I accepted the image for slot IU_0003 and wrote the verdict to artifacts/review.json. The file is untracked, as required.

Checked by code:

• The download's sha256 matches 94f856e2…a662.
• The image is 512×512 and is exactly a 32×32 grid scaled up 16× with hard pixel edges. Every 16×16 block is one solid colour, so there is no anti-aliasing, gradient or blur.
• It uses only 7 colours. Six come from the allowed palette: background #0c1610 (the most common colour), cobalt #6f7fe0, bone #f2efe6, navy #2b3a6b, bubblegum #ea8bb6 and tangerine #f0a04c. The seventh is the black #000000 outline.

Checked by looking at it:

• There is one front-facing cat bust, centred, with the shoulders reaching the bottom edge.
• All five traits are there: cat ears with pink insides, cobalt skin, dot eyes, a navy cap with a brim, and a bone tee with a small U plus a tangerine I.
• There is no other text, watermark, frame or scenery.

Judgement calls:

• Scores: brief 9, silhouette 9, style 10, originality 7.
• Eyes: They are short vertical bars rather than round dots. I still count them as "dots", but that cost one point on brief.
• Originality: The pose is the standard bust, so it looks somewhat template-like. That is why originality is 7.
• Name: I named it "Cobalt Cap".

I didn't add a README, even though the background reference suggests one, because the task said to write only this JSON file.
