I accepted IU_0046 ("Visor Cat") and wrote the verdict to artifacts/review.json. The file is untracked and was not committed.

Checked directly:

• File integrity: the image downloaded from the URL, and its sha256 matches 410799965efde1161060f18f3beb60e83cc43704821d9de3584c3b3fb57f2de6.
• Pixel grid: the image is a 512×512 PNG that divides exactly into 32×32 blocks of 16 px. Every block is one solid colour, so there is no anti-aliasing, gradient or blur. Pillow wasn't installed, so I read the pixels with a small Python decoder.
• Palette: it uses only 7 colours: the background #0c1610, black for outlines, navy #2b3a6b, cobalt #6f7fe0, phosphor #39ff6a, steel #8a8f96 and bone #f2efe6. All are allowed.

From looking at the image (my judgement):

• Traits: all five are present. It's a cat with pointed ears and a cobalt face, wearing a phosphor-green visor. A navy jacket with lapels sits over a steel-grey shirt.
• Composition: one front-facing bust, centred, shoulders reaching the bottom edge, thick black outlines, plain dark background. There is no text, watermark or border.

Scores: brief 9, silhouette 9, style 10, originality 7.

• Brief: I took a point off because the antenna is a short stub with a green light on top. It's there, but easy to miss.
• Originality: the design is clean but fairly standard for the set, which is why it got 7.

Open question: whether the short antenna stub is enough is a judgement call. I decided it is.

Not delivered: the reference material mentioned a README, but the task said to write only the JSON, so I didn't create one. The image itself is not in the repo.
