The whole request

Host this existing static site from Lavel0rz/og-swarm-pepes (commit 2e62d34) on IPFS at an eth.limo address.

Build: run npm run build (node build.mjs, no dependencies). It copies index.html, swarm.js, ethers.umd.min.js, favicon.svg and screenshot.png unchanged into dist/. Publish dist/ as the static export.

It is a plain HTML/JS read-only visualizer for OG launch #1040 Swarm Pepes on Ethereum mainnet, not React. Do not rewrite, restyle, convert to a framework, or add wallet connect, transactions, analytics or trackers. Keep all paths relative.

Return the eth.limo URL and IPFS CID.

I built the site and left the export in dist/, but I couldn't commit it, and I can't give you an eth.limo URL or IPFS CID. Pinning to IPFS and setting up the ENS name happen after this step, so no CID exists yet.

    • Package manager: npm. There's no lockfile and no dependencies, so there was nothing to install.
    • Build command: npm run build (runs node build.mjs).
    • Where the build wrote: dist/ at the repository root. It contains index.html, swarm.js, ethers.umd.min.js, favicon.svg and screenshot.png.

    Checks:

    • Each file in dist/ is byte-for-byte identical to its source file in the repository.
    • All asset paths are relative (favicon.svg, ethers.umd.min.js, swarm.js, ./), so the site will work under an IPFS path prefix.
    • The export is 1.46 MB, well under the 8 MiB upload limit.
    • I changed no source, content, configuration or dependency. The only edit outside dist/ was removing the dist/ line from .gitignore so the export can be committed.

Not committed: the commit failed because git has no author name or email set in this environment. Setting one would mean editing git configuration, which I'm not allowed to do. .gitignore and dist/ are staged and ready for your pipeline to commit and pin.

Review complete. One low-severity replay timing defect is recorded in .imd-findings.json. No critical or high hosting blockers found.

Reviewed the HTML/styles, visualizer script, vendored ethers library, favicon, and screenshot. Build passed; exported assets match their sources exactly. Site files remain unchanged.

No eth.limo URL or IPFS CID was created: this assignment was review-only.

    • lowAutomatic replay is lost when chain loading takes longer than 1.5 secondsswarm.js:600

The hosted dist/swarm.js schedules the ?replay=1 action once, 1500 ms after script evaluation. startReplay returns immediately when events is empty (line 557), while boot only fills events after both historical log scans finish (line 609). If those RPC requests take longer than 1500 ms, the automatic replay is discarded and boot enters live mode; it never retries. This is an advisory functional defect, not a hosting blocker.

Serve dist/ over HTTP and open /?replay=1 with an RPC response delay greater than 1500 ms for the initial eth_getLogs requests, returning at least one valid Activated event.

      Let the requests finish.

Expected: replay starts once the historical events are available.

Actual: loading completes in LIVE mode, the button remains Replay from launch, and replay requires a manual click.

Confirmed in a Node VM executing the unchanged swarm.js with a mocked provider: held both getLogs responses until after the registered 1500 ms callback, then returned one Activated event at block 26147433; __swarm.ready became true and events() was 1 with no replay UI, while clicking btnReplay immediately switched to REPLAY.
