Build a working responsive FRONTEND in web/, not a design board. Reuse an existing stack; otherwise React/TypeScript/Vite, minimal dependencies.

Preserve contracts, tests, configuration, dependencies and licences. No contract redesign/audit, production backend, accounts, live submissions, wallet connection, signing, transaction construction, funding, paid API, autonomous posting or public deployment. Deliver source and local/private preview. Backend/onchain integration and full security review are later stages.

Community ideas, discussions, projects and treasury decisions, including governed offchain-business experiments. Journey: Idea > Discussion > Vote > Build > Result. Ideas are not governance proposals; votes do not prove execution/completion. Describe only repository-supported powers. No fabricated activity, deployments, guaranteed returns or arbitrary upgrade/investment claims.

PAGES AND INTERACTIONS

Home/Ideas: card feed, search, category/status filters, empty results and working idea details showing purpose, benefit, read-only illustrative discussion and relevant project links.

Draft editor: reachable from New idea, Start from scratch and starter templates. Fields: title, category, problem/opportunity, beneficiary, first step, proposed operator, budget plus asset/unit or "not specified", success criterion, risks, optional references. Business templates also ask about customers, cost assumptions and reporting unused funds/proceeds. Do not invent operators or approved budgets. Require title, problem and first step to save. Show other incomplete fields honestly, not as governance-ready. Provide preview and local save/edit/reopen. Explain "Saved on this device only". Confirm deletion and replacement of unsaved work. Handle validation/storage errors without claiming success. Never say "proposal submitted".

Projects: demo list/details with scope, owner status, milestones and linked decisions; distinguish planned, in progress and completed. Fixtures are not real completed work.

Vote: read-only example overview/details reflecting the repository's actual governance lifecycle and allowed action types. Distinguish informal ideas from formal proposals. Clearly state live governance is not connected. No create/vote/queue/execute transactions.

Treasury: read-only development/reserve buckets, payments, returned principal and business proceeds. Separate principal returns from proceeds; distinguish available/reserved/paid values. Demo amounts need labels and asset units. Missing real values show "Not connected", never fabricated zero balances. No invented live revenue or cross-asset portfolio value.

IDEA STARTERS

Separate "Need a starting point?" section with four curated examples:

1. Build: a wallet-research tool.
2. Earn: test a niche paid newsletter.
3. Improve: clearer treasury reporting.
4. Experiment: a small builder project with a defined deliverable. Each explains purpose, beneficiary, first experiment, success-check prompt and main risks. "Use as a starting point" opens an editable draft retaining sourceTemplateId. Include Start from scratch and protect existing unsaved work. Label "Examples, not approved proposals". Exclude templates from live proposal/activity/vote counts. No automatic submission, funding, AI generation or paid service.

DATA AND COMPONENTS

No server DB/auth/API. Central typed fixtures separate templates, local drafts, ideas, governance, projects and treasury, with IDs/links and demo/local provenance. Version draft/theme storage separately; validate restored data and handle corruption/failure. User input renders as text, not HTML. Reuse shell, cards, badges, forms and empty/error notices. Cover no-results, invalid input, missing records and storage errors. Enable later data replacement without speculative integration work.

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

Order: shell/themes; fixtures/views; starters/drafts/storage; responsive/error/accessibility polish; frontend checks. Deliver source, lockfile, assets/licences, install/dev/build instructions, desktop/mobile screenshots in both themes, check results and demo-only/later-integration notes.

Pass criteria:

• All named routes, detail views, filters and controls work; no dead buttons or blank placeholder pages.
• Soft Studio layout, approved logo and both palettes match this brief.
• System theme and remembered manual override work, including reload.
• 375px, tablet and desktop layouts have no horizontal overflow; mobile cards stack and navigation remains usable.
• All four starters and blank drafting work; unsaved work is protected.
• Valid drafts save, reopen and edit after reload; invalid input/storage failure is reported honestly.
• Examples, demos and private drafts remain distinct; no pretend submissions, votes, users, balances or revenue.
• Keyboard use, focus, form labels and contrast work in both themes.
• Frontend build/typecheck and focused interaction checks pass without console errors in exercised flows.
• Existing contracts/config remain unchanged; excluded integrations/actions are not added.
