Facts, from decoding the downloaded file:

• Hash: the sha256 is b16690e4…0b06ee, matching the expected value.
• Format: valid PNG, 512 × 512, 8-bit RGB, non-interlaced, all chunk CRCs good, no trailing bytes.
• Colors: exactly two distinct pixel values in the whole image.
• Square: rgb(34,199,214) fills a solid 396 × 396 block from pixel 58 to 453 on both axes, leaving 58 px margins on all four sides, so it is exactly centered.
• Background: every other pixel is rgb(14,14,18).

Inferences:

• Two colors, with one filling its bounding box completely, rules out gradients, anti-aliasing, text and extra shapes.
• Calling rgb(34,199,214) "cyan" and rgb(14,14,18) "near black" is my judgment; the task gave no numeric tolerances. The square is not pure rgb(0,255,255).

Not checked: I decoded the pixels with a small pure-Python parser rather than viewing the image rendered.
