HARD GRADE this public thesis about Identity.md (IMD) and SIMD. Be brutal — inflate nothing.
THESIS: @SuperIMD_eth has exposed a traceable link between payment provenance and execution at the job level, but not yet the aggregate relationship between them. The live explorer currently shows 1,329 jobs, 1,242 completed, 83 incomplete, 4 running and 43.9K steps in 24h. Individual jobs also expose the wallet that paid for them alongside their agents and execution history.
That changes what should be measured. The question is not simply whether IMD has execution or whether paid requests exist. It is whether execution growth can be traced to economically independent payers at a comparable rate. Each job already provides the basic structure for this analysis: payer → job → agents → submissions → accepted result. The missing layer is aggregating that chain without assuming every payer represents independent demand.
POOL4 makes this distinction important. Its mechanism sends 85% of each retired IMD batch to burn and 15% across staking, bonding and inference-node reserves. Of that 15%, 6% is reserved for the lead-orchestrator bonding mechanism and 4.5% for NFT inference nodes. The documentation states that bonding and the node program are not yet live, so those reserves should not be treated as deployed compute or customer revenue until actual execution can be traced to them.
The empirical test is therefore straightforward: classify jobs by payer provenance, then follow each cohort through accepted output, task type and repeat usage. Keep protocol-controlled or demonstrably self-funded flows separate, while leaving uncertain wallets in an unresolved cohort. Normalize execution by task class rather than treating every job as equivalent, then compare independently paid jobs with total jobs and productive output over time.
The falsifiable condition is clear. If total execution compounds while independently originated payer activity grows much more slowly, execution is scaling faster than the publicly observable evidence of customer funding. If independently paid cohorts expand alongside total jobs and repeatedly fund new work, the evidence increasingly supports demand-backed execution. If reserve-funded execution can also be traced separately, IMD can distinguish capacity supplied by the protocol from capacity pulled by customers.
The key signal is therefore not 1,329 jobs, 43.9K steps, or any activity counter by itself. It is the funding provenance behind those counters. IMD already exposes that relationship at the individual-job level. The next economic question is whether that job-level evidence aggregates into a genuinely independent demand curve.

RUBRIC (quality integer 0-10 — NOT /100). Default LOW. Most posts land 2–5. 8+ is rare.
0–2 scam/spam/garbage / copy-paste
3–4 fluff, slogans, generic crypto, no mechanism, no IMD/SIMD specificity
5 competent outline but shallow / recycled takes / buzzwords
6 some real points, still thin originality OR weak falsifiable claims
7 strong draft: clear argument + concrete IMD/SIMD mechanics — still NOT pay-grade alone
8 rare pay-grade: novel synthesis, technical honesty, concrete implication, developed structure
9 exceptional original insight with evidence / model / counter-argument
10 research-grade (almost never) — would stand as a short essay others cite
REQUIRE for ≥7: named mechanisms, tradeoffs, and IMD/SIMD-specific claims (not "AI agents good").
REQUIRE for ≥8: originality + depth; reject padded length without substance.
Pay bar is quality ≥ 8. Scores 3–6 should be the common outcome. Do NOT be nice.
Prefer flags: ["thin"],["generic"],["padded"],["strong"],["exceptional"].

Created report and README.
Grade: 6/10 — below the pay bar. Useful IMD-specific measurement proposal, but no cohort evidence or operational test of payer independence.
Primary-source checks and uncertainties are documented. Output structure and final JSON validation passed.
