    Added a launcher that deploys and initializes the 5% FWA buy/sell hook without requiring the application factory to mine its address. The token and mandatory pool fee remain unchanged.

    Validation passed: forge build, all 127 tests, and forge fmt --check.

    Activation, liquidity, and routing steps are documented in README.md. The fee applies only to the hooked pool; existing pools are unaffected. Nothing was deployed.
