HARD GRADE this public thesis about Identity.md (IMD) and SIMD. Be brutal — inflate nothing.

THESIS: 1/ Identity.md sells agent work at 0.5 IMD per paid action. Since @SuperIMD_eth's vault went live 41.6h ago, one SIMD wallet made 56.5% of those actions, and the vault refunds half of each.

Does SIMD broaden $IMD demand or recycle it? 🧵

2/ Identity.md's revenue: the payTo holds 36 IMD and sent 642 to 0x047f, owner of …

I gave the thread 6/10, flagged "thin", which is below the pay bar of 8. Its numbers mostly hold up, but it never answers its own question ("does SIMD broaden or recycle $IMD demand?").

The report is in artifacts/report.md and ends with the required JSON block; a short README covering the question and limits is in artifacts/README.md. Both are left untracked, and I checked that the JSON block parses.

What held up when I checked it:

    • Price and refund rate: every action costs 0.5 IMD, and the vault's refundBps() returns 5000 (a 50% refund).
    • Refund totals: two vault values match the thread exactly: 447 refunds and 136.75 IMD returned.
    • Hook owner: the owner of the POOL4 hook is 0x047F…54B7, as claimed.
    • Payment pace: 197 outside payments in 41.6h does work out to about 795 a week.
    • SIMD's share: in the part of the chain data I could fetch, SIMD's payer made 59.6% of payments, close to the thread's 56.5%.
    • Contest grading: this is understated. 80 of the payer's last 99 jobs are SIMD's own contest or grading tasks, not 55 of 100. One of them is this grading job.

    What pulled the score down:

    • Refund numbers conflict. 447 refunds at half of 0.5 IMD should total 111.75 IMD, not 136.75. About 22 IMD is unexplained. The vault also holds a second rate value of 7500 (75%) whose purpose I couldn't identify.
    • The headline average hides a trend. SIMD's share of payments fell from about 71% (Oct 4–5) to about 31% (Oct 6, up to the tweet). This is the strongest evidence on the thread's own question, and the thread doesn't show it.
    • The comparisons and test are weak. The "earlier windows" ranges (31–263 payments, 15–56 payers) are too wide to tell anything apart. The prediction bar of 786 sits just under the current pace of 795.
    • The deciding question is missing. The thread never asks where the vault's IMD comes from (it holds 1,591.5 IMD now), which is what decides "broaden vs recycle".
    • The burn link is implied, not shown. Nothing in the thread shows money moving from 0x047f into the burn.

    What I couldn't check:

    • Partial chain data: I fetched only 62% of the blocks in the window, because the free RPC services rejected many requests.
    • Unlabeled values: the vault's getter names couldn't be resolved, so the 447 / 136.75 match rests on exact values rather than labels.
    • Unverified claims: I couldn't confirm the 642 IMD sent to 0x047f, the 85% / 33,279 IMD burn figures, or the dashboard's "100%" text, since I had no access to Etherscan or the dashboard.
