return s.hideNfts >= QUORUM_NFTS && s.hideNfts > s.keepNfts && s.hideOwners >= MIN_WALLETS;
Closed: YES. _won checks hideOwners (distinct ownerOf results, HiddenList.sol:264-267 via _mayVote :273-289) against MIN_WALLETS; hideWallets (distinct callers) is display only. A holder delegating 10 NFTs to two hot wallets raises hideWallets to 3 but hideOwners stays 1, the round does not pass.
New issue: NO code hole; the same holder can transfer 3+3 NFTs to two fresh EOAs before voting (ownerOf is read at vote time, never re-checked) and pass with one real person.
Cost: 6 ERC-721 transfers of gas, no capital at risk, tokens movable back after the round. This is the inherent on-chain limit (also true of the dispute vote); the NatSpec (:15-17) and MECHANICS.md:34 say 'distinct owners' without this caveat.
Docs-only: state that the 3-owner bar resists delegation, not transfers; the owner's setState remains the real guard.

keepNfts > 0 || ownerCooldown; a lone round with no keep vote can be retried the moment it ends (test_UncontestedFailedRoundRetriesAtOnce in test/HiddenList.t.sol passes, round-2 proof Proof_5d8c4edc729c passes asserting the honest vote now opens a round). Can an uncontested round still block: NO. But 'contested' is any keep vote including one from the round opener's own second NFT, so the block re-appears at the price of two NFTs: item 7 (medium, proof).

6. **Gate before launch 2, not after launch 3** (audit round 2, finding 19/13b): `increaseObservationCardinalityNext(180)`
Both present, closed: YES. docs/LAUNCH-TASK.md step 6 (:124-131) runs increaseObservationCardinalityNext(180), 30 minutes of swaps and a live observe([1800,0]) check before launch 2 (step 7) and describes the code path correctly (Desk._priceReward -> imdWeiPerUsdc -> pool.observe at ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:132, no try/catch).

Minor drift only: the step-6 label says 'finding 19/13b' (13b is the cooldown finding); MECHANICS.md:33-34 cite HiddenList.sol:90 and :115 for setState/vote, which are now :111 and :140.

Silence = swarmTimeout 6h + 1h grace or the Intake reporting completed. questionPrefix and the ParamsBounds size checks (prefix + 2 x maxTextBytes + 234 <= 2000, body <= 16384) are unchanged; a live price rise voids a prepaid appeal with refund. git diff 7714a24..c680e49 touches HiddenList, the two announceWithdraw guards, VaultTypes errors, docs and landing only; the swarm path has no diff.

13.info12 REPEAT NFT VOTING: one count per token per submission (VoteLib) and per hide round (HiddenList), separate bitmaps by design; ERC-1271 capped at 500k gas; relayer reimbursement boundedcontracts/src/libraries/VoteLib.sol:180

HiddenList keeps its own per-round bitmap and _walletSide; the same NFT may vote in a dispute and in a hide round, which is intended (different questions), so 'one count across both' is not a requirement.
Relayer: paid min(measured + base + calldata, base + 60k x counted) x basefee x 1.1 from the ETH pot, then as IMD shortfall capped at 20% of the penalty; a self-relaying voter cannot exceed the per-vote cap. 14.info13 REPEAT PRICES/MEV: the pre-launch-2 cardinality step is sufficient if its observe check is really run; the code path has no try/catch so a TWAP revert still blocks every ETH/USDC submit (operationacontracts/src/oracles/ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:132

Audit mathAgent #1575found 1 medium, 5 low, 16 info
The audit is complete and the report is written. Summary of what I found and did:
Verdict: the repository at c680e49 is mainnet ready once one medium in HiddenList is fixed or explicitly accepted. No critical or high findings. All five round-2 fix checks (13a, 13b, 13c, 16, 19/20) are closed, each reproduced by re-running the round-2 PoC tests and re-reading the code rather than assumed.
The one new hole (medium, item 7). The 13b fix exempts a failed round from the 7-day cooldown only when nobody voted keep. The keep vote can come from the round opener himself. Wallet A votes hide with one NFT, wallet B (a second NFT, or a delegate.xyz hot wallet voting with the same holder's second token) votes keep. After 24 hours the round has failed "contested", and every honest hide vote is swallowed for 7 days at
contracts/src/HiddenList.sol:154. Repeating this every 8 days keeps an item un-hideable by vote for the price of two NFTs and two transactions. The owner can still hide instantly, so the harm is bounded. The scratch PoCcontracts/test/scratch/HiddenListSelfContest.t.solhas 3 tests that fail on the current code and pass once the cooldown also requires the failed round to have reached hide quorum. I confirmed the pass with a temporary local edit that I reverted with git checkout, so the working tree is untouched apart from the new scratch file.Low items: the "half to the disputer, half to voters" prose in docs/MECHANICS.md holds only when the NFT decided right, and its line references are stale (items 6 and 14); a withdrawal notice always lapses during any submission so a serial submitter can re-block at an escalating bond (item 8); the TWAP 'OLD' revert is gated by the launch checklist rather than code (item 13); the harmful-dare gate in questionPrefix only acts when the swarm is asked, so an undisputed dare under $300 is paid by code (item 20).
Checks run: forge build, the full non-fork suite (393 passed, 2 fork tests skipped), the round-2 PoCs, the launch size tests (every byte figure matches docs/LAUNCH-TASK.md), and a grep of landing/ (no network calls, constants match VaultParams). The findings file

VERDICT: ready for mainnet with one blocker-class item to decide: (7) the round-2 13b fix is incomplete, a defender with two NFTs (or one NFT holder plus one delegate.xyz hot wallet) self-contests a lone round and buys the 7-day cooldown, repeatable every 8 days (medium, PoC supplied, fails on c680e49, passes under the fix proposed).
Money, state machine, swarm path, NFT voting, prices and roles: full second pass, no theft, double pay or stuck money found; 393/395 project tests pass (2 need FORK_URL). Fix checks 1-5 all closed (round-2 PoCs re-run and pass; code re-read).
Low items: 6 (doc text vs split code), 8 (notice lapses during any submission, griefer cost escalates x2 per rejection), 13 (TWAP 'OLD' is gated by the launch checklist, not by code), 14 (stale line references in MECHANICS.md), 20 (the questionPrefix gate only acts when the swarm is asked). Everything else info.

Re-run:

Scratch test test_SelfContestedRound_OneOwnerViaDelegate shows a delegate wallet voting with the owner's second token is still counted on the KEEP side (no owner rule there, see item 7).2 FIX CHECK 13b COOLDOWN: closed for an uncontested round; an uncontested round no longer blocks the next hide votecontracts/src/HiddenList.sol:154
Closed: yes for the finding as stated (a lone round with no keep vote can be retried at once:
keepNfts > 0 || ownerCooldowngates the cooldown). Can an uncontested round still block the next honest hide vote: no. But a round contested by the attacker himself (one keep vote from his own second NFT or delegate) still does, see item 7 (new finding, medium).Re-run: test/audit/round2/Proof_5d8c4edc729c.t.sol test_oneNftBlocksHonestHidersForAWeek passes (now asserting the honest vote opens a round). 3 FIX CHECK 13c SNIPE/RESTORE: both closed (last-hour hide swing extends by 1h; owner setState(VISIBLE) over a started round opens the cooldown)contracts/src/HiddenList.sol:206
Closed: yes and yes. Lines 206-209 extend
roundEndto now+1h when a hide vote inside the last hour leaves the round in a passing state; lines 118-127 setroundEnd = block.timestampandownerCooldown = truewhen the owner restores VISIBLE over an item whoseroundEnd != 0.New issue: a keep vote inside the last second is not mirrored (only hide extends), so a keep-side snipe that flips a passing round closes it at once and, being contested, locks the item for 7 days; this favours the keep side and is at most low (the owner can hide instantly).
Also note the extension condition does not require this vote to be the one that flipped the result: any extra hide token voted inside the last hour while winning extends by another hour, which only delays the hide side's own win (no harm).
Re-run: test/audit/round2/Proof_ced07852b14f.t.sol test_lastSecondSnipeHidesWithoutReply passes; HiddenList.t.sol test_OwnerRestoreVisibleStartsCooldown passes. 4 FIX CHECK 16 WITHDRAW RENEWAL: closed in TaskVault and YoloSweetener; a legitimate withdrawal still gets a 1h notice whenever no submission is activecontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:310
Closed: yes. TaskVault.announceWithdraw reverts SubmissionActive while
t.activeSub != 0(line 308) and NoticeLive while an earlier notice is inside [at, at+1 day] (line 310); YoloSweetener.announceWithdraw mirrors both (lines 126-128). Overwriting is gone. Can a legitimate withdrawal always get its notice: yes whenever the task has no active submission; once the notice lapsed (now > at + 1 day) a new one can be announced. The residual (item 8) is that a notice always lapses during any submission, since the shortest submission (24h review) outlives the 25h notice validity.
Re-run: Tasks tests test_announcedWithdrawalGivesTheDoerAnHour, AuditFixQ D10 tests and Sweetener test_Fixed_S2_bonusCannotBePulledWithoutNotice pass. No project test exercises the NoticeLive/SubmissionActive reverts by name; verified by reading TaskVault.sol:304-316 and YoloSweetener.sol:123-132.
5 FIX CHECK 19/20 DOCS: cardinality step is before launch 2; DareTrophy.price() current-oracle rule is recorded as accepteddocs/LAUNCH-TASK.md:124
Both present, closed: yes. LAUNCH-TASK.md step 6 runs the cardinality increase and a
pool.observe([1800,0])check before launch 2 (step 7), matching LaunchPlan TWAP_WINDOW = 30 minutes (script/LaunchPlan.sol:61) and ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.imdWeiPerUsdc. DareTrophy.sol:102-107 NatSpec and docs/AUDIT-INTERNAL.md row 20 record thatprice()reads the CURRENT version's oracle as an accepted, unfixed low, bounded bymaxYolo; code at DareTrophy.sol:109 does exactly that.Read docs/LAUNCH-TASK.md:124-131, contracts/src/DareTrophy.sol:101-120, docs/AUDIT-INTERNAL.md:381.
6 DOER BOND (docs vs code only): MECHANICS 'half to the disputer, half to correct NFT voters' holds only when the NFT decided right; shortfall and a winning caller's fee come off first; self-judging sdocs/MECHANICS.md:232
Compare docs/MECHANICS.md:226-240 with contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:509-552. State: Rejected via swarm escalation with nftDecision None ->
nftRightfalse ->toVoters0, winners get all of penalty minus shortfall/feeBack.7 NEW HOLE HIDDENLIST: a self-contested round (one hide NFT + one keep NFT of the same actor) still buys the 7-day cooldown, repeatable every 8 dayscontracts/src/HiddenList.sol:154
forge test --match-path test/scratch/HiddenListSelfContest.t.sol: on c680e49 all 3 tests fail ('1 != 10': the honest 10-NFT, 3-owner hide vote the day after is swallowed, status shows the stale 1/1 round). With the one-line fix above they pass and the full suite (393) still passes.
proof · a Foundry test the fix has to pass8 NEW HOLE WITHDRAW POST-FIX: every submission outlives the 25h notice validity, so a contributor must re-announce after each one and a serial submitter can keep re-blocking at an escalating bondcontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:308
State: contributor announces at t0 (at = t0+1h), a doer submits at t0+59min; the sub is disputed and rejected at ~t0+49h;
withdrawContributionat t0+49h reverts NoNotice (now > at + 1 day), a new announceWithdraw is accepted, a second junk submission at +59min blocks again with bond x2.9 REPEAT MONEY: no steal, double pay or stuck money; every bucket splits remaining/remaining; one asymmetry in claimDisputer notedcontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:227
Example: penalty 1.67e18 IMD, nftRight, winnerBondBps 5000: toVoters = 0.835e18, winnerShare = 0.835e18; two disputers with bonds 1e18 each claim 0.4175e18 then the exact remainder. Verified by the project's Invariant.t.sol (liabilities <= balance) passing in the suite run.
10 REPEAT STATE MACHINE: no ordering, gas or DoS that lets one side pick the outcomecontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:607
Timers are lazy and bounded (8 transitions per call), every user action advances first, silence/answers are decided by signed time and delivery grace so poke timing is irrelevant (swarm audit #7 still holds).
Queue: pot is constant while busy, the next queued sub activates inside closeSubmission so
rewardfixed at its submit still equals the pot. Pending top-ups merge only when a busy period ends without acceptance (busyEpoch); on Completed they stay pending and withdrawable; on Unwound both buckets are withdrawable. emergencyExit: gas-bounded self-call then stepDeadline + 30d.HiddenList: round/cooldown state transitions reviewed, only item 7 found; owner setState always resets the tally and bumps
roundso stale bitmaps never leak into a new round.Trace: Rejected with queue -> next activated same tx (TaskVault.sol:430-432), Rejected without queue -> pot += pending, busyEpoch++ (435-437); Accepted -> pot -= reward (= whole pot), pending untouched and withdrawable via withdrawContribution.
11 REPEAT SWARM PATH: no regression since round 2 (AttestationChecker binding, gas-starvation guard, questionPrefix, timeouts, silence)contracts/src/TaskVault.sol:585
onOracleResult still binds requestId -> stored Intake and msg.sender, dedupes, and never reverts;
askmeasures spent by balance difference, rejects an Intake that spends more than price or returns a reused id, and a starved Intake call reverts the whole tx (line 585). _swarmStatus unchanged: answered within timeout and delivered within 1h grace counts, otherwise silence at a deterministic moment.ParamsBounds still ties panelSize/quorum in bodyFields to minPanelSize/minQuorum and bounds the question (prefix + 2 x maxTextBytes + 234 <= 2000) and body (<= 16384). questionPrefix text unchanged from round 2.
Read contracts/src/TaskVault.sol:444-475, 561-600; desks/CaseDesk.sol:355-372; VaultParams.sol:166-171, 231-252.
12 REPEAT NFT VOTING: one token one vote per book; ERC-1271 capped at 500k gas; relayer reimbursement bounded by cap and own gascontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:441
VoteLib and HiddenList keep separate per-submission / per-round bitmaps; a token counts once in each, which is the intended design (a dispute vote and a hide vote are different questions). One wallet one side in both.
BallotChecker: STATICCALL with 500k gas and 32-byte return copy (C-03 fix intact).
Relayer: paid min(measured + base + calldata x16, base + counted x 60k) x basefee x 1.1, first from the dispute pot then as IMD shortfall capped at 20% of the penalty at settlement; a self-relaying voter can at most drain the ETH pot at ~91% of his own gas cost (10% markup), which starves later honest relayers of ETH but never takes IMD beyond the 20% cap. Known/accepted in round 2; no regression.
Read contracts/src/libraries/VoteLib.sol in full and DisputeDesk.sol:88-120, 416-456, 516-522.
13 REPEAT PRICES/MEV: 'OLD' on submit() is prevented by the launch checklist, not by code; TWAP failure still reverts every ETH/USDC submitcontracts/src/oracles/ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:132
The earlier cardinality step is sufficient if followed: after
increaseObservationCardinalityNext(180)the pool needs one swap in a later block (which grows the ring) and the pre-increase observation must be >= 30 minutes old before observe([1800,0]) stops reverting; LAUNCH-TASK.md step 6 waits 30 minutes of swaps and checks observe, which covers both. At 12s blocks 180 slots cover more than 30 minutes of swap-blocks (max 150), so 'OLD' cannot return once filled.Residual:
Desk._priceRewardcallsimdValuewith no try/catch for ETH/USDC tasks, so any TWAP revert (OLD, or Chainlink StalePrice beyond 1h/24h heartbeats) blocks every submit to those tasks until it clears; $YOLO tasks are shielded by _priceYolo's try/catch. Accepted by the docs ('vault takes the oracle's number as it is'); low, launch-ops dependent. YoloPoolSamples two-block confirmation and highest-sample rule unchanged.State: cardinality still 1 and a swap in the last 30 minutes -> observe([1800,0]) reverts 'OLD' -> CaseDesk.submit on an ETH or USDC task reverts; createTask succeeds (Chainlink only).
14 REPEAT ROLES/DOCS VS CODE: owner powers as documented (no money power); stale code line references in MECHANICS.mddocs/MECHANICS.md:233
ParamsRegistry owner: propose params/attesters behind 48h, cancel, pause createTask only; bounds enforced; last attester cannot be removed. ProtocolDirectory owner (
safe): propose/cancel versions and current pointer, anyone executes after the delay; lists only.HiddenList owner: setState only, no money. No promise in README/MECHANICS about money-moving powers is broken.
Drift: MECHANICS.md:233 cites DisputeDesk.sol:522-525 and :557-584 for the 50/50 split and winners' payout; the split is at 534-537 and _payWinners at 569-596 (the two withdraw guards shifted lines). Also 'half to disputer / half to voters' is conditional on nftRight (item 6).
Open contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol at lines 522-525 (relayer shortfall) and 557-584 (_payReward / start of _payWinners) and compare with the sentence at docs/MECHANICS.md:232-233.
15 GAS: contract sizes match LAUNCH-TASK.md exactly (DisputeDesk 1,896 bytes of headroom); launch gas figures need FORK_URL and were not re-measured heredocs/LAUNCH-TASK.md:59
forge test --match-path 'test/review/ReviewLaunch*'on c680e49 prints runtime sizes: CaseDesk 20,567 (margin 4,009), DisputeDesk 22,680 (1,896), TaskVault 20,723 (3,853), YoloSweetener 7,584 (16,992), DareTrophy 12,413 (12,163), ProtocolDirectory 4,546 (20,030), HiddenList 3,761 (20,815): identical to the doc.The launch-transaction gas figures (12.98M / 14.59M / 7.09M vs the 16,777,216 cap) come from the fork rehearsal (1 test skipped here without FORK_URL) and are consistent with the per-contract sizes (216 gas/byte); not independently re-measured. DisputeDesk is the tight one: any swarm fix larger than ~1.8 KB there breaks launch 2 on EIP-170.

17 BOARD ABUSE, priced at $7.65/IMD: collusion is bounded by the $300 sweetener cap; a dispute swing needs 10 NFTs in one wallet; a hide-list block needs 2 NFTs; spam costs ~$1-2 per taskcontracts/src/desks/Desk.sol:118
Numbers: $300 / 7.65 = 39.2 IMD; doer bond 0.5 + 1.18 = 1.68 IMD; dispute bond 0.5 + 0.39 = 0.89 -> floor 1 IMD; appeal = 1 IMD + Intake price.
18 DEPOSIT/FEE ECONOMICS: 10% fee, 1% dispute bond and the 60/40 voter/treasury split are coherent at $5-$300 task sizes; catching a fake on a $5 task pays the disputer more than catching one on $300contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:559
Treasury: 10% of an accepted reward (plus 0.0005 ETH per task); after a dispute the NFT decided right, 6% of R goes to the correct votes and 4% to the treasury. Dispute bond floors at 1 IMD for every task under ~$390 (0.5 + 1% x 51 IMD = 1.01), so the disputer's stake is ~$7.65 flat across the realistic range while his reward is half the doer bond: 0.5 IMD at $5-$100 and 0.84 IMD at $300, plus 60% of the fee only if accepted.
The ETH dispute fee (0.0003-0.01) is consumed by relayer reimbursement (90k gas cap per single-vote batch at today's basefee is ~$0.2), the rest returns pro rata. Nothing here is a defect; the incentive to catch a $299 fake (item 6) is the weak point and is a parameter decision.
Worked: R = $299 USDC -> rewardImd 39.1e18, disputer bond 1e18, voters share on nftRight = 0.5 x 1.68 = 0.84 IMD + 6% x $299 = $17.9 in USDC split per vote.
19 TOKENOMICS: 54% day-0 matches the table; the 15% Stabilizer/MM fund is a fully-unlocked single wallet (disclosure only); YOLO demand comes from rewards, sweeteners and trophy burns; vesting code madocs/TOKENOMICS.md:13
Day 0: 62.5M incentives + 74.07M treasury + 150M pool + 150M stabilizer + 100M swarm = 536.6M = 53.7% (the doc says ~536.6M, 54%). Vestings.sol/ProjectVesting: no cliff, clocks start at split (A-03 fix), beneficiaries fixed, release pull-only: matches. Risk disclosure (kept as an owner decision): 15% plus the treasury's 7.4% and incentives' 6.25% at day 0 sit in project EOAs, 28.7% of supply liquid in project hands against a 15% pool, so the price floor is a promise, not code.
Demand for $YOLO: it is one of four reward currencies (no USD minimum while unpriced), the sweetener bonus currency and the trophy burn ($1.50 or 10,000 YOLO); fees to the treasury are in the task currency (USDC/ETH/IMD/YOLO) and YOLO's 1% LP fee share. None of this is a code defect.
Sum the table in docs/TOKENOMICS.md:8-16 and compare with Vestings.sol/YoloSplitter.sol NatSpec; forge suite covers the split (Invariant/Scenarios).
20 HARMFUL DARES: the questionPrefix gate acts only when the swarm is asked (large tasks or a dispute/appeal); an undisputed illegal dare under $300 is paid by code, HiddenList only hides it on the sicontracts/src/VaultParams.sol:166
State: task R = $50, condition describes a harmful act, proof link, no dispute within 24h: step() at windowEnd finalizes Accepted (CaseDesk.sol:160-161) regardless of HiddenList state.
21 COVERAGE: contracts/src read in full except four helper/token files read by grep; 393 tests pass, 2 fork tests skipped; 1 scratch PoC file (3 failing tests on c680e49)contracts/src/TaskVault.sol:47

Audit permissionsAgent #184found 1 medium, 1 low, 20 info
The review is complete. The report is in
.imd-findings.jsonat the repository root with all 22 entries (verdict plus items 1 to 21, in order), every path, line and snippet verified against the tree, and one Foundry proof undercontracts/test/scratch/. No existing file was modified.Verdict. No critical or high. The money contracts, desks, voting, sweetener, oracle and token path show no new defect, and every round-2 fix reproduces as closed. One medium in HiddenList should be fixed before launch 3, since that contract is immutable and nothing else depends on it.
The medium (item 2, with PoC). The 13b fix applies the 7-day cooldown only to a round that "drew a keep vote". The attacker casts that keep vote himself: wallet A votes hide with one NFT, wallet B votes keep with a second, the round ends 1 against 1, and
HiddenList.sol:154then drops every honest hide vote for 7 days. Repeated every 8 days, 2 transactions per cycle, the item stays un-hideable by vote 7 of every 8 days. The PoC fails on the pinned code and passes when the condition becomeskeepNfts >= QUORUM_NFTS(verified in a scratch copy outside the repository).Other findings.
- Low (item 7): the 1h extension fires only on hide votes, so a keep snipe in the last block closes a contested round with no reply hour and starts the cooldown. A symmetric, capped extension fixes it.
- Info (items 6 and 16): MECHANICS.md and the landing calculator present the forfeited-bond split as an unconditional 50/50. The code first takes up to 20 percent relayer shortfall, pays 100 percent to disputers when the swarm decided, pays the treasury when the mandatory check rejected, and gives the author-disputer nothing beyond his bond.
- Info: two stale line references in MECHANICS.md, one undeclared plain link to imd.fun on the landing page, and the economic notes on self-judging, Sybil pricing, and tokenomics disclosure that the brief asked for.

Entry 0 summary; the concrete inputs are in items 1-21 below.
1 FIX CHECK 13a WALLETS: closed yes; delegate.xyz hot wallets no longer count as distinct owners; new issue no (plain transfers to 3 EOAs still pass, acknowledged Sybil limit)contracts/src/HiddenList.sol:264
Reproduced by reading _countTokens/_mayVote:
holderisownerOf(id)(or the delegate's principal),_hideOwnerSeen[rk][holder]keys by that owner, and_won(line 243) checkshideOwners >= MIN_WALLETS, nothideWallets. One holder of 10 NFTs delegating to two hot wallets yields hideWallets = 3 (display) but hideOwners = 1, so the round does not pass. Closed.Residual (not new, already the documented Sybil limit): the same holder can transfer 10 NFTs into 3 EOAs (4/3/3) before voting; ownerOf then reports 3 owners. Cost = 3 ERC-721 transfers of gas, no capital, and the tokens can be moved back after the round (the per-round bitmap only stops the same tokenId counting twice).
State: holder H owns tokens 1..10, delegates all to hot wallets W1, W2 via delegate.xyz.
W1 votes hide with 1..4, W2 with 5..7, H with 8..10.
Expected (fix): hideNfts 10, hideOwners 1, _won false after 24h.
Actual: same (closed).
Transfer variant: H sends 1..4 to E1, 5..7 to E2, votes from H/E1/E2: hideOwners 3, round passes.
2 FIX CHECK 13b COOLDOWN: closed only for a truly empty round; a holder of 2 NFTs re-creates the block by contesting his own round (new issue yes, PoC)contracts/src/HiddenList.sol:154
Input: item (VAULT, kind 1, id 7) VISIBLE. t0: A votes hide [1]; B votes keep [2]. t0+24h+1: ten distinct real holders vote hide with 10 tokens. t0+48h+2: expected status = HIDDEN_BY_VOTE with hideNfts 10; actual: status VISIBLE, hideNfts still 1 (the attacker's), every honest vote silently returned at line 154. Run: forge test --match-path test/scratch/HiddenListSelfContest.t.sol
proof · a Foundry test the fix has to pass3 FIX CHECK 13c SNIPE/RESTORE: both closed yes (1h extension on a passing late hide vote; owner restore over a started round opens the 7-day cooldown)contracts/src/HiddenList.sol:206
Reproduced by reading: a hide vote in the last hour that leaves
_wontrue moves roundEnd to now+1h (line 207-208, never shortens). setState (line 118/125-127):hadRound = s.roundEnd != 0, restoring VISIBLE sets roundEnd = now and ownerCooldown = true, and line 154 then refuses a new hide round for 7 days whatever keepNfts is. Both closed. Note the extension is one-sided: a keep vote never extends, so the keep side keeps a last-block move (item 7).State: round opened at t0 with 1 hide NFT; at t0+23h59m 9 more hide NFTs from 2 more owners arrive.
Expected and actual: roundEnd = t0+24h59m.
Owner setState([item], VISIBLE) at t0+10h: expected and actual: tally cleared, roundEnd = t0+10h, ownerCooldown true, a hide vote at t0+3d returns without opening a round.
4 FIX CHECK 16 WITHDRAW RENEWAL: closed yes in both contracts; a legitimate withdrawal can always obtain a notice once no submission is activecontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:310
TaskVault.announceWithdraw: line 308 reverts SubmissionActive while t.activeSub != 0 (after _advance), line 310 reverts NoticeLive while an earlier notice is inside [announce, at+1d]. YoloSweetener.announceWithdraw lines 126-128 mirror it on the vault's
busyflag. A notice can no longer be renewed into an always-due one.Legitimate path: after a notice lapses (at+1d passed) or was consumed (withdrawContribution deletes it, line 341), announceWithdraw succeeds whenever activeSub == 0; a doer can still submit inside the hour and lock the share for the case's duration, which is the documented intent. One rough edge (not a defect): a notice consumed by a pending-only withdrawal is kept (line 341 requires fromActive != 0), so the contributor keeps his live notice, which is the right outcome.
State: author announces at T (at = T+1h).
Author calls announceWithdraw again at T+30m: expected revert NoticeLive(T+1h); actual: same.
Doer submits at T+40m; author withdrawContribution at T+1h: expected/actual: fromActive 0 (activeSub != 0), reverts NothingToClaim unless pending exists.
After the submission is rejected at T+3d, announceWithdraw at T+3d succeeds (T+3d > T+1h+1d).
5 FIX CHECK 19/20 DOCS: both present and matching code; closed yes (cardinality gate listed before launch 2; DareTrophy.price() current-version oracle recorded as accepted low)docs/LAUNCH-TASK.md:124
LAUNCH-TASK.md:124-130 lists increaseObservationCardinalityNext(180), 30 minutes of swaps and a live observe([1800,0]) check as step 6, before the launch-2 order; the code path it names (Desk._priceReward -> imdWeiPerUsdc -> pool.observe, no try/catch, ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:132) is as described.
DareTrophy.sol:102-107 NatSpec and docs/AUDIT-INTERNAL.md:381 record price() reading registry.currentVersion()'s oracle as acknowledged; MECHANICS.md 'Trust assumptions' states it. Matches code (DareTrophy.sol:109).
Minor drift only: MECHANICS.md:33-34 cite HiddenList.sol:90 and :115 for setState/vote, which are now lines 111 and 140.
No failing input; documentation check. Verified by reading LAUNCH-TASK.md:120-130, AUDIT-INTERNAL.md:380-381, DareTrophy.sol:101-120.
6 DOER BOND (owner decision 15.10, 3% final): formula matches code; the '50/50 disputer / correct voters' sentence in MECHANICS.md omits three code branches; self-judging under $300 stays +EV vs the bdocs/MECHANICS.md:232
Numbers: R = $100 USDC, IMD $7.65 -> rewardImd 13.07, bond = max(1, 0.5+0.392) = 1 IMD.
Rejected after an NFT vote (nftRight): relayer shortfall 0 -> disputer 0.5 IMD, voters 0.5 IMD.
Rejected after NoDecision + swarm 'no': disputer 1 IMD (less the caller's fee back), voters 0.
Rejected by the mandatory check (R >= $300, no disputer): treasury 100%.
7 NEW HOLE HIDDENLIST POST-FIX: the 1h extension protects only the keep side; a keep snipe in the last block closes a contested round with no reply window and starts the 7-day cooldown; no indefinite contracts/src/HiddenList.sol:206
State: round opened at t0; by t0+2h honest hide = 12 NFTs / 4 owners.
At t0+24h-1s wallet C votes keep with 13 NFTs.
Expected (symmetric rule): roundEnd moves to t0+25h-1s and the hide side can answer.
Actual: round ends at t0+24h with keep 13 > hide 12, status VISIBLE, and line 154 blocks a new hide round until t0+8d.
8 NEW HOLE WITHDRAW POST-FIX: no bypass of SubmissionActive/NoticeLive found; a contributor can always obtain a valid notice once the task is idlecontracts/src/YoloSweetener.sol:126
Input: sweetener S announced at T; doer submits at T+30m; the review window lapses unpoked at T+24h30m.
S calls announceWithdraw at T+26h: actual revert SubmissionActive (busy still stored).
S or anyone calls vault.poke(taskId) -> submission accepted -> task Completed; S withdraw: returnBase path or BonusLocked as designed.
No path returns the bonus to S while a proof is pending.
9 REPEAT MONEY: every outcome closes at zero again; new HiddenList fields and the withdraw-guard errors move no money; no steal, double pay or stuck funds foundcontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:534
Worked example: R = 100 USDC, doer bond 1 IMD, two disputers bonds 1 IMD each (one is the author), NFT rejects, no appeal: penalty 1 IMD, shortfall 0, toVoters 0.5, winnerShare 0.5 -> disputerReward = 0.5*(1/2) = 0.25 to the non-contributor, 0.25 redirected to voters (voterImd 0.75), treasury 0; disputers' own bonds back; reward stays in pot. Sum = 1 IMD penalty, 2 IMD bonds returned.
10 REPEAT STATE MACHINE: timers, queue, pending top-ups, busyEpoch, emergencyExit and HiddenList round/cooldown ordering give no side a free pick of the outcomecontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:355
Input: ETH task, submission active, dispute, vote ends 120 accept / 115 reject, nobody calls the swarm: NoDecision at voteEnd, after 24h poke -> Accepted (tie rule), pending top-ups refunded via epoch; identical result whether poked at voteEnd+24h or 10 days later.
11 REPEAT SWARM PATH: AttestationChecker, Intake pricing / callback gas, questionPrefix, timeouts and silence unchanged since round 2; no regressioncontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:585
onOracleResult binds msg.sender to the Intake stored at ask time and the request id to an unanswered record; AttestationChecker enforces bool/32-byte answer, panel/quorum >= ordered, expiresAt, attester set (global, last attester cannot be removed). ask() measures spent IMD, refuses spent > price, duplicate rid, and a gas-starved failure (the 63/64 rule means the Intake call would need > ~9.4M gas to be starved while leaving 150k, far above a request's cost).
Prices are read live (priceOf) and bounded by maxImdIn / prepaid funds; a price rise after prepayment voids the appeal and refunds. questionPrefix + 2*maxTextBytes <= 1766 bytes, body <= 16,384 enforced by ParamsBounds.
Timeouts: swarmTimeout 6h + 1h grace; stepDeadline moves with it.
Input: appeal prepaid at price 0.5 IMD; Intake price becomes 0.6 before the reply window ends. Expected/actual: _askAppeal voids the appeal (AppealVoided), bond + 0.5 IMD credited back, Decided with a new 24h window.
12 REPEAT NFT VOTING: VoteLib and HiddenList each count a tokenId once per vote (separate bitmaps by design); ERC-1271 cap 500k holds; relayer reimbursement bounded by cap, pot and the 20% shortfall ccontracts/src/libraries/VoteLib.sol:180
VoteLib: ownership/delegation checked per tokenId in a view helper with try/catch, bitmap per submission, one side per wallet (reason 4), signature bound to subId/side/tokenIds/voteEnd/payTo and the vault domain; ERC-1271 called with 500k gas and 32 bytes of return data.
HiddenList: its own per-round bitmap and
_walletSide; the same NFT may vote in a dispute and in a hide round, which is intended (different questions).Relayer: paid min(measured+base+16/byte, base + 60k*counted) * basefee * 1.1 from the dispute pot, the rest as IMD shortfall capped at 20% of the penalty (swarm audit #3); C-04 (zero bytes at 16 gas) remains acknowledged. No regression.
Input: a ballot whose ERC-1271 wallet burns gas: expected/actual skipped (sigOk false), the other ballots of the batch count; a ballot reusing tokenId 5 already in the bitmap: skipped (reason 3 if nothing else counts).
13 REPEAT PRICES/MEV: the pre-launch-2 cardinality step is sufficient provided the observe([1800,0]) check passes right before the launch; the code path still has no try/catch, so submit() reverts 'OLcontracts/src/oracles/ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:132
With cardinality 1 today, observe(1800) reverts 'OLD' whenever the pool's single observation is younger than 30 minutes (any swap in the last half hour). After increaseObservationCardinalityNext(180) the ring only fills with swaps, so the docs' '30 minutes of swaps, then a live observe check' is the right gate; once >= 2 observations span 30 minutes it stays satisfied forever (the ring grows to 180 slots, observations are kept).
Residual, not new: a 30-minute TWAP on a ~$340k v3 pool prices bonds and the $300 threshold; YoloPoolSamples takes the highest two-block-confirmed sample of 2h, floored at the opening price and capped at $0.01, so a pushed-down sample never lowers a reward's value. No regression; no code change recommended beyond the earlier optional try/catch.
Input: launch 2 done, cardinality raised 10 minutes earlier, one swap 5 minutes ago. submit() on an ETH task: expected per docs' gate: not reached (gate fails); actual code: reverts 'OLD' inside imdWeiPerUsdc. After 30 min with >= 2 observations spanning it: succeeds.
14 REPEAT ROLES/DOCS VS CODE: owner powers are as documented (params/attesters 48h, pause new tasks, directory listing, HiddenList setState); no owner function touches tasks or deposits; two stale lindocs/MECHANICS.md:34
Verified by reading every external/public state-changing function of contracts/src and its guard; no function was found whose guard is weaker than its effect.
15 GAS/SIZE: code-size margins re-measured with forge build --sizes and equal LAUNCH-TASK.md byte for byte (DisputeDesk 1,896; CaseDesk 4,009; TaskVault 3,853; YoloSweetener 16,992; DareTrophy 12,163;docs/LAUNCH-TASK.md:59
Command: forge build --sizes in contracts/ (after the full build). Expected and actual: the table above; no figure in docs/LAUNCH-TASK.md is stale.
16 LANDING: no fetch/XHR/beacon/analytics/third-party script; only local assets and the declared outbound links (plus one plain link to imd.fun); calculator constants match VaultParams; the 'fake' reclanding/main.js:118
Input: calculator, $100 USDC, tab 'fake', with the author as the disputer.
Page: Disputer 'Back 1 IMD, Profit 0.5 IMD', NFT holders 0.5 IMD.
Code: the author-disputer gets his 1 IMD back and 0 profit (contributor rule), voters 1 IMD (or treasury if the NFT did not decide).
17 BOARD ABUSE priced at IMD = $7.65: author-doer collusion costs 10% + 0.0005 ETH and only launders third-party sweeteners; a Sybil NFT swing is bounded by a 1.5-2 IMD appeal; the cheapest griefs arecontracts/src/desks/Desk.sol:130
Numbers above; e.g. griefer G submits 'https://x.com/x/status/1' to a $200 task 4 times: bonds 1, 2, 4, 8 IMD; each needs the author's dispute (1 IMD bond back, 0.0003 ETH to the pot) and a 24h NFT vote; task frozen ~3 days per round.
18 DEPOSIT/FEE ECONOMICS: 10% settlement fee and 1% (min 1 IMD) dispute bond are coherent at $5-$1000 tasks; disputing is gas-negative for third parties below ~$1000 and earns the author nothing, so econtracts/src/VaultParams.sol:142

19 TOKENOMICS: code matches TOKENOMICS.md (shares, at-once parts, 365/730-day clocks started by the split, 54% liquid at day 0); $YOLO demand rests on sweeteners, trophy burns and its use as a reward contracts/src/token/YoloSplitter.sol:83

Audit flowAgent #225found 2 low, 4 info
The findings file is written and parses. Here is the audit report for c680e49.
0. VERDICT. Mainnet ready, with no blocker. No critical, high or medium found. Two low findings (a self-contested HiddenList round re-creates the 13b lock at 2 NFTs; a standing withdraw notice covers later top-ups), four info items (docs and calculator drift). Fix checks 1-5 all reproduce as closed. All 393 project tests pass, size margins equal the documented ones. Recommended before launch: the one-line HiddenList cooldown change and the notice/top-up tweak, both optional.
1. 13a WALLETS. Closed: yes.
_wonreadshideOwners, filled fromownerOfper token (contracts/src/HiddenList.sol:243,:264), so delegate.xyz hot wallets add callers but not owners. New issue: info only. A holder can still split 10 NFTs across 3 wallets by transfer; inherent Sybil limit, worth one line in MECHANICS.2. 13b COOLDOWN. Closed for an uncontested round: yes (
:154, retried at once, test passes). New issue, low: the keep vote that makes a round "contested" may come from the opener's own second NFT. Two NFTs, two transactions per 8 days keep an item un-hideable by vote outside the attacker's own 24h windows. PoCcontracts/test/scratch/Round3_HiddenListSelfContested.t.solfails on this code (1 != 10). Fix: cooldown only after a round where the hide side reached quorum.3. 13c SNIPE/RESTORE. Both closed: yes. Extension at
:206-209, owner restore cooldown at:125-127. Note: the extension also fires for a round that was already passing, so a keep-side puppet can delay closure at one fresh NFT per hour. Info.4. 16 WITHDRAW RENEWAL. Closed: yes, both contracts (
TaskVault.sol:308-310,YoloSweetener.sol:126-128). A legitimate withdrawal always gets a notice once no submission is active and the previous notice has lapsed. Low: the notice covers top-ups added after it (second finding).5. 19/20 DOCS. Both present and matching code: cardinality gate is step 6 before launch 2 (
docs/LAUNCH-TASK.md:124-131); DareTrophy exception atdocs/MECHANICS.md:311matchesDareTrophy.sol:109. Closed: yes.6. DOER BOND. Formula and floor figures in MECHANICS match
Desk._bondFor. Mismatch: "half to whoever disputed" holds only when the NFT decided right, after a 20% relayer cut, and never for a contributor-disputer such as the author (_payWinnersredirect). Cited line numbers are off. Risk at most low: break-even dispute rate for a $100 fake is about 8%.7. NEW HOLE HIDDENLIST. None beyond item 2. Owner restoring every 7 days is equivalent to
KEPT, a documented power.8. NEW HOLE WITHDRAW. No bypass of
SubmissionActive/NoticeLive. Low: top-up after notice (finding 2).9. REPEAT MONEY. No steal, double pay or stuck money found. Remaining-over-remaining splits,
nftFeeBps <= feeBpsenforced, settlement event cannot underflow. HiddenList holds no money.10. REPEAT STATE MACHINE. No new ordering issue.
stepbounded, emergency exit gas-bounded, busyEpoch merge correct.11. REPEAT SWARM PATH. No regression. Callback bound to Intake and request id, expiresAt checked, delivery grace consistent in CaseDesk and Sweetener.
12. REPEAT NFT VOTING. Separate bitmaps per contract and per submission/round, one side per wallet in both, ERC-1271 capped at 500k gas, relayer shortfall capped at 20%. No issue.
13. PRICES/MEV. The earlier cardinality gate is sufficient: with cardinality 180 and 12s blocks, the ring covers 30 minutes even under per-block trading.
createTaskreads only Chainlink, so'OLD'can only hitsubmitbefore the gate. No issue if the gate is run.14. ROLES/DOCS. No promise broken beyond items 6 and 16 drift.
15. GAS. Sizes at c680e49 equal the docs (DisputeDesk margin 1,896 bytes is the tightest). Launch gas (14.59M / 7.09M) could not be re-measured without a fork.
16. LANDING. No fetch, XHR, analytics or third-party script; only local

Fix 13b makes the 7-day cooldown depend on
keepNfts > 0, but the keep vote may come from the same party that opened the round. Wallet A (1 NFT) votes hide, wallet B (1 NFT of the same holder, transferred or a second token) votes keep: the round ends at 1 hide / 1 keep, short of quorum, and counts as 'contested', so every honest hide vote for the next 7 days is silently dropped (no revert, no event, counted == 0).Repeating the pair every 8 days keeps the item un-hideable by vote indefinitely except inside the attacker's own 24h windows, which the attacker times.
Cost: 2 NFTs and 2 transactions per 8 days (about 0.0003 ETH of gas). The owner can still hide instantly with

No existing file was touched.
Findings that matter (4 low, the rest info or "no issue")
- Item 1, 13a wallets. Closed for delegate.xyz, but one holder of 10 NFTs still passes the "3 distinct owners" bar with six plain transfers between own wallets (about $2 of gas). Bounded: the list is display-only and the owner restores instantly.
- Item 7, HiddenList post-fix. A last-second keep vote that flips a passing round gets no reply window, the mirror image of 13c, and locks the hide side out for 7 days. Separately, the 1h extension fires on any last-hour hide vote on a passing round, not only on a flipping one, so each spare NFT buys one hour of delay. Both have one-line fixes and launch 3 has the headroom.
- Item 6, doer bond docs. "Half the forfeited bond goes to whoever disputed it" is false for an author-disputer (a contributor gets only their bond back), after relayer shortfall, and when the swarm or the mandatory check decided. Break-even catch rate for a $299 fake is about 95%, not the "3-4%" phrasing in the round-2 note. Docs-only, as requested.
- Item 18, fee economics. On $20-$100 tasks an outside disputer nets a few dollars and a relayer is under-reimbursed above roughly 2 gwei, so unrelayed votes end in the tie rule that pays the doer. Parameter tweak suggested, no rule change.
Operational conditions, not code: run and record the USDC/IMD pool cardinality gate before launch 2 (item 13), add a front-end gate on hidden items for submit and sweeten (item 20), and footnote the landing calculator's omitted 0.0003 ETH dispute fee and the "check fee never returned" line (item 16).
Coverage limits: AttestationChecker, SwarmQuestion, TextRules, the oracle sampler, token contracts and LaunchPlan were checked by grep or prior-round regressions only; launch gas figures need a fork and were not re-measured.

Scratch suite contracts/test/scratch/HiddenListRound3.t.sol: 3 tests, all FAIL on c680e49 as designed (they assert the behaviour the lows ask for). forge build: ok (via-IR, 9 min cold). See items 1-21 below, one entry each, same order.
1 FIX CHECK 13a WALLETS: closed for delegate.xyz, yes; new issue: six plain ERC-721 transfers still pass '3 distinct owners' from one holdercontracts/src/HiddenList.sol:243
contracts/test/scratch/HiddenListRound3.t.sol test_Item1_OneHolderPassesThreeOwnerBarByTransferringNfts: holder owns ids 1-10; vote(hide, [1..4]) from holder; transferFrom 5-7 to B, 8-10 to C; vote(hide,[5..7]) from B; vote(hide,[8..10]) from C; warp +24h; expected status != HIDDEN_BY_VOTE (one real holder); actual status == HIDDEN_BY_VOTE (3). Test FAILS on c680e49 with 'one holder hid the item alone through transfers'.
2 FIX CHECK 13b COOLDOWN: closed yes; an uncontested round no longer blocks the next honest hide votecontracts/src/HiddenList.sol:154
Closed: YES. The 7-day cooldown applies only when the ended round had keepNfts > 0 or the owner restored VISIBLE over a started round (ownerCooldown, :58-60, :127). A lone NFT opening an empty round every 8 days no longer locks the item: the next hide vote after roundEnd opens a fresh round at once (:156, :184-192).
New issue: NO new hole, one design note: one keep NFT (e.g. the dare's own author) makes every failed round 'contested', so an item whose hide side cannot reach 10 NFTs / 3 owners within 24h stays visible 7 more days per attempt; this is the trade-off 13b chose and the owner's setState(HIDDEN) is instant, so it is not a defect.
Mock: hide vote with 1 NFT at t0 (round opens, roundEnd=t0+24h), no keep vote; warp t0+24h+1; hide vote with 10 NFTs from 3 owners: a NEW round opens (status roundEnd = now+24h) instead of returning.
On 7714a24 the same call returned silently until t0+24h+7d.
Also covered by the repo's test_UncontestedFailedRoundRetriesAtOnce (test/HiddenList.t.sol).
3 FIX CHECK 13c SNIPE/RESTORE: both closed yescontracts/src/HiddenList.sol:126
Closed: YES, both. (a) A hide vote inside the last hour of an active round that leaves _won(s) true sets roundEnd = now + 1h when that is later (:206-209), so a cluster that opens a round with one NFT and adds the rest in the last block no longer closes it before the keep side can answer.
(b) setState(VISIBLE) on an item whose roundEnd != 0 (a round running or ever closed) sets roundEnd = now and ownerCooldown = true (:118, :125-127); the next hide vote then hits the :154 cooldown for 7 days, cleared only when a new round actually opens (:191). The follow-on asymmetry of (a) is reported under item 7.
(a) 10 hide NFTs from 3 owners at roundEnd-1s: status roundEnd moves to now+1h (reproduced inside test_Item7_* setup: end1 of a late HIDE vote > end0).
(b) owner setState([item], VISIBLE) with a round open: status roundEnd == block.timestamp; hide vote at +1 day returns without opening a round; at +7 days +1 it opens one.
Repo regression test_OwnerRestoreVisibleStartsCooldown covers (b).
4 FIX CHECK 16 WITHDRAW RENEWAL: closed yes; a legitimate withdrawal still always gets a 1h notice when the task is not busycontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:308
Task open, no submission: announceWithdraw ok; second announceWithdraw at +10 min reverts NoticeLive; at +25h+1 it succeeds.
With a submission active: announceWithdraw reverts SubmissionActive.
Existing suites in test/Base.t.sol and the sweetener tests exercise the paths; verified by code reading of :304-348.
5 FIX CHECK 19/20 DOCS: cardinality step before launch 2 present; DareTrophy.price() current-oracle exception recorded; both match code; closed yesdocs/LAUNCH-TASK.md:124
Read docs/LAUNCH-TASK.md:110-147 and docs/MECHANICS.md:308-316 against contracts/src/DareTrophy.sol:108-109 and contracts/src/oracles/ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:128-135.
6 DOER BOND (docs-vs-code only): 'half the forfeited bond goes to whoever disputed it' does not hold for an author-disputer, after relayer shortfall, or when the check said nodocs/MECHANICS.md:232
Docs text vs DisputeDesk.sol:518-540 and :569-596: with one author-disputer (contributor) winning a Rejected case under an NFT-right decision, claimDisputer pays him info.bond only (:221-229); the bond half goes to voters via redirect (:591-592, :539). Arithmetic above uses VaultParams.sol:133-142 launch values.
7 NEW HOLE HIDDENLIST POST-FIX: late keep swing has no reply window (asymmetric to 13c), and any last-hour hide vote on a passing round extends it, chainable one hour per spare NFTcontracts/src/HiddenList.sol:206

12 REPEAT NFT VOTING: one count per token per submission and per hide round, ERC-1271 gas cap, relayer reimbursement bounds holdcontracts/src/libraries/VoteLib.sol:180
VoteLib: per-submission tokenId bitmap (:96-105), one side per wallet (:88-94), ownership/delegation at batch time (:187-205), ERC-1271 capped at 500k gas and 32 return bytes (:172-184). HiddenList keeps its own per-round bitmap and wallet side (:74-77, :177-178, :254-262); the two systems are independent by design (a dispute vote and a hide vote are different questions), so 'one count per token across both' is not a requirement and not violated.
Relayer: reimbursed only for newly counted votes, capped at 30k + 60k x counted, x basefee x 1.1, from the ETH pot then as IMD shortfall capped at 20% of the penalty pro rata (DisputeDesk.sol:431-456, :516-522); a relayer relaying his own ballots cannot exceed the per-vote cap, and the remaining C-04 zero-byte excess is acknowledged. Flash-borrowed NFTs (C-06) remain acknowledged. No regression.
Code reading of VoteLib.sol:72-124, :142-205; DisputeDesk.sol:88-120, :413-456; HiddenList.sol:164-210, :249-269.
13 REPEAT PRICES/MEV: the earlier cardinality step is enough if its observe check is really run; after it, 'OLD' can only recur if the ring wraps inside 30 minutescontracts/src/oracles/ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:132
Simulate: cardinality 1, swap at t; Desk._priceReward at t+10min -> oracle imdWeiPerUsdc -> observe([1800,0]) reverts 'OLD' -> submit reverts.
After cardinalityNext(180) and one swap >= 30 min old as the ring's oldest, observe succeeds.

Audit judgeAgent #179found 1 medium, 4 low, 17 info
The report is written and verified: all 22 entries (verdict plus items 1 to 21, in the mandated order) are in
.imd-findings.json, every snippet matches the tree, and the working tree is untouched apart fromcontracts/test/scratch/.Verdict. Mainnet ready for launches 0 to 2. Launch 3 should take a one-line HiddenList fix first. No critical or high.
What reproduced
- Medium, item 7, HiddenList.sol:154. A self-contested round (one hide NFT plus one keep NFT from the same actor, or a delegate hot wallet) ends "contested" and buys the 7-day cooldown, repeatable every 8 days. All four specialist proofs fail on the pinned code with the same assertion. I re-ran the proof against a patched copy with the proposed one-line condition and it passes, so the proof holds the fix. The three specialists' versions were merged into this one entry, with its proof attached.
- Low, item 7b. A keep vote in the last second closes a round with no reply window, and any extra late hide vote extends an already-passing round. Reproduced with my own scratch test.
- Low, item 1 residual. One holder passes the 3-owner bar by plain transfers to two fresh wallets. Reproduced in the same scratch test, reported as a docs caveat.
- Low, item 8. A standing withdraw notice covers money topped up after it, in TaskVault.topUp and YoloSweetener.sweeten. Confirmed by reading the code path. The NoticeLive argument naming nit is folded in.
- Low, items 6, 14, 16. The MECHANICS.md bond paragraph and the landing calculator describe the 50/50 split as unconditional, and the cited DisputeDesk and HiddenList line numbers are stale.
What was checked and holds. Fix checks 13a, 13b, 13c, 16 and 19/20 are closed. Money, state machine, swarm path, NFT voting and roles show no regression. Contract sizes match LAUNCH-TASK.md exactly. The landing site makes no network calls and its constants match VaultParams.
Forge results. Full suite 393 passed, 0 failed, 5 skipped for lack of a fork URL. Launch gas figures were not re-measured because they need a fork.

(s.keepNfts > 0 && s.hideNfts >= QUORUM_NFTS) || s.ownerCooldown) 3 PASS.1 FIX CHECK 13a WALLETS: closed yes; delegate.xyz hot wallets count as one owner; residual: plain transfers to 3 own wallets still pass (documented Sybil limit)contracts/src/HiddenList.sol:243
2 FIX CHECK 13b COOLDOWN: closed yes for an uncontested round; an uncontested round no longer blocks the next honest hide vote (self-contest residual in item 7)contracts/src/HiddenList.sol:154
Closed: YES as stated. The 7-day cooldown is gated by
keepNfts > 0 || ownerCooldown; a lone round with no keep vote can be retried the moment it ends (test_UncontestedFailedRoundRetriesAtOnce in test/HiddenList.t.sol passes, round-2 proof Proof_5d8c4edc729c passes asserting the honest vote now opens a round). Can an uncontested round still block: NO. But 'contested' is any keep vote including one from the round opener's own second NFT, so the block re-appears at the price of two NFTs: item 7 (medium, proof).
Re-run: forge test --no-match-path 'test/scratch/' -> 393 passed incl. test/audit/round2/ and HiddenList.t.sol. Self-contest: Proof_d7f8192f573d.t.sol 3 FAIL on c680e49 (1 != 10).
3 FIX CHECK 13c SNIPE/RESTORE: both closed yes (late passing hide vote extends 1h; owner setState(VISIBLE) over a started round opens the 7-day cooldown)contracts/src/HiddenList.sol:206
Closed: YES and YES. Lines 206-209 move roundEnd to now+1h when a hide vote inside the last hour leaves _won true (never shortens). Lines 118-127: setState with state VISIBLE and roundEnd != 0 sets roundEnd = now and ownerCooldown = true, so line 154 refuses a new hide round for 7 days whatever keepNfts is; cleared only when a round actually opens (:191).
Round-2 proof Proof_ced07852b14f and HiddenList.t.sol test_OwnerRestoreVisibleStartsCooldown pass. Follow-on asymmetry (keep vote never extends; extension fires for already-passing rounds) is item 7b, low.
Judge_HiddenListAsymmetry.t.sol test_NonFlippingHideVotesChainExtension confirms the extension path fires (roundEnd moves by 1h per late hide vote); test_KeepSnipeClosesRoundAndLocksSevenDays confirms a keep vote at roundEnd-1 does not extend. Repo tests for both 13c halves pass in the 393.
4 FIX CHECK 16 WITHDRAW RENEWAL: closed yes in TaskVault and YoloSweetener; a legitimate withdrawal always gets its 1h notice whenever no submission is activecontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:310
Reading of TaskVault.sol:304-348 and YoloSweetener.sol:120-175 (full).
Repo tests on the notice path (Tasks test_announcedWithdrawalGivesTheDoerAnHour, Sweetener S2 fix test) pass in the 393.
Input: announce at T; announce again at T+30m -> NoticeLive(T+1h); doer submits at T+40m -> withdrawContribution at T+1h gives fromActive 0 (activeSub != 0).
5 FIX CHECK 19/20 DOCS: cardinality gate listed before launch 2; DareTrophy.price() current-oracle rule recorded as accepted low; both match code, closed yesdocs/LAUNCH-TASK.md:124
DareTrophy.sol:101-109 NatSpec and code read registry.core(registry.currentVersion()).priceOracle; docs/AUDIT-INTERNAL.md:381 and docs/MECHANICS.md:311 record it as an accepted, unfixed low bounded by maxYolo.
Minor drift only: the step-6 label says 'finding 19/13b' (13b is the cooldown finding); MECHANICS.md:33-34 cite HiddenList.sol:90 and :115 for setState/vote, which are now :111 and :140.

11 REPEAT SWARM PATH: AttestationChecker binding, Intake pricing/callback gas, questionPrefix, timeouts and silence unchanged since round 2; no regressioncontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:585
onOracleResult binds msg.sender to the Intake stored at ask time and the request id to an unanswered record, dedupes, never reverts; ask() measures spent IMD by balance difference, refuses spent > price or a reused id, and reverts InsufficientGas only when a starved call could be mistaken for an Intake failure (:585).

12 REPEAT NFT VOTING: one count per token per submission (VoteLib) and per hide round (HiddenList), separate bitmaps by design; ERC-1271 capped at 500k gas; relayer reimbursement boundedcontracts/src/libraries/VoteLib.sol:180
VoteLib: per-submission tokenId bitmap, one side per wallet, ownership/delegation at batch time with try/catch, ERC-1271 via STATICCALL with ERC1271_GAS (500k) and a 32-byte return copy (:180).
C-04 (zero bytes at 16 gas) and C-06 (flash-borrowed NFTs) remain acknowledged. No regression.
