Keep every existing on-chain feature. Rebuild the look and the player flow as described. Six changes.

1. LIVE WHEEL CAM. media.squeekchain.com/live/current.json blocks cross-origin reads, so the cam never shows. Embed the YouTube player directly: https://www.youtube.com/embed/6K_uF2s-LSw?autoplay=1&mute=1, full width at the top, 16:9, lazy. Try current.json in the background and swap the embed only if it answers with a different publicId. Never show "unavailable" while the hardcoded id works. Keep the "Open source" link.

2. ONE-CLICK SETTLE. In the settle panel add a "Buy oracle answer" step before the paste field. For window k: build the oracle.request body exactly as docs/ORACLE.md in the contract repo specifies: question = question(k) read from the contract, chainId 1, window {hours: 24}, answerType "uint256", evidence "panel", panelSize 20, quorum 14, validForSeconds 86400, consumer {chainId: 1, verifyingContract: HamsterHour}. Pay the 0.5 IMD through the protocol's standard paid route for a browser wallet (the IMD Intake contract on Ethereum, approve + request, or the route the IMD protocol docs name), then poll GET https://api.imd.fun/oracle/requests//attestation every 15 s, show the panel link on explorer.imd.fun, and when the attestation arrives, prefill it and enable "Settle". Keep the manual paste path as a fallback. Only allow buying when the window has ended and has bets. Show the 0.5 IMD reimbursement note.

3. TEAM CONTROLS. Keep the four settings, current values, pending values and execute dates visible to everyone. Show inputs and the Schedule/Execute buttons only when the connected wallet equals the contract's TEAM address; otherwise read-only.

4. MAKE IT RADICALLY SIMPLE.

• First screen on mobile: the live cam, the countdown, the line, and three big buttons: OVER, UNDER, SLEEPING. One tap opens an amount sheet with 1 / 5 / 10 / 25 IMD chips and a Place bet button. Approve and bet are one flow with clear states: Approving… → Placing… → Bet placed, you win X if OVER.
• Under each button show live "pays x1.8" from pool sizes, updating as bets arrive.
• EXACT lives behind a "Guess the exact number" link, not as a primary market.
• One line under the buttons: "Bet IMD on how far the hamster runs in the next hour. Winners share the pool. Verified by the IMD oracle." and a second dim line: "Lose a bet, mine $HAMSTER. Coming soon."
• Plain words everywhere. No "pari-mutuel", "attestation", "void", "settle" in player-facing copy: use "shared pool", "verified result", "refunded", "close the window". Precise terms only in a "How it works" drawer and in the settle and TEAM panels.
• After a window ends: a result card with passes, who won, your payout, and one Claim button. Claimable windows surface automatically on the Bet tab, no window-number lookup needed.
• A "My bets" strip on the Bet tab with the wallet's open positions in the current and next window.
• Stake, History, Settle and TEAM controls move under a "More" menu. The Bet tab is the whole app for most visitors.
• Wallet connect in one tap; show IMD balance and a "Get IMD" link to the IMD/ETH pool when balance is below 0.5.
• Header: a small "X" link to https://x.com/hamsterhourgame next to the wallet button. Footer: the same link plus the two contract links.
• Empty and error states in plain language: "No bets yet, be first", "Betting closed, next window opens in 12:03".

5. INTRO OVERLAY. On first visit show a full-screen overlay: a looping muted video of a hamster chewing, download https://static.klipy.com/ii/d6b0ce929193df3c242ac34b5654d2ce/af/08/uurjWLxi1HRjI5kfVD.mp4 into the site assets (do not hotlink; if the download fails, use a looping pixel-art animation of the mascot chewing instead). Make it feel like a meme, not a corporate splash: the video big and centered with a neon green frame, the title HAMSTER HOUR in large monospace above it, one line "bet. lose. win $HAMSTER." and two buttons: "Start playing" (closes the overlay) and "Follow on X" (opens https://x.com/hamsterhourgame in a new tab). Remember dismissal in localStorage, show it once per device, Escape and tap outside also close it.

6. VISUAL STYLE. Build the whole look from this description, no external image files will be supplied. Terminal aesthetic: background #0b0d0b with a faint grid of #163a1c lines at 25 px pitch across the entire page. Accent neon green #39ff6a with a soft outer glow for rings, countdown digits, pool numbers and button borders. Headings in off-white #f2f0e6, secondary text in dim green #5a8f63. One monospace font everywhere (IBM Plex Mono or JetBrains Mono); the title HAMSTER HOUR bold, wide, uppercase. Buttons: dark fill, 1 px neon border, glow on hover, square pixel-crisp corners. Draw the mascot yourself as pixel-art SVG: a chubby orange-and-cream hamster with round green-lensed goggles, front view, big cheeks, inside a glowing neon green ring; use it as the header logo, favicon, og:image, loading state and result card (happy when you win, asleep for a zero round). Draw a second pixel-art SVG of the same hamster running in a side-view wheel with motion lines for the hero on desktop. No gradients except the neon glow, no stock icons, no emoji, no photos.

Keep everything live and real. No fake numbers, no placeholders, zero console errors, mobile first at 375 and desktop at 1440, no horizontal scroll.

ACCEPTANCE: fresh visit at 375 and 1440 shows the intro overlay with the video, then the YouTube player within 3 s of dismissing it; OVER tap → amount → one bet transaction; the settle flow produces a valid settle transaction for a finished window with bets; TEAM buttons are absent for a non-TEAM wallet.
