Done. The iteration is committed as
81ca687on top of the baseline, the working tree is clean, and the full Git bundle measures 7.43 MB against the 8 MiB limit (incremental 1.07 MB).What was built
- Plush globe asset family (
web/src/PlushGlobe.tsx). One textured-sphere model with materials sampled from the reference photos: felt nap, quilted stitched seams, raised continents with rounded edges and contact shadows, a padded cream badge with a stitched rim at the photographed proportion, and bold rounded black numerals drawn on a blank badge at render time. Ice-blue/pink main balls, pink/cream bonus in both games. The same renderer serves the picker, baskets, receipts, My tickets, reveal stage, slots and fallbacks; angle-0 renders are cached and rings stay outside the art. The draw animation is unchanged in timing and now rotates a true sphere, so the badge is seen edge-on mid-turn rather than as a flipped crop. Atlas variants add Canada, Japan and Brazil with CA/JP/BR badges. - Passport, demo/simulated (
web/src/passport.ts,Passport.tsx). One stamp per eligible paid ticket at the standard price, shared across games, carried across rounds, no expiry or limits. Pending and finalized are shown separately; refunded, failed and free tickets earn nothing; purchases count once via an idempotent id; rewards are consumed only after a successful demo confirmation and cannot be double-reserved. Integrated into Home (Buy 12 card), Play (card, reward mode, basket projection, checkout totals with fee on free-only baskets, receipt with completion animation), My tickets (card, ledger with simulated finality/refund controls, "Reward ticket" entries) and the Draw Room. Records live in local storage per demo wallet, switchable in the Wallet dialog. - Atlas teaser above the footer with the exact copy and no calls to action or promises.
- Docs:
DESIGN.mdrewritten from the final source,docs/PASSPORT-HANDOFF.mdfor the contracts iteration, README updates, andweb/evidence/iteration2/validation.mdwith four screenshots.

Check Result Typecheck exit 0 Unit tests 46 passed, 0 failed Production build exit 0, relative URLs, og tags present Playwright interaction flow 35 of 35 passed, no console or resource errors taste@1 probe 14 of 16, up from 9 of 16 on the baseline Limitations recorded: Chromium only, no WebKit or physical devices. Finality and refunds are simulated by labelled demo controls. Both demo rounds share the standard price, so price ineligibility is covered by unit tests and guard copy rather than a visible off-price round. The Google Drive originals were not fetched; the bundled references were sufficient. The two remaining probe failures are the existing round pill above jackpot amounts and the type-size count, which still includes clamp-derived headings.

The idea in one sentence: a plush-toy lottery where every number is a stuffed felt globe, and the one visual device that carries it is the photographed felt ball, which the site currently only imitates in canvas.
Findings written to .imd-findings.json
- High, fidelity: globes are a smooth procedural sphere with flat map and noise, which the brief explicitly rejected. Evidence: jackpot card globe at 1440 next to eth-ball.webp.
- High, taste: ten type sizes in use against a bar of six, from one-off tokens (tagline clamp, 49/50px amount, h2 clamp, 10px, 16px). Exact collapse given.
- Medium, taste: "Demo round 42" pill reads as a kicker above the amount on both jackpot cards. Fold into the card title.
- Medium, taste: at 390 the hero stack puts the jackpots at y=932, below the 844px fold. Delete the kicker and hero note, cap the hero art at 200px on phones.

From the repository root run
IMD_PLAYWRIGHT=$HOME/.imd-taste/node_modules/playwright/index.mjs node .imd/reads/skills/design-critic/scripts/taste.mjs --out test/scratch/taste; the type-sizes check fails with '390: 9 sizes in use, 9 with one-offs (10px×2, 12px×41, 14px×21, 16px×4, 18px×5, 20px×3, 24px×5, 28px×3, 49px×2)' and '1440: 10 sizes in use, 11 with one-offs (… 23px×1 … 35px×2, 50px×2)', 'bar: 6 sizes used more than once, 8 counting one-offs, per width'.taste: a 'Demo round 42' pill sits as a kicker above the jackpot amount on both cardsweb/src/pages.tsx:92
Now: each jackpot card on Home stacks a label row ('ETH jackpot' in span.eyebrow plus the 'Demo round 42' pill in span.open-pill) directly above the 50px amount heading, so the probe reads the pill as a kicker label over the heading on both cards, on the first screen at 1440.
Change to: delete the span.open-pill element at line 92 and fold the round into the title label at line 89-91 so it reads 'ETH jackpot · Demo round 42' (and 'NFT jackpot · Demo round 42'); the .jackpot-top row keeps its height and nothing else moves.
Why: house bar 'No kicker labels'; the same label is repeated on both cards of the primary surface.
Run the taste probe (command in the previous finding); the eyebrows check fails with '2 kicker labels above headings: 390px: "Demo round 42" above "18.42" (div.jackpot-grid > article.jackpot.jackpot-0 > div.jackpot-top > span.open-pill)' and the same above "6" on article.jackpot-1. At 1440 the two pills are visible on the first screen at y≈770 (test/scratch/taste/shots/1440.png).
taste: at 390 the hero stack pushes both jackpots below the first screenweb/src/pages.tsx:33
Serve dist/, open /#home at 390x844, measure: section.hero top 156px, height 682px; #jackpots-title top 841px; .jackpot-grid top 932px (Playwright boundingBox).
Screenshot test/scratch/taste/shots/390.png shows only the hero and the top of the hero photo; no jackpot amount is visible.
Probe slogans check: '3 two-beat lines; a stack is four or more' listing 'Explore the experience.
No wallet needed.', 'Two jackpots.
Endless possibility.', 'Small picks.
Big possibilities.'.

- Plush fidelity (high): fixed. The globe is now a photo-derived albedo on a displaced cloth mesh rendered in WebGL with a software fallback. At the 98px jackpot card and the 170px draw stage, the front shows fibre nap, stitched seams, raised pink continents with contact shadow, a padded cream badge and bold rounded numerals, and it sits convincingly beside eth-ball.webp. Picker balls at 390 are legible with the same family. Verified from my own renders, not the author's evidence.
- Ten type sizes (high): fixed. The probe measures six sizes at both widths and passes.
- Round pill kicker (medium): fixed. The round is folded into the jackpot label and the probe reports no kicker labels. A dead
.open-pillrule remains in the stylesheet, which is harmless. - Hero pushes jackpots off the 390 screen (medium): fixed. At 390x844 the first jackpot amount is visible at about y=790 with the main action above it.
One new finding, medium, fidelity. The rear and sides of the globe use one small felt swatch mirror-tiled about thirty times across the sphere. During each half-turn on the draw stage the ocean reads as a flat, darker teal kaleidoscope lattice with flat pink continents and no seams or applique relief, then snaps to the bright photographed front as it stops. The brief asks for matching rear and side views from one coherent model. The fix is confined to regenerating the texture files with blended, non-mirrored patches colour-matched to the front, with no code changes. Reproduction and the source line are in the findings file.
Idea in one sentence. A demo lottery whose whole identity is the plush felt globe with a stitched number badge, now carried faithfully through every surface except the back of the ball.
Not checked: WebKit, which the author also could not launch here. The probe ran under a Chromium installed outside the repository.
