The restyle is complete and verified. Here is where things stand.

What changed

• The whole site now uses imd.fun's visual system, read from its live stylesheet: black paper and white ink, dark by default with a light theme stored under the same imd-theme key imd.fun uses, IBM Plex Mono for all text, 1.5px rules instead of shadows or radius, 40px square pill navigation, and tracked uppercase labels.
• The Pepe layer is one green accent on the primary action, focus ring, IMD mark, headline line and status dots, plus an original SVG frog mascot in the market card and footer. The hero copy echoes imd.fun's token page ("Get IMD. Buy it. Hold it.", "Every sell burns supply") with one meme wink in the eyebrow; error and transaction copy stay plain.
• The four IBM Plex Mono faces are bundled locally with their OFL license, replacing Manrope. No dependency, lockfile or build config changed.
• Trading logic in src/chain.ts, src/contracts.ts and src/trade.ts is untouched.

Checks that ran

• Typecheck passed and the production build succeeded from the unchanged lockfile; the committed dist/ is byte-identical to that build and uses relative asset URLs.
• Unit tests: 8 of 8 passed through Node's test runner with the tsx loader. Plain npm test failed on a sandbox restriction on tsx's IPC pipe, which the README documents with the working alternative.
• Browser inspection of the export at 1440, 768, 390 and 320 pixels in both themes showed no horizontal overflow, all local resources loading, and only the expected offline RPC errors. Real clicks verified the theme toggle, wallet dialog and no-wallet recovery, Escape with focus return, settings keyboard focus, direction switch, presets, offline quote error with retry, the reverse button, hash navigation and the skip link.
• Rendered contrast was measured in both themes. The lowest text pair is the light accent at 5.35:1, everything else at 7.46:1 or better.
• Better Interface review across six domains found four defects, all fixed and rechecked: a three-line headline orphan, eyebrow icon alignment at 320, the floating swap-note icon, and the mascot vanishing on phones.

Documentation

DESIGN.md documents the final tokens, typography, layout, shapes and components with source paths. README.md covers install, preview, rebuild, publish and the actual validation results. test/validation.md holds the coverage table, findings, commands, interactions and limitations. test/export-manifest.json was regenerated.

Limitations recorded honestly

• The recorded regression script needs the browser tool's code-execution method, which was not permitted this session, so wallet-connected, review and pending states were reviewed in source only. Their logic is unchanged since the 2026-09-29 validation.
• No screenshot files are committed because the browser tool could not write into the repository and its output directory is not readable from the shell.
• No axe scan, native zoom, screen-reader or physical-device pass this session.

Nothing is committed; the working tree holds the changes ready for the network's review and publisher.
