Build a finished, public, English-first web app called Squeek Stream Kit for Squeekchain streamers and viewers on Sepolia.

It is a stream companion (not a read-only dashboard): (1) an OBS-friendly overlay page that shows live wheel status, RPM, Squeek block progress, and round countdown with clear SPINNING / IDLE alerts; (2) a control page where a connected wallet can arm alerts, copy OBS browser-source URLs, and send one optional harmless Sepolia action—approve(self, 0) on the live SQK token—as a Cheer the hamster ping. Never request or store a private key.

Prove ownership for Genesis Buildooooor by paying this first IMD job from a wallet already verified on the builder’s Squeekchain Genesis profile. Include a short README stating it is a community project for the Squeekchain Buildooooor badge. Dark theme, responsive, Sepolia-only for wallet actions.

Ship a static/IPFS-friendly build suitable for Genesis IMD import.

    • highfidelity: the required community-project README is missingsrc/Control.tsx:256

Now: The community-project statement exists only in the page footer and package metadata; the delivered tree has no README.

Change to: Add a short README.md stating “Squeek Stream Kit is a community project for the Squeekchain Buildooooor badge.” Include the existing control/overlay entry points and static-build usage.

Why: The brief explicitly requires a short README stating that this is a community project for the Squeekchain Buildooooor badge; footer copy does not supply that file.

At 390px (also independent of viewport), open the control page and scroll to the footer to see the quoted statement.

Then run git ls-files and rg --files -g "*README*" -g "*readme*": no README is present in the repository or exported files.

Expected: a short README carrying the community-project statement.

Actual: only src/Control.tsx:256 and package.json:6 carry it.

    • highbug: wrong-network wallet controls overflow the 320px pagesrc/styles.css:208

Now: The header keeps the brand and the two wrong-network wallet controls on one flex row, with no wrapping. At 320px, Switch to Sepolia and Disconnect force horizontal page overflow.

Change to: Add flex-wrap: wrap to the existing .top rule so the existing .wallet-ctl group can move intact below the brand when it cannot fit. Keep both controls fully visible and preserve their 44px heights.

Why: The brief requires a responsive app, and the review bar prohibits horizontal scrolling at 320px; the network-recovery controls must stay usable on a narrow phone.

Chromium at 320 × 700: use a read-only EIP-6963 mock provider with a public test address, connect it on Sepolia, then emit chainChanged with 0x1 (or change an already connected wallet to Ethereum).

The header shows Switch to Sepolia and Disconnect.

      Measured document.documentElement.scrollWidth = 385 while innerWidth = 320; Disconnect spans x=278.48 to x=385.28, putting 65.28px beyond the viewport.

At 390 × 844 the same control extends beyond the 374px content edge to 385.28px.

Expected: both controls stay within the viewport without horizontal scrolling.

No real wallet, signature or transaction is required.

    • mediumaccessibility: keyboard focus escapes the modal wallet dialogsrc/ConnectSheet.tsx:30

Now: The wallet sheet declares aria-modal="true" and focuses Close, but its key handler only handles Escape; background controls remain in the tab order.

Change to: Contain Tab and Shift+Tab within the existing dialog while it is open, and make the background inert; preserve the current Escape dismissal and opener-focus restoration.

Why: A modal dialog must keep keyboard navigation within its controls so keyboard and assistive-technology users can complete or dismiss the wallet selection without navigating obscured content.

Chromium, 390 × 844, no wallet installed: open the control page, activate Connect, then press Tab three times.

Measured focus sequence: Close → Browser wallet → Coinbase Wallet → Copy OBS URL (outside [role=dialog]); subsequent Tabs reach the page checkboxes while the modal remains visible.

Expected: Tab from Coinbase Wallet cycles to Close.

Shift+Tab from Close should likewise stay inside the dialog.

    • mediumbug: alert setup copy promises wallet storage for browser-only settingssrc/Control.tsx:155

Now: The Arm alerts panel says settings are saved “to your wallet,” while loadArmed and arm only read/write the squeek-stream-kit:armed localStorage key. The wallet address only labels that browser record.

Change to: Replace the sentence with “Arming saves these picks in this browser for this wallet.”

Why: Streamers need to know where their setup is stored; reconnecting the same wallet in OBS or another browser cannot retrieve a record kept only in the original browser.

At 390 × 844, scroll to Arm alerts and read “Arming saves these picks to your wallet.” Inspect src/Control.tsx:25–31 and :84–88: persistence is exclusively localStorage.getItem/setItem(ARMED_KEY); no wallet storage or synchronization is performed.

A fresh browser context has no corresponding record regardless of wallet address.

Expected: browser-local persistence is disclosed beside the Arm alerts control; actual copy assigns storage to the wallet.

    • mediumbug: unavailable cheer logs silently disable independent wheel alertssrc/Overlay.tsx:40

Now: Every live alert shares a baseline effect that returns until both core state and cheer history have loaded. If eth_getLogs fails, fresh IDLE/SPINNING telemetry still updates the wheel badge and RPM, but no SPINNING, IDLE or block-complete banners can fire; the standalone overlay does not explain this dependency failure.

Change to: Maintain the wheel and block alert baselines when their own data is available, and initialize cheer comparison only after the first successful cheer-history read. Keep the first successful cheer result as a baseline so history is not replayed.

Why: The brief requires clear live SPINNING/IDLE alerts; an optional cheer-history read must not silently disable independent wheel alerts.

      Chromium, 390 × 844: open #/overlay?layout=card&alerts=spin,idle,block,cheer.

In browser request interception, allow real eth_call reads to succeed; return JSON-RPC error {code:-32000,message:"getLogs temporarily unavailable"} for eth_getLogs on both configured Sepolia RPC hosts.

Serve /v1/status with a fresh measurement initially {coreStatus:"IDLE",freshness:"online",rpmMilli:0}, then change it to {coreStatus:"SPINNING",freshness:"online",rpmMilli:123400} before the next 5-second poll.

Observed after 5.2 seconds: badge says SPINNING and RPM is 123.4, block data remains visible, but there is no .ov-alert-spin element or banner.

Control experiment with eth_getLogs returning [] shows the SPINNING banner on the same transition.

No wallet or transaction is involved.

    • mediumbug: cached Sepolia data remains presented as live after read failuressrc/Overlay.tsx:67

Now: A failed background core read is hidden whenever cached data exists. The overlay keeps its old block number and progress under the normal Squeekchain · Sepolia footer, and Recent cheers likewise hides read errors when it has cached rows. core.readAt is collected but never shown.

Change to: Use the existing overlay footer and cheer status copy to disclose failed refreshes alongside retained values, for example “Sepolia update failed; showing last read” and “Cheers could not refresh; showing last read.” Surface the existing core.readAt timestamp so the age is clear.

Why: The product promises live wheel/block information. Retaining a last successful value is useful only when the visitor can distinguish it from a successful current read.

Chromium, 390 × 844: load the control page with successful live Sepolia reads and note Block 7,662 / 91.1% and Recent cheers.

Then intercept every JSON-RPC call to both configured Sepolia RPC hosts and return {code:-32000,message:"RPC temporarily unavailable"}; keep the telemetry API working.

Wait 27 seconds, covering two 12-second refresh intervals and retries.

Actual: the same block/progress and cheer rows remain, the footer still says Squeekchain · Sepolia, and neither surface reports a failed or stale read.

Expected: retained chain values are explicitly marked as coming from the last successful read.

    • mediumbug: countdown and block percentage never recover from an initial configuration-read failuresrc/live.ts:28

Now: SqueekCore configuration is attempted initially with three retries and no later refresh. When those attempts fail, the overlay leaves Round ends in at ––:–– and omits the block percentage indefinitely, even after subsequent Sepolia reads recover. There is no configuration error or retry affordance.

Change to: Retry a failed configuration read every 12 seconds until it succeeds, then retain the successful immutable configuration as currently intended. For example, use refetchInterval: (query) => query.state.data ? false : 12_000, and reuse the existing overlay footer to say “Sepolia configuration unavailable; retrying” while it has failed.

Why: The brief requires live Squeek block progress and a round countdown; a temporary startup failure must have an observable recovery path for an unattended OBS source.

Chromium, 390 × 844: open the control page with normal telemetry, core-state and cheer reads.

Intercept the configuration() eth_call (data 0x6c70bee9) on both configured Sepolia RPC hosts and return JSON-RPC {code:-32000,message:"temporary configuration read failure"}; allow all other methods to succeed.

After 12.5 seconds, four failed configuration attempts have occurred: wheel is IDLE, RPM 0.0 and Block 7,662 appears, but the percentage is absent and countdown is ––:––.

Restore successful configuration responses and wait another 25 seconds.

Actual: no new configuration request is made and both values remain absent, with the normal Squeekchain · Sepolia footer.

Expected: the next retry restores both values without reloading the OBS source.

  4. Build websiteAgent #71719 files changedsent back

I fixed all seven review findings and reproduced each one before changing anything. I left the changes uncommitted, as the previous round's harness did the commit. Each finding has an answer in .imd-responses.json.

    Fixed:

    1. No README (high): added README.md. It opens with "Squeek Stream Kit is a community project for the Squeekchain Buildooooor badge." It also covers the control and overlay pages, OBS setup, how to install, preview and rebuild, what the page shows when reads fail, this round's test results, and limitations. DESIGN.md was also missing from the repository, so I added it at the root, written from the final source.
    2. Header overflow at 320px (high): the page measured 455px wide at both 320 and 390. The header and the wallet buttons can now wrap, so Switch to Sepolia and Disconnect drop to their own row and stay 44px tall. The page now measures exactly the screen width at 320 and 390.
    3. Keyboard focus left the wallet dialog: Tab and Shift+Tab now cycle inside it, and the page behind can't be reached while it is open. Escape still closes it and puts focus back on Connect.
    4. Wrong storage copy: it now says "Arming saves these picks in this browser for this wallet."
    5. Wheel alerts died when cheer history failed: each data source now starts its own alert tracking, so wheel and block alerts work without cheers, and cheers that load late are not replayed as new. The SPINNING banner now appears in the reviewer's scenario.
    6. Old data shown as live: the overlay now says "Sepolia update failed; showing last read HH:MM:SS" when a refresh fails. Recent cheers says "Cheers could not refresh; showing last read."
    7. No recovery after the configuration read failed: it now retries every 12 seconds until it succeeds, and says "Sepolia configuration unavailable; retrying" meanwhile. The countdown and block percentage came back within 26 seconds of the reads working again, without a reload.

Checks, run on the final export:

    • npm run build (includes the typecheck) passed, and npm run typecheck passed.
    • Unit tests: 7 of 7 passed, including a new one for item 5.
    • Interaction tests: 13 of 13 passed. I added checks for the dialog focus and for the 320px wrong-network overflow.
    • Design probe: all 16 checks passed at 320, 390 and 1440. The 390 screenshot shows the product and its main action on the first screen.

I also changed one existing test. It had been failing before this revision because connecting the mock wallet put it straight on Sepolia, so the wrong-network state never appeared. It now moves the wallet to Ethereum after connecting.

    Limitations:

    • The wheel status service blocks the headless browser on this machine, so the wheel reads OFFLINE in the probe's screenshots. My tests replaced that service with a stand-in; the Sepolia blockchain reads were real.
    • I didn't test a real wallet extension, a phone wallet, a real transaction, OBS itself, or a screen reader.
    • The Genesis ownership payment has to be made by the requester from their own verified wallet. Nothing in this repository makes it.

    • highbug: SPINNING with 123.4 RPM overflows the card at phone widthssrc/styles.css:482

Now: The card's .ov-top keeps the SPINNING badge and RPM on one unwrappable flex row. A fresh 123.4 RPM measurement makes the control-page preview and standalone card wider than 320px and 390px viewports, pushing RPM, block percentage and countdown beyond the right edge.

Change to: Add flex-wrap: wrap to the existing .ov-top rule so the RPM group moves below the wheel badge when necessary; let the existing grid rows move down with it. Keep the data text at its current readable sizes. A browser-only trial of this rule eliminated the overflow at both widths and left the 480px card unchanged.

Why: The brief requires a responsive live stream companion. Its normal SPINNING state must keep the live values visible without horizontal scrolling. This is separate from the previously reported wrong-network header overflow, whose fix now passes.

Chromium and WebKit, 390 × 844 (repeat at 320 × 844): serve the committed dist/ and open the control page.

Intercept only https://api.squeekchain.com/v1/status and return HTTP 200 JSON {"generatedAt":"","measurement":{"coreStatus":"SPINNING","freshness":"online","observedAt":"","staleAfterSeconds":120,"rpmMilli":123400}} on each poll.

Let both configured Sepolia RPC hosts answer normally.

Once SPINNING, 123.4 RPM and Block 7,662 are visible, measure document.documentElement.scrollWidth and the .ov-top/.ov-stat bounding boxes.

At 390px the page scrollWidth is 431 and .ov-stat.right is 414.21875; at 320px scrollWidth is 361 and .ov-stat.right is 344.296875.

      Open #/overlay?layout=card&alerts=spin,idle,block,cheer with the same response: scrollWidth is 410 at 390px (.ov-stat.right 410.21875), and 340 at 320px.

Screenshots show the RPM unit, percentage and countdown crossing the viewport edge.

Expected: all values remain within the viewport.

Injecting .ov-top { flex-wrap: wrap } in the browser reduces both routes' scrollWidth to exactly 390/320 respectively; at 480px neither route changes.

No wallet or transaction is needed.

The previous overflow bug is fixed. The wrapping rule in src/styles.css:484 passes the original reproduction in Chromium and WebKit: fresh SPINNING telemetry, 123.4 RPM, and live Sepolia RPC reads.

At 320/390 pixels, both routes now have document widths exactly matching the viewport. RPM, percentage and countdown remain inside the card, with their original font sizes. All 16 responsive cases, 12 focused interaction checks and 13 existing interaction checks passed. Wider card geometry remains unchanged.

The visual idea is a compact wheel-status instrument panel, using large live numerals and amber controls.

No new reproducible defects were found. .imd-findings.json contains {"findings":[]}. Site files are unchanged. Wallet transactions used a mock provider; no real transaction or native OBS session was exercised.
