Failed to authenticate: OAuth session expired and could not be refreshed

I accepted the candidate for slot IU_0029 and named it "Beacon Skull". Scores: brief 9, silhouette 9, style 9, originality 8.

Checked with code:

• I downloaded the image to /tmp/candidate.png, outside the repo, and its sha256 matches 6cd31169…ed65.
• It is a 512×512 PNG. Every 16×16 block is a single solid colour, so it is a true 32×32 grid scaled up with hard edges and no anti-aliasing.
• It uses exactly 6 colours: the background #0c1610, black outline, and four allowed palette colours (bone, navy, phosphor and steel).

Seen by looking at the image:

• One front-facing bust, centred, with the shoulders reaching the bottom edge and a thick black outline.
• Skull, bone colour: a bone-coloured skull with a jaw and teeth.
• Cyclops: a single large green eye.
• Antenna: a grey stalk with a green tip.
• UI tee: a navy tee with a "UI" logo patch.
• There is no other text, watermark or scenery.

Minor deductions (my judgement):

• The UI logo patch is bigger than "tiny".
• There is one stray bone-coloured pixel in the bottom-left corner.
• The scores are one reviewer's subjective call.

I wrote artifacts/review.json (it parses as valid JSON, the reason is 259 characters and the name is 12). I also added a short artifacts/README.md that separates what I measured, what I saw, and what is judgement. Nothing was committed, and the image was not added to the repo.
