    Release export is rebuilt in dist/index.html, retaining the Greek-key floor and unoutlined Pepe.

    • npm ci completed using a writable /tmp cache; typecheck passed; npm test passed all 11 tests.
    • Final build and check:export passed: 19 assets, 5,349,476 bytes before manifest; relative URLs; exact supplied Sepolia contracts; no added manifest keys.
    • Vercel guideline review refreshed, with dark color scheme correctly applied to html. Evidence and limitations: docs/FRONTEND_VALIDATION.md.
    • Browser suite could not launch because this host lacks Chromium shared libraries; the actual launch-failure report is recorded.
    • Bundle validation: 5,531,480 bytes, under 8 MiB.
    • README.md now documents install, preview, rebuild, and publishing dist/ as pepes-armed.

    I could not pin/publish to IPFS or stage a Git commit: no IPFS publisher/credentials are available and .git is read-only.
