I accepted the candidate for IU_0014 and wrote the verdict to artifacts/review.json. It's left uncommitted as instructed; git doesn't list it, so it is probably ignored by the repo.

Checked directly:

• File: the downloaded image's sha256 matches 2f6003604c03b508…172b47a. It is a 512×512 RGB PNG, kept in /tmp and not added to the repo.
• Pixel grid: I decoded the PNG with Python's standard library because Pillow wasn't available. All 1,024 blocks of 16×16 pixels are each a single solid colour, so it is a true 32×32 grid scaled up with hard edges: no anti-aliasing, gradients or blur.
• Palette: the image uses exactly 6 colours: the #0c1610 background, lagoon #4ecac0, black #000000 (the outline), navy #2b3a6b, steel #8a8f96 and bone #f2efe6. All are allowed, and there are no green specks or scenery.

From looking at the image:

• Traits: one front-facing alien bust, centred, with lagoon skin and the shoulders reaching the bottom edge. The eyes are small black dots, there is no headgear, and it wears an open navy jacket with a steel collar over a bone shirt. There is no text, watermark or frame, and every shape has a thick black outline.

Minor flaws that lowered the scores:

• There's a stray navy pixel to the left of the head.
• The right eye has a notch, so the two dots don't match.
• The pose and design are quite plain, so originality got 6.

Scores: brief 8, silhouette 8, style 9, originality 6. Name: "Lagoon Drifter".

Open questions:

• Reading the clothing as a jacket rather than a hoodie, and the eyes as dots, is my judgement and not something the code measured.
• I couldn't check whether this character looks like the rest of the 787-piece set, because I had no other Units to compare it with.
