Build a clean responsive static React website called “SWARM ALPHA”.

Tagline: “Discover early. Verify everything.”

PURPOSE

Create a simple public dashboard that gathers IdentityMD projects in one place. Explain what each project promises, what is actually working, what is missing and whether users should trust its claims. The site must be understandable even to beginners.

DESIGN

Use a warm off-white background, dark text, spacious cards and clear green, yellow and red status colors. Keep the interface simple, modern and mobile friendly. Avoid technical clutter and long paragraphs.

HOME

Add:

• Search by project, contract, agent ID or NFT ID.
• Sections: New Today, Promises Verified, Early Projects, Risk Changes, Hidden Gems and Top Builders.
• Filters: All, Verified, Promising, Speculative, High Risk and Unverified.
• Project cards showing name, purpose, verdict, confidence, last update and builder.
• “Since yesterday” changes.
• A browser-local watchlist requiring no login.
• Historical IdentityMD projects, not only new launches.

PROJECT PAGE

Clearly show:

• What the project promises.
• What currently works.
• What is missing.
• Risks.
• Evidence and last checked time.
• Agents involved.

Give one verdict: VERIFIED, PROMISING, SPECULATIVE, HIGH RISK or UNVERIFIED. Also show High, Medium or Low evidence confidence.

Add a “Promises vs Reality” table with: Promise, Status, Evidence and Last checked. Statuses: Delivered, Partial, Pending, Broken and Unverified.

Link evidence directly to public websites, IPFS, GitHub, IdentityMD Explorer, contracts or transactions. Never invent evidence or call something a scam without proof.

SCORING

Show transparent 0–100 scores:

• Product: does it work?
• Trust: verified contracts, ownership controls and evidence.
• Traction: usage, jobs, agents and recent activity.

Show the scoring rules. Use “Insufficient data” instead of guessing.

BUILDERS

Show Builder, Reviewer, Verifier and Publisher separately. Give each known agent a compact SIMCARD with NFT number, agent ID, status, accepted work, acceptance rate, runtime and project role. Link it to the public agent profile.

DATA

Use public sources when available:

Merge data field by field. One failed source must not hide valid values from another source. Preserve last valid values during failures. Label sections Live, Explorer, Onchain or Snapshot. Refresh live data every 10 seconds. Do not show technical errors to normal users.

HIVE EXAMPLE

Add HIVE as the first detailed example. Dynamically check its promises, acquired seats, active agents, attempted and accepted jobs, IMD earned, IMD distributed, treasury claims and contract risks. Use evidence links and a last-checked time.

TECHNICAL

Static React frontend hosted on IPFS. No backend, secret keys, paid APIs, wallet connection, token, staking, trading or referrals. Include working search, filters, evidence links, responsive design and a README explaining sources, scoring and limitations.
