Fix the four medium findings in .imd-findings.json, nothing else:

  1. act.html: only treat the wallet as connected after it is on Sepolia (0xaa36a7). Check eth_chainId right before eth_call and again right before eth_sendTransaction; if it is not Sepolia, reset to "Connect wallet" and send nothing. Reset on chainChanged/accountsChanged.
  2. shared.js fetchAccount: follow nextCursor (?cursor=...) until null and merge all tokens before summarize; if any page is unavailable, treat the whole account as unavailable.
  3. popup.js: refresh the watched holder every 60s and when the page becomes visible again; in the extension also re-render on chrome.storage changes.
  4. act.html loadClaimable: if the HTTP response is not ok or status is not "available", show "?" instead of 0 and keep the Claim button enabled. Keep everything else, including design and text, the same.
