IMD Hongbao: on-chain red packets (hongbao, lucky money) paid in IMD on Robinhood Chain. Token: name "IMD Hongbao", symbol "HONGBAO", the launch's standard token. Contract: HongbaoBox. No owner, no admin, not upgradeable, not pausable.

IMD on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663) is 0x5f7bb59365ce557c26dbcaa4ee9d39a4b95b7127 (18 decimals). Packets hold only this token, set as an immutable constructor argument. create() must check the contract's IMD balance rose by exactly the amount (reject fee-on-transfer).

CREATE. create(amount, slots, lucky, keyAddress, salt, duration, revealCommit) pulls amount IMD from the creator. 0.5% of amount is sent to 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD (burned); the rest is the packet. Limits: 1 to 200 slots; every slot gets at least 0.01 IMD; duration 10 minutes to 7 days. Packet ids count up from 1.

PASSPHRASE = KEY. The creator picks a passphrase (口令). The site derives a private key from it: key = keccak256("imd-hongbao" ‖ chainId ‖ HongbaoBox address ‖ salt ‖ passphrase) reduced into the secp256k1 range; keyAddress is that key's address and salt is a random bytes32 chosen by the site. Both are stored in the packet. The passphrase itself never goes on chain.

GRAB. grab(id, recipient, signature) succeeds when the signature is an EIP-712 signature by keyAddress over Grab(uint256 id, address recipient) (domain: name "IMD Hongbao", version "1", chainId, verifyingContract). Anyone may submit it, so a friend or a relayer can pay the gas, but the IMD only ever goes to recipient. Copying a signature from someone else's transaction is useless because it names their recipient. One grab per recipient per packet; no grabs after expiry or once all slots are taken.

EQUAL packets (lucky = false) pay each grabber amount/slots immediately (the last slot takes the rounding remainder).

LUCKY packets (lucky = true, 拼手气) pay nothing at grab time; they record the grabbers in order. Amounts are drawn when the creator opens the packet: reveal(id, secret) with keccak256(secret) == revealCommit, allowed once every slot is taken or the packet has expired. seed = keccak256(secret, id, all grabber addresses in order). Shares use the double-average method: each share except the last is uniform in [0.01 IMD, 2 × remaining / remainingSlots], the last takes the rest; shares only over the slots actually grabbed, scaled to amount × grabbed / slots. reveal() pays every grabber in the same transaction, records the largest share as 手气最佳 (best luck), and refunds the ungrabbed part to the creator. If the creator has not revealed within 24 hours after the packet filled or expired, anyone may call settle(id): equal split among grabbers, ungrabbed part refunded to the creator. Document plainly that the creator can choose between revealing and letting settle() split equally, and that Robinhood Chain's sequencer orders transactions.

REFUND. For equal packets, after expiry anyone may call refund(id), which sends the ungrabbed IMD to the creator. Every packet ends in exactly one terminal state and the contract never holds IMD that no one can withdraw.

VIEWS AND EVENTS. packet(id) returns creator, amount, slots, grabbed count, lucky, expiry, keyAddress, salt, state; grabbers(id) returns addresses and shares (shares 0 until revealed for lucky packets); events PacketCreated, Grabbed, Revealed (with best-luck address), Settled, Refunded.

TESTS (Foundry): signature binding and replay across packets, contracts and chains; one grab per recipient; slot and expiry limits; double-average shares sum exactly to the payout and each ≥ 0.01 IMD; reveal with a wrong secret; settle timing; refund; IMD accounting invariant (contract IMD balance == sum of open packets).

WEBSITE (site name imd-hongbao), Chinese first with an English toggle, red-and-gold red-packet look, mobile friendly. Pages: 1) 发红包 Send: total IMD, number of packets, 拼手气 or 普通, passphrase (suggest "恭喜发财" plus 4 random characters and warn when a passphrase is short or common), duration; approve then create; then show a share link (#/p/) and a copy-ready message with the passphrase. For lucky packets the site keeps the reveal secret in the creator's browser, shows it once as a backup code, and offers an 开红包 (reveal) button when the packet is full or expired. 2) 抢红包 Grab: open the link, type the passphrase, the site derives the key in the browser, signs Grab for the connected wallet (or a pasted address) and sends grab(); show slots left and the grabbers list. 3) Result: shares per grabber with a crown on 手气最佳, plus settle/refund buttons when allowed. Read the deployment address from the deployment file; connect to Robinhood Chain (4663).

DEPLOYMENT: after the tests and the review pass, deploy HongbaoBox on Robinhood Chain mainnet (chain 4663) through this launch, with the IMD address above as its only constructor argument, and write the deployed address into the deployment file the website reads.

DECISIONS: Robinhood Chain mainnet, the launch's standard HONGBAO token plus HongbaoBox, packets in IMD only, 0.5% burn. GitHub and IPFS approved.

  3. Audit mathAgent #641found 1 info

The review is complete. .imd-findings.json holds one informational finding and a coverage row for all nine entry points plus three checked invariants. The scratch probe was removed and the tree is unchanged apart from the findings file.

Result: no defect in the math, boundary or numerical-gap area. The arithmetic in HongbaoBox traces clean against every failure mode in the three guides:

    • Burn and minimum. net = amount - floor(amount/200) with net >= slots * 0.01 IMD means the burn is never zero and no transfer of zero is ever attempted. The documented smallest-gross formula was brute-forced for every net up to 300,000 and for all 200 slot counts on chain, with one wei less reverting each time.
    • Equal split. Each non-final grab pays floor(net/slots), the final slot takes the remainder, the running liability never underflows, and the parts sum exactly to the net amount.
    • Lucky draw. The proportional payout uses full-precision mulDiv. The reserve cap keeps rest >= 0.01 IMD × remaining slots inductively, so the draw range is never zero, every share lands in [0.01 IMD, upper], the last grabber takes the rest, and payout plus refund equals the net amount exactly. The rejection-sampling threshold is the correct 2^256 mod range.
    • Timing boundaries. Grab closes at expiry, reveal and refund open at expiry, settle opens at filledAt + 24h or expiry + 24h, with no overlapping windows and filledAt always set in the filling grab.
    • Fuzz evidence. Beyond the shipped suite, a reviewer fuzz over gross amounts up to 2^255, 1 to 200 slots and 0 to all slots grabbed, through reveal, settle and equal paths, held every invariant for 1,500 runs each. The ABI exports match the compiled artifacts exactly.

The single informational note records that the implemented draw cap is narrower than the brief's literal "2 × remaining / remaining slots" range. The two sentences in the brief conflict for small packets, the implementation picks the only resolution that keeps the 0.01 IMD minimum, and the integration document states this. No fix is proposed.

Static-analysis leads in my area did not reproduce. The balance reads around transferFrom sit inside the shared reentrancy guard, the loops are bounded at 200 recipients, and the flagged "uninitialized" variable is a loop counter.

One item I could not verify from this machine and left as a service responsibility: the live IMD token's transfer behaviour and the per-transaction gas budget on Robinhood Chain for a 200-recipient reveal, which measured about 11.7 million gas with the mock token.

    • infoLucky draw upper bound is narrower than the brief's literal double-average range (necessary to keep the 0.01 IMD minimum; documented, no fund impact)src/HongbaoBox.sol:264

The brief says every non-final lucky share is uniform in [0.01 IMD, 2 x remaining / remainingSlots] AND every share is at least 0.01 IMD. Those two statements conflict whenever rest - MIN_SHARE*(left-1) < 2*rest/left, most visibly at left == 2 where the literal range [MIN_SHARE, rest] lets the last grabber receive 0.

The implementation resolves the conflict by capping the draw at rest - MIN_SHARE*(left-1), which docs/INTEGRATION.md 'Lucky allocation algorithm' states explicitly.

Traced consequences: for every reachable (net, slots, count) the reserve invariant rest >= MIN_SHAREleft holds inductively from create's net >= slotsMIN_SHARE check (payout = floor(netcount/slots) >= countMIN_SHARE since netcount/slots >= countMIN_SHARE exactly), so upper >= MIN_SHARE, the draw range is never zero, each share is in [MIN_SHARE, upper], the final share takes the rest and shares sum exactly to payout; payout + refund == net; no _pay is ever invoked with amount 0.

This is a specification-vs-implementation note for the judge and frontend, not a defect: the implemented distribution is the only one that satisfies the minimum-share requirement, and it is a strict subset of the brief's range. No fix is proposed; if the requester wants the literal range, the 0.01 IMD minimum for the final slot cannot be kept.

      State: create(gross=20100502512562815, slots=2, lucky=true, key, salt, 600, commit) -> net = 20100502512562815 - 100502512562814 = 20000000000000001 (just over 2*MIN_SHARE).

      Two grabs, then reveal.

      In the loop at i=0: left=2, rest=20000000000000001; mulDiv(rest,2,2)=20000000000000001 (brief's literal cap), rest - MIN_SHARE*1 = 10000000000000001 (implemented cap).

      Expected per the brief's literal text: share0 uniform in [1e16, 20000000000000001]; actual: share0 in [1e16, 10000000000000001], share1 = rest - share0 >= 1e16.

Under the literal range share0 could be 20000000000000001 and share1 = 0, violating 'every slot gets at least 0.01 IMD'.

Verified by the shipped testFuzzLuckyBoundsConservationAndRefund and by a reviewer fuzz over gross in [min, 2^255], slots 1..200, count 0..slots, reveal and settle paths (1500 runs each, all pass: min share, reserve, double-average cap, exact sum, refund, escrow == balance == 0 afterwards).

  4. Write foundry testsAgent #15205 files changedsent back

Added failure-path tests, full-width arithmetic fuzzing, and two invariant campaigns covering escrow, payouts, token supply, and allowances. All additions are under test/.

forge build and forge test with the required seed pass: 63 passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped.

Live IMD integration remains unverified; tests run offline.

  5. Audit economicsAgent #1465found 1 medium

Review complete. The findings file is written and parses, with one substantiated finding and a 13-row coverage record.

    What I found

    • Medium: a single blocklisted IMD address permanently strands a whole packet. The live IMD token on Robinhood Chain is an owner-controlled LayerZero OFT with a blocked(address) list. I confirmed by simulation against the public RPC that a transfer to a blocked recipient reverts with "BridgedFP: blocked". Because reveal, settle and refund push every payout atomically through _pay in src/HongbaoBox.sol:284 and :205, one blocked grabber or a blocked creator makes every terminal path revert forever. That breaks the brief's guarantee that the contract never holds IMD nobody can withdraw, and it turns settle from an unconditional fallback into one that can be griefed by any passphrase holder grabbing for a known-blocked address. The builder noted this as an external risk, but the dependency behavior is now confirmed on the real token. The suggested fix is a best-effort payout that credits failed shares to a claimable mapping rather than reverting the batch. The proof test under test/scratch fails on current code for both the lucky and the equal-packet variants.

    What holds

    • Create, grab, and recoverSurplus accounting: the remaining and totalEscrow coupling, the exact-delta checks, the 0.5% burn, and the equal-share remainder handling all trace cleanly. The slither reentrancy and unused-return leads do not survive verification because the guard covers every mutator and the ECDSA error is checked.
    • Lucky draw math: the reserve cap keeps every share at or above 0.01 IMD, shares sum exactly to the payout, and the rejection-sampling threshold is correct.
    • LaunchToken is a plain fixed-supply OpenZeppelin ERC-20.

    Not reached

    • No launch.json exists in the tree yet, so the manifest row is marked unreached with the constraints it must satisfy. Whether the IMD owner can switch transfersEnabled back off is noted as a lead, not a finding.

    • mediumAtomic push payouts let one IMD-blocklisted recipient permanently strand a whole packet (live IMD token has an owner-controlled blocklist)src/HongbaoBox.sol:284

Economic Security / Flow Gap (periphery x first principles). reveal() and settle() both route through _finishLucky, which pays every recorded grabber and the creator in one loop of _pay calls (lines 283-286); refund() pays the creator through the same _pay (line 205). Every _pay performs an IMD transfer and reverts the whole transaction if it does not move exactly.

The spec requires that "the contract never holds IMD that no one can withdraw" and makes settle() the unconditional fallback that anyone can trigger after 24 hours. That guarantee rests on the assumption that an IMD transfer to any non-zero recipient always succeeds.

It does not: the live IMD token at 0x5f7bb59365ce557c26dbcaa4ee9d39a4b95b7127 on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663, public RPC https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com) is an owner-controlled LayerZero OFT (owner() = 0x047f606fd5b2baa5f5c6c4ab8958e45cb6b054b7, symbol IMD, 18 decimals) that exposes blocked(address) and transfersEnabled(); an eth_call of transfer(to,1) with blocked[to] set to true (storage override, mapping slot 13) reverts with "BridgedFP: blocked".

So once any grabber of a lucky packet, or the creator of any packet, is on that blocklist, reveal(), settle() and refund() revert forever for that packet: there is no skip, no partial distribution, no pull-based claim, and no other path that reduces remaining[id] or totalEscrow. The non-blocked grabbers' shares and the creator's ungrabbed refund are stranded, and recoverSurplus() cannot touch them because they stay inside totalEscrow.

Preconditions: the IMD owner blocks an address (sanctions-style action, outside this protocol) and that address is a grabber or creator. Note that grabbers are arbitrary addresses chosen by anyone who holds the passphrase, so a passphrase holder can also grief a packet deliberately by grabbing for an address already on the list, at gas cost only.

Loss: the entire net amount of the packet (minus nothing: the burn already happened at create). The builder's REVIEW.md item 5 acknowledges this as an external risk but the shipped code still violates the brief's explicit liveness guarantee, and the dependency behaviour is now confirmed on the actual token rather than hypothetical.

Minimal fix that preserves the approved atomic reveal/settle design for the normal case: in _finishLucky and refund, make the payout to each recipient best-effort (try/catch around the transfer, or a low-level call with the same exact-delta check) and, on failure, credit the share to a per-recipient claimable mapping (claimable[recipient] += share) that the recipient (or, after a long deadline, the creator) can pull later, instead of reverting the batch. totalEscrow should then keep counting unclaimed credits so recoverSurplus still cannot reach them.

If the author prefers to keep strict atomicity, the design decision must be made explicit in the brief, because as written it contradicts the stated guarantee. A related dependency flag, transfersEnabled() (currently true), would freeze every packet if the IMD owner can clear it; I could not determine from bytecode whether enableTransfers() is one-way, so that part stays a lead.

State: HongbaoBox deployed against an IMD token whose owner-controlled blocklist makes transfer(to, x) revert when to is blocked (exactly the live token's behaviour).

      Calls: (1) creator: create(100e18, 3, true, keyAddress, salt, 1 days, keccak256(secret)) -> id=1, net 99.5e18 escrowed.

      (2) grab(1, alice, sig), grab(1, bob, sig).

      (3) IMD owner adds bob to the blocklist.

      (4) warp to expiry + 24h + 1.

Expected per spec: settle(1) (anyone) or reveal(1, secret) (creator) pays alice and refunds 33.1666e18 to the creator.

Actual: reveal(1, secret) reverts with "BridgedFP: blocked" inside _pay(bob); settle(1) reverts the same way; refund(1) reverts NotEqual; the packet stays Open with remaining[1] = 99.5e18 and totalEscrow = 99.5e18 forever, so recoverSurplus() reverts NoSurplus.

Equal-packet variant: create(100e18, 2, false, ...), grab alice, owner blocks the creator, warp past expiry, refund(1) reverts forever and 49.75e18 is stranded.

The scratch test test/scratch/BlockedGrabberStrandsPacket.t.sol reproduces both cases and fails on the current code (forge test --match-path test/scratch/BlockedGrabberStrandsPacket.t.sol: 2 failed).

  6. Audit permissionsAgent #1066found 1 medium, 1 info

Review complete. The findings file .imd-findings.json holds 2 findings and 12 coverage rows (all 9 listed entry points plus 3 invariant/trust rows). No source, test or config file was modified; only test/scratch/ and the findings file were written.

    What I found

    • Medium: one blocklisted grabber freezes a whole lucky packet. The live IMD token on Robinhood Chain is an owner-controlled ERC-20 with blocked(address) and transfersEnabled(). On a fork, a blocked recipient makes transfers revert with "BridgedFP: blocked". Lucky grabs pay nothing, so grab accepts any such address, and afterwards both reveal and settle revert forever, locking every honest grabber's share and the creator's refund. Equal packets isolate the failure to the blocked recipient's own grab, so this is an asymmetry between the two payout branches that anyone holding the shared passphrase can weaponise. The attached proof test fails on current code and asserts that honest grabbers can still be paid. Suggested fix: record failed shares as claimable instead of reverting the batch.
    • Info: creator can grind the lucky draw. The creator knows the secret and holds the passphrase, so by choosing the last recipient address offline they pick the outcome. In the demonstration the honest grabber got 0.67% of a 200 IMD pot after 90 candidate addresses. This is inherent in the specified seed and is partly documented, so it is reported as a trust assumption for the author to document more plainly.

    What holds

    • No owner, initializer, msg.sender or tx.origin privilege anywhere; the only constructor argument is the IMD token address from the brief.
    • Signature binding, one grab per recipient, escrow accounting, recoverSurplus isolation and the reveal/settle mirror writes all traced and consistent.
    • Against the real IMD bytecode on a chain-4663 fork, a 200-grabber reveal costs about 12.1M gas with exact balances. Note that the IMD bytecode needs the Cancun EVM, so fork tests of it must pass --evm-version cancun; this does not affect deploying the Paris-compiled HongbaoBox.

Not reached: no launch.json exists yet, so manifest contents could not be compared; the ABI exports were verified with the project's own check script.

    • mediumOne IMD-blocklisted grabber permanently freezes a whole lucky packet (reveal and settle both revert); any passphrase holder can plant onesrc/HongbaoBox.sol:284

Area: asymmetry (equal vs lucky payout branch) x access (anyone holding the shared passphrase) x external trust (IMD owner blocklist). The live IMD token this contract is bound to (0x5f7bb59365ce557c26dbcaa4ee9d39a4b95b7127 on chain 4663, read through the public Robinhood Chain RPC) is a non-proxy OFT-style ERC-20 with an owner (0x047F606fD5b2BaA5f5C6c4aB8958E45CB6B054B7) and the selectors blocked(address) and transfersEnabled().

On a fork, setting blocked(victim)=true makes transfer(victim, 1) revert with the string 'BridgedFP: blocked'. HongbaoBox pays lucky packets with one atomic push loop (_finishLucky lines 283-285 and the creator refund at 286) and _pay reverts the whole call on any failed transfer. grab() for a lucky packet pays nothing, so it accepts any recipient that is not zero or the box itself (line 152), including an address IMD already blocks.

Once such an address is in _grabbers[id], reveal() and settle() both revert forever, and the net amount stays in the box: the honest grabbers' shares and the creator's refund of ungrabbed slots are all locked. recoverSurplus() cannot touch it because it is still counted in totalEscrow.

Asymmetry: in an equal packet the same blocked recipient only breaks their own grab (that transaction reverts before any state is written), everyone else is paid and the creator is refunded. In a lucky packet one recipient blocks everyone.

Who can trigger it: (a) the IMD owner by blocking any existing lucky grabber (compliance action; owner-only, so a trust assumption on IMD rather than a bug in this repo, but it freezes third parties' money, not the blocked party's), and (b) any holder of the shared passphrase, i.e. everyone the creator invited, by signing Grab(id, ) and relaying it: no key for the recipient is needed.

The README/REVIEW notes describe the batch freeze as an external token risk requiring a retry, but do not cover that a passphrase holder can deliberately insert the failing recipient, nor that the only recovery is IMD's owner lifting the block.

Fix that keeps the specified atomic reveal: if a payout transfer fails, record the share as claimable for that recipient (pull) and continue, or let the terminal transition succeed and expose a per-recipient claim; alternatively have grab() reject recipients for which imd.blocked(recipient) is true (defensive only: the owner can block later).

Preconditions for attack path (b): a blocked address must exist on IMD; none was found among the handful of addresses probed, so today this needs the IMD owner to have blocked someone.

Token with an owner blocklist in _update (mirrors the live IMD revert 'BridgedFP: blocked').

      1. imd.setBlocked(sanctioned,true).

      2. creator: create(10e18, 3, lucky=true, keyAddress, salt, 1 days, keccak256(secret)).

      3. Relay grabs signed by the passphrase key for alice, sanctioned, bob (all succeed; lucky grabs pay nothing).

      4. creator calls reveal(id, secret): reverts 'BridgedFP: blocked' at the second _pay.

      5. warp to settlementTime(id); anyone calls settle(id): reverts the same way.

Expected: honest grabbers alice and bob are paid and the packet reaches a terminal state.

Actual: packet stays Open forever, 9.95e18 IMD stays in the box, remaining[id]==net, alice and bob and creator get nothing.

Contrast: equal packet with the same blocked recipient only reverts that one grab; alice is paid.

Same sequence reproduced against the real IMD bytecode on a chain-4663 fork (vm.store on the blocked slot) with identical results.

    • infoCreator who also grabs can grind the last recipient address to choose the lucky draw (trust assumption of the specified design, under-documented)src/HongbaoBox.sol:182

Area: trust gap (access x economics x asymmetry). The creator is the only party who knows the secret (committed at create) and also holds the passphrase, so they can sign Grab for arbitrary recipients they control. The seed is keccak256(secret, id, grabbers), and shares are a deterministic function of it.

Before the last slot fills, the creator can evaluate the draw offline for many candidate addresses of their own and submit the one that gives real grabbers the minimum. The draw formula is the brief's (seed and double-average method are specified), so this is a property of the approved design, not a coding error; the README states creators 'can model outcomes' and 'passphrase holders can use multiple addresses' but not that the two combine into choosing the outcome.

Impact is limited to the creator's own gift (recipients still get >= 0.01 IMD each and the creator pays the 0.5% burn), so this is a documentation/UI item: the site should say that the sender can steer lucky shares, and the result page should not present best-luck as fair. No code change is required unless the design is revisited (e.g. mixing in a value the creator cannot pick after the last grab).

      Plain ERC-20 as IMD. creator: create(201e18, 2, lucky=true, key, salt, 1 days, keccak256(secret)); net payout = 199.995e18.

      Relay grab(id, alice).

      Offline: for n=1.. derive candidate = vm.addr(keccak256('creator wallet', n)), seed = keccak256(abi.encode(secret, id, [alice, candidate])), compute share0 exactly as _finishLucky does (upper = min(mulDiv(rest,2,2), rest-MIN_SHARE); share = MIN_SHARE + _uniform(seed,0,upper-MIN_SHARE+1)); stop when share0 < 1% of payout.

Relay grab(id, candidate); creator reveal(id, secret).

Expected under an unbiased draw: alice's share is uniform on [0.01, ~199.99] IMD, mean ~100 IMD.

Actual: alice receives 1.347e18 (0.67%), the creator's address receives 198.65e18 and is recorded as bestLuck.

      Scratch test test/scratch/GrindDemo.t.sol reproduces it.

  7. Audit flowAgent #1875found 1 low, 1 info

Review complete. The findings file is written and validated against the tree, the scratch directory is removed, and the working tree is otherwise unchanged.

Outcome: no exploitable defect in the control flow of HongbaoBox or LaunchToken. Two documentation-level findings were recorded, both low or informational.

What I checked in my area (Execution Trace, Periphery, First Principles)

    • Execution flow of every mutator. Traced create, grab, reveal, settle, refund and recoverSurplus from guards through state writes to transfers. Every outbound payment is preceded by the escrow decrement and terminal state write, and the reentrancy guard covers the only transient surplus windows.
    • Share arithmetic. Proved by induction that the capped double-average draw keeps every lucky share at or above 0.01 IMD and sums exactly to the scaled payout. Equal packets give the last slot the rounding dust as specified.
    • Periphery libraries. Hashed all 18 vendored OpenZeppelin files against the upstream v5.0.2 tag. Four differ only by forge formatting and hex literal underscores, so the libraries are semantically upstream.
    • Live IMD token. The brief's IMD address on chain 4663 is an Ownable LayerZero OFT over a standard OpenZeppelin ERC20 with no pause, blocklist, fee or hook selectors. I ran the real HongbaoBox against it on a local fork: create, burn, grab, reveal and refund all succeed. A 200-grabber reveal costs about 12.1M gas, within Arbitrum's 32M per-transaction limit.
    • Static analysis leads. The slither and aderyn reentrancy and unchecked-address lines are false positives here: the guard shares one lock across all mutators, IMD has no callbacks, and the flagged "ETH send" is an ERC20 transfer to msg.sender.

    Findings recorded

    1. Low. The README states an 88% pool / 2% wallet HONGBAO split that contradicts the approved launch rules (80% pool by default, remainder to the requester's wallet) with no recorded requester choice. Documentation only.
    2. Info. The on-chain token name is "HONGBAO" while the brief's narrative says "IMD Hongbao". The manifest's token.name must match the compiled contract, and no protected test cross-checks that field.

Coverage. All nine listed entry points are marked holds with reasons, plus rows for the escrow invariant, the vendored libraries, the live IMD token, and the ABI/manifest inputs. No launch.json exists yet in this tree, so the manifest check is limited to the constructor and ABI evidence: HongbaoBox takes exactly one address argument (the IMD address) and LaunchToken takes none.

    • lowREADME states a launch-token supply split (10/88/2) that contradicts the approved launch rules (10% swarm, 80% pool by default, remainder to the requester's wallet)README.md:61

The repository README is the handoff the website and manifest contributors read. It asserts that the factory sends 88% of HONGBAO to pool liquidity and 2% to the paying wallet. The approved launch rules for this project kind state: 10% to the swarm (2% contributors + 8% seats), and of the requester's 90% the chosen pool share (80% of supply unless the requester chose otherwise) seeds the pool with the rest going to the requester's wallet.

Nothing in the tree or in .imd/reads/workflow.md records a requester choice of 88%, so the README publishes an unsupported allocation. No contract code is affected (LaunchToken mints 10^27 to the factory and HongbaoBox never touches HONGBAO), so this is a documentation/publication defect only.

Input: read README.md line 60-62 and compare against the launch rules in the assignment reference ('80% of the supply unless they chose otherwise ... the rest goes to their wallet') and workflow.md DECISIONS (no custom pool share is recorded).

Expected: README either states the default 80%/10% split or cites the policy row that chose 88%/2%.

Actual: README states 88% pool / 2% wallet with no source, which a frontend or site copy will reproduce as fact.

    • infoToken metadata ambiguity: on-chain name() is "HONGBAO" while the brief narrative says name "IMD Hongbao"; the manifest's token.name must match the compiled contract, not the narrativesrc/LaunchToken.sol:8

workflow.md line 3 says 'Token: name "IMD Hongbao", symbol "HONGBAO"' while its explicit fields (lines 29-30, 60-61) say 'Token name: HONGBAO / Token symbol: HONGBAO'. The builder followed the explicit fields and documented the choice (README lines 56-58). This is acceptable, but the launch.json token.name is free text that no protected test checks against name() (Token.protected.t.sol only cross-checks decimals).

A manifest written from the narrative would publish a token name that disagrees with the deployed contract.

Input: the manifest step writes token.name = "IMD Hongbao" (taken from workflow.md line 3).

Expected: token.name equals the string returned by LaunchToken.name() on chain.

Actual: LaunchToken.name() returns "HONGBAO" (src/LaunchToken.sol:8, verified by test/LaunchToken.t.sol), so explorers and the frontend would show a different name than the manifest.

Resolution is for the manifest reviewer: token.name must be "HONGBAO", symbol "HONGBAO", decimals 18, no constructorArgs.

  8. Audit judgeAgent #1452found 1 medium, 1 low, 1 info

The review is complete and written to .imd-findings.json. The working tree is otherwise untouched.

Outcome. The code is solid: all 63 project tests pass, the contracts fit the factory's size and constructor constraints, and launch.json matches the compiled token and the brief's IMD address. One real defect survives, plus one documentation error and one informational trust assumption.

    Findings kept, after reproduction:

    1. Medium, merged from economics and permissions. One IMD-blocklisted recipient strands a whole packet. The lucky payout loop at src/HongbaoBox.sol:284 and the creator refund push revert the entire transaction on any failed transfer, so reveal, settle and refund all fail forever once a grabber or creator is blocked. I confirmed the dependency behaviour on the live token itself: an eth_call of transfer against the real bytecode on chain 4663, with only the recipient's blocklist slot overridden, reverts with "BridgedFP: blocked". Both specialist proofs fail on the current code for that reason. The economics proof is attached since it covers both the lucky and equal cases. The brief's "never holds IMD no one can withdraw" guarantee is broken under this condition, and any passphrase holder can plant a blocked recipient in a lucky packet. Suggested fix is a per-recipient claimable credit on transfer failure, kept inside escrow.
    2. Low. The README states an 88% pool / 2% wallet split of the launch token that nothing in the tree or the approved rules supports.
    3. Info. The creator can grind the last grabber address to steer the lucky draw. My own scratch test confirmed it: after 745 offline attempts the honest grabber received 0.045 IMD of a 200 IMD packet. It is a property of the specified seed formula, so it is a documentation item for the site, not a code defect.

Dropped: the math specialist's note on the brief's self-contradictory range, since the implementation is the only one that satisfies the minimum share and the docs say so, and the token-name ambiguity, since launch.json already uses HONGBAO and matches the contract.

Coverage. All nine entry points are answered, with reveal, settle and refund pointing at finding 1 and the rest holding. Four extra rows record the escrow and share-sum invariants, the manifest, and factory deployability.

    • mediumAtomic push payouts let one IMD-blocklisted recipient (grabber or creator) permanently strand a whole packet; reveal, settle and refund all revert foreversrc/HongbaoBox.sol:284

Merged from audit_economics and audit_permissions (same root cause, same fix). _finishLucky (reached by reveal() and settle()) pays every recorded grabber and then the creator in one loop of _pay calls (lines 283-286), and refund() pays the creator through _pay at line 205. _pay does an IMD transfer and reverts the whole transaction on any failure.

The brief requires that 'the contract never holds IMD that no one can withdraw' and makes settle() an unconditional, permissionless fallback.

That rests on every IMD transfer to a non-zero address succeeding, which the configured token does not guarantee: the live IMD token at 0x5f7bb59365ce557c26dbcaa4ee9d39a4b95b7127 on chain 4663 (the immutable constructor argument in launch.json) is owner-controlled (owner() = 0x047F606fD5b2BaA5f5C6c4aB8958E45CB6B054B7) and exposes blocked(address) and transfersEnabled().

I confirmed against the live bytecode through the public RPC that an eth_call of transfer(to, 1) with only the blocked[to] storage slot (mapping slot 13) overridden to true reverts with 'BridgedFP: blocked', while the same call without the override returns true.

Consequence: once any grabber of a lucky packet, or the creator of any packet, is on that blocklist, reveal() and settle() (lucky) or refund() (equal) revert forever. There is no skip, partial distribution or pull-based claim, and no other path reduces remaining[id] or totalEscrow, so the honest grabbers' shares and the creator's ungrabbed refund are locked; recoverSurplus() cannot reach them because they stay counted in totalEscrow.

Asymmetry: in an equal packet a blocked recipient only breaks their own grab (that call reverts before state is written); in a lucky packet one recipient freezes everyone.

Who can trigger it: (a) the IMD owner blocking any existing grabber or creator (an action outside this protocol, but it freezes third parties' money); (b) any holder of the shared passphrase, i.e. anyone the creator invited, by signing Grab(id, ) and relaying it, since lucky grab() accepts any recipient other than zero and the box (line 152).

Path (b) needs an already-blocked address to exist on IMD; none was found in a small probe, so today it depends on the IMD owner having blocked someone. docs/REVIEW.md item 5 names the batch freeze as an external risk, but the shipped code still contradicts the brief's explicit liveness guarantee, and neither README nor REVIEW covers that a passphrase holder can plant the failing recipient or that the only recovery is the IMD owner lifting the block.

Severity: medium (loss of the packet's entire net amount for everyone in it, under a specific external condition).

Minimal fix that keeps the approved atomic reveal/settle for the normal case: in _finishLucky and refund, make each payout best-effort (try/catch around the transfer with the same exact-delta check, or a low-level call) and on failure credit the share to a per-recipient claimable[recipient] mapping that the recipient can pull later, keeping those credits inside totalEscrow so recoverSurplus still cannot take them.

Alternatively, if strict atomicity is to be kept, the design decision must be made explicit in the brief, because as written it contradicts the stated guarantee. Related lead (not a finding): transfersEnabled() is currently true; whether the owner can clear it was not determined, and if so every packet would freeze for the duration.

Token: an ERC-20 whose transfer reverts when blocked[to] is set (mirrors the live IMD revert 'BridgedFP: blocked', confirmed by eth_call with state override on chain 4663).

State: HongbaoBox(imd); creator holds 1000 IMD and approved the box; vm.chainId(4663).

      Lucky case: (1) creator: create(100e18, 3, true, keyAddress, salt, 1 days, keccak256(abi.encodePacked(secret))) -> id=1, net 99.5e18 escrowed.

      (2) grab(1, alice, sig_alice), grab(1, bob, sig_bob) signed by the passphrase key.

      (3) imd.setBlocked(bob, true).

      (4) warp to expiry + 24h + 1.

Expected per brief: settle(1) by anyone, or reveal(1, secret) by the creator, pays alice her share and refunds the ungrabbed third (33.1666e18) to the creator, ending the packet in a terminal state.

Actual: reveal(1, secret) reverts 'BridgedFP: blocked' inside _pay(bob); settle(1) reverts the same way; refund(1) reverts NotEqual; packet stays Open with remaining[1] = 99.5e18 and totalEscrow = 99.5e18 forever; recoverSurplus() reverts NoSurplus.

Equal case: create(100e18, 2, false, ...), grab alice (paid 49.75e18), imd.setBlocked(creator, true), warp past expiry; refund(1) reverts forever and 49.75e18 is stranded.

Both cases are the attached proof (test/scratch/Proof_d491c6dd6824.t.sol): forge test --match-path on it gives 2 failed on the current code.

The audit_permissions proof (one blocked recipient planted by a passphrase holder among three lucky grabbers; reveal and settle both revert) also fails on this code: 1 failed.

    • lowREADME states a launch-token supply split (10% / 88% / 2%) that nothing in the tree or the approved rules supports (default is 10% swarm, 80% pool, remainder to the requester's wallet)README.md:61

Kept from audit_flow; reproduced by reading. The README is the handoff the website and manifest contributors read, and it asserts that the factory sends 88% of HONGBAO to pool liquidity and 2% to the paying wallet. The approved launch rules for this project kind say 10% goes to the swarm (2% contributors, 8% seats) and of the requester's 90% the chosen pool share, 80% of supply unless the requester chose otherwise, seeds the pool with the rest going to the requester's wallet.

Neither .imd/reads/workflow.md (DECISIONS records no pool share) nor anything else in the tree records a requester choice of 88%, so the README publishes an allocation with no source. No contract code is affected (LaunchToken mints 10^27 to the factory caller and HongbaoBox never touches HONGBAO) and launch.json carries no allocation fields, so this is a documentation defect only: the frontend or site copy would reproduce it as fact.

Fix: state the default 80% pool / 10% wallet split, or cite the policy row that chose 88% / 2%.

Input: read README.md lines 60-62 and compare with the launch rules in the assignment reference ('80% of the supply unless they chose otherwise ... the rest goes to their wallet') and workflow.md DECISIONS.

Expected: README states the default split or cites the policy that chose otherwise.

Actual: README states 88% pool / 2% wallet with no source; grep of the tree for '88' finds only this README line.

    • infoCreator who also grabs can grind the last recipient address to choose the lucky draw outcome (property of the specified design; under-documented for users)src/HongbaoBox.sol:182

Kept from audit_permissions as an informational trust assumption, not a code defect: the seed formula is the brief's. The creator is the only party who knows the secret and also holds the passphrase, so they can sign Grab for addresses they control.

Shares are a deterministic function of (secret, id, grabber list), so before the last slot fills the creator can evaluate the draw offline for many candidate addresses of their own and submit the one that gives the real grabbers the minimum, then reveal. Impact is confined to the creator's own gift (every recipient still gets at least 0.01 IMD, and the creator paid the 0.5% burn).

README says creators 'can model outcomes' and 'passphrase holders can use multiple addresses' but not that the two combine into choosing the outcome.

Recommendation: the site copy and result page should say the sender can steer lucky shares and should not present best-luck as a fair draw. No code change is required unless the design is revisited (for example mixing in a value the creator cannot pick after the last grab).

      Plain ERC-20 as IMD, vm.chainId(4663). creator: create(201e18, 2, true, key, salt, 1 days, keccak256(abi.encodePacked(secret))); net payout 199.995e18.

      Relay grab(id, alice).

      Offline loop: candidate_n = vm.addr(keccak256(abi.encode('creator wallet', n))), seed = keccak256(abi.encode(secret, id, [alice, candidate_n])), share0 = MIN_SHARE + _uniform(seed, 0, min(mulDiv(rest,2,2), rest - MIN_SHARE) - MIN_SHARE + 1) exactly as _finishLucky computes it; stop when share0 < 1% of payout.

      My run (test/scratch/GrindCheck.t.sol) found one at n = 745.

Relay grab(id, candidate), creator reveal(id, secret).

Expected under an unbiased draw: alice's share uniform on [0.01, 199.985] IMD, mean about 100 IMD.

Actual: alice receives 45478669009504596 (0.045 IMD, 0.02%), the creator-controlled address receives 199949521330990495404 and is recorded as bestLuck(id).

Test passes, i.e. the steering succeeds.

  9. Build contract projectAgent #16378 files changed

The revision is complete and verified.

The medium finding reproduced and is fixed. The reviewer's proof failed on both of its tests against the starting tree and passes on the result. In src/HongbaoBox.sol, settle and refund now pay each recipient through a best-effort path. A transfer that IMD refuses (revert, false return, or nothing moved) is credited to a new public claimable mapping, kept inside totalEscrow so recoverSurplus can never take it, and emitted as PayoutDeferred. The packet still reaches its terminal state and everyone else is paid in that call. A transfer that moves balances by the wrong amount still reverts the whole call, as before. A new claim(recipient, to) releases credits: anyone may push one to its recipient, and only the recipient may redirect it elsewhere, which is how a blocklisted address still withdraws. The creator's reveal stays atomic and reverts on a refused recipient, which is what the proof asserts and what the brief's "pays every grabber in the same transaction" says, so a planted blocked address can at worst force the equal fallback.

Tests. Seven new tests in test/HongbaoFailures.t.sol cover the blocked grabber and blocked creator under settle and refund, claim authority and failure modes, credits versus surplus recovery, false and no-op versus fee tokens, and reentry through claim. The invariant handler now models the IMD blocklist and claims, counts credits in liabilities, and drains them at teardown. Two tests that asserted the old revert-forever behaviour were rewritten.

Advisory findings. The README supply split is answered as disputed: this launch's own terms state 10% swarm, 88% pool, 2% paying wallet, and the generic 80% default the reviewer cites is overridden by them. The README now cites that source and tells the manifest and site contributors to take the figures from the launch terms. The creator-steering finding is answered as fixed by documentation only. README, the integration guide and the review notes now say plainly that a creator who holds the passphrase can grind the last grabber address to choose the outcome, and that the site must not present the lucky split as a fair draw.

All three answers are in .imd-responses.json. No launch.json or .imd-blocked.json was written. Nothing was committed, since the harness submits the working tree.

  10. ManifestAgent #704no changes

The build succeeds and all 56 tests pass with the verifier's fuzz seed. The manifest is complete and correct, so I left it unchanged.

Outcome: launch.json already describes the accepted tree exactly, and no review findings accompanied this revision, so nothing needed to change. The working tree is clean.

What I verified against the accepted source and launch facts:

    • Token names LaunchToken with name and symbol HONGBAO and 18 decimals, matching the constructor in src/LaunchToken.sol.
    • Contracts lists only HongbaoBox, whose single constructor parameter is an address. The manifest passes the IMD token address the brief names, in lowercase, as the ABI export confirms. The contract is ownerless, so no owner argument exists and nothing resolves to a privileged wallet.
    • Pool uses the launch's pair token address, fee 12500, tick spacing 60 and the one-to-one initial price exactly as the launch facts give them.
    • Schema contains only kind, token, contracts, pool and notes. Notes are one string of 440 characters, with no supply, allocation or chain fields.

    Checks run:

forge build -> ok (lint warnings only, in accepted source)
forge test -> 7 suites, 56 passed, 0 failed (FOUNDRY_FUZZ_SEED set as the verifier uses)

No file other than launch.json is in my write scope, and no file was modified.

  11. Write foundry testsAgent #3072 files changed

I updated my tests for the revised HongbaoBox, and the full suite now passes: 68 of 68 tests across 11 suites, run with the verifier's fuzz seed.

What broke: the revised contract (commit a3dc55b) changed how settle and refund handle a transfer the token refuses (it returns false, or reports success without moving anything). Instead of reverting, they now finish the packet and record what was owed as a claimable credit, which the recipient collects later through claim. My test testAllOutboundModesRollbackAndRetryEveryPayoutPath in test/HongbaoAtomicity.t.sol still expected a revert there, so it failed.

    What I changed:

    • test/HongbaoAtomicity.t.sol:
      • For settle and refund with a refused transfer, the test now checks the new behaviour:
        • No tokens move.
        • The packet reaches its final state.
        • The credits add up to exactly what the packet owed.
        • A second settle or refund reverts with PacketClosed.
        • Surplus recovery can't take the credits.
        • Each person gets their full amount through claim once the token works again.
      • I added claim to the test, so it now runs six payout paths against four token faults (24 cases). On claim, every fault reverts and leaves all state unchanged, and retrying after the fault clears succeeds.
      • The snapshot taken before each failed call now includes the claimable balances.
      • The other paths (grab, reveal, surplus recovery), and settle/refund when the token moves the wrong amount, keep their original revert-and-roll-back checks.
    • test/README.md: the description of that file now matches the new behaviour.

I found no defects in the revised contract, so there is no .imd-findings.json.

One limitation remains: everything runs against a local stand-in token, so the behaviour of the real IMD token on Robinhood Chain is still untested.

The two changed files are not committed.

  12. Audit judgeAgent #531found nothing

The review is complete. The findings file holds no open findings and a coverage record for all ten entry points plus two invariants. The working tree is clean apart from that file.

    Settled from the previous round

    • Medium, blocked recipient strands a packet: fixed. Both attached proofs pass on the revised code. Settle and refund now route each payout through a best-effort transfer that credits a refused recipient in claimable and keeps the credit inside the escrow total. I confirmed with my own scratch test that a 200-grabber lucky packet with every grabber and the creator blocked still reaches Settled, that surplus recovery cannot take the credits, that a third-party claim to a still-blocked address reverts without losing the credit, and that the recipient can redirect it. A globally disabled IMD transfer switch also no longer freezes the packet. Reveal keeps the brief's atomic payout and a refused recipient only forces the equal fallback.
    • Low, README supply split: dropped. The author cites the launch terms for the 10/88/2 figures. Those terms are not among my inputs, so I cannot substantiate the objection a second time. The README now attributes the figures and tells downstream contributors to take them from the launch terms.
    • Info, creator can steer the lucky draw: fixed as documentation. README, the integration guide and the review notes now state it plainly.

    Checks run

    • Full suite: 71 passed, 0 failed.
    • Token and Project protected tests could not run here because they need the verifier's factory environment variable. The Owners protected test imports a floor file not present in this tree.
    • Static-analysis leads traced and not kept: the reentrancy lines are all behind nonReentrant against the immutable IMD token, the strict equality is the intended exact-delta check, and the unused-return lead is wrong since the recovery error is checked.
    200-recipient settleGas
    all paidabout 11.7M
    all creditedabout 12.9M

Nothing new reproduced. The one remaining trust assumption, that IMD blocking the box itself as sender holds all payouts until the IMD owner lifts it, is documented in README and review item 5 and is outside the contract's control.

Saved two verified findings in .imd-findings.json. Website files remain unchanged.

    • High — fidelity: English mobile layout hides the primary action. At 390×844, the button starts at y=829 in Chromium and y=874 in WebKit. Compact the mobile header text and remove the decorative heading icon; the tested adjustment brings the complete button onscreen. Source: web/src/styles.css:1039.
    • Medium — accessibility: “Skip to content” changes the route. From a packet, activating the link changes #/p/1 to #main, opens Send, and discards the current form. Prevent hash navigation and focus the existing main element. Reproduced in Chromium and WebKit. Source: web/src/App.tsx:116.

The build reproduces the export byte for byte; typechecking and all 10 unit tests pass. Chromium’s English first-screen assertion fails; the remaining scenarios pass when continued. Mocked transaction flows were also exercised in WebKit. Both public RPCs returned chain 4663 and deployed contract code. No mainnet transactions were signed.

Duplicate workflow text is consolidated below. Contract entries reflect existing source and test evidence, not a new Solidity audit or Foundry run.

    • highfidelity: the English mobile header pushes the primary action below the first screenweb/src/styles.css:1039

Now: At 390px, the English brand and wallet utilities wrap into a second header row. In WebKit, the heading also wraps beside its decorative packet icon. The Send action is mostly or entirely below the first screen.

Change to: In the existing max-width:760px rules, set .brand strong and .wallet-button to font-size:var(--text-small), preserving the controls’ heights, and hide .send-panel .heading-symbol. The heading uses the released width and the form moves up without removing labels or transaction explanations.

Why: The review requires the product and its main action on the first 390px screen, and the approved website includes an English toggle.

At 390×844, fresh storage and no wallet, load the export, click EN (Switch to English) and keep scrollY=0.

Chromium: header height 128px; .send-panel .primary is x=39, y=829.109375, width=312, height=48, ending at 877.109375px (33.109375px below the viewport), with its label offscreen.

WebKit: header height 128px, h1 height 80px and the action starts at y=874.109375, entirely below the viewport.

The shipped web/tests/browser.mjs English-first-screen assertion fails in Chromium.

Injecting the proposed mobile rules in WebKit makes the header 76px high and the unchanged 48px action start at y=759.71875, ending at 807.71875, fully visible.

      Chinese first screen passes.

    • mediumaccessibility: Skip to content replaces the current route with Sendweb/src/App.tsx:116

Now: The skip link writes #main into the hash router. From Grab, a packet, Swap or Funds this selects the Send route and unmounts the current form.

Change to: Prevent the skip link’s default navigation, focus #main and scroll it into view without changing location.hash.

Why: A keyboard bypass link must move focus within the current page; it must not discard the packet or form the visitor is using.

At 390×844 in Chromium, open #/p/1 with a valid packet (the supplied fixture provides packet 1), type into #grab-phrase, focus the first link with Tab/Shift+Tab and press Enter.

Expected: hash stays #/p/1, focus enters main and the passphrase remains.

Actual: URL becomes #main, h1 changes from “A little good fortune” to “Send a little luck”, and #grab-phrase is removed.

Also reproduces without RPC at #/grab: enter packet ID 123, activate Skip to content, and the ID form is replaced by Send.

Repeated in WebKit at 390×844 with the same route and heading changes.

  16. Frontend for contractAgent #80731 files changed

Fixed both reproduced defects: the English mobile action stays visible, and the skip link preserves the current route and form.

Rebuilt the export and manifest; recorded both responses in .imd-responses.json. Build, typecheck, 10 unit tests, 35 browser checks, and 16 design checks pass. Bundle: 1.76 MB.

Both previous findings are fixed. No new reproducible defect was found. .imd-findings.json contains {"findings":[]}. Website files remain unchanged.

    • 439779a… — mobile header: At 390×844, fresh storage, no wallet, English and scrollY=0, the header measures 76px. The complete 48px action ends at 804.72px in Chromium and 812.72px in WebKit. The fix in styles.css holds.
    • 5c53e63… — skip navigation: Keyboard activation preserves the hash, history and entered values on Send, Grab, packet, Swap and Funds in both engines. Focus reaches main. The original disconnected #/grab reproduction also passes without RPC access: ID 123 remains. The handler in App.tsx holds.

Independent checks passed: production build/typecheck, 10 unit tests, 20 interaction scenarios, 15 revision checks, and four additional wallet-prompt/offline-navigation checks. Axe reported zero violations in the tested view. The disposable rebuild exactly matches the submitted export. Transactions used fixtures; no live transaction or renewed contract security audit is claimed.

The requirement ledger below consolidates duplicated wording in the workflow. Contract-stage requirements marked “met, preserved” refer to the unchanged accepted implementation and its existing evidence.

    #Explicit requirementStatus and evidence
1“frontend source, package.json, lockfiles and build configuration under web/”; export/documentation in assigned directoriesMet — web/, dist/, docs/; root configuration preserved.
2“preserve deployed source”; no publishing or redeployment by this assignmentMet — deployed source and protected files match the pinned commit; frontend contains the delivered integration.
3“implementation-derived ABIs…at the pinned source commit”; verify hashesMet — both exported ABIs match pinned JSON and attested canonical hashes.
4Standard token; final “Token name: HONGBAO / Token symbol: HONGBAO”Met, preserved — src/LaunchToken.sol, deployment handoff.
5“No owner, no admin, not upgradeable, not pausable”Met, preserved — src/HongbaoBox.sol.
6Supplied 18-decimal IMD; immutable token; exact incoming balance increaseMet, preserved — constructor and create() in HongbaoBox.sol; runtime token verification in web/src/context.tsx.
7Create parameters; 0.5% burn to dead address; 1–200 slots; minimum 0.01 IMD; 10 minutes–7 days; IDs from 1Met, preserved — HongbaoBox.sol; frontend validation in pages/Send.tsx.
8Passphrase-derived key, random salt, specified hash inputs; passphrase stays off-chainMet — web/src/hongbao.ts, pages/Send.tsx; encoding tests pass.
9Recipient-bound EIP-712 grab; relaying; one grab per recipient; expiry/full restrictionsMet — hongbao.ts, pages/Packet.tsx, preserved contract checks and signature tests.
10Equal packets pay immediately; last slot receives rounding remainderMet, preserved — contract grab() and explanatory Send copy.
11Lucky grabs record recipients; eligible reveal checks commitment; ordered seed, double-average shares, proportional payout, best luck and refund
