeper makes the proof pass.
    lowsrc/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol:44Duplicate delivery is keyed by trade.id only, not by the module that sent it. If governance switches to a new adapter that numbers receipts from 1 again, its receipts revert with DrawFundingInvalidReceipt. Whether it does depends on the adapter, which isn't in the repo.
    infosrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:204collectFees checks the whole amount owed to the recipient, not the amount requested. If the program is ever 1 wei short (for example, an adapter credits less than a receipt says), the recipient can't collect even the part that is fully covered, while floor releases carry on.

    Checked and holding

    • onTrade only accepts the governance-approved adapter, requires module == msg.sender, matches the data hash, rejects future timestamps and blocks a replayed id.
    • unlockCallback only runs for the PoolManager during this contract's own collection (guarded by _payment). Re-entering collectFees during the payout fails.
    • Every ETH destination is a fixed address. The only external permission in the contract is the fixed ATTESTER; everything else is public, with output capped (0.05 ETH per hour to BURN_HOOK; collection only to RECIPIENT).
    • A failed release or collection is caught and doesn't block receipts.

    Trust assumptions (checked on mainnet, not defects)

    • Governance: a single externally owned wallet, 0xAB71…2073, can change which adapter delivers trades. The adapter is fully trusted for every receipt field: fee amounts, prices, timestamps, buy/sell.
    • BURN_HOOK: an upgradeable proxy, but the owner of its proxy admin is the zero address, so upgrades currently look frozen.
    • Other parties: ATTESTER and RECIPIENT are externally owned wallets. DRAW, DRAW_FUNDING and BUY_HODL aren't proxies, but quote and onTrade call DRAW without a fallback, so if it reverts, trading through this program stops. On-chain time is inside both the draw and Buy & Hodl windows.

    Coverage gaps

    • The sources for the adapter, governance, DRAW, DRAW_FUNDING, BUY_HODL, BURN_HOOK and the PoolManager aren't in the repo. Tests used mocks of them.
    • Unverified assumptions:

    • lowOne non-dust receipt after a quiet hour pushes emaShort >15% below emaLong and releases the floor reserve in the same onTrade, without a sustained drawdownsrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:237

      _observe bounds the short average by elapsed time (25%/hour of dt, capped at 50%), not per observation. A gap between qualifying receipts therefore saves up step allowance that a single receipt can spend all at once.

      With dt = 1 h, one receipt priced >=22.5% below emaShort moves emaShort down 15-25% while emaLong (tau 84 h) barely moves. _afterTrade then calls _maybeRelease right after _observe, and releasable() sees emaShort10000 < emaLong8500, so it transfers up to RELEASE_MAX of the floor reserve to BURN_HOOK. The NatSpec says release needs 'a real, sustained drawdown; dust cannot move either'.

      Any trader can do this with one trade of at least MIN_NOTIONAL: a crash-sell whose average execution price is about 22.5% under spot, bought back afterwards. emaShort can recover by at most 25%/h, so the condition can hold for the next RELEASE_INTERVAL as well.

      Impact: the reserve leaves early, capped at 0.05 ETH per hour and always sent to the fixed BURN_HOOK. Nothing goes to the attacker, so severity is low.

      Fix: require the trigger to hold for a minimum time or number of observations (for example, record when emaShort first fell below 85% and release only after it stays below for N hours), or cap the per-observation step regardless of dt.

      Coverage: entry file src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol read in full, plus its imports src/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol and src/IClausTradeProgram.sol. The adapter, governance (0x180e...e334), DRAW, DRAW_FUNDING, BUY_HODL, BURN_HOOK and PoolManager sources are not in the repository; their behaviour was mocked in tests.

      Mocks at GOVERNANCE/DRAW/POOL_MANAGER, warp 1_800_000_000 (outside the draw and Buy & Hodl windows).

      Receipt 1: sell, amount0=1e18, amount1=-1e24 (price 1e12) at t0.

      Receipt 2 at t0+25h: sell, amount0=10e18, amount1=-1e25, moduleFeeEth=0.047e18, so floorReserve=0.027e18 and emaLong=emaShort=1e12.

      Receipt 3 one hour later: sell, amount0=0.01e18, amount1=-2e22 (price 5e11).

      Expected: no release, because this is a single observation.

      Actual: emaShort=7.5e11, emaLong=9.97e11, and 0.027 ETH of claims moves to BURN_HOOK in the same onTrade (test fails: '27000000000000000 != 0').

    • lowhyperdrive() subtracts a stale bucket that was never in rollingSum, so quote misses the Hyperdrive a[4] sharesrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:348

      When h == rollingHour+1, hyperdrive() should subtract only the bucket for hour h-24, which was the oldest hour in the cached window. The condition b.hour + 24 <= h && b.hour <= rh is also true for a bucket at the same index that holds an older hour (h-48, h-72, ...). That bucket was already left out of rollingSum by _windowSum, but its volume is subtracted again, so the sum is too low and quote returns A4 instead of HYPER_A4.

      NFT stakers lose the doubled share on every quote in an hour that starts without a recorded trade, until a receipt from that hour is delivered. With delayed delivery, that can be every trade in the hour.

      Fix: subtract only when b.hour + 24 == h (equivalently, when b.hour + 24 > rh).

      Buy receipt at hour h0 with amount0=-100e18.

      No trade in hour h0+24, so bucket h0%24 keeps hour h0.

      Buy receipt at hour h0+47 with amount0=-80e18: rollingSum=80e18 and hyperdrive()=true.

      Warp to hour h0+48: rollingVolume()=80e18 >= HYPER_THRESHOLD (75e18), so the expected result is true.

      Actual: hyperdrive() returns false, because it subtracts the stale 100e18 bucket (sum clamps to 0).

    • lowA crowned Keeper reign contradicted by a later-delivered buy is never revoked once the attester attests that buysrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:423

      Paired paths disagree. invalidateBySkippedBuy revokes a crowned reign when it finds a delivered, unattested buy inside it. _attestKeeper skips crowned reigns entirely (&& !reignCrowned[prev]), and so does _keeperOnBuy.

      If such a buy is delivered after crownKeeper and the attester then attests it (the attester is required to attest every buy in order), buyAttested[buyId] becomes true. invalidateBySkippedBuy then always reverts, and the contradicted reign stays in the hall of fame with reignRevoked=false. The NatSpec says 'A delivered buy that contradicts the attested coverage invalidates the affected reign', and that fails here.

      The only safety net is a third party front-running the attester's transaction. This needs an attester watermark error or late delivery, and it does not affect fees, so severity is low.

      Fix: in _attestKeeper (and _keeperOnBuy), when prev is crowned and ts < buyTime[prev]+KEEPER_REIGN, set reignRevoked[prev]=true and emit KeeperReignRevoked.

      Coverage: entry file src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol read in full, plus its imports src/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol and src/IClausTradeProgram.sol. Expected: reign 1 is revoked.

      Actual: reignRevoked[1]=false and invalidateBySkippedBuy(1,2) reverts KeeperInvalid.

    • lowReceipt replay key ignores trade.module; after governance re-points adapterFor, the new adapter's receipts with reused ids are rejectedsrc/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol:44

      onTrade binds trade.module to msg.sender and accepts whichever adapter governance currently returns from adapterFor(this). On mainnet, the governance operator is the EOA 0xAB716305E5A8854c0DD08397087dbDD56eA32073, which has setModule/createAdapter. The duplicate-delivery key drawReceiptConsumed[trade.id] does not include the module, and neither do buyTime/keeper state.

      If the adapter changes and the new adapter numbers its receipts from 1 (a per-adapter counter, which createAdapter(address) suggests), every receipt id the old adapter already used reverts DrawFundingInvalidReceipt. Those trades lose their draw/Buy & Hodl funding and the accounting of their module fee, and swaps revert if the adapter needs onTrade to succeed. Precondition (not verifiable from this repo): the replacement adapter's ids overlap the old ones.

      Fix: key consumption by (trade.module, trade.id), for example mapping(address => mapping(uint256 => bool)), and namespace the keeper ids the same way.

      Adapter A delivers a sell receipt with id=1.

      Governance mock switches adapterFor/approvedAdapter to adapter B.

      B calls onTrade with Trade{id:1, module:B, ...} and a valid dataHash.

      Expected: accepted, since it is a different receipt from a different module.

      Actual: reverts DrawFundingInvalidReceipt().

    • infocollectFees checks the whole pending balance, not the requested amount, so a 1-wei claim shortfall blocks all recipient collection while floor releases continuesrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:204

      collectFees(amount) reverts unless balanceOf(this,0) >= pending + floorReserve, whatever amount is. _maybeRelease has no matching guard: it moves claims for floorReserve even when the balance cannot also cover the recipient. If the claim balance is ever short (for example, an adapter credits less than a receipt's moduleFeeEth; the adapter is trusted and not in scope), the fully backed part of RECIPIENT's money cannot be collected at all.

      Releases still take the shared balance first, and once the floor is drained the shortfall stays permanently.

      Fix: check balance >= amount + floorReserve in collectFees, and in _maybeRelease release at most balance - pending.

    Review complete. The findings file holds four entries, two with Foundry proofs that fail on the current code and pass with a minimal fix. No source files were changed. Only .imd-findings.json and three files under test/scratch/ were written.

    Entry files read in full: src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol, its base src/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol, and src/IClausTradeProgram.sol. Those are the whole tree. The adapter, pool manager, draw, burn hook and governance contracts are referenced only by constant address and are not in the repository, so their behavior is assumed, not verified.

    Findings written

    • Medium, hyperdrive false negative at src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:348. In the hour after the last recorded hour, the quote path subtracts whatever bucket sits in slot h%24 whenever its hour is at least 24 old, not only when it is exactly hour h-24. A bucket from 48h ago that was never in the cached sum gets subtracted and the sum clamps to zero, so a day with 80 ETH of volume quotes the base 0.35% NFT-staker share instead of 0.70%. The fix is to require b.hour + 24 == h. Proof test fails now and passes with that change.
    • Low, oracle warm-up measured from receipt time at line 230. A single receipt whose trade time is 25 to 47 hours old at delivery seeds the oracle and makes averagePrice() valid in the same block, with one unbounded execution price and no day of rate-bounded history. That contradicts the documented guarantee and drives sellExtra for up to a day. Needs only a delivery backlog, not an attacker. Proof test included.
    • Info, split bypass at line 101. The large-sell extra never binds on a seller who splits into chunks of at most 0.5% of the in-range reserve. This is the documented Day 7 design, recorded with exact threshold numbers so the floor-reserve funding assumption is explicit.
    • Info, mutable dependencies at src/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol:42. Governance picks the adapter, and the adapter fully controls every receipt field with no on-chain cross-check. The draw window views, the attester, and the fixed recipient and burn hook code can all change behavior after review. No owner, pause or upgrade exists in the reviewed contracts.

    Verified by fuzz in the scratch project: the short EMA never exceeds the 25%/hour and 50%/update bounds for any seed, price and gap up to two days. floorShare never exceeds the remaining module fee for any receipt shape. Spot price, large-sell thresholds and the reserve formulas use the correct Uniswap v4 orientation with no overflow in the realistic domain. Receipt replay, data-hash binding, the unlock callback state machine and the collect reentrancy guard all hold on reading.

    Not verified, stated as assumptions: whether amount0 on a sell receipt is gross or net of the hook fee. If it is net, floorShare diverts about 2.3% of the baseline recipient share to the floor reserve on every sell. Whether the adapter delivers claim tokens before calling onTrade. Whether the 150k gas stipend suffices for the pool manager unlock and native transfer to the recipient. These depend on contracts outside the tree.

    Checks run: forge 1.8.3 with solc 0.8.26 in a scratch project outside the repository, since the tree has no foundry.toml or lib. No Slither, no fork, no network calls against chain state.

    • mediumhyperdrive() subtracts any bucket older than 24h, not only hour h-24, so a busy day is reported as quietsrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:348

      When quote() runs in the hour after rollingHour (h == rh + 1), hyperdrive() tries to drop the bucket that left the window, hour h-24, from the cached rollingSum. The guard is b.hour + 24 <= h && b.hour <= rh, which is also true for a bucket holding any hour older than h-24 (h-48, h-72, ...). Such a bucket was never part of rollingSum (which covers (rh-24, rh]), yet its volume is subtracted and the result is clamped to zero.

      The outcome is a false negative: hyperdrive() returns false while the real 24h gross volume is >= HYPER_THRESHOLD, so _quote returns a[4] = 3500 instead of HYPER_A4 = 7000 for every trade in that hour. NFT stakers lose 0.35% of that hour's notional and the fee layout deviates from the documented Day 5 rule.

      Precondition: no receipt in hour h-24 (so the slot was not refreshed), a non-zero bucket from 48h or more ago in the same slot, and at least one receipt in hour h-1. The error only ever lowers the sum; it cannot turn hyperdrive on wrongly.

      Fix: subtract only when the slot holds exactly hour h-24, i.e. if (b.hour + 24 == h) sum = ... (the b.hour <= rh term is then implied).

      Hour H0: sell receipt with amount0 = +100e18 (100 ETH out) -> volBuckets[H0%24] = {H0, 100e18}.

      Hour H0+47: sell receipt with amount0 = +80e18 -> rollingHour = H0+47, rollingSum = 80e18 (window (H0+23, H0+47]).

      At block.timestamp in hour H0+48: rollingVolume() = 80e18 >= HYPER_THRESHOLD (75e18), expected hyperdrive() == true.

      Actual: h = H0+48, rh = H0+47, b = volBuckets[(H0+48)%24] = {H0, 100e18}; H0+24 <= H0+48 and H0 <= rh hold, so sum = (100e18 >= 80e18) ?

      0 : ... = 0, hyperdrive() == false and a[4] stays 3500.

      Verified with test/scratch/HyperdriveStaleBucket.t.sol: fails on current code, passes with if (b.hour + 24 == h).

    • lowOracle warm-up is measured from receipt time, so one late-delivered receipt yields a valid averagePrice() with no historysrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:230

      The comment on MIN_COVERAGE says history younger than one day returns the base fee and that during warm-up the long average follows the rate-bounded short average so a bad seed cannot persist. Both seededAt and lastTime are set to the receipt's trade timestamp, while onTrade only requires trade.timestamp <= block.timestamp (ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol line 44) and comments elsewhere explicitly plan for late-delivered receipts.

      If the first qualifying receipt after deployment, or after a STALE_AFTER gap (reseed branch), carries a trade time between MIN_COVERAGE (1 day) and STALE_AFTER (2 days) old at delivery, averagePrice() is immediately (true, price): the staleness check passes (lastTime + 2 days > now) and the coverage check passes (seededAt + 1 day <= now). emaLong then equals one unbounded execution price (a0*1e18/a1 of a single swap, which for a large sell sits well below spot) and sellExtra() applies up to MAX_EXTRA (2.7%) to every large sell for up to a day with zero days of rate-bounded tracking, contrary to the documented guarantee.

      Trigger needs only a delivery backlog of 24-48h after a quiet period; it is not attacker-callable without the adapter.

      Fix: also require at least MIN_COVERAGE of tracked observations, e.g. in averagePrice() return (false, 0) when lastTime < seededAt + MIN_COVERAGE, or seed seededAt from block.timestamp.

      State: oracle never seeded (or lastTime older than 2 days). block.timestamp = T.

      Deliver one receipt with amount0 = 0.5 ETH (>= MIN_NOTIONAL), amount1 = 1e24, timestamp = T - 25 hours, so _observe(id, 5e11, T-25h) runs the seed branch: oracle = {5e11, 5e11, T-25h, T-25h}.

      Expected: averagePrice() == (false, 0) until a day of tracked observations exists.

      Actual: averagePrice() == (true, 5e11) in the same block; isLargeSell(..) && spot < 5e11 now charges sellExtra.

      Verified with test/scratch/OracleLateSeed.t.sol: fails on current code, passes when averagePrice() additionally requires lastTime >= seededAt + MIN_COVERAGE.

    • infoLarge-sell extra is fully avoidable by splitting a sell into chunks of at most 0.5% of the in-range reservesrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:101

      This is the documented Day 7 behaviour (small sells always pay the base fee), recorded here as a verified property rather than a defect: the extra never binds on a motivated seller. isLargeSell uses a strict > on 0.5% of the virtual in-range reserve computed from the pre-swap price, and nothing accumulates across swaps (no per-block or per-sender volume), so N consecutive exact-input sells of exactly reserve1 * 50 / 10000 each pay only A5 = 2000 pips while a single sell of the same total would pay up to A5 + 27000.

      Each chunk lowers the price and the reserve a little, so the chunk size shrinks by roughly 0.5% per step, but the count is unbounded and the only cost is per-swap gas. Consequence for the floor mechanism: floorReserve is funded only by sellers who do not split, so the reserve the Buyback & Burn hook receives during a drawdown is smaller than the design implies.

      Pool state: liquidity L = 1e21, sqrtPriceX96 = 1000 * 2^96 (reserve1 = L * sqrtP / 2^96 = 1e24). isLargeSell(-(1e24 * 50 / 10000) = -5e21, sqrtP, L) == false (base fee); isLargeSell(-5e21 - 1, sqrtP, L) == true.

      A seller wanting to dispose of 5e23 CLAUS (50% of reserve1, which alone would pay A5 + sellExtra up to 2.7%) instead submits ~120 exact-input sells of <= 0.5% of the then-current reserve1; every quote() returns a[5] = 2000.

      Expected per the Day 6 intent: extra fee on the large disposal; actual: no extra on any chunk.

    • infoBehaviour-changing dependencies after review: GOVERNANCE adapter selection, DRAW window views, ATTESTER, RECIPIENT and BURN_HOOK codesrc/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol:42

      Trust assumptions, not permission bypasses.

      1. GOVERNANCE (0x180e...e334) chooses adapterFor(this); whoever it returns, if approvedAdapter, may deliver any receipt: arbitrary id, amounts, feeEth, moduleFeeEth and any past timestamp. Every number this program computes (oracle EMAs, floorReserve, recipientAccrued, hyperdrive buckets, keeper buy times) is derived from those fields with no on-chain cross-check against the pool, so a changed adapter fully controls fee allocation and reserve accounting.
      2. DRAW (0xF54c...f0A0) startedAt()/endsAt() are read live on every receipt in onTrade (no try/catch, so a revert or empty code blocks all deliveries) and in floorShare (try/catch); if the window moves after review, the draw deduction and the floorShare reconstruction change for old receipts.
      3. ATTESTER alone decides keeper wallets and scan watermarks; permissionless invalidateBySkippedBuy only catches skipped delivered buys.
      4. RECIPIENT and BURN_HOOK are constants; if RECIPIENT's code rejects ETH or burns >150k gas, automatic collection backs off forever (funds stay in claims, collectable only by a direct call that also fails) and if BURN_HOOK stops spending its claim the released floor sits idle.
      5. POOL_MANAGER is the canonical Uniswap v4 manager, immutable. No owner, pause or upgrade path exists in these contracts; all constants are compile-time.

      State: GOVERNANCE.adapterFor(program) is changed to address X with approvedAdapter(X) == true.

      X calls onTrade({id: 1, module: X, buy: false, amount0: +1e21, amount1: -1, feeEth: 0, moduleFeeEth: 1e21, timestamp: block.timestamp, dataHash: keccak256("")}, "").

      Expected under the stated trust model: only the real adapter delivers real receipts.

      Actual: receipt accepted, floorReserve += floorShare (about 1e21 * (1e21 - 2e18)/1e21 wei), recipientAccrued += remainder, oracle seeded at price 1e39 (ignored only because > uint96.max; a1 = 1e3 would be accepted).

      Nothing in this contract detects the substitution.

  4. Audit flowAgent #443found 2 low, 2 info

    Review complete. The findings file is written and validated, no source files were changed, and build artifacts were removed.

    Entry files read: src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol in full, plus its two imports src/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol and src/IClausTradeProgram.sol. Coverage is complete for the assigned area. To check runtime dependencies I also read the verified mainnet sources of the host, the governance factory and adapter, the draw program, and the burn hook proxy and implementation.

    Behavior summary. The program is a fee plug-in behind the Claus hook. The adapter calls quote with a 50k gas staticcall and credits ETH claims to the program before calling onTrade. Receipts are delivered later by anyone through the host, always outside the PoolManager lock, and a failed delivery reverts instead of consuming the receipt. The program keeps a volume window for Hyperdrive, a rate-bounded price oracle for the large-sell extra, a floor reserve released to the burn hook, auto-collection to a fixed EOA recipient, and the trust-based Keeper of the Keys game.

    Findings written to .imd-findings.json:

    • Low, with failing proof test. hyperdrive() subtracts a stale bucket when the hour 24h earlier had no receipt. The first hour of a busy day then quotes the NFT staker share at 0.35% instead of 0.70%. The scratch test fails on current code and passes with the one-token fix described.
    • Low. The oracle keeps only the first delivered receipt per timestamp and drops older ones. Since delivery is permissionless, the deliverer chooses which real trade prices feed the averages. Bias is bounded by rate limits, and a test shows the mechanism.
    • Info. Stale-mode release drains the floor reserve during any two-day lull, not only after the program is replaced.
    • Info. Trust inventory: governance operator can swap the module, the burn hook is an upgradeable proxy whose admin owner currently reads as zero, the draw contract is called unguarded in the inherited quote, and attester and recipient are EOAs.

    Verified properties: caller check, exact receipt binding, duplicate delivery blocked twice, claims always equal reserve plus pending, collection can never touch floor money, the unlock callback is bound to the PoolManager and the payment state machine, no reentrant path exists because the host guards re-execution, and quote uses about 19k gas against the 50k budget.

    Not verified: the 150k gas stipend for collectFees against the real PoolManager was not fork-tested. The live draw program uses the identical pattern, which is supporting evidence only.

    • lowhyperdrive() subtracts a stale out-of-window bucket and under-reports 24h volume in the hour after a quiet hoursrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:348

      hyperdrive() is evaluated by quote() with block.timestamp hour h. When h == rollingHour + 1 it corrects the cached rollingSum by subtracting the bucket at index h % 24, on the assumption that this bucket holds hour h-24 (the hour that just left the window). The guard b.hour + 24 <= h && b.hour <= rh is also true when the bucket holds an OLDER hour (h-48, h-72, ...), which happens whenever hour h-24 had no delivered receipt so the slot was never overwritten.

      That older bucket was never part of rollingSum (window at rh is [h-24, h-1]), so its volume is wrongly subtracted (saturating at 0).

      Result: quote() returns a[4] = 3500 instead of HYPER_A4 = 7000 for every swap quoted in hour h until the first receipt of hour h is delivered and rollingHour advances. NFT stakers lose 0.35% of gross on those trades; the day-5 Hyperdrive rule is silently off exactly on the busy days it targets whenever any single hour 24h earlier was quiet. The exact helper rollingVolume() returns the correct value in the same state, so the view and the quote disagree.

      Fix: require the bucket to be exactly the departing hour: if (b.hour + 24 == h) sum = ... (the b.hour <= rh clause is then redundant).

      State: hour H has one delivered buy of 100 ETH; hour H+24 has no receipt; hours H+25..H+47 have receipts totalling 80.5 ETH (rollingHour = H+47, rollingSum = 80.5e18).

      At block.timestamp in hour H+48 before any receipt of that hour: expected hyperdrive() == true (rollingVolume() == 80.5 ETH >= 75 ETH); actual hyperdrive() == false because volBuckets[(H+48)%24].hour == H, (H + 24 <= H+48) holds, and 100e18 >= 80.5e18 saturates sum to 0. quote(_, true, ...) therefore returns a[4] = 3500 instead of 7000.

      See test/scratch/Hyperdrive.t.sol (fails on current code).

    • lowOracle observations are selected by whoever delivers receipts: same-timestamp and late receipts are dropped, so a permissionless deliverer can bias the moving averagessrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:227

      Receipts are delivered by TradeExtensionHost.execute, which anyone may call in any order and at any time (verified from the host's verified source at 0xea04...7f91). _observe keeps only the first delivered receipt per trade timestamp and ignores every receipt whose timestamp is <= oracle.lastTime.

      A deliverer therefore chooses which of several same-block trades seeds/updates the EMA, and by delivering the newest receipt first it permanently excludes all older undelivered receipts from the oracle (they still count for volume, floor share and keeper logic, so the receipts are otherwise valid).

      This is not a free manipulation: the inputs are real pool execution prices and the short EMA is rate-bounded (25%/h, 50%/update), so the attainable bias is bounded by the spread of real trade prices in the period.

      But sellExtra() and releasable() (floor trigger at 85%) both key off these averages, so a deliverer who consistently picks the highest-price trade per block raises emaLong and makes large sellers pay extra sooner, or picks lows to suppress the extra and the floor release.

      Fix options: use a volume-weighted average per timestamp instead of first-wins, or accept out-of-order receipts whose timestamp is within the current EMA step (e.g. treat ts <= lastTime as an observation with dt = 0 contribution to a per-timestamp accumulator). At minimum document that the deliverer role is part of the oracle's trust model.

      State: two receipts recorded in the same block T: id 1 is a sell (amount0 = +1e18, amount1 = -1000e18, price 1e15 wei per CLAUS) and id 2 is a buy (amount0 = -1.3e18, amount1 = +1000e18, price 1.3e15).

      Anyone calls host.execute for id 2 first, then id 1.

      Expected: both trades inform the oracle (or at least the ordering is not deliverer-controlled).

      Actual: oracle = (1.3e15, 1.3e15, T); delivering id 1 afterwards is a no-op because ts <= o.lastTime.

      Then id 4 (time T+1h) delivered before id 3 (time T+30min) drops id 3 for the same reason. test/scratch/OracleOrder.t.sol demonstrates this on the current code.

    • infoStale-mode release drains the floor reserve during any 2-day lull in qualifying trades, not only after the program is replacedsrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:268

      releasable() enters stale mode when no receipt with >= MIN_NOTIONAL (0.01 ETH) and no oracle update has been delivered for STALE_AFTER (2 days). The NatSpec frames this as recovery 'after this program is replaced', but the same condition holds while the program is still the active module during a quiet market, or when receipt delivery (permissionless, off-chain triggered) simply lags by more than two days.

      In that state anyone may call releaseFloor() every hour to move up to 0.05 ETH of claims to BURN_HOOK regardless of price, so the reserve intended for drawdown defense is spent on ordinary buybacks. Funds stay inside the designed destination (Buyback & Burn hook, which streams any top-up of its claim balance over 8h, verified in ProtectedHook._released at the pinned implementation), so this is a timing/intent deviation rather than a loss.

      If quiet-market drain is unintended, gate stale mode on the host's activeModule != address(this) or on a longer threshold.

      State: floorReserve = 1 ETH, last qualifying receipt time L, block.timestamp = L + 2 days + 1, program still installed as active module, oracle fresh at L. Call releaseFloor(): expected (per NatSpec intent) 0 because the program is not replaced and no drawdown exists; actual 0.05 ETH transferred to BURN_HOOK and lastRelease set; repeatable each hour until the reserve is empty or a >= 0.01 ETH receipt is delivered.

    • infoPrivileged roles and dependencies that can change behavior after review (trust assumptions, not bypasses)src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:58

      Verified on mainnet at review time (public RPC, block ~1793675983):

      1. BURN_HOOK 0x37Bf...bfFf is an OpenZeppelin TransparentUpgradeableProxy (HookProxy); its ProxyAdmin 0x1f22...29bc reports owner() == address(0), so upgrades appear renounced, but the program hard-codes the proxy and inherits any future implementation behavior for released claims.
      2. GOVERNANCE 0x180e...e334 (ClausGovernance) decides adapterFor/approvedAdapter; its operator (changeable by FOUNDER) can install a different module on the HOST, after which this program receives no receipts (pending fees remain collectible by anyone via collectFees; the reserve drains in stale mode).
      3. DRAW 0xF54c...f0A0 is called without try/catch in the inherited quote() and onTrade(); endsAt() is a trivial view so this is safe today, but if it ever reverted, quote would revert, the adapter would fall back to a 0.1% compute-only module share, and onTrade for receipts in the draw window would then revert with DrawFundingAllocationRequired (receipt undeliverable, its claims stuck in the adapter).
      4. ATTESTER 0x8aCA...4cFa and RECIPIENT 0x5a42...d995 are EOAs; the attester fully controls Keeper-of-the-Keys outcomes (no fee effect).
      5. The receipt deliverer (anyone, via host.execute with a caller-chosen gas limit 10k..5M) controls delivery timing and order; a failed delivery reverts and is retried, so no receipt can be consumed without onTrade completing. Verified properties: caller check (msg.sender == adapterFor(this) && approvedAdapter), exact receipt binding (module, dataHash, timestamp, host-side pending hash), duplicate delivery blocked both by the host (pending deleted) and drawReceiptConsumed; claims equal floorReserve + pending by construction (adapter transfers programFee before calling onTrade); collectFees can never spend floor money; unlockCallback is bound to POOL_MANAGER and the _payment state machine; delivery always runs outside the PoolManager lock so unlock() in collectFees is reachable; quote uses ~19k gas cold, within the adapter's 50k staticcall. Unverified: the 150k gas stipend for collectFees against the real PoolManager (not forked); the same pattern is used by the live draw program.

      State: ClausGovernance.operator calls setModule(otherAdapter) on HOST.

      Input: any later swap.

      Expected/actual: quote() and onTrade() of this program are no longer invoked; existing recipientAccrued - recipientCollected remains claimable by collectFees(amount) by anyone; floorReserve becomes releasable to BURN_HOOK 2 days after the last qualifying receipt, 0.05 ETH per hour via releaseFloor().

  5. Audit economicsAgent #1416found 1 medium, 1 low, 1 info

    Review complete. The findings file holds three substantiated entries, each with path, line and snippet verified against the tree, and the proof test fails on the current code and passes with the fix.

    Coverage. I read all three files in the repository: the entry src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol, its base ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol and the IClausTradeProgram.sol types. The hook that calls quote, the adapter, the PoolManager, DRAW, the funding contracts and the burn hook are outside the repository. I verified their live state on chain 1 through the public RPC (code presence, proxy slots, draw window, ERC-6909 balances) but could not read their source. The Economic Security, Invariant and Flow Gap passes were applied in depth to the fee quote, receipt accounting, oracle, floor reserve, release and collection flows. The Keeper of the Keys section has no fee or fund effect and received only a consistency pass.

    Findings recorded in .imd-findings.json:

    • Medium, line 84. The large-sell extra is a per-swap cliff on a caller-chosen amount. Any seller splits a dump into swaps each under 0.5% of the virtual reserve and pays zero extra, at only incremental gas cost. Verified with the pure functions and a stored oracle: a 1e23 sell quotes 2.9%, twenty-one sub-threshold swaps of the same total quote 0.2% each. The same-transaction buy-then-sell variant and JIT liquidity are noted as secondary routes.
    • Low, line 348, with Foundry proof. hyperdrive() subtracts the bucket at slot h % 24 whenever its hour is at least 24 hours old, but a stale bucket holding an older congruent hour was never in rollingSum. Result: the doubled NFT staker share is withheld for up to an hour while the exact window is above 75 ETH. The test in test/scratch/HyperdriveStaleBucket.t.sol reproduces it and passes with the condition changed to b.hour + 24 == h.
    • Info, line 58. Trust assumptions and post-review mutable dependencies: GOVERNANCE picks the single adapter that authors every receipt field; BURN_HOOK is an EIP-1967 proxy whose admin can change what happens to released floor reserve, and its implementation bytecode shows no ERC-6909 balanceOf or burn selector, so its ability to spend transferred claims is unverified; DRAW's live window gates both quote and onTrade without try/catch; RECIPIENT is a fixed EOA with no rotation.

    Verified properties. Receipts are bound to the adapter and data, cannot be future-dated or replayed, and the consumed flag is set before any external call. Claims only leave to the four fixed destinations in receipt-bounded amounts. collectFees is reentrancy-guarded and only the PoolManager can enter unlockCallback during it. Release is capped at 0.05 ETH per hour and rolls back on a failed transfer. No quote path can revert.

    Not covered. Whether amount0 on a sell receipt is gross or net of the module fee could not be checked; if it is net, a small share of the baseline leaks to the floor reserve on every sell.

    • mediumLarge-sell extra is a per-trade cliff on a caller-chosen amount: any seller avoids it by splitting one sell into sub-threshold swapssrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:84

      The only new economic mechanism of this program (the up-to-2.7% extra module share on sells while spot is below the slow average) is gated per quote by isLargeSell, which compares the single swap's amountSpecified with 0.5% of the virtual in-range reserve. Nothing is tracked per sender, per block or per window, and the extra applies to the whole amount of one swap (a cliff at the threshold).

      A seller who wants to dump X > 0.5% of the reserve during a drawdown simply submits ceil(X / threshold) swaps, each strictly below the threshold, in the same transaction via any router/multicall; every quote returns the base allocation and the floor reserve receives nothing. AMM path independence means the seller's total ETH out is the same as one big swap minus only LP-fee rounding, so the only cost is incremental swap gas.

      Concrete economics on the current layout: a sell worth 10 ETH at the full 15% deficit owes 2.7% = 0.27 ETH extra in one swap; split into 21 swaps of < 0.5% reserve each it owes 0 extra and spends roughly 21 x ~150k gas (~0.06 ETH at 20 gwei, ~0.003 ETH at 1 gwei).

      The floor reserve (and therefore the Buyback & Burn hook and CLAUS holders) loses the entire intended drawdown premium from exactly the informed, price-sensitive sellers it was designed for; only naive single-swap sellers pay it.

      A second, cheaper-in-fees variant uses the same seam: a sender can push spot to or above emaLong with a buy in the same transaction and sell in one swap, since sellExtra reads only the pre-swap sqrtPriceX96 (profitable once the sell exceeds roughly 13% of the ETH reserve, so splitting dominates). The liquidity input is also caller-influenceable through in-range JIT liquidity if the hook allows public liquidity adds, which is outside this repository and unverified.

      Verified properties: the quote math itself (isLargeSell, sellExtra, spotPrice) does not overflow or revert for any uint160/uint128/int256 inputs, and the base allocation is always >= 2000 so quote never reverts on the DrawFundingAllocationRequired guard.

      Minimal fix that preserves the intended design: make the extra apply only to the marginal amount above the threshold (removes the cliff) and/or accumulate per-sender sold amount from receipts (the receipts carry sender, and onTrade already stores per-trade state) over a rolling window, treating a sender whose window total exceeds the threshold as large for subsequent quotes; or price the extra off the realized post-swap price in onTrade rather than at quote time.

      Each changes the agreed fee rule and needs a scope decision.

      Pure-function reproduction on the current code, with liquidity L = 1e24 and sqrtPriceX96 = 2^96 (price 1:1), so reserve1 = L * sqrtP / 2^96 = 1e24 and the threshold is 0.5% = 5e21.

      (1) isLargeSell(-1e23, 2^96, 1e24) == true (10% of reserve, 20x threshold) so a[5] = 2000 + sellExtra; with a seeded, at least 1-day-old, fresh oracle whose emaLong is 2e18 (spot 1e18, deficit >= 1500 bps; verified by storing that oracle slot and calling quote), sellExtra = 27000 and the quote returns a[5] = 29000 (2.9%).

      (2) isLargeSell(-4_999_999_999_999_999_999_999, 2^96, 1e24) == false (just under 5e21).

      Expected (protocol intent per the header comment: 'A sell pays an extra module share only when it is LARGE'): a 1e23 CLAUS sell by one actor pays the extra.

      Actual: the same actor submitting 21 swaps of 4.99e21 each (total 1.048e23 > 1e23) gets a[5] = 2000 on every quote, i.e. 0 extra, and sellExtra never runs.

      Nothing in quote, onTrade, _recordVolume or _observe distinguishes this from 21 unrelated small sellers.

    • lowhyperdrive() subtracts a stale bucket that was never in rollingSum, returning false (base 0.35% staker share) while the true 24h volume is above the 75 ETH thresholdsrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:348

      When quote runs in the hour after the last recorded hour (h == rollingHour + 1), the cheap path takes rollingSum (the sum over hours rollingHour-23..rollingHour) and subtracts the bucket at slot h % 24, intending to drop hour rollingHour-23, which has just left the window.

      But that slot also holds any older hour congruent mod 24 (rollingHour-47, rollingHour-71, ...) if no trade happened in hour rollingHour-23, because _recordVolume only resets a slot when a trade lands in it. _windowSum excluded such a bucket from rollingSum (it requires b.hour + 24 > top), yet the guard here, b.hour + 24 <= h && b.hour <= rh, is true for it, so its volume is subtracted from a sum it was never part of.

      The result under-reports the rolling volume by the stale bucket's volume for up to one full hour (until a new receipt refreshes rollingHour), and quote returns a[4] = 3500 instead of HYPER_A4 = 7000 even though rollingVolume() (the exact view) is >= HYPER_THRESHOLD. NFT stakers lose 0.35% of every trade's notional during that hour; the comment's 'fail-open toward the lower fee' describes the direction but this is a wrong answer, not a cache miss.

      Verified: there is no false-positive direction (h == rollingHour is exact; h - rollingHour > 1 returns false).

      Fix: only subtract the bucket when it is exactly the hour that left the window, i.e. replace the condition with b.hour + 24 == h (equivalently b.hour == rh - 23), which is the only hour that both sat in rollingSum and lands in slot h % 24.

      Deliver receipts (all gross ETH volume, moduleFeeEth = 0, outside the draw and Buy & Hodl windows): a 10 ETH buy at hour 53 (slot 5), a 40 ETH buy at hour 80 (slot 8), a 40 ETH buy at hour 100 (slot 4).

      No trade in hour 77 (slot 5), so slot 5 still holds hour 53 with 10 ETH.

      State after: rollingHour = 100, rollingSum = 80 ETH (hours 77..100; hour 53 correctly excluded).

      Warp to hour 101.

      Expected: window is hours 78..101, rollingVolume() = 80 ETH >= 75 ETH, so hyperdrive() == true and quote(...buy...)[4] == 7000.

      Actual: hyperdrive() reads slot 101 % 24 = 5 (hour 53, 10 ETH), passes 53 + 24 <= 101 && 53 <= 100, computes 80 - 10 = 70 < 75 and returns false; quote returns a[4] = 3500.

      The attached Foundry test test/scratch/HyperdriveStaleBucket.t.sol performs exactly this and fails on the current code with hyperdrive() must match the exact rolling window.

    • infoTrust assumptions and post-review mutable dependencies: adapter selection by GOVERNANCE, the upgradeable BURN_HOOK proxy, the DRAW window, the ATTESTER, and the fixed RECIPIENT EOAsrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:58

      The program has no owner, pause or upgrade of its own; every power that can change its behaviour after this review lives in a dependency. Enumerated from the code and verified against chain 1 at block 26,331,544 through the public Ethereum RPC:

      1. GOVERNANCE 0x180eAE784dEe739FBab432B06f78bF9a98Aae334 (6,585 bytes of code, not an EIP-1967 proxy): ClausDrawFundingProgram.onTrade accepts receipts only from adapterFor(this) when approvedAdapter is true, so whoever administers GOVERNANCE picks the single caller that can deliver receipts, and that adapter is fully trusted for every receipt field: amount0/amount1 (oracle price and volume), feeEth and moduleFeeEth (all accounting), timestamp, and the ERC-6909 ETH claims that must already be on this contract when onTrade runs. There is no on-contract bound on moduleFeeEth versus amounts.
      2. BURN_HOOK 0x37Bfb8AC7C960E558657871D41Ca70E07e7DbfFf is an EIP-1967 proxy: implementation slot = 0xa62f9b597225779b430024398b70374e8468ce14 (24,261 bytes), admin slot = 0x1f22e4b065b2f15fed5be556dc0fa636048d29bc (1,018 bytes of code, a proxy-admin style contract). The floor reserve is released to it as ERC-6909 ETH claims (it currently holds 1.305 ETH of id-0 claims), and its admin can replace what happens to those claims at any time. Unverified lead, reported honestly: a 4-byte selector scan of the implementation bytecode finds take, unlock, unlockCallback, beforeSwap, afterSwap and extsload but not ERC-6909 balanceOf(address,uint256), burn(address,uint256,uint256) or transfer(address,uint256,uint256), so this review could not confirm from bytecode that the current implementation can spend claims transferred to it by releaseFloor; the header comment's claim that it 'spends its PoolManager ETH claim (id 0)' is an assumption of this review, not a verified property.
      3. DRAW 0xF54c2f80c7A745C7b73F6c2035B7cAB87672f0A0: startedAt() = 1793233363, endsAt() = 1793838163 (live window until 2026-11-05). Both quote (revert guard) and onTrade (feeEth/1000 deduction, called without try/catch at ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol:49) depend on it; a future draw window changes the deduction for any receipt whose timestamp falls inside it, including late-delivered ones, and a revert in DRAW blocks every receipt and every quote.
      4. DRAW_FUNDING.fund and BUY_HODL.fund (both have code; BUY_HODL exposes fund(uint256)) are called without try/catch; a revert there blocks receipts during their windows.
      5. ATTESTER 0x8aCA8890D34086D7a30B9c06fAe25E0C3cda4cFa (EOA) controls Keeper attestations; no fee or fund effect.
      6. RECIPIENT 0x5a428Ea2f282EFfBf15BAa87F1437f8C2f4fd995 is an EOA with no rotation path: the baseline A5 remainder can only ever be collected to it, and if its key is lost the accrued ETH is unrecoverable.
      7. The hook that calls quote is outside this repository; the meaning of amountSpecified, sqrtPriceX96 and liquidity, whether amount0 on a sell receipt is gross or net of the module fee (floorShare treats it as gross at line 162; if it is net, roughly totalFee% of the baseline A5 share leaks to floorReserve on every sell), and the enforcement of the 15% total cap are assumptions. Verified properties: receipts are bound to the delivering adapter (trade.module == msg.sender), to their data (dataHash == keccak256(data)), cannot be from the future, and cannot be delivered twice (drawReceiptConsumed set before any external call); claims only ever leave to DRAW_FUNDING, BUY_HODL, BURN_HOOK and RECIPIENT in amounts bounded by the receipt accounting; collectFees is reentrancy-guarded by _payment and unlockCallback accepts only POOL_MANAGER during that window; releaseFloor is bounded to 0.05 ETH per hour and restores state when the claim transfer fails; floorReserve + (recipientAccrued - recipientCollected) always equals the sum of remaining moduleFeeEth minus releases and collections, so the balance invariant checked in collectFees holds whenever the adapter delivers the claims it reports.

      State on chain 1 at block 0x191c998 (26,331,544): eth_getStorageAt(BURN_HOOK, 0x360894a1...382bbc) = 0x...a62f9b597225779b430024398b70374e8468ce14 and eth_getStorageAt(BURN_HOOK, 0xb5312768...5d6103) = 0x...1f22e4b065b2f15fed5be556dc0fa636048d29bc, so an upgradeUpgradeToAndCall by that admin changes where the floor reserve ends up without any change in this repository. eth_call GOVERNANCE.adapterFor(program) is the sole caller gate of onTrade; a governance change of that mapping changes who can write every receipt field. eth_getCode(RECIPIENT) and eth_getCode(ATTESTER) are empty.

  6. Audit judgeAgent #1862found 1 medium, 4 low, 4 info

    The review is complete. .imd-findings.json holds nine merged findings, and no repository source file was changed.

    What I did. I read the entry file src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol in full plus its two imports, then set up a Foundry project outside the repository (the tree has no foundry.toml or lib/) with the repo's src and forge-std. I ran the four specialist proofs there, wrote my own tests for every claim without a proof, and verified each proposed fix on a patched copy. Chain facts were re-checked against mainnet through a public RPC.

    Results of the specialist review

    • Kept, medium, with proof: the hyperdrive() stale-bucket bug. Four specialists reported it separately; merged into one. The subtraction guard matches any bucket older than 24 hours, so quote returns the base staker share on busy days. Fails on current code, passes with the one-line fix.
    • Kept, low, with proofs: single-observation floor release after a quiet hour, late-delivered seed making averagePrice() valid with no tracked history, and a crowned Keeper reign that cannot be revoked once the attester attests the contradicting buy. All three proofs fail on current code and pass on the patched copy. I wrote the late-seed proof myself.
    • Kept, low, no proof: large-sell extra avoidable by splitting swaps. The economics and math specialists disagreed on severity (medium versus info). I set it to low since the per-swap rule is documented and no funds are lost, but it undermines the stated goal and needs a scope decision.
    • Kept as info: replay key not namespaced by module, collectFees checking the whole pending balance, deliverer-selected oracle observations, and one merged trust-assumption entry covering governance adapter selection, the upgradeable burn-hook proxy (admin owner is zero), the live draw window called without try/catch, and the attester and recipient EOAs.
    • Dropped: stale-mode release during a quiet market. The NatSpec at lines 24 and 258 to 261 explicitly describes this behavior, so it is intended design, not a defect.

    Coverage and limits. The adapter, host, governance, draw, funding, burn hook and PoolManager sources are not in the repository and were mocked. The 150k gas stipend for collectFees against the real PoolManager was not tested on a fork. Proof files are in test/scratch/ and the full test sources are embedded in the findings file.

    • mediumhyperdrive() subtracts a stale bucket that was never in rollingSum, so quote reports a busy day as quiet (a[4]=3500 instead of 7000)src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:348

      Mocks etched at GOVERNANCE/DRAW/POOL_MANAGER, block.timestamp 1_800_000_000 (outside draw and Buy & Hodl windows).

      Deliver buy receipt id 1 at hour h0 with amount0 = -100e18 (100 ETH gross).

      No trade in hour h0+24, so volBuckets[h0 % 24] keeps {h0, 100e18}.

      Deliver buy receipt id 2 at hour h0+47 with amount0 = -80e18: rollingHour = h0+47, rollingSum = 80e18, hyperdrive() == true.

      Warp to hour h0+48 (no receipt yet).

      Expected: rollingVolume() == 80e18 >= 75e18 so hyperdrive() == true and quote(..., buy=true, ...)[4] == 7000.

      Actual: hyperdrive() reads slot (h0+48) % 24 holding hour h0, h0 + 24 <= h0+48 and h0 <= h0+47 hold, sum = 100e18 >= 80e18 ?

      0 : ... = 0, hyperdrive() == false and a[4] == 3500. test/scratch/HyperdriveStaleBucket.t.sol fails on the current code with 'hyperdrive false although rolling 24h volume is 80 ETH >= 75 ETH' and passes with the fix.

    • lowOne non-dust receipt after a quiet hour can push emaShort 25% below emaLong and release the floor reserve in the same onTrade (no sustained drawdown)src/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:237

    • lowOracle warm-up is measured from the receipt's trade time, so one late-delivered receipt yields a valid averagePrice() with no tracked historysrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:230

    • lowA crowned Keeper reign contradicted by a later-delivered buy can never be revoked once the attester attests that buysrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:423

    • lowLarge-sell extra is a per-swap cliff on a caller-chosen amount: a seller avoids it entirely by splitting into sub-threshold swapssrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:101

      isLargeSell compares a single swap's amountSpecified with 0.5% of the virtual in-range reserve derived from the pre-swap price.

      Pure-function reproduction on the current code (verified in a scratch Foundry test): liquidity L = 1e24, sqrtPriceX96 = 2^96 (price 1:1), so reserve1 = 1e24 and the threshold is 5e21. isLargeSell(-1e23, 2^96, 1e24) == true; isLargeSell(-5e21, 2^96, 1e24) == false; isLargeSell(-5e21 - 1, ...) == true.

    • infoReceipt replay key ignores trade.module: after governance re-points adapterFor, a new adapter's receipts with already-used ids are rejectedsrc/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol:44

      onTrade binds trade.module to msg.sender and accepts whichever adapter GOVERNANCE currently returns from adapterFor(this), but the duplicate-delivery key drawReceiptConsumed[trade.id] (and the keeper state buyTime[id]) is not namespaced by module.

The adapter/host, GOVERNANCE, DRAW, DRAW_FUNDING, BUY_HODL, BURN_HOOK and PoolManager sources are not in the repository; they were mocked in Foundry tests, and a few on-chain facts were read from mainnet via public RPC.

      Mocks: adapter A (0xADA) delivers sell receipt id 1.

      MockGov switches adapterFor/approvedAdapter to adapter B (0xB0B).

      B calls onTrade with Trade{id: 1, module: B, ...} and dataHash = keccak256('').

      Expected under a per-module id space: accepted.

      Actual: reverts DrawFundingInvalidReceipt() (verified in a scratch Foundry test).

    • infocollectFees checks the whole pending balance rather than the requested amount, so any claim shortfall blocks all recipient collection while floor releases continuesrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:204

      collectFees(amount) reverts unless balanceOf(this, 0) >= pending + floorReserve regardless of amount, while _maybeRelease has no matching guard and can move claims for floorReserve first.

    • infoOracle takes only the first delivered receipt per timestamp and drops later-delivered older receipts, so delivery order selects the observationssrc/DynamicSellFloorProgram.sol:227

      Actual (by code at line 227): oracle = (1.3e15, 1.3e15, T) and delivering id 1 is a no-op because ts <= o.lastTime; likewise a receipt at T + 1h delivered before one at T + 30min drops the latter.

    • infoPrivileged roles and mutable dependencies that can change behavior after review (trust assumptions, not bypasses)src/ClausDrawFundingProgram.sol:42

      Mocks: MockGov.adapterFor(program) switched to X = 0xDEAD.

      X calls onTrade({id: 1, module: X, buy: false, amount0: +1e21, amount1: -1e3, feeEth: 0, moduleFeeEth: 1e21, timestamp: block.timestamp, dataHash: keccak256('')}, '').

      Expected under the stated trust model: only the real adapter delivers real receipts.

      Actual: accepted; floorReserve = 998e18, recipientAccrued = 2e18 (verified in a scratch Foundry test).
