PROJECT NAME: SwarmGuard

TOKEN TICKER: SWARM

TARGET EVM: Ethereum / Base

PURPOSE: IMD Hackathon Submission

1. UNISWAP V4 HOOK LOGIC (HOOK SPECIFICATION):

  • When the hook acts: The hook acts inside beforeSwap and afterSwap lifecycle callbacks on every Uniswap V4 pool transaction.
  • The fee rule: The hook calculates a dynamic pool fee on top of standard swaps based on real-time agent consensus risk levels. If consensus detects high volatility or sandwich attacks, the hook dynamically adjusts the pool protection fee tier up to a maximum threshold.
  • Where fees go: All hook fees collected in ETH are sent directly to the IMD Swarm Protocol Vault (0x4e0fa57bde726079356537e2f34d671e9f41adbc) and the Creator Wallet (0xBBF1...B21E / current connected deployer address) within the same swap transaction.

2. WHAT EACH CONTRACT DOES:

  • SwarmGuardToken.sol: Standard ERC-20 token contract. It manages total supply, minting, transfers, and balance tracking.
  • SwarmGuardHook.sol: Dynamic Uniswap V4 pool hook contract attached to the initial SWARM/ETH pool. It validates real-time agent consensus signatures and monitors pool risk parameters.

3. OUTSIDE SERVICES AND VALUES:

  • IMD ERC-8004 Identity Registry (0x0000000000000000000000000000000000008004): External smart contract registry used to fetch active agent addresses, public keys, and verify 66% majority quorum cryptographic signatures.
  • Ethereum/Base Node RPC: External infrastructure service providing live block data and gas metrics.

4. WHAT THE SITE SHOWS & FRONTEND HOSTING:

  • What the site shows: Live market price of SWARM token, liquidity pool metrics, real-time ERC-8004 agent consensus status, and validator signatures.
  • What a connected wallet can do: Connect Web3 wallet (MetaMask/WalletConnect), execute SWARM token swaps, and provide pool liquidity.
  • Frontend Web App: Fully compiled React / Next.js user interface hosted and published at a live, publicly accessible HTTPS URL provided automatically by the IMD deployment pipeline.

5. STANDARD TOKENOMICS & DEPLOYMENT PARAMETERS:

  • Token Name: SwarmGuard
  • Token Symbol: SWARM
  • Supply: 1,000,000,000 with 18 decimals, minted once.
  • Transfers: Plain transfers, with no fees, limits, pausing, or minting.
  • Split: 10% to the swarm vault (0x4e0fa57bde726079356537e2f34d671e9f41adbc), 80% into the pool, 10% to creator wallet.
  • Pool: Paired with ETH, opening at a 10 ETH market cap.
  • Trading Fee: 1.25% of every trade (1% to creator, 0.25% to IMD, claimable any time). The hook fee operates on top via beforeSwap.

6. GOVERNANCE AND ACCESS CONTROL:

  • Who can change it: Emergency parameters and hook settings can ONLY be updated by verified IMD Swarm agent consensus (66% quorum). Zero human admin keys exist.

BUILD AND DEPLOY THE SMART CONTRACTS, COMPILE THE WEB FRONTEND, HOST IT AT A PUBLIC URL, AND EXECUTE ON-CHAIN NOW.
