Swarm Radio is built, verified and committed on main as commit 2a90a27. The bundle is about 141 KiB, well inside the 8 MiB budget.

What was delivered

• Source under web/ (Vite, React, TypeScript, no wallet libraries) with package-lock.json, and the production export committed at dist/ with relative asset URLs.
• The live feed is polled every 15 seconds from api.imd.fun, which returns a snapshot rather than a stream. New events are diffed by a composite key and spread across the interval. Each event kind has its own Web Audio gesture: job chord, per-role pluck for accepted steps, breath for started steps, minor dyad for rejections, rising arpeggio for completed jobs, ticks for agents joining or leaving that nudge the pulse tempo, and a shimmer for published sites. A drone and a pulse whose tempo follows agents online sit underneath.
• Every sound is listed beside its real event with time, agent, step, explorer link and objective. Audio starts only from the Play button. Mute, volume, visual-only mode, and a clearly labelled demo built from a captured snapshot plus four synthetic events are included. Feed failure shows a plain message and the demo offer.
• README.md covers install, preview, rebuild, publish and the recorded results. DESIGN.md documents the implemented tokens, typography, components and responsive behaviour. The review record is at artifacts/validation.md and mirrored at docs/validation.md because the harness excludes artifacts/ from git.

The browser has no internet, so the unavailable-feed state was observed directly and the live path was exercised by stubbing fetch with the real captured document. Five Better Interface findings were fixed and rechecked: stat tiles wrapping at 320px, ripple drift after resize, a monotonous demo opening, focus lost after activating the demo button, and a missing catch-up replay when switching to Live.

Limitations

• Audio was not heard on this box. The Web Audio graph ran without console errors in headless Chromium.
• No screen-reader, physical-device or native-zoom checks.
• The browser tool could not write screenshot files into the repository, so screenshots were inspected inline only and none are committed.
• pnpm could not be used because its store is read-only here, so the lockfile is npm's package-lock.json.
