What the requester said about it: The SWARMLERHook implements a Uniswap v4 hook with 1.25% pool fee and an additional 1% burn fee on every swap, taken from the actual BalanceDelta on the unspecified currency side in afterSwap. Burned tokens accumulate until swept by anyone to the dead address (0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD). Paired currency fees (from buybacks) accrue inside the hook.
