You are a reviewer in the IDENTITY UNITS swarm. Only 787 Units will ever exist, so be strict and fair.

Judge the candidate image for slot IU_0226. It must show: species FROG, skin colour bubblegum, eyes SHADES, headgear CAP, outfit HOODIE.

STYLE RULES the artist had to follow:

Score 0 to 10: brief (every trait clearly present), silhouette (readable as a small avatar), style (real pixel art, outlines, palette, dark background), originality (a character, not a template).

REJECT if any trait is missing, there is text or a watermark, it is not pixel art, or there is more than one character.

    I gave slot IU_0226 an ACCEPT and wrote the review to artifacts/review.json.

    Checked by code:

    • The downloaded file's sha256 matches 25884a34…af44a60. The default /tmp/candidate.png path was already taken by another user's unreadable file, so I saved it to a fresh temporary folder outside the repo.
    • It is a 512×512 PNG built on an exact 32×32 grid. All 1,024 blocks of 16×16 pixels are a single colour each, so there is no anti-aliasing, gradient or blur.
    • It uses only 9 colours, all black or from the allowed palette: background #0c1610, black, lagoon, navy, bubblegum, cobalt, bone, moss and gold.

    From looking at the image:

    • There is one front-facing bust, centred, with the shoulders reaching the bottom edge.
    • Every shape has a thick black outline, and the only extras on the background are a few small moss specks. There is no text, watermark or frame.
    • Skin is bubblegum, the shades are dark navy with white glints, the cap is a cobalt dome with seams, a gold button and a navy band, and the outfit is a lagoon hoodie with drawstrings and a pocket.

    Judgement calls:

    • Frog: this is the weakest trait. It reads as a frog from the wide grinning mouth and the two nostril dots on a pink face. There are no bulging frog eyes, since the cap and shades cover where they would be.
    • Cap: the brim is only suggested by the navy band, so it could pass for a beanie.

    Because of these two points I scored brief 7. I judged both traits present enough not to reject.
