Cove is built, reviewed in the browser, documented, and committed. The two publication requests could not be carried out from this workspace.

What was delivered

• A Vite/React/TypeScript single-page lending simulation with hash routes for the dashboard, markets and an about page. Supply ETH, borrow USDC, repay and withdraw each validate the amount, show a review step, then an honest simulated success state. Balances are integer micro-units formatted by string arithmetic, so no floating-point artifacts appear.
• Committed source, lockfile, dist/ export with ./assets/... relative URLs, README.md and root DESIGN.md. Commit 7e2cac2. The Git bundle measures about 134 KB.
• Untracked named outputs in artifacts/: DESIGN.md (byte-identical to the root copy), validation.md, desktop.png (1280×800), mobile.png (390 wide, full page) and website.zip with index.html at the archive root.

What ran and what it showed

• Typecheck, production build and 7 scratch unit tests all passed.
• The assigned Playwright browser inspected the built export at 1280, 960, 700, 390 and 320 CSS pixels. Console and network were clean on every load.
• The acceptance scenario, driven through the real controls by keyboard and mouse, produced exactly 1 ETH / $3,000 collateral, 1,000 USDC debt, 33.33% LTV, health factor 2.40, and a wallet of 1 ETH and 2,000 USDC. Over-limit, invalid, repay, withdraw and reset flows behaved as specified, with focus and live-region announcements verified.
• The Better Interface review across all six domains found 12 defects, all fixed and rechecked on the final build. The notable ones: stat values breaking mid-number, tertiary text at 4.24:1 and control borders at 1.53:1 (now 5.16:1 and 3.15:1 measured), a market table clipped on mobile with no cue, a header clipping the reset button near 700px, and a stale action panel after reset.

Limitations, recorded in the validation report

• No screen-reader session, native zoom, forced-colors, reduced-motion emulation, automated accessibility scan or RTL render.
• The guide's preview launcher does not exist on this seat and file: is blocked, so dist/ was served through a Playwright route inside the tool process rather than a shell server.
• GitHub source delivery and an IPFS preview were not performed. The workspace has no gh CLI, no remote, and no GitHub or IPFS credentials. The README explains how to publish the committed export.
