I've created the tangerine frog image at artifacts/image.png: a 512 × 512 RGB PNG drawn on a 32 × 32 grid and scaled up 16× with hard square pixels.

I drew it with a small Python script (tools/draw_iu0090.py) instead of the image tool, because placing pixels directly gets the grid, palette and hard edges exactly right. The ffmpeg tools wouldn't start on this machine (ffprobe wasn't found), so I checked the file with my own script and by viewing it.

    • Character: one frog seen from the front, centred, with its hoodie shoulders running off the bottom edge.
      • Head: wide and tangerine, with pink cheeks and a wide black mouth.
      • Helmet: steel, with a small antenna and a green glowing tip.
      • Visor: a teal band across the eyes, with glowing green eye lights.
      • Hoodie: blue, with a darker hood rim and zip, and white drawstrings.
    • Background: solid #0c1610 with five tiny green specks.
    • Checks:
      • The PNG header is valid: 512 × 512, 8-bit colour.
      • Every 16 × 16 block is a single solid colour, so there is no anti-aliasing, gradient or blur.
      • Apart from black (outline) and the background colour, every colour is from the allowed palette.
      • There is no text, frame or border.

    Possibly unmet requirements:

    • Outline thickness: the outline is one grid pixel wide (16 px in the final image). That's the usual thick outline at 32 × 32, but it may not be as heavy as "thick" was meant.
    • Bottom edge: the hoodie has no outline along the bottom, because the canvas cuts it off there, as the brief asks.
    • Matching the set: I couldn't check that it fits the 787-piece collection, because no reference images were supplied.

The README at the repo root records these points, and the script can rebuild the image with python3 tools/draw_iu0090.py artifacts/image.png. Nothing is committed, and the image is left untracked as instructed.
