The release check is done and recorded. Only docs/ changed; dist/, web/, prototype/ and src/ are byte-identical to the base commit and the export tree hash is unchanged.

What was checked

• Commit 59c04909563d6edd8f18d80d4144e873722b8912, export tree git rev-parse HEAD:dist = 340b6a994d80c97c3339827ec5816d5bb3c6cb56, before and after the checks.
• In web/: npm ci passed (561 packages from the committed lockfile), and npm run check:export passed with PASS: mainnet manifest, 17 assets, 3324921 export bytes. The manifest has chainId 1 and an empty contract list, as intended.
• No rebuild was run, and typecheck, unit tests, build and the project's Playwright suite were not re-run here. The maintainers' results for this exact export at 6f90265 are cited from the existing docs/frontend/ evidence (typecheck clean, 6 unit tests, 5 browser tests expected, 0 unexpected).
• Rendered inspection of the committed export in headless Chromium, served read-only under a /preview/ subpath from a bounded scratch script: 17 steps passed with no page errors, no failed resources and no external requests. It covered 1440, 1024, 768 and 320 widths, keyboard walk and focus rings, semantics, the no-wallet bubble, a mocked mainnet connect with holdings and seeded chips, disconnect, wrong-network switching to chain 0x1, reduced motion, local music playback, and 19 measured contrast pairs.

Better Interface review

All six domains were covered. Six findings are recorded with file:line, none blocking and none fixed because this release freezes the source: the wallet dropdown does not move or return focus (deliberate blur-on-click for gameplay), the music has no visible control beyond the M key, the fixed-ratio scene shrinks rather than reflows at narrow widths or zoom (stated desktop-only decision), five 11 px labels, a 2.04:1 decorative frame line, and stacked walkers under reduced motion. All text pairs measured above 4.5:1.

Files delivered

• docs/FRONTEND_VALIDATION.md: rewritten for this release, including the commit, dist tree hash, check results, browser evidence, review coverage and findings, and a record of the shipped tokens, typography, components and responsive behaviour read from the source.
• docs/frontend/release-check.txt: the full transcript of the permitted commands.
• docs/frontend/release-review/: inspection and contrast JSON, the two scripts, and five screenshots, about 420 KB in total.

Nothing was committed or published. The publisher serves the committed dist/ under the name pepes-armed; the README already carries the pin-and-name steps.
