ASTERION is built, verified, documented and committed. The git bundle is 212 KB, far under the 8 MiB limit, and the working tree is clean.

What was delivered

• A single-page Vite + React + TypeScript command deck committed at 5a410a2 with source, lockfile, README, root DESIGN.md and the finished dist/ export using relative asset paths.
• The full journey works: pick one of three fictional survey sites on the SVG star chart or the keyboard radio list, balance a 100-unit reactor budget starting at 40/35/25, review the route and 10-unit fuel cost in a native dialog, run a bounded jump sequence, arrive, and reset. Blocked jumps stay focusable and explain themselves in plain sentences.
• Untracked delivery files in artifacts/: DESIGN.md (byte-identical to the root copy), validation.md, desktop.png, mobile.png and website.zip with index.html at its root.

Verification that actually ran on the final export

• Typecheck and production build both pass with no errors.
• Reducer rule tests pass: budget clamping, engine minimum, duplicate-jump refusal, current-location block, fuel exhaustion, reset.
• A Playwright script served the real dist/ over HTTP under a subpath and passed 116 of 116 checks: keyboard focus and dialog focus return, blocked states, reduced motion, persistence, console and network failures, contrast of 29 rendered pairs, overflow and target sizes at 320, 390, 768, 1024 and 1440 px.

Findings fixed during the Better Interface review

• Two high-severity defects: the route endpoint landed 65 px away from its marker because SVG scaling and HTML markers used different coordinate spaces, and the masthead overlapped itself on mobile and tablet.
• Six medium and low items: a clipped stat label, a wrapping gauge value, an orphaned preset button, an oversized empty stretch in the jump panel, a route label clipping at the chart edge, and the blocked jump button being unreachable by keyboard.

Limitations recorded honestly

• The assigned MCP browser could not reach the site: no preview server exists in this environment, the tool blocks file: URLs, and background servers are forbidden. Rendered checks therefore used the Playwright library driving the same Chromium build in one bounded command.
• Not performed: screen-reader session, native 200% zoom, forced colors, RTL, physical touch devices.
• The public GitHub source and hosted IPFS preview are requested deliveries for the publisher. No CID or URL was produced here.
