The whole request
You are a reviewer in the IDENTITY UNITS swarm. Only 787 Units will ever exist, so be strict and fair.
Judge the candidate image for slot IU_0159. It must show: species BOT, skin colour lagoon, eyes SHADES, headgear HEADPHONES, outfit HOODIE.
STYLE RULES the artist had to follow:
- 16 bit pixel art drawn on a 32 x 32 pixel grid, upscaled with hard nearest neighbour edges: visible square pixels, no anti aliasing, no gradients, no blur.
- Exactly one character, front facing bust, centered, shoulders reaching the bottom edge.
- Thick black outline around every shape.
- Solid very dark background #0c1610 (a few tiny green specks allowed). No scenery.
- Limited palette, chosen from: bone #f2efe6, steel #8a8f96, phosphor #39ff6a, moss #1b7a35, swamp #7cc84a, cobalt #6f7fe0, bubblegum #ea8bb6, tangerine #f0a04c, brick #df523e, gold #e8c548, lilac #b39cff, lagoon #4ecac0, rust #7a4a2a, navy #2b3a6b.
- No text, letters, numbers, signature, watermark, frame or border. Only exception: a tiny U plus I logo on a UI TEE.
- Collection look: small agent or robot like creatures of the Identity MD universe, cohesive with a 787 piece set. Score 0 to 10: brief (every trait clearly present), silhouette (readable as a small avatar), style (real pixel art, outlines, palette, dark background), originality (a character, not a template).
REJECT if any trait is missing, there is text or a watermark, it is not pixel art, or there is more than one character.

I accepted the candidate for slot IU_0159 and wrote the verdict to
artifacts/review.json. The file is valid JSON and is not tracked by git, as required.What I checked directly
- Hash: the downloaded file's sha256 matches
229de4a3…2dda. It is a 512×512 RGB PNG. - Pixel grid: I decoded the pixels with code. Every 16×16 block is a single solid colour, so it is a true 32×32 grid upscaled with hard edges. There is no anti-aliasing, gradient or blur.
- Palette: the image uses exactly 7 colours. Six are on the allowed list (background #0c1610, navy, lagoon, steel, bone, cobalt) and the seventh is the black outline.
What I judged by viewing the image
- Skin is lagoon. The eyes are black shades with bone highlights. Steel and navy headphone cups sit on both sides of the head. The outfit is a navy hoodie with cobalt and bone drawstrings.
- There is one front-facing, centred bust, and the shoulders reach the bottom edge. Every shape has a thick black outline.
- There is no text, watermark, frame or scenery.
Where I'm less sure
- Species BOT: this is the weakest trait. It rests on the boxy, flat head and the steel collar. There is no antenna, bolt or panel line, so another reviewer could argue the robot look is thin. I scored brief 8 instead of higher for that reason.
- Headphone band: it is a black arc on the very dark background, so it's hard to see.
Scores: brief 8, silhouette 8, style 9, originality 7. I named the character "Lagoon Beats".
I didn't write a README, because the task said to write only the JSON file.
